  Lake Como Trolley Company was easy to work with. The driver was great and the trolley was beautiful, shiny and clean! They also had the best price around.

  We were very happy with Lake Como trolley. After dropping off my husband on time to the church, they came early to pick me up. They waited as I was delayed getting ready. The trolley stayed close by so they were ready to pick up everyone to take pictures. The driver was nice.

  Wedding Trolley

  The trolley arrived on time and the driver was polite and accommodating. The reason for the two star review is because I was misinformed about the trolley itself. The biggest issue is the trolley does not have air conditioning that works. I specifically emailed them and asked about air conditioning and was told they did. I guess I should have been more specific and asked if the air conditioning worked. I was married in October and it was a high of 81 degrees. Everyone was unbearable warm and it showed in the pictures. They also told me that it had a radio that we could hook our phones up to for music. It was a standard AUX cord that none of our iPhones were compatible. We would have brought and adapter but no one gave us a warning that we would have to bring our own. Luckily one of the groomsmen had a phone that could hook up but had a poor connection because the cord they supplied was broken. I chose them because of their affordable price but was left seriously disappointed.

  DO NOT HIRE. We were so excited to have a trolley for our wedding, instead of a typical limo, and it was very disappointing. The day started great, the trolley was on time to pick up my husband and his groomsmen, as well as myself and the bridesmaids to get to the church. It went wrong when we additionally paid the trolley to pick up our guests from the hotel to the reception. Not only did the trolley never show up, but the company lied on the phone to my husband that the trolley came and no one was there to pick up. Then they told us the trolley was only a minute away, which was also false. We had 40 guests stranded at the hotel and missed the entire cocktail hour. Our hotel ended up calling cabs for all our guests to bring them. It was incredibly disappointing and frustrating, and my husband and I spent most of our cocktail hour on the phone fighting with the company. Do not recommend!!!!!!!
