La Venezia made my daughters' wedding a dream come true. It was the most beautiful experience ever. Elizabeth is truly a good hearted individual with a focus in great customer service

Elizabeth and the team at La Venezia were PHENOMENAL. I can't say enough good things about them. They take care of everything. The food was great, the place is beautiful; small enough to be intimate but big enough to easily host a big party. As Elizabeth says, all you need to bring is your cake, your DJ, and your centerpieces. Our wedding was perfect and a huge part of that was thanks to the tem at La Venezia.

I was 22 and planning a whole wedding almost by myself and paying for it by myself but La Venezia was easy and inexpensive. I was the first to call for a certain date, 10-11-12, but someone came in before me for that date but they still held it for me since I called first. The owner, Elizabeth, sat down and explained their amazing all inclusive packages with catering, DJ, photo/video, limo, cake, decorations, all for extremely reasonable prices and to top it off they gave me 4 hours of free open bar!!! This was more than I could ask for since I thought I wouldn't be able to afford any alcohol, limo, maybe not even a DJ! With out La Venezia I probably would have been stuck in someone's back yard for my wedding.

Everything went perfectly thanks to Elizabeth! I had several issues before the reception, (unrelated to venue) but she relieved all my stress and made the night to smoothly.

From the moment we walked into the ballroom we were swept off our feet. We had visited other places that same day and decided to take a look at this location and were blown away! it was beautiful. We found our reception hall! Elizabeth was extremely helpful from the beginning to the end. She wasn't able to be at the reception but the entire staff made sure everything went as smooth as you could imagine.

This venue is nice, the only things we needed to provide was our cake, SH, roasting flutes for us, and officient. We did our own centerpieces for tables. Elizabeth the owner was very helpful. The price was really good, so if your on a budget this is the place. I forgot the food was excellent, we did baked chicken and London broil.

We had searched around for a reasonable place for us to have our ceremony and reception and came across La Venezia. The place is very pretty inside...only thing we had to provide was the cake, centerpieces, champagne and flutes. The staff was very good at making your image a reality and the food was very good. Only problem we had was the banquet manager, Elizabeth would forget important dates or fail to write them down (rehearsal times), and important details had to be reminded to her alot. Also she always seemed to be in a hurry when you would call her to give her information and would rush you off the phone. Other than that the ceremony and reception went very smoothly and our guests were very pleased. The staff was very helpful, and attentive to your needs and was very polite. I would recommend this place to have your wedding/ reception, just keep in mind that the banquet manager has to constantly be reminded of things, if you can get past that then this place is a very nice place within a reasonable budget to have your event.

I was disappointed. Food was ok. Elizabeth was not flexible with her time. Text and phone calls to Elizabeth went unanswered.

Double booked my venue with another wedding on the same day.

I was a guest at this venue on 3/31/2017 I have never actually took any time to write a review till now. I have never in my life attending anything so gross, the food,service,cleanliness, unorganization, was despicable! I as a person that attended this display of sadness felt heartbroken for the bride groom and their families. I was in tears for them ! The dirty dingy event hall was unexplainable, the food, my god some of us didnt received food until cake was being served , no coffee or tea with cake offered. I know the mom of the bride apologized over and over again to my table . What is sad to me is that this was their daughters wedding a pinnacle in all their lives and it was terrible for me as a guest, I cannot even imagine what they feel like even today, which is what prompted this review , i spoke to a family member who was crying and deeply disturbed by all of their experiences! I am a nurse and know many local agencies and attorneys, i suggested they start calling code enforcement, health agencies, dept of business prof regulations the city of cape coral etc! These people deserve a refund and each of them deserve to be compensated for their pain and suffering. Do not rent this venue it is the worst I have ever been to in my life . This families memories are not of the joyous event ! Omg i cannot even write all of what I have experienced that night ! La venezia you should be ashamed of yourselves and return every penny to these people and then some ! If anyone mentions to me your establishment , my respose will be not a pleasant one, you should be in the hall of shame
