Margot photographed our wedding in June of 2022 and we could not the happier with this decision. I was having some issues with the follow-through of my original photographer that I had booked 6 months in advance. Due to the stress of this I decided to look for a new photographer 2 months before our wedding day. Luckily, Margot was available and the difference in professionalism between the two photographers was like night and day. We started with a get to know you phone call, where she asked me really interesting questions about what we wanted from our wedding photos. She really put my mind at ease. Before our wedding day, she had us answer some questions to better capture our big day based one our wants and needs. On the day of our wedding day she could not have been more perfect. I could not have asked for a professional and kind photographer. She was a really calming and charming presents at wedding. I was actually really sad to see her go when our time with her was up, because she was such a lovely person to have around. I was surprised to get our sneak peek photos the following day. Not only was to turn around so quick, they were really beautiful photos that captured the emotions of that moment. 2 weeks after that we got the full gallery of photos that brought us right back to our wedding day. My partner and I took hours going through them together, laughing and crying in the best way. I really didn't think of myself as someone who photographs well, but Margot is magical. She made me feel so comfortable and special and it definitely shows in the photos. We love our photos so much and loved working with Margot. We highly recommend her as a photographer and look forward to working with her again and again in the future. -

Margot is amazing! My husband and I were married November 2021. We had 3 months to plan our wedding, so I was VERY worried about being able to find the right vendor to capture the special moments of our day. I am so happy I found Margot. After our initial meeting, all my worries were completely gone.
In addition to planning our wedding within a short time frame, we also wanted to have an evening wedding AND I wanted to take photos at the cemetery to honor my grandma. Other photographers I came in contact with would not support our wishes, were not easy to get in contact with and one even tried to convince me to change my wedding timeframe because they didn’t want to take evening pictures.
I’m so happy I didn’t settle and that I continued to search until I found Margot. She is so kind, professional, easy to talk to, responsive and creative. She made the entire process seamless, trouble-free and enjoyable.
She was upfront about costs, when to pay, how to pay, and what was included in the cost.
Prior to the big day we discussed a tentative timeframe, what groups photos were a must to have, and mapped out the day.
Day of the wedding she was on-time (maybe even a little early), so helpful, and our families and guests loved her! She even was able to get one of my dogs (I have two rescues, one is very skeptical and fearful of people) to warm up to her and she got some great pictures of them.
I wish I could truly convey how wonderful it was to have her as our photographer. My husband and I planned our entire wedding without the help or support of a coordinator. Some vendors were stressful to communicate with, but I had zero worries or issues with Margot. She does amazing work, she’s so cool - you wont regret hiring her for your special event. -

So like many people our wedding got postponed by the pandemic, two years later we decided to get married like we planned but only had 3 months to plan. We didn't even have engagement pics. But our planner recommended Margot and she got our engagement photos done in time for our website and they rocked and working with Margot was such an ease! She was so accommodating and so much fun to be with. I’m so happy Grace from Unveiled by Grace recommended Margot. We were so nervous for the engagement photos and she totally calmed us down just by talking us through her ideas. Once I saw the sneak peak of those photos I knew I had one less thing to worry about. She’s such a lovely person and her work makes you look like a damn superstar. Much love to you, Margot! -

Marvelous Margot
Margot was great to work with. She is very down to earth, professional, and warm hearted. She made me feel very comfortable taking photos even though I am very camera shy. We also created a wedding album with her and cherish it very much. I would recommend Margot for any occasion you would like documented. -

Margot initially took our engagement photos in a short session that culminated in beautiful, warm, flattering photographs that perfectly captured me and my now husband. So we decided to book her for our wedding too. We're so glad we did. We just got our finals back, only a few weeks after the event and they're perfect. She caught the moments we wanted as well as who we are as a couple. They're memories we'll both treasure forever. She's friendly, very professional and very organized, easy and pleasant to work on top of being an amazing photographer. We also asked her to accommodate our Friday night Welcome Dinner last-minute, which she did and she adapted when it rained. She also took some headshots for me that came out beautifully. I really can't recommend her enough. She is really a pleasure to work with. -

La Petite Photo is an AMAZING photographer in Los Angeles!
We got to work with Margot and La Petite Photo for a few projects. She is very professional, timely, and produces high quality imagery. I am very impressed with Margot and La Petite Photo. She is engaging, entertaining, playful, and has a beautiful eye with her photos. I highly recommend them for your any of your photography needs in LA and elsewhere. We worked with them for two photoshoots, but also reviewed their work on weddings, and other events, which is why we really vibed with them. 5-stars and would use again and recommend to friends, family, and business associates! -

When we decided to hire a photographer for our wedding we started asking around. One of our close friends recommended Margot (La Petite Photo) who had done their engagement photos. We scoured her instagram, poured over her website, and then we saw the actual photos she had shot for our friend - just based on the quality of her work, we knew for sure she was one of our top pics.
We reached out to her to set up a call and within the first 5 minutes we could tell she totally got us and her laid back vibe was exactly what we wanted. It was important for us to know we would get along with our photographer. We knew we'd be spending the entire wedding day with her and had heard horror stories of couples who had temperamental or diva type photographers - we were dead set on avoiding this! In hindsight, we never had to worry about it. Margot was generous, funny, easy going, and made us feel comfortable and beautiful at every moment of our wedding.
Honestly, sometimes she posed us, and sometimes we just acted naturally - and regardless the photos were stunning. It is amazing to feel good while your photo is being taken, and then see the photo and die from excitement. The way she captured our family and friends, and all the special moments during our Ceremony, was incredible - we are so grateful to have worked with her!
Thank you Margot, you are an absolute dream to work with and your photos are beautiful. I cannot reccomend her highly enough. You should book her now if you can!!
