Lancaster Cupcake has the best cupcakes we have ever tasted. Let's just start there first. Absolutely amazing in every possible way. We knew we didn't want to do the traditional wedding cake and wanted to do something unique. We saw Lancaster Cupcake on our venue's story and saw you can rent their truck. My husband and I loved the idea of an experience and eating the most delicious dessert ever. So, we decided to opt for their package, which includes a truck for an hour, 150 cupcakes (4 flavors) for guests, and an 8-inch cutting cake. It was honestly perfect. Our guests loved the idea that we served them their cupcakes from the truck -- we also had a blast engaging with them, as the day flew by and it was hard to get one on one time with everyone. The cupcakes were amazing, but the fact that the experience was just as great was beyond what we expected. The coordinator, Alexis, was also great with communication and answering our questions so quickly. We also want to mention who brought us the truck. We can't remember her name, but she was very helpful and kind. Thank you Lancaster Cupcake for being apart of our special day and making it absolutely a dream!

Our Wedding Sweet & Unforgettable!
We used Lancaster Cupcakes for our wedding, and they absolutely crushed it! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. We loved that they offered options for all dietary needs — everyone felt included and could enjoy something delicious.
The cupcakes were a huge hit, especially the apple cider donut cupcake — it was out of this world. And our red velvet two-tier wedding cake? To die for. Moist, flavorful, and beautifully decorated — it was everything we dreamed of and more.

We tried lots of other cupcake companies and NOTHING even came close to Lancaster Cupcakes! They were amazing from communication to flavors and any questions, changes, etc I had they made it a breeze! We ordered mini cupcakes and a cutting cake. We also were able to add in a few GF/V cupcakes for our guests! These cake flavors are top notch and will be the best cupcakes and cake you'll ever have! (And that's coming from my husband that doesn't really like icing and all when it comes to cupcakes and cakes! He LOVED THESE!

Saved our wedding!
Lancaster Cupcake was absolute perfection for our wedding at the Stone Mill Inn in Hallam, PA. We decided to do both cupcakes from Lancaster Cupcake and cookies from Taylor Chip for our dessert. Well, Taylor Chip didn't show up so we were extremely grateful to Lancaster Cupcake for their professionalism, promptness, and very tasty desserts! We were able to try all of the flavors beforehand (they let us delay the due date so we could try the fall flavors) and it was hard to decide they were all so good! Highly recommend :)

Me and my now wife choose Lancaster Cupcake for our wedding and they did amazing, any questions you had they were quick to answer, we choose strawberry champagne, salted caramel, and late night snack for the cupcakes, and all of our guests loved them, they also did an amazing job on our wedding cake, even after the wedding we stop in for a sweet treat because it was so good. We are so glad the we worked with Lancaster Cupcake as our wedding dessert and cake vendor. The prices were more reasonable than the average wedding bakery, and they were super responsive and helpful in the process of choosing our cake design and flavors and setting up the delivery. Wedding 2025 Cupcake Catering
We hired Lancaster Cupcake to cater our desserts for our wedding in May 2025! They also made out wedding 8 inch cutting cake. Everything was spectacular! From the choices of flavors (they have something for everyone) to the optionality of sizes of cupcakes, to the wonderful staff and delivery/setup of the cupcakes. The entire experience with them was so professional, easy to communicate and organize and made our day so special! All of our guests raved about the cupcakes and they even had the option to add Gluten Free cupcakes to our order. We had one gluten free guest who was over the moon with the fact that she got to have dessert, she said she had never been able to eat dessert at a wedding before and it made her night! Although we booked Lancaster Cupcake— 2 years in advance, the company stayed in contact with us and gave us updates on things leading up to wedding day. They were very easy to communicate with and understanding of all factors when it came to the setup and the wedding venue. On wedding day they set up everything so perfectly. The Perfect Option!
Everything from planning to the day of execution was flawless and easy to handle this was the one thing that I didn’t have to stress over! Everything was beyond delicious and we LOVE Lancaster cupcake so it was a no brainer to use them. The young woman who did set up was so incredibly sweet (snuck out of the changing room to even go peek!) she was on time and FAST! They even left all the containers the cake and cupcakes were transported in so easy clean up cuz there were left overs which I fully expected so we had plenty of treats ha. But the cake let me just say! We did a cut cake and that thing was MASSIVE! In the best ways. I fully expected it to be a lot smaller maybe I over looked the details of detentions but it was HUGE. Delicious but huge 😂. We had cake for days which kept in an air tight container and refrigerated kept fresh and moist as the wedding day for almost a full week after. So 100000000000000% fully recommend!

Delicious and fun wedding cakes and cupcakes!
We booked Lancaster Cupcake to make our wedding cake and it was an amazing decision! They made the entire process incredibly easy. After contacting them they gave us some flavor choices and arranged a free tasting for us to pickup. We were able to taste our selected flavors at home and then we scheduled a call to discuss our favorite. From there it was just a matter of headcount and figuring out how many cakes we needed (my wife and I opted for a separate small cake for us to freeze and enjoy on our anniversary) and Lancaster Cupcakes handled the rest! The cake was delivered on the day of and looked absolutely stunning in all of our photos (and most importantly, it was DELICIOUS). We had a wonderful experience with Alexa and the Lancaster Cupcake team. We were able to do a taste test, and they met all of our dietary restriction needs. Our guests raved about the cupcakes, and could not even tell that they were gluten free! They not only tasted amazing, they looked beautiful. I also loved that they had a separate container with one of each cupcake for us to enjoy the next day! It was perfect. Cupcakes are a great option for weddings, because we felt that most people don't finish a full piece of cake. We had a small 6 inch cake that we used to cut and save for our anniversary. Amazing Wedding Cake and Macarons
Purchased a two tier wedding cake and macarons for our wedding day earlier this month. The ordering process went extremely smooth thanks to Alexa and she answered all of my questions/concerns! They delivered the cake and desserts promptly and the guests absolutely loved them. The cake was so moist and flavorful. Would definitely recommend!

So Yummy!!
Our wedding cake from Lancaster Cupcakes was a dream come true! We ordered the strawberry champagne flavoring in a two tier cake with a simple exterior design of some budding on the bottom of the tiers. The cake itself was so, so delicious and both my husband and I could’ve eaten all of it that night! Lancaster Cupcakes has exceptional customer service and the process of ordering, payment, and delivery was so smooth and simple. We will definitely be ordering cupcakes as well in the future!

I am so glad that I stumbled upon Lancaster Cupcake Co. It was down to the nitty gritty with timing because our original cake plan didn't work,. Lancaster Cupcake Co was very flexible and quick in helping us to get our details organized and squeeze in a tasting. We did a small cake and 100 cupcakes with the rental of a cupcake tower. We had also gotten assorted pastries through our dinner caterer. The cupcakes (and cake) were absolutely amazing. The cupcakes flew and our guests raved about them. My only regret is that we didn't get more!

We couldn’t have asked for a better dessert vendor! We utilized the food truck for cupcakes at our wedding and it was the best, our guests raved about how great everything was! Everything was very easy from start to finish. From the complimentary tasting to the wedding day. Everybody complimented them on how beautiful they looked and how good and fresh they tasted. i also provided guests with to go containers which they greatly appreciated. They even set aside a four pack of cupcakes to ensure we even had some ourselves for after the wedding. I live out of town but will definitely make trips up the store for some cupcakes. Would totally recommend.

My husband and I ordered from Lancaster cupcakes for our wedding day, we heard about them from our venue aka Lauxmont Farms. Making an appointment to do testing was simple and the staff was very friendly. They were very accommodating to food allergies and the cupcakes we got (Boston cream, strawberry champagne, and funfetti) were to die for and so was the cake too. Would definitely recommend this place and would order from them again if given the opportunity to.

We chose cupcakes to avoid having our caterer cut up and plate slices of cake. Having cupcakes make it easy for our guests to grab a flavor they would like also made it easy to accommodate a gluten allergy. Lancaster Cupcake is SO DELICIOUS! When we were wedding planning we tried so many desserts around Lancaster, but nothing comes close to Lancaster Cupcake! They have unique flavors and even include gluten free/ vegan cupcakes. You can't even tell which cupcakes are gluten free/ vegan- they're all so yummy! We opted for the mini cupcakes and they were devoured quickly! Everyone raved about how delicious they were.
During the planning process, Alexa, the wedding coordinator was easy to work with and helped set up our tasting box. The payment portal was simple to use. Overall, just a great experience! I will definitely get more desserts from them in the future!

The Perfect Cupcakes
Lancaster Cupcake is so good that we didn’t get any! Lol we had an abundance of cupcakes (because they are soooo good) and our guests were taking 4 packs home with them! We surprised our guests with the Cupcake Truck. We are not “cake” people but we would literally do anything for Lancaster Cupcake cakes and cupcakes! They are OUT OF THIS WORLD delicious! I’ve had them previously and have eaten 3 cupcakes in one night…. Lancaster Cupcake was so easy to work with, the hardest part was choosing the flavors. I even forgot to add a gluten free option for a guest. I called the day before my wedding and I was able to add what was needed, I did not want anyone to miss out on these cupcakes. They will forever be our go to bakery for all our future celebrations.

I knew Lancaster Cupcake before they were apart of my big day. I LOVE EVERYTHING THEY HAVE. It was a no brainer to book them. The process was very seamless, they were very responsive, nice and helpful. The tasting was one of my favorite parts. We got both our 2 tier cake and 3 different flavors of cupcakes. Everyone at the wedding was raving about how yummy they were and that they liked we had a variety. Check them out in person and try a few cupcakes and you will not be disappointed. We hired Lancaster Cupcake for our wedding, and it was one of the best decisions we had! They were very welcoming when we reached out to them, and they invited us for a tasting. The wedding coordinator, Alexa, was very easy to contact and to work with. They have a huge list of flavors, and we changed our minds on which flavors we wanted several times. Alexa was flexible with us and changed our order right away each time we asked for something different. Some things that were important to us were having a vegan and gluten-free option and having flavors that fit the season since we had a winter wedding. Lancaster Cupcake offers a wide variety of vegan and gluten-free flavors, not just plain old vanilla and chocolate, and they had flavors with decorations that were perfect for winter. We ended up ordering a two-tier cake and an assortment of cupcakes. The cake looked exactly like what we requested, and everything tasted SO good. By the end of the night, all of the cupcakes had been eaten! We also appreciated that Lancaster Cupcake delivered and set up the desserts. We were able to easily borrow white stands from them, which we returned the next day without a hassle. If you want to impress your guests, book Lancaster Cupcake for your wedding!

So good!! We had mini cupcakes for our wedding and we received so many compliments about the flavor and beauty of the cupcakes. everyone loved them! We had the absolute pleasure of having Lancaster Cupcake do our wedding cake and cupcakes. We went for our tasting and met with Mandy. She was so nice and super helpful! My sister has some strict dietary needs, and while they were not able to accommodate a cupcake for her, Mandy and the Lancaster Cupcake team tried 3 different times to see if there was anything they could do. They were able to accommodate a few vegan family members with a four pack of vegan cupcakes, which were just as delicious as the rest from what I heard! We had Mudslide, Salted Caramel, Cookie Dough, Strawberry Champagne and Red Velvet cupcakes. Cookie Dough was a huge hit and was the first to go! We also did a single layer salted caramel cake. Everything was SO DELICIOUS! They packed up a four pack of cupcakes just for us labeled Bride & Groom so we had a chance to enjoy our cupcakes after the wedding which was such a great touch!

If you are looking for a baker for your wedding or event, Lancaster Cupcake is the way to go! The company was very easy to work with, delivered the promised result, set up everything beautifully, and had every single guest raving about the cupcakes. Every guest has asked me where we got the cupcakes we ordered from! They also create beautiful and delicious wedding cakes if you prefer a traditional dessert.

We hired Lancaster Cupcake for our Wedding on April 6th, 2018 at the Eden Resort. We were able to come to the Mountville location to try multiple flavors. We chose 4 signature flavors and a two tiered small wedding cake (for cake cutting purposes). They were very flexible when I needed to change the color of the tiers and the cupcake wrappers. Delivery and set up was also included in the package. My friends and family absolutely raved about the cupcakes. They were so incredible. I just wish there would have been labels for them. However, that did not stop them from going fast! And the cake was unbelievable. I'll be looking forward to tasting it again on our 1 year anniversary!

Using cupcakes for the wedding guests were a huge hit! I totally recommend the salted caramel cupcake as those were the first ones gone from the display. Everyone raved as to how they tasted and how fresh they were. Quite a few guests asked who the baker was and plan on visiting the satellite store at Park City Mall. The 6" round cake that they made for the cake cutting was fantastic. They even made sure that the cake topper was put on our cake and made it so that it would stay upright and also not fall through the top. I was also touched that they took the time and left us a congratulations card with a handwritten note in our card cage. It was nice to see that they took the time to thank us for the business and also to wish us well in our marriage. I will keep buying my cupcakes from them when I can. You guys are the best!

Lancaster Cupcake was so fun and easy to work with. We went in for a complimentary tasting and were able to pick from a wide variety of flavors. We were married in December and LOVED that they had holiday themed cupcakes - Santa's Red Velvet and Milk and Cookies. These flavors were delicious and went perfect with our Christmas themed wedding! (We also went with Chocolate Party and Vanilla Party.)
The process was easy and hassle free. We made a deposit and that held our date. Thirty days prior to our wedding, we finalized our decisions and paid in full. And if you haven't had a cupcake from Lancaster Cupcake, they are seriously the BEST!

So if you’re thinking about having a wedding in Lancaster, I highly encourage you to skip the expensive wedding cake and instead hire the Lancaster Cupcake truck. It was a huge hit! Our guests were blown away. First of all, it just looks cool to have a food truck at your wedding. And cupcakes are so much tastier than wedding cake. We did 4 flavors: the Peanut Butter Oreo Chocolate, Strawberry Champagne, Red Velvet, and Tiramisu. They were all awesome. And then they throw in a small wedding cake as part of the package, so you have something to do the cake cutting with. Lancaster Cupcake is the best!! Thank you!!

Lancaster Cupcake catered our wedding with their food truck! It was sort of a last minute addition, so we were impressed with their willingness to work with us! They even agreed to serve coffee out of our coffee mug favors. They were awesome, and the cupcakes were Delish!

Lancaster Cupcake is one of mine and my now husband's favorite places in Lancaster! We have probably tried every cupcake flavor they have ever created so we knew that they had to be a part of our wedding day! Lancaster Cupcake exceeded our expectations: every detail was perfection on the day of our wedding on April 1, 2016. The cupcakes looked gorgeous...the stands we rented were perfectly arranged and we received so many compliments about not only the taste of the cupcakes (all four flavors we chose were to die for!) but also their presentation. Our strawberry champagne wedding cake was so delicious...and it was decorated exactly the way I wanted. Everyone at Lancaster Cupcake is professional and easy to work with...we couldn't be happier with how everything went!!

Lancaster cupcake blew our expectations out of the water! Their attention to detail and taste is amazing. We picked 4 flavors and added about 10 gluten free cupcakes, our flavors were Carrot Cake, Gingerbread, Caramel Apple, and S'mores. There were ALL so tasty and a huge highlight of our night! I would highly recommend Lancaster cupcake to anyone for ANY event, not just weddings!

Lancaster Cupcake is AWESOME. We had the cupcake truck at our wedding, and it was such a hit - it's the first thing many of our guests mention about our wedding! Not only are the cupcakes delicious (we chose six flavors), but the people are nice to work with, we had the most lovely tasting at their downtown Lancaster location with my aunt and uncle, and they are open to ensuring the cupcakes match your wedding theme and colors. I'm so glad we decided to have the Lancaster Cupcake truck at our wedding - thanks for adding such a special touch.

Lancaster Cupcake was so easy to work with and their cupcakes are amazing! We ordered a cake topper to cut and about 450 mini and regular sizes cupcakes from them. We ordered 6 different flavors and each of them were delicious. Our guests really enjoyed the mini version of the cupcakes because it gave them a chance to try all the different cupcakes. They looked so beautiful and the price for everything was truly great! We definitely plan on purchasing our cupcakes from them in the future!

Love the cupcakes for our weddingand so did our guests! They were delicious! Everyone loved that they could try the different flavors. So much more affordable that a traditional wedding cake. The tree cookie stand to display the cupcakes was awesome too and fit perfectly with our wedding theme.

So incredibly happy that we went with Lancaster Cupcake. The cupcakes were incredible! We decided to go with the mini cupcakes and our guests could not stop talking about them. They were thrilled that they could try more than one flavor. Honestly that was the hardest part through this whole process........trying to narrow down to our favorite flavors! Please hire Lancaster Cupcake for your wedding! You will be so glad you did! All of my guests couldn't stop raving about the cupcakes! Usually at weddings no one eats the cake and usually complains that the cake is dry. These cupcakes are moist and delicious. I don't plan on getting married again, but if I did, I would use them! HA!

The cupcakes were fresh and beautifully designed and displayed. Our topper cake (for the bride and groom) was cute and delicious and our guests RAVED about the cupcakes. Please, please hire Lancaster Cupcakes for your wedding! They are so talented and offer perfection through cupcakes. We received so many compliments all evening and were left with hardly any cupcakes left. You will NOT regret hiring them. Beyond our wedding we have bought cupcakes through them for several other occasions and the quality is always the same. Flavorful, rich, and true to their flavor descriptions. Working with Emily and everyone at Lancaster Cupcake was great! She worked with us on a display and incorporated our decor (flowers, ribbon etc) into the cupcake tower. There were a variety of delicious flavors to choose from and I can't wait for another occasion to order more! Also, the gluten-free cupcakes were a hit with everyone (non-celiac's included). Great experience, GREAT cupcakes! You won't find better in Lancaster :)
