From the very first tour, we were welcomed with open arms by Michelle, Patty, and Kellie—the three amazing sisters who run the ranch. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine love for what they do were evident in every interaction. They were with us every step of the way, answering every question (and we had a lot!), offering thoughtful suggestions, and making sure we felt supported and stress-free throughout the planning process. The venue itself is stunning. The barn is rustic yet elegant, with high ceilings, beautiful woodwork, and twinkling lights that create a magical atmosphere. The grounds are pristine—lush greenery, towering trees, and wide-open spaces that made our guests feel relaxed and immersed in nature. One of our favorite parts of the day was cocktail hour, which took place in the charming outdoor courtyard. The space was beautifully set up with high-top tables, string lights, and a cozy, welcoming vibe. Guests enjoyed signature drinks while playing yard games like cornhole and giant Jenga—which turned out to be a huge crowd-pleaser! It gave everyone a chance to mingle and unwind before the reception kicked off. The bridal suite was spacious and serene—perfect for getting ready with my bridesmaids. The groom’s lounge was equally impressive, giving the guys their own space to relax and prep. Every detail was thought through, from the layout to the lighting to the flow of the day. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the flawless coordination. The sisters and their team were always one step ahead. We never had to worry about timing, setup, or transitions—they handled everything with grace and precision. It allowed us to be fully present and soak in every moment. I would 100% recommend this venue for weddings and special events. I got married there a few weeks ago and everything was absolutely perfect. The ladies go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly leading up to and day off and they are just incredibly sweet. They were so accommodating with allowing me to bring things beforehand and use the items they have (and they have a lot!) so I didn’t have to worry too much about supplying decor. They also have a list of amazing vendors which makes planning so much easier. All my guests absolutely loved the space and all the activities. I cannot wait to see my pictures because the venue is absolutely gorgeous."

The team at Lady Jean Ranch were nothing short of amazing! They took on the task of hosting our big Indian Wedding- including all the decoration, production and commotion. From the very beginning, they were hands-on, always available to communicate and coordinate with and provided the most beautiful venue. We introduced a lot of people to a whole different style of Indian wedding- with options for outdoor, indoor and barnyard and all the flexibility in between. Our wedding got rained out, but LJR still had the space to offer us a beautiful, covered ceremony for 150+ people. Thank you so much Kellie and Michelle and the whole crew at Lady Jean Ranch, we could not recommend you and your venue more to anyone looking to have the best wedding experience they could ask for.

Michelle, Patty, & Kellie are wonderful. They've created such a warm and inviting space that now hold the most beautiful memories of our life to date! From the initial information packet to many accommodated venue visits, we were so thrilled with the support and experience they provided.
The grounds are expansive and the barn is very spacious. The team provides a list of approved vendors as well as their input on each based on your needs and style. Having Patty with me in the moments leading up to walking down the aisle was so calming, like having another mom reassure and root for you.
Their price is reasonable, they are constantly making sweet little upgrades to the decor and space, and it truly feels special and unique compared to how many waterfront banquet halls and Palm Beach venues we have in the area. They even offer for you to come back each year to celebrate your anniversary, which is the kindest and sweetest sentiment. If you're looking for a warm, unique, approachable venue for your day, I couldn't recommend them enough!
