We had our wedding outside at the Ruby and it was perfect for our 100 guest wedding. Reuben was our point of contact with the venue and he was professional, responsive, and supportive every step of the way! Anytime I had a question, I was able to send it over and get a response within 24 hours. From the first tour, food tastings, the rehearsal, to our wedding day, Lake Windsor Country Club was amazing. The setting and support was perfect for our day and we couldn’t imagine getting married anywhere else!

LWCC staff and event coordinators were great to work with. They made setup and decorating easy and accessible. The event coordinators were very communicative and quick to respond, and their presence during the wedding and reception helped everything go very smoothly. The venue itself is spacious and well taken care of. Dinner (in-house) was served on time and everyone loved it. Overall, the value of LWCC for a wedding or large event is tough to beat.

Working with Reuben at Lake Windsor Country Club was so easy and fun. He answered ALL of my questions throughout the entire process and in a very timely manner. They were flexible with every one of our requests. We had custom signature drinks, customs shots created and provided to each guests, we also tweaked one of the primary meal selections and all of our guests loved the food. The serving staff was super nice and helpful as well.

We had the most beautiful, seamless wedding at Lake Windsor country club. The venue is set up perfectly for an outdoor ceremony, a cocktail hour, and a dinner/reception upstairs. Reuben ensured that everything went smooth and brought a relaxed, professional feel to our otherwise stressful day. They thought of every detail so we could stay focused on each other and our guests, and enjoy the fairytale wedding! Not a single complaint - I truly cannot recommend this venue enough!

Tristin and I got married at Lake Windsor Country Club on May 25th and it was the best day of our lives. We worked with Reuben and he truly made this whole experience the best it could have been, He was extremely responsive, so helpful and friendly. He helped with the rehearsal and day of coordination. He worked with the vendors to set up and I never had to worry about anything besides getting ready and married. The few photos we got to see as the photographer took them looked stunning with the beautiful scenery Lake Windsor provided. We can not recommend this vendor enough and so thankful to Reuben for making it the greatest experience!

My husband and I got married at Lake Windsor Country Club in August 2024. We worked with Mike and Reuben. They were both amazing - super responsive, flexible, dependable, and helpful. Mike, specifically, made sure our day went perfectly - watching the weather since we wanted an outdoor ceremony, coordinating with vendors, etc. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

Working with Reuben and the Lake Windsor team was so seamless! Reuben was fantastic at answering ALL the questions I had and even the questions the moms had. He was so patient, understanding, and willing to work with just about anyone to make sure the day went as smoothly as possible. Our day was beyond what we could have expected and I owe all of that to Reuben for setting us up for complete success.

We had our wedding reception in the Crystal Commons room in October and it was everything we could have imagined! Rueben and his staff exceeded our expectations. Rueben was very responsive to all of our emails and requests. The room was breathtaking with all the windows and view of the course. We also had our rehearsal dinner there the night before and both rehearsal dinner and reception food were phenomenal! I received so many compliments from guests about the food and venue! I would recommend anyone to have their event at Lake Windsor County Club!

Lake Windsor is a gorgeous venue for a wedding and the staff was outstanding! Our coordinator, Reuben Vandehey, was beyond helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They answered all of our questions, were patient and made our wedding day absolutely flawless and beautiful! Our guests are still raving about the appetizers and food served. The food was on time and hot! It was so great to have everything we needed (all services provided) on site instead of having to hire outside vendors. It made the planning process that much easier and less stressful. Lake Windsor has it all and we would pick them again in a heartbeat!

Lake Windsor was the absolutely perfect venue for us. We had the upstairs ballroom area and it held our 150 person wedding very comfortably. We utilized one side for bags, pong, and other games while the other side was the bar/dance area. Kristy was our coordinator and assured everything went smoothly from the very beginning. From touring the venue and sampling the catering options to pre-wedding agenda assistance and day-of check-ins. Cannot say enough good things about Lake Windsor or Kristy! Not to mention, the catering was delicious. Many of our guests mentioned it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. Would highly recommend.

The venue is stunningly beautiful and the service is impeccable. Our meals and drinks were delicious and served by polite and courteous wait staff and bartenders.
Christy our Event Coordinator is such a professional. She was available and responsive to all our needs, right from the very beginning when we first met with her 2 years prior to our special day. She walked us through the process and was very detailed and organized.
On our wedding day she was spot on with timing during the ceremony and was available to us if needed, in addition to managing a second wedding in the other space at the venue.

My husband and I held our ceremony and reception at Lake Windsor Country Club. We booked in mid 2021 for our August of 2022 wedding, which we did from only seeing it online, never in person, and it was the best decision we've made. Our wedding coordinator was Patrick and he was INCREDIBLE. Cool as a cucumber, so ready and willing to help, BEYOND accommodating to us at every turn. Any time I felt stressed his response was "we can take care of that, no problem." The best person to have around in a stressful situation. The venue was just gorgeous. Many guests told me it was the most beautiful wedding they've been to. The large windows and all the natural light? You just can't beat it. Because we had a larger wedding, we decided to rent both the upstairs and downstairs of the venue to ensure we were the only wedding there that day and although it was more money, it was money well spent. Everyone had space to move around and the kids could go outside and play. It gave us a separate level for cocktail hour which was great. I highly recommend it if you have a large wedding and can spare the cash. The food: So delicious. Not only did my husband and I think it was amazing, but our guests LOVED the food! Some of the best food I've had at a wedding. Again, we had a BIG wedding, so a lot of people to serve and we did plated dinners and the quality didn't suffer at all! The staff served our guests quickly and were so helpful! They are a well oiled machine and there were no hiccups. The bartenders had a great energy and were really pleasant to be around. I don't throw around the word "perfect" very often, but our wedding was perfect. All the planning and the vision I had in my head came true by Patrick and this incredible staff. I would recommend Lake Windsor Country Club to ANYONE, and wish I could relive the day over and over again. They are simply the best and I have no complaints! THANK YOU!!!

Beautiful venue! We had our wedding here in the Crystal Commons space w/ an outdoor ceremony and we couldn't have been happier. The staff was very helpful on the big day and helped us with everything we needed. The event coordinator was very knowledge and answered all of our questions/provided all of the guidance that we needed to help get us through the planning process. The food was good and the bar staff was very friendly. Would recommend!

Lake Windsor is honestly the best place in Madison they are just perfect in everything (place with view,best place for photo shooting,most delicious food and great space for party)Kristin was very helpful and nice.

Working with them to plan and coordinate:
Absolutely fantastic. Huge props to Kristy. We had to postpone TWICE - our original wedding date was October 2020 - and there was no problem either time; deposits transferred, we found a new date. I read about other venues on the internet and there were some horror stories -- you will not have any problems at Lake Windsor if something unfortunate comes up. As you approach the date and need to get final details coordinated, again, Kristy is absolutely on top of things and will answer all your questions, provide helpful suggestions, and just generally be great to work with.

Physical space:
Very nice. We had a smaller wedding than some and so could use the smaller, downstairs room. I've actually attended a wedding in the upstairs room as guest a few months ago as well. Both are very nice, but I have to say the downstairs is even nicer because you get access to the outdoor patio space for basically the entire evening. We had guests out there all evening except during dinner, it provided a great spot to chill out and have a conversation while others were tearing up the dance floor inside. There is nice landscaping right near the venue and a well-manicured golf course beyond. Some flowering trees if you're there at the right time of year will make for some great photos.

Amenities:
The arch that they provided for our ceremony, and all the little things like chairs, tablecloths, etc, all good. They have a handheld mic and speakers that are perfectly good to carry voices. There's a little "locker room" area off of each of the bathrooms where the bridesmaids and groomsmen can stash their stuff, but there's nothing stopping anyone from walking in there. The bathrooms themselves are clean, well-maintained, etc.

Bar:
The bartenders did a great job, were professional, courteous, helpful, quick. Mixed good drinks. The venue is able to stock just about anything if you give them enough notice -- we had Zombie Dust on draft. They also had a Keurig set up next to the bar so you can keep the party going. I forget what they stocked it with but it was good - I was double-fisting an iced coffee and a margarita for a while and couldn't decide which I liked more.

Food:
Not a standout - for what you're paying per plate, you'd get a better meal at a nice restaurant - but I am impressed at what they managed to produce at industrial scale, feeding hundreds of people all at once. It was good, good portions, and they distributed it out to tables efficiently. We didn't do a wedding cake, opting for a selection of pre-plated desserts that guests could go up and get from a dessert table, and those were all delicious.

Summary:
Everything was at minimum very good, with most aspects being excellent. The true standout is Kristy. Management, give her a raise, you want to retain her! Would I recommend this venue? Absolutely, particularly if you have a small enough guest list to use the downstairs space (& therefore the patio).

We LOVE Lake Windsor Country Club!! It was the first venue we looked at and booked it immediately. The chandeliers and floor to ceiling windows everywhere are stunning, the food is great, and the outdoor gazebo and golf course is beautiful. Kristy is wonderful to work with and always answered my many many questions. The days of rehearsal and wedding she was so helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. Couldn’t have asked for a better more beautiful venue!

Lake Windsor Country Club was the most beautiful place for our October wedding! Kristy was amazing and answered all of my questions. She made me feel confident planning a wedding from 1,000 miles away. Lake Windsor was so accommodating and professional, and we highly recommend them!

The Windsor Country Club is down right beautiful. With their glass doors for guest to walk through to their baby grand piano. We had many guest comment on how stunning the hall looked. I want to say that besides the looks, our event planner Mike at the Windsor Country Club, made everything go so smooth and made it super easy and relaxing for us. There is nothing better than having a wedding planner for your wedding, especially when they work for the hall you chose. Mike was fantastic, he planned everything out with us and on the wedding everything went as planned. He took thorough notes and was very timely. I would highly recommend the Windsor Country Club for your big day!

Lake Windsor was everything we wanted and more. We worked with Mike and he was able to accommodate any needs we had for our 300+ guest New Years Eve wedding. We had our entire day at LW. We had pictures taken before our ceremony around the course, held our ceremony upstairs, leading into cocktail hour, dinner, and an awesome night dancing! Everything that night ran so smoothly with the help and guidance of Mike and his staff. We had so many guests compliment the venue and night. The food portions were outstanding and all was so reasonably priced. We were so thrilled with how our big day turned out. Thanks LW for an unforgettable wedding!

We recently got married at Lake Windsor CC in early December and it was an absolute dream. Kristy P. and her team did everything so well and allowed our day to unfold smoothly without any hiccups. We had a blast! Many of our guests complimented the natural beauty of the venue in addition to how nice the staff (Kristy, servers, bartenders) were. We highly recommend Lake Windsor CC!

We had an amazing wedding reception at Lake Windsor Country Club in the Crystal Commons room. The staff members were all very nice and attentive. Mike was outstanding, he took care of everything without us even noticing. Everything was well planned out weeks in advance so that there was nothing to worry about in the few days leading up to the wedding. The venue was beautiful and did not require much in the way of decorating, which was great! We loved that everything was included, and the food was cooked on-site; there were no surprises when it came to final prices. Our guests could not stop raving about the food. The golf course was a beautiful back drop for day and night photos. Rick who was helping at the bar that night was very attentive and took the time to call the hotels and arrange extra shuttle service after one of the shuttles broke down.

We wanted a fall-themed wedding and we were able to use real pumpkins for the ceremony and reception. The food was delicious and we had no issues with our coordinator. Everything was just perfect.

Awesome to have indoor or outdoor option for ceremony, as well as having bar, food, tables (everything) available on site. Mike made the day of stress free and made sure we had everything we needed. We were able to decorate the day beforehand (may not be possible if the day beforehand has a wedding). Food was decent; great feedback from guests (we also got the cheaper options).

Phenomenal! The manager, Mike, was an absolute joy to work with. He made everything so easy and made sure everything went smoothly at the day of and the days before. The staff is amazing. The food is sublime seriously I cannot say enough about their salmon. And the setting is just magical. It created the perfect ambience for my Gatsby botanical wedding and after a month of being married I still have people gushing about how gorgeous everything was at this venue.

Lake Windsor Country Club is beyond incredible!! There is no other place in the greater Madison area where you can get married for an affordable price that is this beautiful with phenomenal food and attentive and professional employees. Katie was our event coordinator and I cannot say enough great things about her- she was attentive to EVERY SINGLE detail, professional, and made sure we were well taken care of. Their communication is incredible and they make sure everything is finalized before your big day. I cannot say enough great things about this place! Our guests were so impressed and every single guests of ours was so impressed by the food.

My husband and I hosted our wedding reception at Lake Windsor country club. Everything was perfect! Brandie was our event coordinator and she was fabulous! She was such a delight & helped so much! From working with our timeline to changing our dinner entrees. The venue was exceptionally clean & had easy access for our guests. The layout is perfect. We had the upstairs commons, our dj was set up in the right wing, the sound mostly stayed in the wing with the dj. Made it easy for our guests to socialize! My husband and I would recommend this beautiful venue to anyone !

Everything went smoothly, service, quality of food, overall perfect!

Our daughter’s wedding was Sun Oct 7 and we are still reveling in the memories of a nearly perfect wedding experience at Lake Windsor! Katie Bohnert was there every step of the way to guide us through the process of planning the wedding, hiring vendors, and finalizing all the details. Since the couple live in another state, the planning was complicated, but Katie coordinated the decision making and communication smoothly. The venue was beautiful and spacious indoors and the outdoor grounds added to the beauty. Even though it rained and we had to change the plans from an outdoor to an indoor ceremony, the Lake Windsor staff made the transition seamless. Our guests loved the food and the portions were large... great for our hungry crowd. The dance floor was large and allowed us to fully enjoy the dancing. The bartender and waitstaff were friendly and professional and served our guests well.
For the venue and the services we received we felt the cost was very reasonable for a Sunday wedding. The bridal couple are really thankful to have had such a perfect wedding and reception. Thanks to you all at Lake Windsor for your part in making this happen... esp you Katie! 👍🏼👍🏼👏👏

Very impressed with everything at Lake Windsor. Our coordinator, Brandie was so very helpful and flexible with everything. The staff and were great and always had a smile on and the venue inside and out was beautiful. Couldn’t have asked for a better wedding and venue to have it at.

Brandi, the event coordinator, did an amazing job preparing us for our wedding day celebration. She took a lot off stress of us by making sure that the day went as we had planned. Can't express enough how helpful she was to us.

We had such an amazing experience with Lake Windsor Country Club and our coordinator, Katie. From the day we toured LWCC to our wedding day everything seemed to go smoothly and effortlessly. I felt Katie did a great job informing us and giving us advice on certain details and really facilitated the whole process.

All the staff was friendly and accommodating even with a few last minute changes that couldn't have been forseen. It was truly a great experience having our wedding at LWCC and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a gorgeous wedding venue where the service is excellent and they work with you every step of the way.

The Windsor is a beautiful venue for a wedding reception. The food is excellent, the bar service and wait staff keep all the guests happy and the coordinator makes sure everything is smooth and trouble free. "A good time was had by all".

LWCC's indoor weddings are spectacular! The LWCC facility is spacious; comprising three rooms the length of which has ceiling to floor windows overlooking the lush green golf course, small blue ponds and stately trees.

Our September wedding ceremony was in the comforting warm sunlight soaked Crystal Commons Room where a string quartet and pianist harmonically played deeply heartfelt compositions emphasizing the magic of the moment. LWCC is a wonderful facility for any occasion. But a facility is just that: a place to meet, eat, celebrate and enjoy; however, if you don’t have an event coordinator – or rather the right event coordinator – then your celebration, and the journey there to, will be stressful marked with anxiety and apprehension, hoping for the best but not having planned for it.

This is where Katie Bohnert comes in. In a nutshell, Katie is a master problem solver threading complex issues and concerns with insight and experience while displaying dazzling arrays of options into cohesive, delightful synergistic solutions. For us, having a year to plan, there were a number of pitfalls and hurdles to overcome. From the minor of accommodating a large number of people’s dietary concerns, to the sensitive that some people have strong affinities to alcohol consumption to the extremely complex: how do we get the biggest bang for our dollar? The latter being important to anyone that desires not only a cherished event but one that is not wasteful while being accommodating to all. Katie was akin to a 3rd degree black belt Kung-Fu warrior where she would break problem barriers, masterfully twist and spin with expenditures delivering the amazingly perfect touch to awe even the skeptical.

So we can’t say it enough. Yes, the right venue is important and LWCC has that and more. But the most important decision is - who is taking care of you? We were fortunate and hope others experience the same.

Thank you for all the attention to every detail of the day. How beautiful everything was...There venue is just breathtaking. I cannot not say enough that there was not once that I had to worry about a thing on their end. They were so helpful that day and thru the whole process of this. There staff was also so helpful with any questions and needs. A special thank you to Brandie... She was there for me with any details and defiantly made all our visions become dreams come true. And also, the meal and appetizers were amazing as I heard from all of our guests. Everything was so well worth every dollar spend. Priceless...So many thanks to Lake Windsor Country Club.

I cannot express enough how amazing our experience at Lake Windsor was! Katie was our wedding coordinator and she was phenomenal. Brandie and the rest of the team at Lake Windsor made sure our wedding day was absolutely perfect. Their attention to detail is amazing. Everything went so smoothly throughout the entire planning process and on our wedding day. We knew from the very beginning that we were in VERY good hands! They are such pros at the wedding business as they thought of everything, especially things that we hadn't even thought of or considered. The minimum for how much to spend was a little daunting in the beginning, but we felt it was the perfect amount in the end. We were able to offer our guests appetizers, a plated dinner, late night snacks, 2 kegs of Spotted Cow, 1 keg of Miller Lite, 1/6th keg of Tyranena Bitter Woman, and an open wine tab. Our guests loved Lake Windsor and are still raving about how perfect of a venue it was. We are beyond happy with our choice for our wedding reception and cannot recommend Lake Windsor enough!

I got married at Lake Windsor this past January. I worked with Elise who is FANTASTIC. She was very accommodating to all of our needs. She is very knowledgeable and was great to work with overall. Our entire wedding night went off without a hitch! Also food and bartenders were both amazing!

We had our Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding (ceremony and reception) at Lake Windsor this spring. They were great. Brandie was our coordinator and she was THE BEST. She was so prompt and helpful. I emailed her quite a bit with lots of questions over the course of our wedding planning and she was always quick to respond and always answered all of my questions in detail!! Wedding planning and
all of the details can get a little crazy but we always felt like we were in good hands with Lake Windsor. The food was great and things moved swiftly. Everyone kept commenting on how beautiful the venue is. They are really pros at weddings here. I really can't say enough how helpful Brandie was during this whole process!! She made our lives a lot easier!

Book it! Lake Windsor did an excellent job with our wedding. They were extremely helpful, receptive to our ideas/image for our day, assisted with every detail, and overall made the day perfect. They worked well with our vendors and were available for last minute changes and questions. The food was served in a timely manner, hot, delicious and we got lots of compliments from our guests about it. The venue itself was clean, beautiful and staff was amazing. Our event coordinator, Elise, went above and beyond, assisting with anything and everything, easy to talk to and had many suggestions and ideas to make our day perfect.

As parents of the bride, we are still in disbelief over how completely stress free, beautiful and perfect everything was at the reception last Saturday. We were able to 100% enjoy the day knowing Brandie and staff were on top of everything. The BEST day ever! If any parents are reading this, we highly recommend you go to Lake Windsor, and let the bride and groom make the decisions - no need for helicopter parents because you can be confident in the quality of service :)

I could not be happier with Lake Windsor Golf Course. Brandie made sure that everything went as planned. She also made sure that everything was well planned. She thought of things that I would never have thought of. She was easy to communicate with, via email or phone, and always promptly answered any questions I had. It was convenient to have everything included in one place. Food, beverages, linens, etc., was all handle by Lake Windsor Golf Club. The food was absolutely delicious. I continue to get compliments. Could not ask for anything more.

I would not hesitate to recommend Lake Windsor to anyone planning a wedding! Our day was better than we could have ever dreamed of, and Lake Windsor was a large part of that. From day one when we toured the venue to the day of, and even after the wedding, Elise, our event coordinator, has been AMAZING! She made us feel very comfortable from early on, and made planning very easy. She was easy to communicate with, via email or phone, and always promptly answered any questions I had. She really did make the stress of planning a wedding almost non-existant. Lake Windsor was able to accommodate to most anything we wanted for our special day. It was also very nice to have everything rolled into one package--food, beverages, linens, etc., and only one person to have to coordinate all these things with. The food was absolutely delicious, and I continue to get compliments on how amazing the Fillet was...I would highly recommend it :) Overall, I truly believe Lake Windsor and Elise deserve a 5/5 rating. We were able to enjoy planning for the big day and relax on our wedding day knowing that everything was taken care of and that we were in great hands.

Having our wedding reception at Lake Windsor was wonderful! It was so nice to utilize both the indoor and outdoor spaces; our guests loved being able to sit outside during the cocktail hour and enjoy the beautiful summer day. The highlight for the wedding party was being able to take golf carts out on the course for pictures. It was an absolute blast! The Lake Windsor event coordinator, Brandie, was extremely helpful during the entire process. Everything ran very smoothly thanks to her!

While the upstairs looks like it is out of a movie, the downstairs is also great and very affordable! Plus, guests can use the patio to cool off from all of the dancing! There was plenty of space for our ~100 guests. The staff and our coordinator, Brandie, were instrumental in making every thing run smoothly!

Lake Windsor Country Club was amazing. When we first started looking at venues, and wedding planning in general, it was a miracle we found them quickly. Lake Windsor was our ceremony site, reception site, and caterer. They answered questions we didn't know we had, and were very accommodating. Brandie was our Day-of-Coordinator and all together wedding guru. She let us know what she could provide, gave us suggestions when we felt lost, and perfectly managed the wedding day events! She gave us recommendations for other vendors and was always responsive, caring, and well organized. We never felt pressured, stressed, or rushed. It rained on my wedding day, but I was never stressed because I knew she had a backup plan, and everything would be beautiful! Even with the rain, my wedding was perfect and Lake Windsor Country Club and Brandie had a big hand in that. Thank you!

Classy venue that is focused on service. Food was great and the wedding coordinator Brandie was great to work with, she made our day worry free. Besides being a top notch location the assistance of Brandie and the whole staff will make your day a great one.

Lake Windsor was the perfect backdrop for our brunch wedding over Independence Day weekend. From our first visit, we were impressed with Brandie's organization, flexibility, and general knowledge of all things wedding. Brandie helped us achieve our vision and made us feel calm, even amidst last minute guest list changes! Our guests raved about the sheer beauty of Lake Windsor, the attentive staff, the delicious brunch (including biscuits and gravy, which weren't on their original menu), and the fun mimosa and Bloody Mary stations. Our vendors also appreciated Brandie's availability and quick responses to inquiries. Our wedding day was the perfect reflection of us, and Lake Windsor played a huge part in making that possible.

My husband and I do not have enough positive things to say about our experience with Lake Windsor Country club. We had our wedding at this venue just a couple of weeks ago and it could not have gone better. We worked with Elise-who was so helpful through the whole process. We had both our ceremony and reception at the venue. Our ceremony was inside, and then they flipped the chairs during cocktail hour for the dinner. I was a little worried, but it happened so quickly we didn't even notice the workers had done it. Elise responded to every email immediately, made changes to our seating charts, accommodated a few of our guests with very specific food allergies, and made everything so easy. The guests have been telling us how much they loved the food, how gorgeous the venue was, and how great the staff was. We are so happy we chose Lake Windsor as our venue and would recommend it to anybody.

Lake Windsor Golf Club was the absolute PERFECT venue for our wedding reception. I am a big golfer, so I had to have it at a golf course. Lake Windsor is so beautiful, and it was a gorgeous day, so we took many pictures out on the course. We had our reception in the Crystal Ballroom, and it was BEAUTIFUL. The chandeliers were the perfect accompaniment to our classic wedding style. Lindsay was our wedding coordinator, and we honestly could not have been happier with her. She is extremely organized, prompt, and professional. Lindsay was there every step of the way. She helped make my dream wedding a reality. Lindsay alone gave this review 5 stars! I can't forget to mention the AMAZING and delicious food that Lake Windsor serves. I wanted to try it all! Everything was so perfect. I highly recommend Lake Windsor Golf Club.

Lake Windsor is not only a gorgeous venue, but also was the perfect space to have a large wedding. Everything flowed well throughout the event and I was really happy with the service. Event Coordinator Kate Schroeder was a great help when it came to planning our wedding day and was always available to answer questions (even if it didn't directly have to do with Lake Windsor).

Our experience with Lake Windsor was wonderful. We had both our ceremony and reception there, and both were absolutely beautiful. Lindsay was so easy to work with from day 1, and she took care of so much for us that she made it so easy for us to just relax and enjoy our day. The food was incredible, I had so many comments from our guests that it was the best wedding food they have tasted! Every little detail was taken care of by the staff, and they do so many weddings that there is nothing that goes overlooked. Perfect wedding venue!

We had our ceremony and reception and Lake Windsor. When we walked into the room we were an aww of how beautiful the place was with the large windows and chandeliers. It was everything we wanted in a reception hall. Our experience with Lake Windsor was absolutely amazing from the day we signed the contract. We were assigned a wedding coordinator, Kate, who worked with us the entire process and ensure the small details were taken care of the day of so we didn't have to worry about them. Kate was amazing to work with. We were having an outdoor wedding and it started to rain so they brought everything inside and started setting up and then the sun came out and Kate worked with her staff to take everything back outside. It was a seamless process and we couldn't have been happier that they made it happen. It was really the perfect day for us and Lake Windsor, Kate and the staff helped to make that possible. I cannot say enough good things about Lake Windsor.

We had the best experience working with Lake Windsor!! The staff was wonderful and so helpful on our wedding day. Lindsay, our wedding coordinator, responded to our emails really fast and was very thorough in answering any questions we had throughout the planning process. She gave wonderful advise and was very friendly. She made us feel completely comfortable with everything we were doing. On our wedding day, she kept us updated on what was happening and helped us in any way that we needed, without questions. Our ceremony was outside in their garden space/gazebo and it was just beautiful out there! They were very affordable priced, and had minimal fees, with many things included. Lake Windsor was an EXCEPTIONAL venue for our wedding. Lindsay worked with us and she was so amazing, she make everything so easy and made sure everything went smoother than planned. We could not have found a better venue for our wedding. The Gazebo was gorgeous for the ceremony, the golf course was beautiful for pictures and the space was perfect for dinner and dancing. Our guests had nothing but good things to say about the venue and the staff. I would HIGHLY recommend choosing Lake Windsor for your venue.

Had our wedding on a Sunday and loved it. The day flowed so well. We were amazed at how everything was taken care of for us. They do a great job of making sure you have nothing to worry about. Sunday also provides a nice discount to typical Saturday weddings. We basically had the whole golf course to ourselves and could go out and take pictures wherever we wanted. Definitely recommend based on budget and quality.

The food was so much better than wedding food. It was restaurant quality food.

Lake Windsor was a beautiful reception venue to have a Winter Wedding! There were many decorations still up from Christmas so we didn't have to provide a lot of decorations. The staff was very accomodating and willing to help make my day exactly the way I wanted!

We had our ceremony and reception at Lake Windsor. The ceremony setting was gorgeous! Many of our guests said it was the best wedding food they had ever had, and I can't say I disagree! Having a coordinator included in the price was also very helpful, Elise helped make our special day go very smoothly!

Our wedding at Lake Windsor Golf Club was beyond perfect. The amazing staff at Lake Windsor made sure that every detail was covered. Even though our outdoor ceremony had to be moved indoors, the transition to an indoor ceremony was amazing and the team made sure I didn't have to stress about any part of it. The reception was amazing and everyone raved about the delicious food! In short, Lake Windsor made sure that I could enjoy spending time with my guests and new husband, without having to worry that things needed to be taken care of.

We held our wedding ceremony and reception at Lake Windsor Golf Club. From my very first meeting with Jen, the GM, to days after the event when I was still picking up things we left, I was impressed with their friendly and professional staff. Every staff member went above and beyond to meet our needs, particularly Lindsay, our event coordinator. Lindsay was instrumental in making the day go off without a hitch. She helped with vendor suggestions, which turned out great. She answered any question that I had about any aspect of the planning, which helped ease my anxiety tremendously. Our wedding day was beyond perfect. The ceremony space was beautiful. There was plenty of room to accommodate our 200 guests. Because their landscaping is so colorful and pretty, I had to do very little extra in regards to outdoor decorations. All the food served was excellent. Our guests were very complimentary, many saying the food was the best they ever had a wedding. We had cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres, plated meal and late night appetizers. Lake Windsor's staff worked really well with our vendors, most of which were very familiar with Lake Windsor and their staff. We were married on a Sunday so our ceremony space and the food was discounted. I would highly recommend Lake Windsor Golf club to anyone planning a wedding or any event.

Brandie our wedding coordinator went above and beyond to help make our daughters rehearsal dinner and wedding day perfect! Her patience with my indecisiveness, requests and visits was amazing. She went out of her way to make sure every detail of the day went smoothly, including after we set everything up for the outside ceremony and we went home it apparently rained and she had everyone go outside and dry off all of the chairs etc.. We didn't even know it had happened! We found out from the florist. Thank you Brandie, you are the best!!!!

This venue was beautiful for our daughter's spring wedding reception. It provided great value for the price, and our guests were very happy with the overall experience. Great time--you need to take a look!

Let's face it, weddings are expensive affairs, so you want to make sure you get your money's worth out of the event. Lake Windsor was a terrific place for our reception, made so by the awesome service provided by Brandi, our wedding coordinator. The food was tasty and Brandi did a great job communicating with us throughout the planning process through completion of the festivities, and a follow-up afterward.

The venue is not cheap, but the site was gorgeous, the staff was helpful, the food was good, and the coordinator was on top of everything.

We had our dinner and reception in the lower level of Lake Windsor and can not say enough good things about this venue. Our wedding coordinator, Lindsay, was fantastic. She maintained very efficient communication with us through the entire planning process. Their prices are very reasonable in comparison to other similar venues in the area. Any request we had, Lindsay always confirmed worked with us to ensure we were satisfied. The day before the wedding we held a golf outing for quite a few family and friends, which went very well. When it came to the wedding day, we were very satisfied. The food was absolutely amazing. They were able to get the food to all of our guests very quickly, so there was not that awkward timing of the wedding party being done with their food while guests are still getting served. All of the staff who served our guests in the dining room were very accommodating. As the night rolled on it was extremely nice and convenient to have access to the outside patio. Whenever people wanted to step outside away from the music to talk, cool down from dancing so much, or just get some fresh air they were able to. Later in the evening there was a minor issue with one of the bartenders, but as soon as I spoke to one of the staff about it they started to address it immediately. Lindsay had already left for the day, as it was getting late in the evening, but she came back and handled it well beyond my expectations. I can not speak enough to the professionalism and care that the staff, especially Lindsay, put in to our wedding. They helped to make the planning process very low stress, always ensured that our wishes were met at or beyond our expectations, and the venue handled our ~120 guests perfectly.

From the initial steps to the final day, the event coordinator and staff at the venue were understanding and helpful. I wouldn’t want to hold a wedding anywhere else! All aspects were simple, convenient, and elegant. Thank you LWCC!

This is a beautiful location. We were able to go out on the golf course and take pictures during the sunset. The staff is friendly and they are very easy to work with. Everyone was flexible with the scheduling, to insure we had everything we wanted.

Having my wedding at Lake Windsor was absolutely beautiful. Brandie was my coordinator and she was the BEST. She was so responsive and helpful and did everything to my sure my day was absolutely perfect. It felt like she was my own personal wedding planner and thought of EVERYTHING to make sure the smallest details were perfect. The only "bad" thing I have to say about the venue is that it is SOOO expensive. We were on a tight budget and we made it work, but we definitely had to sacrifice a lot because I loved it so much and really wanted to have it there. I believe they have raised the prices for the following year which would make it even more expensive than what we paid for, so if my wedding had been any later we would not have been able to have it there. That being said, you get what you pay for. Everything was perfect, the staff was very friendly and accommodating and everyone was there for me. I would like to see them lower their prices a little so that more brides can have the opportunity to have that experience without paying an arm and a leg, but I think it books up pretty solidly which is why they can afford to raise the prices. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend Lake Windsor if you can afford it. Also, the place is so beautiful that you don't have to spend much on decorations because it doesn't really need any.

Everything at Lake Windsor was absolutely wonderful for our wedding. The facilities are beautiful and the food was great. The bartenders did a particularly excellent job making sure that the evening was going exactly how we wanted.
Lindsay did a good job making sure that everything ran smoothly and according to what we wanted. The only thing I think could be improved is if more of the preparation could have been done online; there were some things that we repeated a couple times leading up to the wedding. That said, everything worked out on the day of!

We got so many compliments on our wedding at Lake Windsor, which was both our ceremony and reception location. The outdoor ceremony space at the gazebo is beautiful. The food was also delicious. Beth, our coordinator, was excellent and helped the entire night to flow smoothly. She did everything from helping to direct the wedding party during the ceremony to communicating with the DJ. She was also very responsive to e-mails and was helpful every step of the way.

The appetizers were great and the room was perfect for our small group.

We toured many venues till we found one that we really liked, Lake Windsor Country Club, and felt that the price was justified for what was offered/included. Another nice thing is that they have “off season” & “peak season” pricing which helps accommodate a wider range of budgets. They have 2 different areas or rooms to choose from, with varying prices and room capacities. We choose the larger and more expensive room, Crystal Commons. It was a beautiful space! The chandeliers definitely made our wedding feel extra classy. We received many compliments on how pretty the room was in combination with the decorations we chose. We changed coordinators a few times throughout the planning process, but thankfully it didn’t negatively impact our experience. All the coordinators are nice to work and talk with. The coordinators are very quick on responses and make sure everyone is on the same page. We were able to get in the Thursday before our wedding to start decorating, which was earlier than we were initially told which helped us not feel rushed. That was mainly because there were no other events going on the week before our wedding. Although, there were a few things we weren’t happy about…. the wedding in the downstairs room for Friday night used our room and decorations for their ceremony after we had spent a lot of time decorating and making sure everything looked perfect for our wedding on Saturday. We were told we could remove anything we didn’t want up or that could potentially get damaged before the other wedding used our room…..but we already spent soo much time making everything look perfect it wouldn’t have made sense. We made sure to come in earlier on the day of our wedding to double check everything was how we left it…..and it was not. Things were moved around causing us more time and effort when we shouldn’t of had to worry about this. When we initially booked our room we were told if it rained the downstairs room would have the ceremony in their room….. please be cautious about this when booking at Lake Windsor C.C. Another thing was the chicken entrée was not made in the same manner as how it was on the night of our tasting. On the night of our tasting the chicken was grilled, juicy, golden and flavorful –this is why we chose it for an option. On the night of our wedding it looked as if it was boiled, just a white slab of breast meat with not much flavor. But overall our wedding was phenomenal; we received many compliments and were even told by numerous people “this was the best wedding they have ever been too!”

This place is beautiful. We loved the setting and the options available. My coordinator was switched 3 times throughout the process, but our day still went off without a hitch. They can be on the pricey side so if you have a smaller budget this probably isn't the place for you, but if you can afford it, this place is a wonderful place to have a ceremony and reception that is memorable.
