La Caille. Where do I start. We had our wedding here and it was just absolutely 10/10, I have zero negative things to say about this venue. Seriously. The 5 stars is mainly because of Stephanie, she is hands down the best, most accommodating, helpful, sweetest wedding coordinator I’ve met. Brides, this is important when looking for a venue! From making us feel like family, to accommodating all of our needs, she made our special day feel so streamline and stress free. She was there every step of the way to answer questions, relay information and coordinate with our wedding planner. This venue has so many options and price variations to suite your preferences. Thank you La Caille and Stephanie for making our dreams come true come true!

As we write this review, we are literally in tears…the good kind! The venue and folks at La Caille were truly BEYOND amazing from start to finish in our wedding planning and ensuring everything went smooth and without issue!
Madeline Anderton handled each and every detail in ensuring that everything was documented, thought out, and clearly explained from the get-go. There wasn’t ONE surprise (except the fact that things went more amazing than we could have dreamed of!)
Madison and Mark waited on us hand and foot the entire evening, making sure we needed nothing!
We truly cannot thank each of them enough for their kindness, attention to detail and true heart-felt devotion to make sure we both felt like royalty throughout the entire process. This was a night/weekend we will NEVER forget!

My family and friends experienced the most magical wedding for my daughter this past October at La Caille!
The night progressed seamlessly and the attention Rachael Masten and the staff gave us was truly first rate.
Our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the venue was, "how delicious the food was, and how friendly and accommodating the staff was".
And the warm weather and full moon was a bonus!
Their hard work and attention to detail made it a night to remember! I highly recommend the expertise of Rachael and the staff for your next event.

My now husband and I got married at La Caille on June 1st, 2019. We were the winners of their 2018 giveaway of the Amor wedding package and we cannot thank them enough. Every step of the way they were accommodating, organized, professional, fun and so so helpful! Rachael, our main wedding coordinator, was outstanding and had our backs 100% of the way even with a hiccup from an outside vendor (don't use an outside vendor if you don't have to). That being said, their vendor list is top notch, especially their recommended photographer Angela Howard Photography and their DJ Eli Fillmore with Allurish Audio. They really take the time to make your wedding perfect. During the actual wedding day I got to use their beautiful bridal suite which they kept stocked with pastries and beverages. La Caille employees, Mark and Madison assisted us the whole night from right after the ceremony to the sparkler send off, with whatever they needed! Madison even recorded our send off with my personal camera. On top of everything, it would be very difficult to find a more beautiful venue between the flowers, vineyard, peacocks and pond that even had a real turtle in it! It made for wonderful pictures that we can cherish forever. Thank you to La Caille and all the suggested vendors that made our wedding unforgettable and absolutely magical! We highly reccomend them!!

La Caille was everything I could of dreamed of and more. A real life fairy-tale. Marielle our coordinator at La Caille was so helpful and was there when I had any questions or concerns. The staff the day of my wedding was spectacular from start to finish. They made my special day run smooth and worry free. We even had our own personal waitress following us around making sure we were taken care of. If I had to pick one thing that stood out was that the wait staff brought us the appetizers that were being served at happy hour while we were taking pictures. Most of the time you just miss out on that but they made sure we didn't. It was just superb service. Nothing was a disappointment and everything was top notch! Great Job La Caille! I wish I could have a wedding every year (with my husband of course) just so I can relive that experience. They really treated us like a queen and king.

La Caille was a fairytale venue for our New Years Eve wedding. I knew that I wanted a unique one-of-a-kind wedding venue so when I saw La Caille it was love at first sight. Marielle and her team worked tirelessly to bring our dreams of a winter wonderland wedding to life. There was no request too big as their team bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. From closing down the restaurant on a popular holiday to designing a custom dirty martini bar to creating an adorable hot chocolate station for our guests during a chilly outdoor ceremony to a late night nitrogen ice cream bar to so much more, they pulled out all of the stops to make our wedding incredibly memorable. When I walked into the pavilion for our reception, the room took my breath away. I cannot tell you the number of people who said it was the most stunning wedding location that they had ever seen. While I am of course biased, I could not agree more. In addition to being a spectacular venue, the food and service were also top notch. I will be smiling for a long time remembering our picture perfect wedding day at La Caille. Thank you Marielle and team for making our dreams come to life.

La Caille + The Cottage

First and foremost, THANK YOU! My husband and I were looking for a unique, beautiful, wedding venue and landed on La Caille. We are from the Chicagoland area and set up a tour for multiple venues in the area a year and a half in advance, and fell in love immediately with the location. I won’t dwell too much on its beauty and grounds as it speaks for itself but our friends and family were blown away and have never experienced anything like La Caille. Giving our tour was event coordinator Marielle, who after a year and a half of talking to us and planning was beyond accommodating and helpful. She was knowledgeable, offering suggestions and vendor options as well generally being a kind person and excited for us on our wedding day. With La Caille being a restaurant we weren’t worried at all about the food selections and there was no need. This is no regular steak or chicken wedding, the food was phenomenal. The coordination from Marielle to Mark; the day of coordinator, was so smooth it’s as if Mark helped plan all along as well. Everything, every waiter, every groundskeeper, the bartender, was five steps ahead of what we could have planned. After our ceremony we had our own personal waiter who brought us the hor de voures (since we were taking pictures and guests were in the cocktail hour) which was AMAZING as normally a bride and groom miss out on their food choices for the guests during this time. Each and every vendor from photography, entertainment, hair and make up, florists, worked with the La Caille staff in making our day not stressful. I mean, I have more stress on a Monday at work than I did on my wedding day! Unbelievable and remarkable.

The wedding and subsequent dinner was perfect. The setting was like a storybook and the staff were very solicitous and helpful. The planning was smooth and easy. I highly recommend the venue and the professional staff. Marielle was so much help!

Recently got married at La Caille and had an AMAZING experience. From working with Rachael (who is a dream to work with), to the food and wine, to the grounds, the staff, it was all overly perfect. They were able to accommodate all of our guest's food allergies, extremely organized, still getting comments from our guests about the food and grounds. Everyone had an amazing time. As the good ol' saying goes "you get what you pay for", and I would not have changed a single thing about our big day. Highly recommend this venue.

La Caille is truly a once in a lifetime place for a fairytale wedding. We fell in love with the beautiful place as soon as we visited, but the day was magical because of all the wonderful help we received from the La Caille staff. Marielle at La Caille was super accommodating and patient, and extremely responsive to our million and one questions. She helped guide us through the entire wedding planning process, and worked seamlessly with our other vendors to create the perfect day. The food was amazing, the venue gorgeous, and the day went by super smoothly - what more can you ask for?

I recently had my wedding at La Caille and I have to say it was FABULOUS!!! The six months I spent planning my wedding, I was also taking summer classes and fall classes for my graduate school program. Needless to say, I was busy. However, Rachael was absolutely fantastic in helping with everything. She was always quick to respond to emails or phone calls. Rachael was also very flexible when trying to meet and she was always willing to meet with me when I asked. Within a month of the wedding, Rachael made sure to contact me to schedule a time for us to go over all the fine details to make sure the event went perfectly. The day of the event, Rachael coordinated the ceremony and many other things. There were other staff members involved in coordination, such as Mark, the banquet director and he was fabulous as well. Everything went smoothly at La Caille and the food was delicious. La Caille was great in working with me on everything and I would recommend this venue to anyone getting married or anyone hosting an event! Everyone at the wedding said it was absolutely stunning and like a fairytale. The only complaint I had about the wedding was that it didn't last long enough!

La Caille will make a wedding purely magical in every way! Our wedding was an absolute fairytale and our guests are so happy to share that this was the best they've ever been to. Marielle, our event coordinator, was incredible to work with and made wedding planning so much easier. We also had a day of coordinator, Mark, who completely took the stress of the day's events to allow my husband and I to enjoy our evening of celebration together and with our loved ones. The food, atmosphere, location, and service were beyond anything we could have asked for. I cannot recommend La Caille enough and look forward to spending our anniversaries here!

Rachael Masten did an amazing job at coordinating our event, not only was she very professional, she was very pleasant to work with. The staff also did an amazing job, everyone were very well coordinated and knew what they had to do. The food was AMAZING, everyone was super friendly, expressed so much excitement towards our wedding event. We were highly pleased with all the services rendered by La Caille. I highly recommend it!

La Caille was the absolute, perfect, fairy tale wedding venue any girl could ever get married in! We had an incredible experience all through the wedding planning process to the day of our wedding. Marielle was our wedding consultant and she helped SO much plan and get everything organized for our special day. We e-mailed many times through the week back and forth for a year to get all the plans set and to be everything I hoped and dreamed of. The food for our wedding dinner was so delicious and every guest enjoyed it. The gardens and grounds at La Caille are the most beautiful place I could ever imagine to get married in. We got married in the vineyard and it had the most incredible view! The greenhouse was absolutely beautiful for our dinner and reception. All the staff helped out so much and made my day the best day of my life. We will be going back to visit and eat for our anniversaries.

LaCaille is the best possible place to have your ceremony and reception. The first reason is that it's stunning. Mountain views, gardens, water features, peacocks and vineyards. I have been there for dinner every season and it's always gorgeous! Second, the food - phenomenal. Most important is their service. I am in the event planning industry so I already had high expectations going in. Marielle Cossairt and her team exceeded every single one of them. My husband and I were hand delivered the wedding of our dreams. I reccomend using their vendors too. Eli Filmore is an amazing DJ/Emcee, Every Bloomin Thing knows their grounds and what looks good there and they all work in sync to make sure you event is flawless. I highly reccomend having your ceremony in the vineyard and using the Pavillion for your reception. We had about 65 guests and it never felt too big. You could easily do a much larger wedding too. Ask for Marielle - and trust her implicitly. She knows what she is doing and her passion for what she does is evident - she was responding to my emails when she was on vacation out of the country - who does that??!?!?! She does. It. Was. Perfect.

The venue and staff was AMAZING!!! There went above and beyond for our special day. They are very fast to communicate and very friendly. Our officiant Douglas Bethers was sooo good!! To this day, people keep telling us how great the ceremony was. We have Douglas to thank for that! He did exactly what what we asked of him and then exceeded our expectations!

The venue was very beautiful! The staff were all very greatand helpful! Everyone helped to make our wedding day the most memormake day possible! The food was delicious! We had an italian soda bar, so great! I can't wait to go back and try out their other food options! La Caille is amazing!

We worked with Marielle to plan our wedding. Although it was a small ceremony it was a wonderful experience. Marielle made the entire day flow perfectly, she was so easy to work with, extremely caring and made the day very special for us. We have and will continue to highly recommend La Caille for weddings and receptions.

LaCaille did a wonderful job. Everything went like clockwork. They were professional and did want they had promised. It was a beautiful event.

My wife and I had a small wedding and reception there and it was the most wonderful and magical experience ever.
Marielle Croudo worked with us on every aspect of the experience. She was BEYOND great. We did this on a short time span and she was able to work with us on the short notice with no problems. One other thing; if anyone uses La Caille as their place to get married, SPEND THAT NIGHT AT "THE COTTAGE" on site. It is a wonderful place. Your wedding experience will be enhanced by staying the night there. The whole ambiance of the Cottage with the outdoor hot tub is delightful. You will also get a complimentary next day brunch. DO IT! YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY.

We also hired Pepper Nix Photography to do all the photography as she has had lots of experience shooting up there.

Not only was the venue beautiful, the staff was very accommodating, friendly, and receptive to our needs. Our coordinate, James Ables, was very responsive to our needs and easy to work with. The food was delicious and no matter the time of day, the grounds were gorgeous. Our guests were speechless with the beauty of this venue. Worth every penny!

We chose to have our wedding here on 10/10/15 and I would do it again in a heart beat. Marielle was an amazing wedding planner and made sure our day was extra special. The venue was beautiful, the food was to die for, the service was beyond amazing and it was a dream wedding. If you looking for a great wedding experience then this is your place.

We held a small wedding with only immediate family and it was one of the best decisions we ever made! Marielle made us feel like we were her only clients and took care of our every need.

We picked La Caille for our wedding venue and we couldn't be happier with our decision. We were immediately assigned an event / sales manager, James, who saw to our every request and need. "No" was never an answer -- James and his team were accommodating, flexible and always friendly and professional. From our phone conversations and email exchanges, to the taste test (feast), to the ceremony rehearsal and the actual wedding, everything was top notch. Customer service at its finest. As for the property itself...wow. Simply put, there are very few places in the world as well kept and as beautiful as La Caille. Our guests, many of whom were from outside the state, and some very well traveled, were all blown away. In short, we can't say enough good things about it. Truly delightful experience and worth every penny.

After I toured La Caille, I knew we HAD to do it there. We worked with Rachael, and she was a breeze to work with. Most our correspondence was over email, with a few phone calls, and she always followed through with requests.

My fiance didn't visit until April 2014 when we did our tasting. He was, of course, blown away by everything. La Caille is stunning, especially the surrounding landscape with lush green trees, perfectly cut grass, and bright flowers placed throughout. There really is an atmosphere of magic there.

Our tasting provided full plates of each entree, salad, and hors d'oeuvres we selected; there was no skimping. The chef introduced each of his dishes for us (he was so personable and kind). Our sweet waitress was a doll, and every interaction there was genuine. We were so full, it felt like we'd eaten 4 dinners! :)

I did my Bridal photos at La Caille as well, and when there was a mix up about the time and date we were coming, they worked with my photographer and me to allow us to use their facilities anyway.

My actual wedding was perfection. Rachael was there when we arrived and helped my wedding planner with setup. She made sure we had everything we needed. At some point Rachael's assistant took over. I wish I could remember his name because he was outstanding. Throughout the ceremony, cocktail hr, and dinner, he made sure everything went as planned. He checked with us to make sure everything was right.

All of our guests loved the location. I would say 95% had never been to La Caille, and there really isn't a more stunning location. Tucked away right in the Wasatch mountains, the fairytale like La Caille is set up against majestic mountains. Our photos are stunning, because how can they not be with that backdrop. We had so many compliments that this was the best wedding anyone had ever been to, and La Caille was a major part of that.

We loved La Caille, and I don’t see how anyone else could think anything different.

Everything about having a wedding at La Caille was splendid. First off, the initial planning was easy to do using the brochures and catalogs that were available. La Caille provided us with a complimentary taste testing night which ended up being the largest and best meal I have eaten this century.

The day of the wedding, not a single thing went wrong. The event coordinator communicated with everyone involved about where and when to be a certain place. The ceremony was flawless. The service at dinner was the best I have had: Drinks were constantly full, my food plate was consistently replenished, and they catered to every need for myself, my bride, and my guests. For example, one guest asked the waiter if they could have more meat brought to their table because there was not much left over. They immediately brought in a plate of meat to those guests without question.

Overall, I have received further feedback from my guests at the wedding and they have said things such as, "Best wedding I've ever attended," "I didn't know weddings could be this much fun," and "Between the combination of music, venue, food, and people, I don't think this wedding can be topped".

I would highly suggest having a wedding at La Caille!

How do we begin to explain the unending gratitude and emotions we have for the dream wedding we were blessed with? Two weeks before the wedding I pretty much had everything ready to go for our big day, and when I met with Rachael on the final details I was overwhelmed with excitement on how much everything was falling into place. Rachael, as always, was very prepared on the things I didn’t even know to think about, and our final planning and lists for the wedding day went more smoothly than I imagined.

When all of our family and wedding party arrived for rehearsal, there was no delay in where we needed to go and what we all needed to do. Rachael’s obvious excitement helped in the already brewing anticipation for the wedding, and it was wonderful to have someone everyone could work with so easily. Prepping for what was to come the next day was a piece of cake, and all questions and concerns that came up last minute were answered quickly and with ease. She never ceases to amaze us with her extreme organization and attention to detail.

Upon the bride’s arrival to La Caille in the early afternoon, the bride’s room was perfectly setup with fruits, snacks, and beverages. The staff was very attentive, and Rachael was wonderful in assuring everything was setup as planned for the ceremony and dinner reception. The dinner reception started promptly, and the setup of the Grand Pavilion was absolutely beautiful! The 3-course dinner was exquisite and we got so many compliments on how delicious it was! As the night came to a close, it was very reassuring to know all of our personal belongings, gifts, pictures, etc were all taken care of by the staff of La Caille. Their attention to us and what we needed was pristine, and we can’t thank you enough for making our day without stress. It meant so much to know that all we had to worry about was enjoying our wedding. :)

La Caille was the perfect venue for our wedding. We have heard from multiple guests that our celebration was the "best wedding they have ever attended." Lane, Rachael and the entire La Caille staff worked incredibly hard to make sure everyone was comfortable and happy leading up to and throughout the entire event. Despite a downpour three hours before the event, the staff was flexible and set up our ceremony both indoors and outdoors allowing us to decide two hours prior to the wedding. I could not be happier with my experience and would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a gorgeous, fairy-tale like setting in the Salt Lake Valley.

La Caille was a WONDERFUL venue to have our wedding. We recieved so many compliments from out-of-town guests about what a spectacular location it is, and our photos have turned out amazing - all thanks to the gorgeous La Caille. It was the first vendor decision that my husband and I had to make, and, as it turns out, it was the VERY BEST decision. We wanted a big wedding in a beautiful location without the feeling of a typical hotel ballroom, and there are very few venues in Salt Lake City that can accomodate over 200 that fit this description - aside from La Caille.
Very little decorations were needed, since nature and the stunning setting of La Caille's gardens and Grand Pavilion really put on the show. We had our ceremony on the upper lawn with the view of Little Cottonwood canyon in the background, and the evening transitioned smoothly from ceremony to dinner, since everythign is right there at La Caille. Rachael, the wedding coordinator, and her staff, were there to ensure that the entire evening (from ceremony, to cocktail hour, to dinner, to dancing), went off without a hitch. The food and service were both fantastic as well. We were also able to stay at the cottage at the La Caille property, which proved for a unique and special wedding night, away from the craziness of the wedding party. It was so great staying there!
All of the staff from the wedding coordinator and her team to the servers and bartenders was friendly, accomodating, and professional.
I would highly recommend anybody looking for a stunning single venue for your photos, ceremony and dinner, look at La Caille.

La Caille created my dream wedding; it truly was magical! Mary proved delightful to work with. She offered valuable suggestions and ensured that every aspect of the wedding was flawless. I just had my wedding here and it was everything I ever wanted! Our guests can't stop talking about how it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. The grounds at La Caille are magical. The guests had fun walking around the venue and taking pictures :) The staff was SO helpful. We expected them to be good from the reviews, but they blew our expectations out of the water. This place is more on the expensive side but we found they were willing to make a budget work. We did buffet style dinner and kept our guest count low. It's wildly expensive but I love how it turned out. The chicken marsala was amazing and everyone loved the fruit skewers! We hired Dj Eli Fillmore through La Caille and that made things run so much smoother than they would have. I would highly recommend hiring him. We worked with Rachael Masten as our wedding coordinator and she was so kind and helpful.

We are So glad our daughter and her husband chose La Caille for their wedding. In addition to such a beautiful location, the food was excellent and the staff were professional. Rachael did an excellent job coordinating the planning, rehearsal, ceremony and reception. She was great about meeting with us as we worked through the plans and the specific details. When the weather presented a challenge, she provided us with a back- up plan to our outdoor ceremony. Fortunately, the weather shift to sunny skies and the staff had everything set up right on time for the outdoor ceremony. We had so many compliments from out-of-town guests stating how beautiful the wedding was and how well organized the night was. By the end of the reception, staff had everything packed in our cars for us. It truly was a perfect wedding for our children and a stress- free, fun night for our family thanks to Rachael, Lane and other staff.

Overall its a great place. Beautiful and the staff works hard. We had Marielle as our wedding planner and she is incredible! Although the venue is a bit pricey, you are paying for one of the most beautiful places in the world in my opinion.

It was absolutely amazing! wonderful staff and excellent food.

We had a wonderful experience holding our wedding at La Caille. I honestly don't think we could have gotten a better a deal anywhere else! We had a very intimate ceremony on the top floor and it was just incredible. Mary was hard to get a hold of at times, but she always got back with us. Overall she was great to work with. Unfortuntely she was sick on the day of our wedding, but everything was worked out wonderfully. Like I said, Mary really worked out an AMAZING deal for us. I can't thank her enough. We used their preferred vendors and didn't have to worry about setting ANYTHING up.

We had the most amazing wedding at La Caille July 2017. The grounds are beautiful and suited for the wedding of your dreams. I can't believe how many compliments we received about the venue and how it couldn't be any more beautiful. It is much more affordable for a smaller wedding- we had about 65-70 people but I know they can accomoadate up to 300 I believe. We worked with Marielle- she answered the millions of questions I had and truly helped accomodate us when we had less people attending than first anticipated. She knew all the details of our ceremony and reception and helped set up decorations and such the day of to make sure it was done perfectly. We can't say enough kind things about Marielle as our wedding coordinator. She is creative and will think of things outside of the box to make your wedding unique and special. Mark was the event coordinator the day of and he was amazing as well. He checked in with me and the groom several times throughout the day to make sure all was perfect. Thank you to Marielle and all of the La Caille staff for helping create the most memorable wedding we could ask for. Definitely consider La Caille for your wedding venue.

It was amazing, we got a great price, situations were handled promptly and the day was gorgeous. We had to move everything in last minute and it was like nothing even skipped a beat! Mary and rachel were great!

I had a great experience as the mother of the bride and as the main person being in charge of my daughter's wedding.
Marielle Croudo, the Director of Sales did a very professional and friendly job. Her quick responds to all our questions and taking care of the situations were amazing and very helpful. She is a great person to work with.
All staff, from restaurant, bar, valet were courteous, polite and professional.
The Bride, the Groom and myself had a wonderful experience and our guests were all enjoying themselves in the beautiful ambiance of the ceremony area, the Grand Pavilion and After Party room.

We had the most beautiful wedding at La Caille. I had an all-inclusive package deal that made things really easy to plan. They were very flexible and easy to work with, although I couldn't always get answers to questions right away. I've had so many compliments on the event from our guests and I wouldn't do anything differently. The day of the wedding, the temperature dropped 40 degrees from the previous day and started snowing! We had to move it inside. Didn't faze them a bit, though, and they were right on their game. Just lovely.

La Caille is absolutely gorgeous and we chose the venue because we knew our pictures would turn out beautifully. Our event coordinator was really great at helping us customize our wedding to fit our needs. The service of the staff was perfect! I am not we're our guests a fan of the food. Other than that we would most definitely recommend having your wedding there! It was my dream come true. I never thought we could afford it but they helped customize it to fit our budget. We had a beautiful wedding there!

The wedding coordinator did an excellent job prepping our event. The day of she was sick and did come in for a short while but the service for the reception wasn't as smooth without her.

La Caille is the most beautiful location in Utah (or anywhere in the U.S.) to get married. They staff is wonderful and they make sure everything runs smoothly.

My wedding day was beautiful and everything I could have dreamed of. They really made things go smoothly, the food was delicious, and the venue was beautiful. But, they were a pain to work with in getting everything organized, and they were a little slow to answer emails. There were some things I would have liked to have done differently, but it wasn't even an option. I felt like they were squeezing me for every penny I had too. So, if you go with this vendor, be prepared to do things (mostly) their way and to spend a lot of money.

UPDATED REVIEW:

We brought our experience to the owner of La Caille. He was very professional. He addressed our concerns, listened with a sympathetic ear, and assured us he would work with his staff to make future changes. He gave us a generous refund and expressed that while he realized he couldn't fix the day, he hoped the refund would make up for the shortcomings. Without a doubt La Caille is one of the most beautiful places to hold a wedding in Utah. The servers were sweet and the food, delicious. Unfortunately, the absolutely incompetent service provided by the wedding coordinators severely detracted from the beauty of the surrounding scenery. From beginning to end the wedding coordinator forgot important details and provided misinformation. If the staff had simply noted that what we explained to them was beyond their capacity, we would have made other arrangements. However, since La Caille assured us that their staff could provide the necessary services, we assumed they actually would. When problems arose, instead of searching for a solution, the response was "I tried" or "Can't help you." The level of negligence was embarrassing.

Would not recommend. Highly disappointed. A bride should not leave her wedding fuming because of how poorly the wedding was run.

La Caille is beautiful. Expect the BEST photographs. The price is very high, however. They are also not very flexible on the time. What you pay for is exactly what you get.

We would love to give La Caille a 5-star review. The venue is stunning, the wait staff is very attentive, and the food is delicious. Overall, our guests enjoyed themselves immensely – perfect 5 stars in those areas.
Unfortunately, due to poor execution on the part of the wedding department, the event was very stressful for us and our immediate family. We communicated several times with “our wedding planner” over 7 months. Two weeks before the wedding we were informed that our coordinator would not be at the wedding or the rehearsal. When we expressed concern, she reassured us that she had made copious notes and the other coordinators were professionals. Additionally, the week of wedding we were told the new coordinator was not available to meet with us at the rehearsal.
The day of the wedding, I rushed to the venue an hour early so I could meet with the coordinator. That added a lot of stress to the day, especially when I arrived and it became apparent many of the explicit notes we made with the original coordinator had not been passed on (seating chart, place cards, guest book, orientation of buffet, the aisle size, etc). Needless to say, hours of planning were wasted.
Equally unprofessional and frustrating were the numerous times the coordinator pulled us and our family members away from the reception to ask questions– all of which we had gone over extensively with the original coordinator. At least half of them regarded the bar tab, which we agreed would be cash bar once finished. We felt they were pushing us, and our parents, to put more money down. Finally, I had to explicitly tell him not to pull us or any of the guests away from the event.
I understand that things cannot go perfectly, and there were understandable details that did not. However, the above issues were unacceptable given the amount of specific coordination we did with the venue. It was unprofessional and unsatisfactory delivery of contractual services. Would recommend cautiously.

While it is a valuable option and the grounds are pretty, the staff is extremely difficult to deal with and very unaccomodating. The woman working on my wedding is fairly new and has very limited knowledge and everything is a hassle. I emailed her manager and asked to work with the other coordinator and she pointed me back to the other woman. I've heard Rachel is great so if you get her I'm sure you'll have a positive experience. Otherwise, look elsewhere
