    Excellent!

    Out driver John was fabulous! He was on time, reviewed our schedule with us and was so helpful with our overall plan! So patient with our large group and extremely professional… we will definitely use them again!

    Time of our life

    Lake Erie Limo helped out with a last minute bachelor party and I was the best man. Turned out to be a night for the history books. Thanks again for the slick limo and making sure we all got home safe!

    Such a fantastic company. We've used other companies in the area and they've been ok, but the guys at Lake Erie Limo have been awesome! They really worked with us to make sure that our big day went as smoothly as possible. Our driver was so personable too! I highly recommend this company.

    I had a smaller sized wedding party so Lake Erie Limo was the perfect choice for us. Dan, our driver, was awesome! :) He was super friendly to be around, very professional and we loved having him escort us to our destinations for pictures. He was on time and never left our locations. The owner was a pleasure to work with as well! Very easy to get in contact with and helpful with answering any of my questions. We'll definitely keep them in mind for future events!

    Lake Erie Limo, hands down is the best Limo service around. Not only were they fast to respond to any and all of my questions, they were very professional and informative with their answers. The day of event was no different. Our driver knew what he was doing, was courteous and helpful. We had an hour to kill before dinner and he drove us around taking our picture at different sites in the area. I will never chose a different Limo company again.

    Affordable & friendly

    We decided last minute (a week before) to book a limo for our wedding day to safely get us in our wedding dresses to and from the ceremony/reception. Lake Erie Limo was not only the best price, but Eric was very pleasant to do business with. He was so kind that we were able to look forward to meeting our driver for our big day. I will say that while the bus was very spacious and comfortable (in comparison to the one we rented from A-1 Mr. Limo), the speaker system was not reliable. Also, our driver wasn’t sure of exactly where he was going and relied on GPS to navigate him. Neither of these things effected us, but they could possibly cause issues for others.

    Go somewhere else for a limo

    I booked a stretch limo for my family to attend a wedding. I asked when I booked if a wheelchair could fit in the trunk and was told, yes. Instead of the limo showing up, they sent a party bus! This was not what I ordered & there was no wherlchair ramp for my 82 yr father to use. Since we were NOT notified that a bus was being sent, we didn't have time to make other arrangements. Which, I'm sure is why we weren't informed. The bus was extremely bumpy & had a terrible LOUD rattling noise. It was so bad that, my parents had to turn off their hearing aids! I called the company right away & told them we were not happy & this is NOT what we ordered. I was told the owner was going to call, but he NEVER did! At the first stop picking up guests, a contract was given to me. I didn't have time to read it. Which again, I believe was the point. Thanks, Lake Erie Limo for ruining what was supposed to be a wonderful day! After all THAT, I was charged the full amount! What a SCAM! Do yourself a favor & BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

    Hello Jessica, the last thing I want is upset customers and I’m sorry. The limo you booked was involved in an accident that morning. We weren’t at fault, but the whole stretch area was dented in. As the owner, I try to make the best decisions in a timely manner to get everyone transported to their event. I admit that I did not have time to thoroughly go over the emails and your correspondence with our office leading up to your reservation. In no way did we try to scam anyone. I see on email you asked what would happen if we had to replace a car and we said we’d send something similar. We never said there would be a wheelchair ramp. I apologize if they had a hard time with the stairs. I actually never want to send a limo bus in place of a traditional limo, because that’s not what was booked. Also from a business standpoint, gas is more and they cost more to operate. So I certainly didn’t plan, or want to send a limo bus. We do have to send different vehicles sometimes if there is a problem and yes it is on our contract that a different vehicle may be sent as replacement. I did make sure a car style stretch limo came back for your trip home. Tony (who took you home) said everyone was cooled off and understanding. I told him to please apologize to everyone again. Tony owned a restaurant for many years and sees how much I care. He knows what it takes and the sacrifices us small business owners make. I never spoke to you, so not sure who you talked to..At pickup, I did get a call and talk to a gentleman (your father I believe) on your behalf and I apologized over and over. He said to do him one favor to make this right and have a limo there for your group’s return trip and Jessica may want to talk to me about it. I did tell him, please have her call me, but try to enjoy your day out first. I explained the whole situation over and over and kept apologizing. The driver for your 1st run said he was cussed out, but still kept his composure. So after the run was over, Tony let me know that everyone accepted our apology and he said it’s handled. He said your group was lovely and he had a nice chat. I will say, these unforeseen things are tough. Often when something doesn’t go as planned, the only thing we can do is make it right. Tony said everyone was happy. I was never told you wanted a call on Monday, but I told the gentleman who called on your behalf that I was more than happy to talk to you if you’d like to call. Sorry about that. I was actually in the office Monday with terrible stomach pains, and went in for emergency surgery that Tuesday. I spent the next several days in Lake Hospital, but right back to work when I got out of the hospital (despite being told to rest at home). I wish you would’ve reached out and expressed your feelings. Even after surgery I was working from a hospital bed. As far as the bus noise, our mechanic found a plastic panel behind the seats that holds beverages was broken on the night prior at Blossom. We took it for a ride Monday and it was indeed rattling loud, so thank you for telling the driver so it was reported. Also, yes a bus is definitely not as smooth as a limo. Heavy duty suspension, so they actually ride better with more weight and not just a handful of customers. So again, I’m sorry for the frustration. I wish you wouldn’t have let the one way ride in a limo bus ruin your whole day. I also wish we could have communicated with each other, rather than through reviews that hurt. It’s been tough keeping afloat the past few years as it is, but we keep grinding. I apologize again to you and your parents. Yes I’m the owner, but this is also my job that has to raise a family of 5. Us limousine services are few and far between anymore, because it’s not easy. As always, I’ll continue to work and improve on every aspect. Sorry again for your bad experience.
