From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed and at ease. Tina was so warm and sweet, and she made what can be a stressful experience feel so special and enjoyable. What really stood out to me was how incredibly knowledgeable she is—not just about the dresses themselves, but the entire bridal process. Compared to other shops I visited, her expertise and attention to detail were unmatched. I completely trust her and genuinely feel like I’m in the best possible hands. I couldn’t recommend her enough to any bride!

Outstanding service!
This was the first bridal shop I went to and I’m so glad I did! Tina made my experience so personal and comfortable. I was full of nerves armed with only a Pinterest board for help and she guided me through everything and we were able to find my dream dress! We were even able to make some adjustments to customize it specifically to my vision.
Prices at Lady Gray were very fair especially for the quality and care that is in the dresses. I was on a bit of a tight budget and we were able to work around it without sacrificing quality or my own requirements.
I could not recommend Lady Gray Bridal more!

Amazing service!!
Before I came into the shop I made an appointment with Tina and she was so kind and friendly on the phone asking all of the details that I want and what my budget was. When I got there she made sure to keep all of the dresses reasonable to by budget and gave me a large variety to pick from. The best part that I had the whole store to myself and my family for the entire appointment! We had an hour and half to try on everything that I wanted and I left with the most beautiful dress! I am so glad that I went with lady gray and they get 5 starts all around!

Tina saved the day for my sister who bought a wedding dress a few years ago from a different shop. Unfortunately when she picked it up in her size, it looked like a different dress on her completely. I reached out to Tina, we made the appointment and she pulled the perfect dress for my sister's wedding.
Saturday morning was my turn. My bridal party and I were welcomed with a loving, caring, warm, smile from Tina. She pulled 5 dresses that were exactly what I wanted( so i thought). After narrowing it down to 2, my sister mentioned me trying something fuller. Tina all the while was listening to me, my sister, my mom, my aunt and bridesmaids. So she pulls a dress that I would have never taken a 2nd look at while on the hanger.
What do you know. I walked out looked in the mirror and started to cry. Everyone started to cry and Tina had goosebumps. I couldn't believe it. She pulled my perfect dress and it was amazing.
Tina knows what she is doing!!! I didn't go anywhere else to try on anything. I saw her listen to my sister 2 years ago and save the day for her. I knew Tina would work her magic once again and find me the perfect dress. Tina you're amazing and I can't thank you enough!

More than adults dress!
Tina is the absolute best! I was worried going into bridal dress shopping since I am a very indecisive person but Tina made me feel at ease. As soon as I walked in, you could feel the positivity in the atmosphere and when the appointment started, I could tell right from the start that Tina is very passionate with what she does. She was respectful of my budget and at the end of the day, I found my dress way below what I was expecting to pay. The bridal shop I went to before Tina's made me feel like they just wanted to sell me a dress but not Tina. She was caring, welcoming, and most importantly, supportive. When you walk in to her boutique, it's more than just selling a dress, she's truly there to help! Words can't describe how grateful I am that I came across her business. Highly recommended!

Go to Lady Gray!
When it came time to shop for my MOB dress for my daughter's wedding, I didn't know what I wanted or where to go. I know I didn't want the big, overwhelming stores where you just felt like another customer. My daughter and I stopped in Lady Gray. I didn't realize I needed an appointment and was about to walk out when Tina said, don't worry. If my appointment comes in we'll then worry about it." Fortunately for me, her appointment never showed up. Tina was so patient. Most importantly, honest. I asked her to be blunt and honest since I didn't know what I wanted. I tried on maybe four dresses and had some "maybes." She then pulled a dress off the rack and said, let's try this and see how you feel." Well, that was the one! I couldn't have been more happy. On top of that, she went above and beyond to get fabric for my daughter's wedding gown (we didn't purchase the wedding gown from Tina...had we known about her, we would have!) to match her material to make a shall attachment. We had such a a wonderful experience. She has a warm personality and makes you feel like you've known her for years. Can't recommend Lady Gray enough!

Don't walk, but run to Lady Gray!
For any bride searching for their dream dress, you must schedule an appointment at Lady Gray! I cannot express enough in words my true gratitude toward Tina, the owner of Lady Gray. My experience was nothing short of exceptional.
Tina's store was the 5th bridal salon I had visited. I had a very specific vision for myself, and Tina's was one of the only stores to not just show me the styles I was looking for, but fully supported my vision, making every effort possible to create my dream gown. I purchased my gown recently and worked with Tina on customizing the exact details I wanted to add. From the first phone call and throughout the ordering process, her customer service remains impeccable. Her communication is consistent, clear and I'm never let wondering where I am in the process.
With Lady Gray having 57 years of experience, I felt very stress-free while shopping and asking questions. Tina's expertise is evident in every conversation. I felt incredibly cared for as a customer, and Tina exudes excitement during each interaction. She truly wants to help every bride create that perfect vision.

Tina is THE BEST! I had tried many other shops before coming to Tina, and was feeling very defeated. Not just because I couldn’t find “the one”, but also because I felt either pressured by other shop owners or that they were not engaged in what I was saying or wanted. Tina was completely welcoming from the second we walked in, and was very open in saying that she would do everything she could to help me find the one, but knows that It might not be in her shop. She listened to what I wanted and made sure to give me a variety of things to try on. I ended up choosing “the one” with a dress Tina said might not be what I initially wanted, but would probably look beautiful…and It did! She then took the time to work with me and the designer to customize the dress based on what I wanted, and went above and beyond to communicate with throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend Lady Gray enough…you are in the best of hands with Tina! ♥️

Tina is amazing! This was my first dress appointment and I ended up saying yes to the first dress she pulled off the rack! Lady Gray was the second store I visited on my journey to find my wedding dress. The experience here was second to none. Tina is simply just an amazing person. From the instant she started talking to me and having me try on dresses I felt comfortable, happy and excited. She took me and my family through the process of trying dresses on and slowly weeding our options out. She offered her advice and expertise but ultimately left the final decision up to me, of course. The Perfect Dress for My Son’s Wedding
A huge thank you to Tina, Lacy Gray Bridal, for helping me find the perfect dress for my son’s wedding! I wasn’t sure what style of dress I wanted and Tina showed me lots of styles and colors to consider. The first dress she pulled felt like the one. After trying on several dresses. we all knew the first dress was it and I can’t wait to wear it in October. The best shopping experience ever
Tina from Lady Gray made my shopping experience pleasant and memorable. The first thing that i praise was that she was super respectful about my budget and what i felt comfortable with. The bride I deserved to be
All my life I never saw myself getting married I tragically lost my oldest brother whom was my father figure and after that my heart could not walk down the aisle without him, I didn’t exactly do the sequence of events “traditionally and right” being with my now husband of 15 years we had our daughter first, than moved in together, I never saw myself in a traditional wedding gown or even getting married. We decided after 15 yrs to get make it official in the town hall of Wawayanda nothing extravagant or over the top and I just assumed I would wear an ivoryish pants suit. So when my best friend mentioned Lady Gray I was skeptical about finding anything considering I am not your typical size 0. I am curvy and blessed with assets lol 😆 Walking into Lady Gray seeing all the gorgeous gowns I had it in my mind nothing was going to fit me. Tina on the other hand was a pure angel with the patience of a saint, I explained my vision and that we were getting married in 8 weeks 😬 I was sure she was going to tell me what every other boutique had told me that it was impossible and I had to settle for samples to make it fit my body. Tina although was the opposite she made me feel like the most beautiful bride ever in a gown that I could’ve ever imagined. Yes we had a few cry moments and with my mother and daughter by my side it made the experience that much more memorable having 3 generations of women who have battle so much to finally be at a place where it felt like home. I had said yes to a gown that I thought was mine, but right before leaving Tina had a vision that popped into her head and asked me if I was open to trying on one more…. She grabbed this gown which wasn’t my size but we placed it over me and with her hands of magic she clipped it and made it form to my body and right there and than I feel in love with a dress not even trying it on, my heart said it was the one and Tina was my angel sent from heaven to make me feel like the bride my brother always envisioned for me. In only 4 weeks she had my dream dress that wasn’t a sample like every other boutique told me and it was a gown the designer made just for me. I returned to finally try it on and it was everything and more than I expected. Someone who was a complete stranger became family. I am forever grateful for Tina and her beautiful heart that with all the tears made me feel like the bride I deserved to be.

I couldn’t have found a better place for the mother of the groom dress. I was on edge with trying to find the perfect dress and it was getting close to the wedding day I only had a month to go. Tina was extremely helpful from finding the right dress for me to having made my appointments for me for alterations in enough time. I would definitely recommend her!!!! My experience with Tina at Lady Gray was exceptional! I loved that it was such an individualized experience, since I was the only bride in the store. Tina has such an amazing personality and is so knowledgeable of the wedding dress process. She answered all of my questions and was so patient and kind. She pulled dresses for me that were in line with the style I wanted, but also showed me dresses slightly different than my preferred style just to show off different details/accents. Not only did this help to narrow down my search, it led me to find my perfect dress! Tina makes sure to stick to the budget you give her and pull pieces that she thinks will work for you! I had an amazing experience and am so happy I got my dress from her. She has a great personality to work with and made me feel comfortable and special the whole time. She had great communication skills and is definitely a pro at what she does. I can’t express how happy I am that I stumbled across this boutique!! Also, I got my dress off the sale rack which means I got to take it with me. This is especially helpful since my wedding is in October, no delivery stress.

We had a wonderful experience picking a mother of the bride dress. We were able to choose a dress within an hour. And then had to order the dress in a different color and when the dress was in and ready for pickup it was exactly what we imagined!! The service and professionalism was over the top!!

I had the most incredible experience at Lady Gray Bridal with Tina! She went above and beyond to make my dress shopping experience unforgettable. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and at ease, and it truly felt as if she was a beloved family member that me and my family hadn’t seen in a long time. My sister got her wedding dress from Lady Gray way back in 2015 and had such an amazing experience with Tina that I knew I had to come back when I eventually got engaged.
During my appointment, she took the time to understand my vision and preferences, and her expertise and guidance were invaluable. But what truly sets her apart is her ability to connect with her clients on a personal level. As the mother of the groom, I was on a quest to find the perfect gown. My search actually included travel in three states! I started with Tina months and months ago in my search. She’s always been so supportive and encouraging. Of course in searching the web, you see dresses you would love to try on. The search for actually finding them in the color you want is a daunting task. Tina went above and beyond in finding and getting hold of the dress in the color I was searching for. When it arrived at her store, I went down to try it on. As I walked in, she happened to unpack another dress that I loved as well, and was not on my radar. I was so confused of what to do. Let me start by saying I was convinced I was going to need a few visits to find my perfect dress- I was unsure of the style I wanted but Tina listened intently to my likes and dislikes and very quickly came up with a bunch of dresses for me to try on! Amazing experience
I found myself to be the most picky, indecisive and demanding person when it came to buying my wedding dress. From the first minute I met Tina I had this gut feeling I was in the right place. I found my dream dress in her store on the first try. She is most patient when it comes to her clients. Tina answered my questions (I ask the same question multiple times for reassurance), gave her honest professional opinion and explained why something would be/look better than something else. I purchased my first wedding gown from Tina 25 years ago. When I decided to renew my vows 25 years later I went back to Lady Gray. Tina makes you feel like family the minute you enter her store. She puts you in dresses that compliment your body typer and doesn't pressure you.

The absolute best!!!
My mother in law is a little bit of a nervous shopper and likes her privacy as she isn't very comfortable trying on clothing…. Tina was so flexible with scheduling us to accommodate our schedules. Tina is genuinely the sweetest, most kind person who truly cares about the comfort and happiness of her customers. We loved that she only allows one customer in the shop at a time so each person has her full attention, help and compassion. She listens to what you want and was never pushy and never rushed her. She helped my mother in law find a dress that made her feel confident and beautiful. I cant say enough good things about Tina and her shop. I highly highly recommend!!!

Customer Service at it's best
Shopping for a wedding dress can be pretty stressful at times, so to me just being treated with patience and kindness was the most important factor in choosing my dress. Tina has years of experience and gave great advice. She responded to questions quickly and did not charge us an appointment fee. When she did not have a specific dress I wanted to try on, she ordered it and had it in within a week. Customer service with a smile what more could you ask for?

A Beautiful Day to Wear A Lady Gray!
30 years ago Tina helped my mom find her perfect wedding dress and this year, Tina helped me do the same!
I fell in love with the dress she helped me find and the look on my husband’s face when he first saw me in it is something I will never forget!
Not only was the dress stunning, but my experience working with Tina was so fun and comfortable, I would recommend Lady Gray to any soon to be bride!

Lady Gray had my dream dress!
My husband and I booked our wedding venue in January for our July 1st wedding. With our wedding being less than 6 months away I was worried I wasn’t going to be able to find my dream dress. I called up lady gray and Tina offered me an appointment right away and asked me what style I was interested in and when I got there Tina literally held up the dress I was imagining. When I tried it on and walked out to my mom we literally both started crying. It’s was the PERFECT dress. Tina was able to put a rush on the dress so I got it within 2 months and had plenty of time to comfortably get it altered. Unfortunately Tina doesn’t do alterations herself anymore but she was able to size me perfectly and recommended someone for alterations who did an amazing job. My dress was perfect I didn’t want to take it off after my wedding!! I really can’t thank Tina enough. If you are looking for a beautiful wedding dress, definitely go to Lady gray!

Honestly, I loved every dress I tried on, but she helped me find the perfect one for me. First Bridal Appointment
I was incredibly nervous and not super hopeful about finding my wedding dress. I wanted to look and feel beautiful without my insecurities being highlighted in the dress I chose. With that being said, as soon as I walked into the shop I was greeted by Tina who is the KINDEST woman I’ve ever met. From the beginning she was patient, thoughtful, supportive and knowledgeable. I had found inspiration pictures that I showed her and she showed a large range of dresses to try. As I tried on dresses, she helped me understand what I liked, didn’t like, etc. After I tried all of my dresses I tried the first one on again (it was my TOP favorite) and the moment was just kismet. Tina added a veil and it was perfect. The moment I walked out to show it to my family with the veil we all cried. Tina was so helpful in helping us choose the right sizing, giving us ideas on styling with the veil, and so much more. As a woman who is a little more curvy and struggles to find clothing she likes to see herself in, I was over the moon to find my wedding dress that not only took everything I loved and put it into one dress, but really and truly made me feel absolutely beautiful. I am so excited to get my dress, have it tailored, and wear it on my wedding day. The experience I had with this bridal shop was incredible and I highly recommend it to anyone- especially those who are nervous or unsure where to start. Thank you Tina for all you did to help me, we are so thankful!

Tina was awesome!! After trying on way too many dresses at the popular chain stores and online shops, I was overwhelmed by the choices and the cost. Then I walked past this shop in Beacon. I was on a bit of a time crunch due to my summer wedding date and Tina booked me an appointment for the next day. I ended up buying the third dress she showed me. Tina went above and beyond to help me find something I both loved and was in my budget. She actually cared about me finding a dress that I would love and not just selling me something. And she is a seamstress so she knows her stuff! Highly recommend trying Lady Gray if you are in the Hudson Valley.

Absolutely amazing experience. I went in with a general idea in mind of what I wanted and picked out some dresses I thought I would like. I put on the first dress and it was beautiful, but I didn’t get the wow factor. Tina chose a gown that was absolutely stunning and the rest was history, I tried on a few more dresses just to be sure but none of them beat the second one I tried on. She knew me better than I knew myself, it wasn’t something I would’ve chosen myself but it was perfect and had everything I was looking for. I was worried I wasn’t going to be able to find a dress in time as I’m planning to elope and celebrate later and put off looking for a dress. This experience surpassed my expectations and I didn’t have to settle for a dress that was just okay, and it is going to be a dress I am happy to wear for both the elopement and the celebration a year later.

The experience I had at Lady Gray was unmatched to any other dress shop. Tina, the owner, was the most sweet, wonderful and caring woman. I had been to many shops and was feeling very overwhelmed and frustrated that I had still not found my dress. She listened to my likes and dislikes and easily began picking the most beautiful dresses off her racks I had ever seen. I couldn’t get over the variety of gorgeous dresses she had for me to try on. Of course I said yes to my dress and am completely obsessed with it. I am constantly going back to look at pictures. I was feeling I would never have that special “my dress”moment and thanks to Tina I did. She has an amazing talent for knowing exactly what a girl wants for her day. As well as having the most gorgeous gowns, her prices were outstanding compared to others. I had never felt more comfortable and cared for than I did with Tina. I could write a novel about how wonderful this shop is and how every bride should make a stop in Lady Gray.

Tina was professional and caring from the moment I called to schedule an appointment to see her dresses. She had me describe my dream dress over the phone and when I got there she pulled out the exact dress I was picturing myself in. Not only was the dress beautiful, but it was also extremely comfortable. My wedding was only 6 months away and Tina was able to expedite my dress to come in with plenty of time. I couldn’t be more pleased with Lady Gray. After trying on tons of dresses at other boutiques it was a breath of fresh air coming here. Tina was not pushy and truly wanted what was best for the bride. I have never felt more beautiful in a dress. My mom and I both cried seeing my dress on me, that’s when you know it’s the one. Always a wonderful experience!
I first met Tina when when sister got married over 10 years ago and she was so lovely. She assisted with my sisters gown as well as all of her bridesmaids dresses. Fast forward 10 years, and there was no other choice but lady gray for bridesmaids gowns. Tina worked with each of my bridesmaids, as they all have different body types and found them gown that they felt their best in. She is always extremely responsive and treats each of her clients with kindness and priority. Thank you Tina! You are the best!

From the moment my 15 year old daughter & I walked in Tina was so warm & welcoming , she was friendly , knowledgeable & just so wonderful to be around.
