  We hired Lana through complete weddings and events and could not be happier that she was with us for our engagement photos, tiny Covid ceremony and our big reception. Lana is the best!

  We used Lana for our engagement session, and I also did a boudoir photo session with her for a wedding gift. I honestly can not say enough good things about Lana. Not only is she a total sweetheart, but she is beyond talented! She took the time to get to know me and my husband, and helped us achieve the look we wanted with no hesitation. Lana is so laid back, and has a way to make you feel beyond comfortable in front of the camera, especially for the boudoir. Her images show that she has a true eye for photography and every single photo she took blew us away. It was an absolute pleasure working with her, and we will cherish the pictures she took forever!

  Lana is a true artist! She is able to create unique and personalized photos that somehow capture the emotion and energy of a special moment. Not only does Lana impress with her photography skills, she is organized, reliable and professional. You will not have to worry about details being missed or follow through! Finally, Lana is fun to be around! Her personality and humor keep the mood happy and can turn even tense moments into laughter....what more can you ask for on your wedding day?!?! In summary, Lana is a top notch photographer and you will no doubt cherish her work for years to come as we have.

  Lana Ortiz did an outstanding job with our wedding. One of my groomsmen who is a professional photographer as well was really impressed with her work. She also helped us get in touch with other people like the DJ and the makeup artist and we couldn't have been happier.

  Lana is not only an amazing photographer who captured all of the special moments of our wedding day, but she is also a wonderful person to work with. She was very flexible and accommodating with her time in our pre-wedding discussions, and put in countless hours of extra time and effort scouting locations for the perfect wedding portraits. Lana was the first and only photographer we met with, but we instantly knew she was the right photographer for us. The wedding album she produced is proof that we made the right decision.

She listens, is professional, talented, tenacious, and works tirelessly to provide a product that will knock your socks off! I couldn't be more pleased that I chose her as my wedding photographer. I honestly feel like she made my day look like a staged scene from a bridal magazine- so beautiful.

  My now husband and I were looking for a photographer who could capture the truly vivacious and entertaining nature of our wedding day, while honoring the beauty of the historic site we choose to get married in. Lana made it clear at our initial meeting that she would be dressed as professionally and would interact with our guests throughout the event as we outlined. However, we basically considered our wedding as a huge party, so professional dress and aloof behavior were neither required nor encouraged. In fact, we asked her to get in on all action that was happening with our guests so we could capture the moments we weren’t personally there to experience; we couldn’t have been happier with the results.
  
  Lana has the unique ability to make her subjects feel at ease while they are being photographed. She provided the perfect balance of personal initiative and responsiveness to our wishes. Instead of just coming in and taking over our wedding with a pre-set shot list, she asked us to search for examples of the types of shots we would want to have. However, when I personally lost my head (surprising considering I was getting married) and couldn’t think of what to do next, she was more than willing to take the lead so I could just relax and enjoy the moment. Most importantly, regardless of the situation, she has a sharp eye for capturing the most flattering poses, especially for women! I can honestly say, I have never looked so good in a photograph before. It was truly an honor and a joy to work with Lana, and I will continue to do so in the future!
