We loved our experience with LA Wedding Woman!

Where to begin?! We were fortunate enough to work with both Emily Button and Chris Rodriguez for our wedding. Emily is a lovely person, and she did a beautiful job crafting the perfect ceremony for us. Unfortunately there was a scheduling conflict that led to Chris stepping in as our officiant, but to us that just proved how lucky we were to have hired LA Wedding Woman. We were informed that Chris was available to take over, and the transition was completely seamless. We knew after one phone call that he was a perfect fit for us, so much so, that after our ceremony all of our guests thought he was a close friend! Chris is an absolute gem, who also happens to be an excellent public speaker. Thank you LA Wedding Woman for being such an integral part of our special day, and to Chris and Emily for making it so special.

We highly recommend Jenny at LA Wedding Woman!

My partner and I interviewed several officiants for our wedding in July 2020. We ultimately decided to go with Jenny at LA Wedding Woman. She did a fantastic job putting us at ease throughout the process, helping us build out and script our ceremony, and was a very kind and positive presence throughout. She has an authentic way of engaging with couples, and it's clear that she truly enjoys being a part of making her clients' big day meaningful and memorable. It's an authentic joy that can't be faked that shines through in her approach to not just slapping a cookie cutter script together but taking the time to help her clients customize a ceremony that meets the moment as they see fit. She acts as a guide in the process, enabling you to choose from a menu of options to build a script, giving you the freedom to make the ceremony truly yours and providing inspiration and guidance when needed. And of course on our big day she delivered with a calm, kind, and peaceful presence and helped to make our wedding authentic and meaningful. We were worried our plans for our sunset wedding might be overshadowed by clouds, but Jenny also came through with a beautiful sunset :) Thank you for helping to make our wedding memorable Jenny.

Jenny is just the BEST!

Jenny Turner is a dream officiant! We found her through LA Wedding Woman and she checked all the boxes. Kind, organized, easy to work with, flexible, confident, approachable, punctual, trustworthy…the list goes on and on! My fiancé and I had decided to elope with a small outdoor wedding, just the two of us. Jenny literally handled all the rest. After answering only a few short questions, she was able to fill out all of our paperwork and get our marriage license and handled that side of things completely. All we had to do was show up on the day of our wedding and sign some papers and we were all set. No waiting in lines at county clerk offices or anything. It was an absolute dream and allowed us to be stress free and just focus on our ceremony. It was perfect. It was easy. I can’t recommend Jenny enough. She has such a calming and friendly presence and was such a joy to work with. If you’re looking for an officiant, she’s a stellar choice!

customized & charming!

Once we had to cancel our courthouse wedding due to COVID, I contacted LA Wedding Woman and communicated intermittently with Emily over the next several months. She was very helpful and once we had an extended license, she connected us to Jenny to officiate. Jenny asked the right questions about what we wanted, even in our chosen quick ceremony. She was great with guiding and rejoicing with us.

Elysia Skye is a dream to work with

Two words: Elysia Skye! She is absolutely INCREDIBLE. I cannot recommend her enough. She made our wedding day seriously so special and set the tone for the evening and for our life. From the moment we met Elysia, I knew I made the right choice. She is so kind, generous and is one of the best and most genuine people I have ever met. She spent hours talking to my husband and I, giving advice, getting to know us, talking about how we met, what we wanted for our ceremony and for our life. She is a true gem. She wrote the most heartfelt ceremony and really nailed everything my husband and I would have wanted to say to each other. She helped us with our vows and made awesome suggestions to make our ceremony unique and special. She is so responsive and really just an amazing person. The wedding day was even more magical. The moment she got there she took my husband and I to a room in the casita where we were getting ready and just had us take a moment to really soak in what was going on. She really helped us slow down time that day, and for that I will always be grateful. She had the most heartfelt ceremony and all of my guests told me that it was the best ceremony they have attended and all were raving about how amazing she was. She had everyone in tears, even my vendors!! Elysia Skye is unreal and is the best! I don't have enough great things to say about her. Elysia, thank you for everything. Matt and I are so lucky to have had you officiate our wedding and to have met you!

Chris Rodriguez, from LA Wedding Woman, is an absolutely fantastic person to have as your officiant. He performed our ceremony in bilingual languages (Spanish and English) and it couldn't have been more perfect. Chris will accommodate to your every need so that your special moment is the best it could possibly be. He is very experienced and professional, while still remaining personal. He will assist you and your spouse (to be) in figuring out how the legal aspects of the wedding will work and will take on your numerous questions and answer them timely (we asked him at least 100 or so). If you are considering LA Wedding Woman, please give Chris a solid consideration, as he is the best officiant out there.

I can only say good things about Chris Rodriguez. When I first contacted LA Wedding Woman I was told that someone else would be officiating our wedding, about 6 months before the wedding they advised that the Officiant that was going to do our wedding was no longer able to perform it and we had a choice to select our alternate Officiant. We selected Chris and we could not be happier.
From the moment that he contacted us he was very organized and he walked us through the whole process. I cannot stress how seamless the process was. We decided to write our own vows and also perform a unity ceremony and he was able to incorporate everything with ease.

I don’t normally write reviews like this, but after recently getting married I wanted to recommend LAWeddingWoman as the perfect place to do so.
My husband and I wanted a customized ceremony that recognized our union and commitment to one another.
LAWeddingWoman was absolutely supportive and encouraging of the sort of wedding we wanted to have. We discussed at length the type of ceremony we were looking for and they were brilliant at understanding our wishes and offering suggestions for how to achieve our perfect ceremony.
Like most brides I was nervous before the ceremony, but LAWeddingWoman and their team absolutely calmed my nerves and talked me through the ceremony. Their officiant felt like an integral part of the wedding party and guests commented repeatedly on how wonderful it was.
I highly recommend LAWeddingWoman, I cannot imagine a more supportive and friendly experience.

Love LA Wedding Woman! Elysia was incredible. Her ability to incorporate various religious portions into an incredibly thoughtful and touching service is unparalleled. She walked us through the entire process so patiently that much of our anxiety was eliminated. Emily Button was our officiant and we could not have asked for a more personal and fun ceremony. We had so many friends and family come up to us after (and still) saying that it was the best wedding ceremony they have ever been too. My husband and I found LA Wedding Woman online and we could not have had a more wonderful experience. The whole team was professional and responsive, and quickly quelled any worry. We did a customized service with Elysia, and it was worth every penny. She was warm, kind, and calm, both during our meeting and day-of. She listened intently to our wishes and our story, and pulled together a ceremony that perfectly blended those elements. She gave us so many helpful suggestions with regards to the ceremony, and asked questions we didn't even think of. Our ceremony was non-religious, and while spiritual, not in the least heavy-handed. Many of our guests remarked how much they enjoyed our ceremony, and we truly could not have been happier.

I love Sabrina Moss!!! The minute I saw her on the website, I knew I wanted her to officiate our wedding. Meeting her in person sealed the deal. She was sweet, kind, calm, and willing to answer any questions we had. Then we chatted for a bit. I totally dig her vibe!!! It was like talking to my best friend. Actually, it was like that throughout the whole process. She was available anytime I needed her, explained things to me in ways I can understand, and even took care of any issues that arise, even last-minute changes the day of our wedding, without hesitation, all with a smile on her face, a soothing voice, and wonderful charisma. Even after the wedding she took care of my wedding certificate and kept me updated on the progress. We are truly blessed to have had such a wonderful Officiant at our wedding. She is simply amazing.

Although my husband and I had already had a ceremony years ago, we wanted a "quick and dirty" wedding, just to make if official when California legalized gay marriage. It was a bit of a last minute decision, as we decided to do it on Halloween, our favorite holiday. That way, if we had to have two anniversaries, we'd already be celebrating one. Well, LA Wedding Woman was not only able to accommodate us, but the officiant Elysia came in costume and made our "quick and dirty" ceremony into something so much more special. She's the greatest!

Chris Rodriguez is our officiant during our Quick-I-do this Halloween and what a joy he was to have around! A stress relief too as he is very knowledgeable on the legalities and paperwork and knows how to sort things out efficiently while still keeping the mood lighthearted and warm. His presence made our special day spiritual, graceful, powerful, enlightening and practically stress-free! We are very fortunate to have him marry us.

How we found Chris: We wanted to marry on Halloween but the court only opens Mon-Friday and Halloween is a Saturday. So we found LA Wedding Woman, I rang up and Chris picked up the phone. After asking him questions about getting married, we found him a delight (mood + rapport wise) wanted him to marry us! To our great luck, we found out that he is an ordained officiant and also a notary which means he can sort out all the paperwork without you worrying about it after the ceremony. We jumped at having Chris at our wedding.

On the day, there was a film shoot happening at the wedding location and I let Chris know about it. While my guests struggled to find parking, Chris made the effort to arrive early, and he was on time and even know where to find us while we are busy getting last minute details ready for the guests. This shows he takes great pride in being an officiant, that your big day is as important to him as it is to you.

Chris also has the most calming, magical voice, epic at times when he utters the oath. He also allowed a period between oaths to let me and my husband share a few personal words with each other, which made it very special for us and our guests. We got overwhelmed with sincerity, pure emotion and contentment, shedding a few tears of wonder to our own surprise!

A beautiful wedding. Thank you Chris, for your fun and wonderful role in our wedding and always taking care of the logistical side of the nuptial from start to finish. Your presence made our special day perfect and we are lucky to have you!

Rev. Michelle Rado was amazing. My husband and I had a very spontaneous elopement at the top of Topanga Canyon overlooking the Pacific Palisades and the Pacific Ocean. It required a 10-minute climb to get to our spot, and Rev. Michelle went along with the idea with grace and flexibility! We had a beautiful mini ceremony with 8 of our friends and family. It was a night to remember.

Wow! That's all I can say about LA Wedding Woman. One of my biggest planning stresses was how to pick an officiant. You go to weddings and it always seems that the officiant is a close friend of the family. We didn't have anyone like that and we didn't want our ceremony to awkward and robotic. I really thought the ceremony would be the least enjoyable part of our wedding and the I focused mostly on the reception. I was so wrong!
I stumbled across the LA Wedding woman website and it just felt right. When I spoke to their office I knew I had made the right choice. They make you feel like you've known them forever.
We chose Elysia and we couldn't have been happier. She always made us feel like our wedding was her first priority. She responded to emails quickly and was very receptive to several ceremony changes we made in the last few weeks.
On the day of she made us both so comfortable. I had a serious last minute nervous breakdown. LOL She snapped me out of it.
In the end our ceremony was amazing and actually I think it was our favorite and most cherished part of the wedding!!!!! You will not regret choosing LA Wedding Woman.

My friend who's a wedding planner suggested us hiring LA Wedding Woman as our officiate, and I'm so very glad I did. Elysia was beyond amazing at answering any of our questions or concerns that my husband and I had. The day of the wedding, she was very sweet to make sure that we were ok and made sure we had everything we needed and more. I turned out to be one nervous teary eye bride and she was so calm and helped me through it. I don't know what i would do without her help and advice.

My husband and I just got married on 10/11, and Emily Button was our AMAZING officiant!

We booked Emily about 3-4 months out, and right away she was very responsive and helpful. We were both working very busy jobs at the time, so Emily made time to Skype us for our initial meeting. She is sweet, funny, and calming.

In our initial meeting she asked to know about us, and then what kind of ceremony we wanted. She was very open and flexible to what we wanted, and gave us guidance when we weren't sure about things. She sent us the ceremony run down months in advance, and worked with us to change the order a few times.

We each wrote our own vows and Emily was very kind and helpful with reading them and giving suggestions, though ultimately was very encouraging that what we each had written was perfect. I appreciated her feedback because writing your own vows comes with a LOT of pressure!

We booked Emily for our rehearsal as well and she was great as we ran around telling the venue and the caterer who were also there last minute things we wanted. When we rehearsed, she went with the flow, and we figured out the best staging as we went. She always made us feel like we could do whatever we wanted, it was our wedding!

The day of, Emily got there early and checked in on both of us, keeping us informed of timing and reminding us of things we needed to do. She came very prepared, with both of our vows printed out on cardstock for us, as well as the readings. She also took care of getting our marriage license signed by our witnesses and then mailing it in for us.

During the actual ceremony, my 2 year old nephew who would not leave his mother (my matron of honor)'s side, added some color and humor, and Emily went with everything like a pro.

PERFECTION! I cautiously scouted our officiant for our wedding during the early phases of the planning process and the minute I spoke with Arielle over the phone, I immediately knew she was perfect for big day. During the planning process, she was easy to contact, quick to reply, and full of great ideas that were very useful when mapping out the ceremony.

Arielle's delivery of our ceremony last weekend was beautiful. She has such a welcoming and lovely demeanor (and vocal tonality) that it couldn't have been any better. Our guests raved about her to us afterwards. We will always be indebted to her for making our day so special. As my husband and I reminisced about our event later that night, we both agreed the ceremony was our favorite part.

I highly recommend and would recommend her to any friends who are planning their upcoming nuptials!

We went through LA wedding Women to book our officiant, which is how we met Tracy. From the very beginning, the staff was very prompt to answer all of our questions and the customer service was great! Tracy was also amazing and available at all times to answer any questions and make any changes to our ceremony that we asked for. She arrived early and ensured that the marriage license was signed before the ceremony. The ceremony was perfect! Short and sweet, like we wanted with everything we asked for. Afterward, she ensured our marriage license got to court and sent us the tracking info and confirmation. I would highly recommend LA Wedding Woman!

My husband and I got married in a simple "I DO"ceremony on July 30, 2014 on the beach in Malibu, at Point Dume, and Elysia Skye exceeded our expectations! She even exceeded all of the wonderful reviews of her services. She is an amazing officiant with incredible warmth, generosity and a personal touch. And,Elysia goes above and beyond for her clients!
The wedding ceremony was just my fiance and me. But I wanted a few floral garlands and rose petals to decorate the sand. I purchased them myself and delivered them to Elysia beforehand. She so graciously agreed to lay all of this out for us, while we were with our photographer. Because she did this, it was a wonderful surprise for my husband!
Her "I DO" ceremony is heartfelt and beautiful and Elysia also allowed me to tweak it-- so it reflected the spirit of our relationship.
Before the actual marriage ceremony started, Elysia took both of our hands and had us close our eyes and focus on the moment, breathing out and breathing in-- all that glorious sea air!
With a magnificent sunset, seagulls soaring around us, the pounding surf at Point Dume and Elysia's warmth and grace, she gave us a ceremony that I will never forget that was both personal, intimate and very touching!
Elysia Skye gets beyond five stars!!! She is one of a kind!

I was referred to Elysia by friends of ours. I called Elysia and let her know we were referred to her. She remembered our friends, which she had married almost a year ago and even recalled when she married them and location. Immediately, I felt at ease and knew she would be perfect to be our officiant. Her energy (even though I only had several conversations by phone) was always positive and calm. I was married on 7/7/14 which was a Monday after a holiday weekend. I called her on 7/3 because my husband decided to want to go the traditional way and didn't agree with me hyphenating my name after we signed our license. She actually called to check on me as I was about to call her for help. I could go on and on about how great Elysia was....
I recommend this business and most importantly Elysia to those looking for that special person to officiate their special day!

We got married 11 days ago on 6/14/14 and Emily Button was our officiant. She was amazing! We met her for the consultation at Starbucks, and she went over every detail with us, did we want God mentioned, did we want traditional or modern vows, include a poem or not, any meaningful readings and/or Bible verses, family members who can do a reading, etc. She even emailed us separately and asked what we love *most* about each other, and that was a neat surprise to hear during ceremony. She was incredibly thorough and together we came up with a beautiful ceremony. On the wedding day, I felt so composed, relaxed and in the moment in large part because of Emily. She has a wonderful relaxing spirit, and helped me to take a deep breath and enjoy the beauty and joy of the day. All of our friends and family commented on how beautiful the ceremony was, and said, I wonder how long they've know their friend Emily, she did such a beautiful ceremony for them, what a nice person. Lol, we had only met/talked to her a few times. But she's just that kind of person, so sweet, so nice. We can't say enough good things about her. We even asked her to stay and enjoy the reception with us. She mailed the marriage licence in for us, AND sent me a copy of our personalized vows for my scrapbook. If you need an officiant for your wedding, I give her 5 stars for everything! Marrying your best friend is the most amazing experience one can ever have, and LA Wedding Woman Emily helped make it happen for us.

We had Elysia as our officiant for our wedding. From our first conversation I knew she was the perfect person to officiate our ceremony. Being that I live in Miami I had no idea where to begin in the process of planning our destination wedding. Elysia helped us choose a place for our ceremony and helped guide me through the entire process. She answered each and every one of my many emails in detail even if it wasn't related to her services. When I met Elysia I felt as if I've known her forever she made us feel so comfortable and kept us so relaxed the day of the wedding!!! She is such a sweet person it was such a pleasure having her be apart of our wedding. The day of the wedding she arrived a little earlier so that we can sign the paper work before hand and have enough time for us to take pictures afterwards. During one of our phone conversations I had mentioned to her our wedding colors which she remembered. The day of the ceremony she painted her toes the same color as our wedding colors, it was so cute!!! She is absolutely amazing and I would do it all over again!!! My girlfriend and I came from London to get married in California. This in itsself was a bit stressful as only had a small window of time to get things finalised, so when we came across LA Wedding Woman they completely saved us and took so much stress out of the situation by explaining more info on the specific rules and laws for California, and being able to pick up our wedding license for us.
We met up with Elysia beforehand to go over some quick paperwork, to save some time and get things started.
On the actual day when Arielle came to meet us, she was a really sweet, lovely person. We liked & felt very relaxed around her straight away & was so happy that we chose her to marry us. They were both such great people that clearly take a huge joy in what they do, you can see that their heart is right there with you & they want to make it special for each and every couple in their own individual way. Coming from Atlanta, we booked with lawedding woman! Our officiator was Arielle Haze. She took the time to answer all of our questions regarding the wedding and the location. We ended up being at El Matador State Beach in Malibu, CA. It was absolutely beautiful. Our family was impressed and the pictures turned out great! The ceremony was wonderful. Maria Felipe was our officiant for our wedding. She is not only beautiful but has an amazing personality. We wanted to meet our officiant in person before signing a contract. Maria was very flexible and agreed to meet at a coffee shop. I immediately loved her personality and how warm and easy going she is. At the meeting, we went over a run through of the ceremony and we signed that day. We did the custom wedding package which includes one meeting. So since we decided to meet our officiant first before signing that counted as our one meeting which was ok with us because we now knew how passionate Maria is and we were confident she would do an excellent job at our wedding.

Arielle Haze is one of the most accomplished women we have ever met. We had a non-denom ceremony, and Arielle was so perfect for us. She has done so much in her life, because she is extremely intelligent and efficient. She comes form a long line of officiants, and knows exactly what to do. Elysia was such an amazing officiant and we adored her. She is very accomodating when it comes to meetings, in person or otherwise, and is very good about getting back to you, which we found SUPER important as we neared our wedding date. She returned emails and phone calls promptly and always answered our questions. She walked us through the details of marriage licenses and even ended up taking the hassle out by applying for ours for a small charge.

My husband and I were sure we'd get super nervous, so she helped us prepare for that ahead of time, even sharing personal stories and tips. We wrote our own vows, which she read multiple times and assisted in editing. She also had examples and other vows that we could look at and gather inspiration from. On the day of, we ended up not being nervous at all, in large part thanks to Elysia. She was so calm and reassuring and made it all about what made us comfortable. At the last minute I realized I didnt ask anyone to film the ceremony, and she calmly said "no problem, I can just ask the guests to do so on their phones before we start." Simple as that and we had homemade videos!

Elysia is a wonderful woman and great at her job. Loved her and highly recommend for anyone in love and looking to help that shine through in their ceremony.

Arielle was the officiant to our super small wedding ceremony. She did a fantastic job the day of! Also did a great job of being reassuring in the days and months leading up to the special day. Every time I had questions or was freaking out Arielle would respond in a timely manner. Just talking for a sec would calm me down. At the ceremony she was very friendly with the very few guests in attendance. One important thing I didn't think of until I watched the video was her voice. Loud enough and not... irritating at all :). Seems silly but half of the talking through the ceremony will be the officiant... pick Arielle!

Oh and Emily was great too! We only spoke a couple of times however she was always able to help! Thank you ladies so much.

LA Wedding Woman is such a wonderful service. The day California let stand the defeat of Prop 8 and marriage equality continued, LA Wedding Woman was the first organization to stand up for our community and in honor of that, on July 1st, the first full day of same sex marriage, a member of LA Wedding Woman was on hand at each one of the Los Angeles court houses to officiate for our weddings. We were fortunate enough to choose Van Nuys and there was Tracy. We knew the moment we met her she was special and would make our day perfect. My partner and I had decided to get married at the courthouse. Upon finding out that they only performed ceremonies on Thursday and Friday, I searched the net to find a Justice of the Peace. I stumbled across LAWeddingWoman and am so glad I did. Arielle married us this past Monday. Though I had only communicated with her via phone and email, I immediately felt at ease when I met her in person. Her vibrancy and joy were immediately apparent. We did the Quick I Do. I knew there would be no pomp and circumstance but still invited 6 friends to witness. We are a couple travelling around the world and we decided to get married in LA on our way... We decided for Elysia because of all the great reviews and she really is the best! Since the beginning she was super responsive and helpful, and she did so much more than she'd had to, really committed to that our wedding'd go great. We wanted something very simple and short and decided to get married at the beach she suggested and it was the most romantic place ever!
The ceremony itself wasn't long, exactly as we wanted, but it was very sweet and touching. Elysia calmed us both as we were quite nervous, she is such a lovely person, you just get to like her instantly.

First of all, Elysia was wonderful to work with from our very first emails, to our meetings, to our wedding day. She is kind, caring, and competent, and she walked us through all the legal things we needed to take care of.
She has a very calming presence, which is exactly what you want in the planning stages, and exactly what you want during one of the biggest moments of your life!

Secondly, Elysia helped us so much in planning a ceremony that reflected us completely. Before talking with her I was stressed about what our ceremony would include, since my husband and I were coming from two different cultures and didn't want to really include any specific religious traditions in our ceremony. We also didn't want to go over 20 minutes. Elysia came up with a loving, touching, and personal ceremony that was all about the two of us and let us express our promises and vows to each other. I was so not enamoured with the whole wedding planning process, including the task of finding an officiant. Elysia was so responsive to all of our questions and had a lovely ceremony that we could build around. She was easy to work with and very non-judgmental as far as anything we wanted to add......or anything we never got around to adding! We were so lucky to also find our photographer at the same time (Arielle, Elysia's sister). Elysia was always easy to contact and quick to respond via email or phone. On the day of our wedding, she arrived early and made sure we were both doing OK. She printed out copies of the readings for our 2 family members who took part in the ceremony, and helped us and them to relax. We had not wanted any religious aspect to our ceremony, and the ceremony was still meaningful and included our family and friends. She made the official part of the officiating very simple, all our legal documents were signed and notarised by Elysia at our ceremony site and we received our marriage certificate by mail less than 3 weeks later. So easy! I would highly recommend Elysia and Arielle at LA Wedding Woman.

Hire LA Wedding Woman! My now husband and I made a quick decision to do a small wedding on the beach. Elysia was able to fit us into her busy schedule and navigate all the tricky legal stuff as well as to design a meaningful, unique ceremony with very little notice. It's really rare to find someone who is competent, professional, creative, and has that intangible quality of positive, loving energy to make your special day that much more special. I did not have the opportunity to use Arielle's services but I've heard from others that she is an excellent officiant and photographer. Can't say enough good things!

We are extremely happy with our officiant, Elysia! Our guests were impressed with her, too! I was slightly nervous before the ceremony, and she was so sweet and helped me to relax! She is truly amazing! I love her beautiful energy! I would recommend her to all future brides! She is a gem! :)

We loved working with Elysia on our last-minute wedding. She knew how to give us just enough guidance while helping to create a ceremony that was uniquely us -- and a special event that we'll remember for the rest of our lives. She and her husband (who came along as a witness) also did double-duty as photographers and videographers.

We were a little at a loss when finding an officiant over the Internet and figuring out everything we needed to do for a proper hitching, but Elysia made it easy. She also has a great spirit of fun that will enliven any ceremony -- large or small. We're very happy to have found her, and we're grateful for the role she played in our ceremony.

I have to give Elysia a 5 out of 5 rating on everything because she was the best officiant we could ask for, going above and beyond and guiding us through everything we needed to know about the marriage process. She was always available to answer our questions and work with us to customize our ceremony. We felt like we were in good hands and had nothing to worry about and our special day went flawlessly. We decided on a Monday to get married on Wednesday which didn't leave much time for organizing. First on the list was to find someone special to marry us. It was 9pm at night and I wrote an email to her- a random name on a website- thinking we would hear back the next day. Much to my surprise we got a return phone call right away! We spoke to her and she gave us the quick and easy run down of wedding options. She made it feel simple and put us at ease right away. And now that we had someone to marry us we had to figure out where to do it! I knew I wanted to get married on the beach in the sand at sunset but couldn't figure out a nice private place to do it! I asked Elysia and she gave a suggestion and it was the perfect fit and was exactly my vision!

When it came time to perform the ceremony she took time with each of us helping us to get centered. She offered some grounded guidance that set the tone of beauty, love and comfort for the entire wedding.

We were so blessed to have found LA Wedding woman Elysia! She did so much more then just performing a ceremony- and everyday I remember how she made us feel!
I highly recommend her!

Elysia officiated our wedding. We had a secret ceremony and eloped last week and we couldn't have been happier with her. She made it special but kept it simple and she seemed to be as genuinely delighted by the event as we were.

We had the fabulous Elysia Skye from LA Wedding Woman officiate our wedding day....both our private ceremony AND our larger ceremony with family and friends. She was easy to work with and really did a great job personalizing our ceremony. We received a lot of compliments about her delivery in our ceremony and would recommend her to anyone getting married. Elysia did a great job helping us to customize and plan our wedding ceremony. For an extra fee she helped to run our rehearsal the evening before, which I am really glad for because it helped ease our and our parents' minds for the big day. She was very warm and kind and helped to calm our nerves beforehand. She was particularly graceful in the way she helped smooth over some unexpected (externally related) bumps during the ceremony and helped keep things moving along. I'm very glad we went with Elysia because her guidance helped to solidify our vision of our wedding and made us feel well-taken care of.

The overall experience my husband Trenton and I had with Reverend Maria was from start to finish, completely wonderful.

We had the pleasure of speaking with Maria on the phone for an initial consultation and all three of us immediately hit it off. We knew we wanted someone with heart, positivity, and great energy. After being on the phone for a few minutes with Maria, we knew we had found the person that would marry us. When we finally met her, she was comforting and extremely accommodating of our very specific requests. We are an interracial couple, and a bilingual ceremony with traditional Mexican elements was very important to us. Maria listened and made wonderful suggestions while respecting our specific requests and created the most perfect ceremony possible.

We hired Arielle and she was a fantastic helping us design a ceremony customized to our needs. She is super kind, patient and warm. She officiated our ceremony with such warmth and meaning, many assumed she was our pastor or someone who had known as much longer than the several months of wedding planning. Our only slight hiccup was getting a response from her on the final round of ceremony revisions which were needed for a venue walkthrough. I was in a slight panic for a few days wondering why she wasn't returning my emails and texts. Turns out she was camping and didn't have cell service, so it wasn't her fault. But nevertheless, I was unduly stressed and it could have been avoided. Regardless, I recommend Arielle. She is a very nice person and fantastic to work with.

Emily (LA Wedding Woman's liason) answered the first phone call. After that it was rolling so smooth I barely had time to react!!! Emily's professionalism is amazing! After a few emails and a few more phone calls, everything became a reality for me and my now wife. Elysia performed impecably. She made us feel comfortable and gave us some points and direction for certain things which we apreciate so much. Everything developed the way we wanted and Elysia is in big part responsible for it. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
