Having our reception on the horicon was the best decision I made. The food was amazing the staff was attentive and personable. Capitan bob is awesome. Claire was on top of things. Her responses to our questions were quick and clear and She personally saw to the logistics of our trip. The entire experience from my first phone call with Claire to stepping back onto shore was exceptional. I cannot thank them enough for our beautiful trip

Lake George waterfront cruises was amazing to work with. From early planning to the day of our wedding. Clara was incredible and helped us have a beautiful wedding with no worries. The boat was so stunning and all of the crew made it such a great time. All of our guests loved the food and we had our dream wedding come true!

We had our wedding on the Horicon and it truly blew our minds! Everyone had an incredible experience! My guest absolutely loved the food and the boat ride. The entire staff was absolutely amazing too, especially Clara! I highly recommend having any party with Lake George Waterfront cruises. We also had our rehearsal dinner at the Lighthouse Grill and I also highly recommend having a dinner there. It was the perfect and most magical experience! I wish we could get married all over again with Lake George Waterfront cruises. It was honestly perfect!

We recently had our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour aboard the Horicon, managed by Clara, and it was truly one of the highlights of our entire celebration. From start to finish, Clara went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The boat was beautifully set up and felt incredibly intimate and elegant — exactly the vibe we were hoping for.

Clara and her team gave us a wonderful tour during the cruise, adding a special experience that our guests are still talking about. They were also incredibly flexible with timing, which made the whole event feel effortless and stress-free for us. To top it off, they even took care of the music, setting the perfect mood throughout the evening.

The servers were beyond kind — genuinely warm, attentive, and professional. We felt so well taken care of, and it made such a difference. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and we couldn't have been more thrilled.

If you're considering hosting any kind of special event on the water, we can’t recommend Clara and her team highly enough. They helped create memories we'll treasure forever.

We went out for a sunset cruise with 70 people the night before our wedding. From the beginning Casey was so great with us, very responsive to my emails and questions. They allowed us to change things many many times and then set up our own band on board. They went above and beyond in offering vegan cheese options for us and hand delivering the champagne to our guests. It turned out to be a wild and magical night full of both perfect weather for the sunset and perfect storming on the way home. Highly recommend!

We cruised for almost 80 people on the Adirondac for a wedding rehearsal. From our first email contact, the staff was accommodating and very easy to work with.
We thought the buffet was excellent, as did our guests. It was perfectly presented, there was plenty for everyone. We would love to cruise with them again if the right occasion presented itself!

The rehearsal dinner was very good and the view on the boat was breathtaking. Our guest all loved it.

We recently celebrated our wedding on the beautiful Adirondac. Everything about the experience was amazing and more than we could have asked for, especially given these uncertain pandemic times.

From planning to re-planning (we had to switch gears 1 month before the wedding to accommodate COVID guidelines) to the day of our event, everything went smoother than we could have imagined.
The vessel is absolutely stunning, every staff member was professional and courteous, the food was fantastic and the Captain navigated the waters to ensure we had fantastic views of the Lake and Islands!

Last, and certainly not least, all of this could not have happened without our magical event coordinator, Chelsea. We cannot say enough kind words. Chelsea is simply extraordinary. From organization to creativity and sharing our vision, she made sure every detail came together perfectly.

Thank you to every member of the team at Shoreline Cruises, you are fantastic at what you do and we are already looking forward to coming back for an anniversary cruise!

Everything from the planning to the day of our wedding was perfect! Lexi was fantastic and was very helpful with any ideas we had for our wedding and was very accomdating to our needs up until the very last minute. The boat is beautiful and the lake was a perfect place for our small wedding. I couldn't have asked for better service! The food was very good and our guests loved it all! We had to make a very last minute decision to move the ceremony inside to the second floor as it started to pouring rain, and Lexi was great with helping all our guests rearrange seating last minute! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone, it was perfect for our wedding!!

I am so incredibly thankful to everyone at Lakeshore Cruises. Our wedding was perfect and I have all of you to thank for that. Our guests are still commenting on how great the experience was overall. Lexi was amazing to coordinate with. She was always so helpful, kind, and willing to answer all your questions. Also, the staff who worked aboard the Adirondac were phenomenal. Again, Lexi helped us arrange everything and it looked amazing. The food also tasted great! From the guys who worked behind the scenes, to our servers, and Anita at the bar everything was phenomenal. I highly recommend this unique experience for any wedding party.

Lexi was wonderful from our first meeting until we left the boat. My one item that needs improvement is the limited number of people allowed on the top deck. Unfortunately, this was not told to us until 15 minutes before the ceremony which created some issues.

I couldn't have asked for a better wedding ceremony and reception! Everything came out perfect! The Horican is a beautiful boat and all the staff was wonderful!

Lexi and Katie were so great to work with! They helped us pull off the perfect day. They were very quick to respond to every email or call, and always so thoughtful in their replies and advice. I'm so grateful they even met our goal of cocktail hour on the top deck while guests watched the sunset in the narrows! And the food was great. If you want a unique and memorable wedding or event, I would definitely recommend Shoreline Cruises!

My husband and I had our Rehearsal dinner on the Horicon with Lake George Shoreline Cruises this past September. We could not be more pleased with our experience! The staff was exceptional and they catered to our every need. Lexi was always easy to get a hold of and was quick and thorough with her emails. She helped us with every detail of our event from setting up the food tastings to the time line. She was also very flexible to our specific requests. We were easily able to switch out one food item for another without a problem! The food was phenomenal and people are still talking about it. Also, since we did not have a band or DJ, they were able to play our favorite stations on the XM that they have available on the boat. Having our rehearsal dinner on a boat was a dream of ours and it could not have been more perfect. We would highly recommend this venue for any special occasion!

With the staff's help and professionalism, everything was easy to organize. Even if things go wrong, it will still be an amazing day, so enjoy every minute of it!

Venue was amazing! Such a unique and different wedding. We sailed from 4:30-8:30pm and it worked out great. Was concerned that it may not be long enough, but ended up being the perfect amount of time. Katie and Lexi were great and so easy to work with. They made me relaxed and not stressed!

This is a unique and special venue. Everyone loved it because being on the lake is so beautiful and it is such a different place to have a wedding.

The staff, the food, the boat was all so wonderful! I can not even imagine having my wedding anywhere else! I highly recommend this vendor for your wedding if you want to have the most amazing wedding day ever!! Everything went so smoothly, my family, friends and I were so well taken care of. The staff works with you anyway they can and are all so friendly and nice! Do yourself a favor and book this venue for your wedding! It will be like a fairytale wedding day!

We had a wonderful experience with the staff at Lake George Shoreline. We dealt with Katie, Lexi and Robyn during the course of the past year and they quickly responded to questions and readily provided all info necessary to make decisions regarding location of the ceremony, bar selection, food selection, etc. Our guests have said they had a great time and all commented on what a unique idea it was to have a wedding on board a boat (we had ours on board the Adirondac). Robyn was our day-of coordinator and she responded to every need with a smile on her face--she is fantastic and took so much stress away. She even assisted with the groomsmen dropping off and setting up decorations. I would highly recommend going through Lake George Shoreline for your wedding!

Our daughter's wedding ceremony and reception was held on the Adirondac yacht operated by Lake George Shoreline Cruises. This was a destination wedding in Lake George, New York. From the moment we signed on, it was smooth sailing! Katie and Lexi were very accommodating and helpful in assisting us with local vendors and also ideas and answers to our many inquiries. Our guests continued to complement us, even after returning home from our stay, on the wonderful and spectacular experience they had on the yacht! There is no restaurant in the area that can compare to the excellent choice of food items from appetizers to entrees that were deliciously prepared and served so beautifully in the buffet. If your intention is for a truly unique wedding venue, go no further than Lake George Shoreline Cruises!!!

We got married aboard the Adirondac on the top deck and had our reception on the 2nd deck. Weather was on and off rain but they did everything to make it happen and it was perfect! Our florist forgot the flower girl petals and they had someone run out and get petals last minute. Their staff is friendly, flexible, and wonderfully helpful. And the cruise on the lake was magical, scenery gorgeous. A number of guests said it was the best wedding they've been too :) we highly recommend Shoreline Cruises!

Everything about our experience with Shoreline Cruises was wonderful. We could not have chosen a better place to have our son's rehearsal dinner. Katie Carson was very professional and prompt in helping with the planning of the evening. Robin, along with the rest of the staff, were so accommodating, efficient, and helpful the evening of the cruise. For the money, Shoreline Cruises provided the best value we could have asked for when planning our Wedding. Our wedding night was truly amazing thanks to the hard work of the Shoreline Cruises staff, the awesome venue (Horicon Yacht on the Lake) and tasty food and drinks. Bolton Central School had an amazing Junior Prom on the Horicon Cruise Boat. The management and employees including the servers and captains were wonderful!!! Thank you so much!!

Katie Quirk, the owner's grand-daughter is wonderful to work with and a terrific representative of her
family's business. The staff of Shoreline Cruises reflect training and leadership as every member of staff is attentive alert and responsive to the needs of guests. The ship captain without being asked took the cruise through the most enchanting island passageways at just the right moments. Even the parking attendants were exceptional in talking extra care with our elderly guests on the gangway.

Our wedding ceremony took place on The Adirondac on 10/19/2013. Katie and her staff did a fantastic job setting up everything for us and pulling together all the details. All guests raved about our "ceremony cruise" and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shoreline Cruises in the future!!

In July we had a small wedding reception for my nephew who had previously married in a destination wedding. Even though it was not a large party, Katie Quirk was wonderful to us. She was very accommodating, professional and responsive to all our needs. The day of the party her staff and herself were excellent to us. They were nice enough to let us come on board early to decorate the boat before the party began. They truly helped make it a special day for my family with all they did for us. I would definitely recommend their venue to anyone.

I was deployed to Afghanistan when my wife and I were planning the wedding. I was helped every step of the way by Miss Quirk in a very timely manner. I would recommend the Horicon to anyone not only for the boat itself, but also the outstanding quality of the food, atmosphere and exceptional staff.

Our wedding was held on the Adirondac on a beautiful day in June. It was so comforting to us to have someone like Katie Q. who knows the right questions to ask and thinks of all the little details. Her positive attitude always put us at ease and her professionalism in dealing with our guests and wedding vendors made the process smooth. Katie and the Shoreline staff were there for us 100% and we appreciate everything they did to make our special day memorable. The list of vendors on the Shoreline web site was a huge help and very time saving! We were very pleased with the florist, bakery and photographer that we chose for our special day. Our goal was to have our guests walk away from the ceremony and reception with a wonderful, memorable experience, and from all the compliments we received, they certainly did! Thank you for making our wedding even better than we had envisioned.

Our wedding was in September. We are from out of town (3 hours away) I had to plan an entire wedding through phone calls, emails, and 1 trip to Lake George in the spring. With Katie Q. from Shoreline Cruises it was completely possible, stress free, and we knew we were in good hands. Starting with booking cruise, and recommending all vendors; bakery, florist, hotel, travel, officiant, spa, etc. Everything came together amazingly over what we expected. I recommend this to EVERYONE and we're definitely going back for a dinner cruise. The staff was wonderful took care of us from top to bottom on all the details. I will miss working with Katie Q. Yet could never thank the Shoreline Cruise team enough for all they do!! Wonderful and fantastic!!

Christopher and I had the best experience aboard the Adirondac. The staff was friendly and helpful. Katie was very helpful in planning the event before hand and also very helpful the day off. We couldn't have asked for a better day! Bob Allen was our officiant and he was also very friendly and helpful.

What a wonderful boat ride! Everything was perfect! The food, the decor, the staff. I cannot say enough positive things about Shoreline Cruises. It was just breathtaking.

I don't have enough nice things to say about Kevin at Lake George Shoreline cruises. We had a destination wedding in Lake George (we are from Maryland), so it was a little challenging to plan so much over the phone and email. Kevin really went out of his way to accomodate us and provided excellent service. They provided so much with their packages and had options for everything else I wanted. He was very attentative and responded to emails very quickly. The day of, he was calm, cool, and collected. Our wedding was AMAZING! If I could go back and do everything again, I wouldn't change a thing!

Our wedding on the Adirondac was great! All of our guests had a great time and the scenery was so beautiful! It was truly a day that we will never forget!

My now husband and I chose the Thursday night fireworks dinner cruise the Shoreline Cruises has as a way to show our guests how beautiful Lake George is. The buffet offers great food. In order to make imore economical we just to just reserve seats on the public cruise instead of renting a floor. We wanted to include a certain number of drinks for our guests and they provided us with tickets that made the process very easy. They even reserved tables for other guests that purchased tickets I their own so that we could all sit together. It was just what we wanted to kick off our wedding festivities. And of course the fireworks did not disappoint.

We had our reception on the Adirondack, their larger cruise boat. Incredible customer service. We both felt that their focus was 100% on us and making it an awesome day for the wedding party and guests.

They were willing to go down in price as well as adapt the options in order to fit our budget. Despite paying less, we felt the service was the same as if we had paid a million dollars.

The crew was incredibly nice on the Adirondac and having our reception on a boat was so unique. People will remember this wedding for a long time.

They were willing to stop off in the middle of the trip in order to let our elderly guests and babies off the boat.

I can't say enough good things about their service. Not a single detail was stepped over and nothing was missed on the day of, which is even more impressive.

Be sure other vendors, DJ/music, videographer, etc., are familiar, before event, with boat layout and what is involved to be completely set up and ready to start in time for event.
Great time, all guests had fun, food was delicious. Staff very accommodating.

We knew we wanted to be on the Lake & wanted something that would be different than your standard hotel wedding. We are both so happy we went with Shoreline Cruises on the Adirondac. Lexi Palmer was trivial in making sure everything was planned perfectly. I Think I emailed her literally everyday with questions about anything & everything. I was obsessing over every detail. How everything would be set up etc. she was very quick to respond and help me. I really am great full for Lexi. Everyone had an amazing time. We wanted to have a beautiful wedding without going broke. We were very happy with our choice & you can't get any prettier pictures. We said I do right on the Lake with the beautiful mountains in the background. Thank you again so much!!

I had a small wedding and I guess because they were not making the big bucks I wasn't important. I could never get Lexi on the phone, my other vendors could not get Lexi. And the week before my wedding my captin/official was a maybe. That whole week she never called me back nor answered the phone.

Before we begin this review we need to provide some history of our wedding plans. We booked our wedding with Shoreline in 2018 with a Sept 2020 wedding in mind. Due to COVID this had to be pushed to Aug 2021. With this being said in the time from 2018-2020 we went through 6 wedding planers from the company some which were great and responsive others who were not responsive at all. All we can say is that if you are planning a wedding more than a year out make sure you get the following clarifications outlined:
1. What do they mean by when you put down your deposit that your pricing is fixed. We paid our deposit in 2018 and when we went to make some tweaks to some packages that were outlined in our original agreed to pricing sheet, they wanted to use the most current years pricing. Thats not how the contract reads.
2. What is the pricing for children and kids under 21. They dont clearly outline this and depending on their mood they may decide to charge you for an adult even though they cant consume alcohol.
3. When choosing food they wanted to charge us more for some appetizers because the 2021 pricing says they are more than what we agreed to in 2018.
4. After paying a date change fee due to COVID which is acceptable in our eyes they wanted to raise prices on the alcohol packages as well as the food because it was 3 years later. Thats not what is written in the contract.
5. When they say in the contract that you get 5 parking spots for your guests or your party to use to set up you may get 1 if they feel like it and you may be lucky to be able to keep your car there.
6. Even though it is outlined in the contract that you get 2 hours to set up this is also another item that they decide how much time based on their mood.

On to the better part of this review:
The day before our wedding we found out we got a new wedding planner all together. Even though they were brand new Amelia was extremely responsive and helpful with getting things settled and questions answered since the last planner had departed. The other person that was a huge help both the day before and during the entire wedding is the boat coordinator Robin. She deserves a huge shout out as without her our wedding would not have gone smoothly from behind the scenes.

All in all the wedding venue aboard the Adirondac was amazing as a venue to be able to tour Lake George while you tie the knot, but if you are planning a wedding way in advance like we did this is a venue that needs specific items answered in writing.
