    Beautiful Space. So open.

    Had our wedding reception here. Kayla is the best, great customer service, goes above and beyond. The food is absolutely delicious. So much to offer, Full bar, Spacious dance floor, photo booth, Coffee Station, champagne Tower, etc. Employees really helped our night run smoothly.

    Excellent All-In-One Package

    The event coordinators were excellent and provided great service. From scheduling the food tasting to the conducting the walk-through, the team was very responsive and highly professional. They gave me great suggestions on layout and scheduling because they know what they're doing. The food was so delicious! All my guests were super happy. They also loved the family style servings. This is a great venue with a great location. I wanted something more urban, so having the curtains open with the city views was perfect.

    I went in with a budget, they asked me and gave me the most amazing options so I may still get my dream wedding. They really work with you. Customer service is top notch.

    Memorable Experience

    We had our reception here on June 2019. The service and attention was above and beyond! Thanks to Sarine, our day turned out better than I could have ever imagined.

    The food was absolutely amazing. The bartenders were excellent. Many of my guests are still talking about how amazing and beautiful everything turned out that day.
    The view is gorgeous and provides awesome photo opportunities. Everyone's service was spectacular and made us feel at home.

    Sarine was an absolute sweetheart and helped me out immensely. She helped elevate my vision and made sure our day was memorable and beautiful.

    If you're considering this place, do it! You won't regret it.

    Absolutely Incredible! 100% Recommend

    Thank you a million times over Brandview Ballroom staff! I hosted my wedding reception here and the service was NEXT LEVEL. My account manager was Sevada and then we were transitioned to Sarine. Both Sevada and Sarine were super accommodating and helped us select a package that best suited our 200 person wedding.

    First of all, this venue is absolutely gorgeous. With the price you pay you get access to the patio, cocktail lounge and the ballroom which is unlike any other venues that I have seen. We were also given the Bridal Suite and it was just perfect for our bridal party.

    Brandview Ballroom is located right across from the Americana which definitely wows guests.

    On the day of our wedding our Day-Of Site Manager was Greg. He was spectacular. I didn't have to ask twice for anything. If I had any questions Greg was always one step ahead. The lead server, I wish I knew his name, was the absolute best. He kept food and water coming to our sweetheart table. I could tell that he genuinely cared about my comfort on the big day which made me feel at ease.

    I could go on and on. I am so happy that I found Brandview Ballroom and that the entire team worked together to make our reception a night my guests will never forget. Thank you Brandview team!

    Amazing Service & Beautiful Venue

    My partner and I can not stop raving about how beautiful the Brandview Ballroom and the patio are. The team at LA Banquets are beyond amazing and really connect with you to make you feel at home. Sevan and Sarine are a dream for any couple who are looking for some help with the entire wedding process. For all future couples I highly recommend taking a tour to see this magnificent venue in person.

    Best experience ever

    I had my wedding here about less than a week ago. I started planning this 2 years in advance and it has been the smoothest planning ever! Sarine took really good care of us. Every time we had to meet here, we were always offered water, hot or cold coffee, etc. Parking arrangements are awesome. We had to park across the street at a self-park garage & we've never had to pay for it. (First 90 minutes are free). The place has SO MUCH to offer to make your wedding perfect! From decor, to floor plans, to what to offer your guests, etc. You guys should really check it out & take a tour. It is such a beautiful venue & Sarine is on top of it with scheduling your food tasting, final details, when each payment is due, etc. You won't regret it :) Reach out if you have any questions.     Amazing Service

    My husband and I just got married at this venue 2 weeks ago and it was amazing! If I could go back and do it again, I would 15 million times. Sarine was the magical woman behind it all. She was so fast to respond to any questions or requests that we had. She made everything so easy to deal with. Wedding planning is so overwhelming but I can say that with her help it was a little easier.
    Everyone that we came across was very nice, however, Sarine was our girl!
    The venue is beautiful as well, the staff on our wedding day were great and respectful. This location also amazing because you can have your ceremony outside on their balcony and then have your reception inside. Guests will enjoy not having to drive to two different locations! AND you can also have your event end at 2am!!! CRAZY AWESOME!
    We received nothing but compliments from our family and friends on how beautiful the venue was and how great everything turned out.

    Amazing Grand Ballroom

    I was the coordinator at an event here a week ago. The ballroom is gorgeous. They recently remodeled and it looks very grand. The staff is amazing and very attentive. Will recommend to my new clients.

    Amazing experience

    I am having me wedding here in September and since day one when I met Sarine her professionalism and her personality was way beyond my expectations. She took the time to sit with me and my fiancé and went over everything I am mean everything in detail. She made sure we understood and any question we asked was never too silly. Sarine is what made us book at this location. Not once did we feel rushed or just another client. She took the time to get to know what we liked and what we envisioned. She continuously keeps communication with me. This has truly been an amazing experience and by far the easier part on planning my wedding.

    I recently had my engagement at the Brandview Ballroom and everything was amazing. I worked with Sarine and based on all her knowledge all I had to do was show up and enjoy myself. If I wasnt doing a destination wedding (Croatia here we come) I would be using one of their other venues for my wedding. Thank you all at Brandview for a >fantastic event.

    Wow. All I could say is wow. My husband and I are extremely pleased with our wedding that we booked at brandview about a month ago. The food was delicious, the bartenders PERFORMED while making our drinks. The hall is absolutely breathtaking and it is even better because its on the 2nd floor!! You have a beautiful view!!! Great for pictures. Our guests left satisfied, and for us well we couldn’t have even imagined our wedding to be this great.     I celebrated my once in a life time event at Brandview. My husband Manuel and I couldn't be happier. Sarine whom was an INCREDIBLE help set everything thing up and worked so hard as if it were her sisters wedding. They truly know how to make someone feel like family. Down to the smallest detail I got everything I wanted!!!! If you dont want any regrets and you would like to remember your event as a breathe taking elevated, perfectly coordinated event, PLEASE do your self favor and book Brandview!!! I have 0 complaints!!! WHICH NEVER HAPPENS... ask my husband. I am extremely picky and detail oriented and I couldnt be any happier with my event. My husband and I will continue our lives with only the most incredible memories thanks to Brandview and its team. Thanks again Sarine and everyone that helped put together my event.

    Brandview Ballroom was so beautiful on our wedding day it blew my mind. The decorations made it even more gorgeous than it already is. I truly loved every moment of my special day with my special man. We both have memories that are going to last us for the rest of our lives. The venue is very affordable, and has a beautiful view. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!

    Just got married here and have only positive things to say about the Brandview Ballroom. It was affordable, in an awesome location and we had a great wedding coordinator. Make sure to request Christian Franco for your coordinator. I can’t speak for the rest of the staff (I’m sure they are great too), but I can only vouch for Christian and I would recommend him to anyone.

    My husband and I recently got married at the Brandview Ballroom and I was 100% pleased with both the venue and especially with our coordinator, Christian Franco. We had both our ceremony and reception there, which is not always common for weddings, but I am so glad we planned it that way since the venue was perfect for hosting both. Thanks again Christian and would definitely recommend having any wedding (or other event!) at the Brandview. Ask for Christian!

    Absolutely the best wedding venue ever. It will take your breath away as soon as you walk in. From the moment I saw it I knew that it was the prefect venue. Not only is it beautiful and elegant but the service is amazing. Christian is like a fairy godfather that made my fairytale wedding come true. He was always available, responded quickly to all my questions, recommended vendors, and made changes as many times as I wanted. The day before the wedding I made modifications to the seating chart for the 100th time and he did it without a worry. The day of the wedding he made sure that I was comfortable and kept reminding me that it was my day. He would constantly check in with me, bring me drinks and put me at ease. Having this amazing venue made my wedding preparation so easy and my wedding day a dream come true. Thank you Brandview Ballroom team and a special thanks to Christian!

    Absolutely love this venue!! My husband and I had our wedding reception on August 22, 2015 and we are both very happy with the decision of having our celebration at Brandview Ballroom. Christian Franco was our onsite coordinator and he was so great to work with; very nice, funny, and approachable. He also answered every question we had and was very accommodating. We kept getting compliments from our guests on how lovely the venue was. It is very spacious, can accommodate 400+ guests with a very nice patio area, and a huge bridal suite. Everyone also kept talking about how much they loved the food and drinks; soo much food is served. Four main courses and 20+ appetizer plates per table, your guests will leave stuffed. I must say the open bar was very reasonably priced at this venue compared to other locations and the best part is that they offer it for the entire 8 hours. And the signature drinks have multiple ingredients, so they are more like Mixology type drinks, and not your typical liquor and mixer combined. This venue is also at a great location right across the street from the Americana.

    We had a blast on our special day. We keep reliving the memories that were created on that day and Brandview Ballroom was the perfect fit for our Dream Wedding!! We had the most amazing time ever!!! A special thanks to Christian Franco and all of the staff at Brandview Ballroom who were all very helpful! We are very happy newly weds!!

    We celebrated our daughter's fairy tale themed debut (18th birthday- a Filipino tradition) at Le Foyer Ballroom on January 30th. We checked out several venues but nothing compared to Le Foyer! I told myself the moment I saw the place, "THIS IS IT"!
    The venue is amazingly beautiful! From the outside where guests can smoke, to the lobby with lion fountains, to the lounge where guests can take a break, sit back and relax. The whole venue is well-designed and very clean. The lighting was gorgeous and the white dance floor adds sophistication to the ballroom.
    The food was overwhelming...plenty and delicious! Appetizers alone were 22 kinds. We had to tell our guests to save room for the 4 main courses still to come.
    Nico, Hrach and David were fantastic! They are the team you would want to work with! They were very accommodating and made sure everything went according to my plans! Nico is "THE MAN"! He's very funny and made our meetings always entertaining, no dull moments! Hrach is on the quiet side but made things happen. David was on top of everything on the day of the event. Thank you guys for assisting us in making our daughter's dream debut come true!
    We received many compliments. Everyone went home full, happy, content and in awe! Le Foyer Ballroom is highly recommended. TWO THUMBS UP!!!

    We would like to thank L.A. Banquets - Brandview Ballroom – The Anoush Catering team and specially Sevada Markosyan for making our wedding day unforgettable. The search to finding the perfect venue was not easy but once we made a decision Sevada was nothing more than professional and accommodating with everything. He was very responsive via email, phone and in person. I cannot remember how many times I went to see the venue and meet with my wedding vendors at Brandview and Sevada was always available for whatever I needed and was friendly and informative with the vendors.

    The Wedding Day
    Sevada’s team did an amazing job putting everything together the day of our wedding. We had access to the venue the day before to drop off everything that was needed for setting up for the following day. This definitely made the biggest difference so that we would not be running around the day of. The venue looked amazing they did such an excellent job setting it up. The Bridal suite which was very nice and allowed us to get a snack and touch-up before making our big entrance into the ballroom. Everything went smoothly from the cocktail hour to the way they had everyone enter the ballroom to making our entrance. Dinner was incredible and included a surprise dish on fire. All of our guest were amazed and had so much fun. They loved the food, drinks and how they were all treated. This was seriously my dream wedding.

    Overall
    It was a great experience to work with Sevada and his entire group. They made the entire process run smoothly and he provided us with a lot of his expert opinions on what to do and what not to do which made then entire day perfect. The Brandview Ballroom was gorgeous, beautiful and everything we were looking for to have our wedding reception in. If you need a venue we would highly recommend L.A Banquets … we loved the Brandview Ballroom!!!

    Five stars is not enough to give Anoush brandview ballroom. From the beautiful entrance and chandelier, to the spacious bar area, and beautiful outdoor patio. We had our wedding here on August 30, 2014 and after looking at approximately 20 other venues Anoush gave us the most for our money. You will not find a better venue with an all night open bar and variety of menu items. Best of all was the customer service . Our event coordinator Christian Franco is the absolute best. He will go out of his way to get you what you want. He made our wedding planning process easy and painless. If you are thinking of booking anoush brandview for your event ask for Christian Franco he will take care of you like you would not believe.

    Did my wedding with LA Banquets, everything was done to perfection - venue was beautiful. I got nothing but compliments from my guests regarding the venue, service and food.

    The GM was very helpful with getting the event together, he has plenty of recommendations since they are familiar with multiple vendors and can point you in the right direction. Thank you Haik.

    When my husband and I were looking for a venue for our wedding we knew exactly what we wanted. We came across Brandview Ballroom and we knew it was the perfect location. The sky was the limit, everything we asked for and wanted, the staff made it happen. They worked very closely with us during our planning and made the whole process less stressful. The venue was beautiful and we even had our ceremony outside in the patio. I can honestly say when I walked into my venue the day of my wedding; there was not one thing I would change. The team at LA Banquets truly turned our wedding into a fairytale and went over and beyond.

    During the venue picking process, my fiance, at the time, and I visited various different sites for potential venues for our special day. We stopped searching once we met with David and Sevada at Brandview Ballroom over a year before our wedding day. Right away we felt a sense of comfort seeing how organized everyone involved was. From there, we mostly worked with Sevada in further planning our dream day. As the day approached, we also worked with Adam, Christian as well as Greg on the actual big day. Sevada did everything he could from the beginning to the very end to make sure everything went smoothly and to our liking. I contacted him numerous times via email and telephone with my endless questions as the day approached and I started getting nervous and anxious. He always welcomed my questions and answered them all and made me feel so much better after every conversation that we had. He was very professional and always responded to phone calls and emails on a timely manner. I know how busy it can get during wedding season, so I personally really appreciated the quick responses because it can be difficult at times as a bride running after vendors. Christian and Adam helped us out a day before the wedding when we went in to hand over a few items for the day of. Christian made sure he made notes of every little detail and everything was delivered exactly on point the next day. And his attitude is a definite plus for a nervous bride!
    And of course, Greg, who took care of every little detail the day of the wedding. Everything was thought about before hand. As a former bride, I understand all the stress that comes along with wedding planning. So do yourself a favor and at least be stress free when it comes to your venue/catering! Not only was everything perfect, it was beyond anything we could have imagined.

    Here is my update on Brandview: Wedding was one month ago! The wedding was nearly perfect! There were a few snafus with the seating arrangements, like with anything else, but this was mainly a result of Sevada trying to appease and assit this picky bride with last minute changes. I am so grateful and thankful to have found Brandview as they helped my dream of a "fairytale wedding" come true! I am a happy, happy newlywed and overjoyed/pleased with my venue! What I loved about Brandview is that it combined the elegance of a fancy ballroom with enough modern touches to make it not too over the top/gaudy. The beauty of the venue combined with delicious food, amazing drinks and excellent customer service was simply unbeatable. I always say that good customer service goes a long way and Brandview took this motto to heart and delivered! My guests are still raving about the fun signature drinks and open bar. They keep apologizing for racking up our bar bill. Little do they know that we got such an amazing deal on the open bar! I never thought I could afford "open bar" at my wedding let alone have FOUR amazing signature drinks. This was by far the best deal out of any venue that I had visited prior to booking with Brandview (and I had seen many) and the drinks were AMAZING. The Mojitos (which we named the St. Lucia-luscious mojitos in honor of our honeymoon) were some of the best mojitos I have ever had, including those I had in Miami! This review is cutting me off at 2000 words so I will just sum it up by saying PLEASE GO CHECK IT OUT! You will NOT be disappointed!!!!

    We had our wedding reception here on October 4, 2013 (Best Day of my Existence) and I can't say enough great things about the staff and our venue. Our wedding turned out pretty close to perfect and we have our venue staff and vendors to thank for such a memorable wedding day. We worked closely with Sevada who made our wedding planning so much easier. From start to finish, they were very attentive and accommodating. We were provided with excellent service and received everything we wanted and more. We had no issues whatsoever and everyone was always very helpful and professional. They even included the champagne tower as a bonus and we just really loved how this place handles their business. Impeccable customer service and Sevada was always so reassuring when it came to my questions and concerns. Everyone at our wedding, specially us, were impressed with the delicious food, awesome bartenders and their overall staff. I just want to get married over and over again so I can keep celebrating here. They made our wedding vision come to life with all the specific details we requested from the color of the lights, napkins, to our signature drinks and bridal suite, everything was just what we wanted. Thank you so very much to everyone involved in our event for giving us the wedding reception of our dreams. If you're a bride looking for a venue that will provide you with the best customer service, an elegant setting with delicious food and drinks for a great price, you HAVE to book Anoush Brandview and I guarantee you'll have a great experience too.

    I would like to thank Anoush Brandview Ballroom for their amazing service. This was the last venue that was visited and we knew we didn’t need to look further. From the start we got greeted by Vrej who was very accommodating in servicing our wedding event. This Ballroom carries its own catering by Anoush. When thinking of a venue and served service you always imagine a very small portion for each guests, not Anoush. Food tasting was amazing and we got to try different entrees as well as appetizers we really got the service we wanted as a guest. Even the chef came to greet us and make sure we were getting what we wanted. The staff was never pushy with overcharging us fees and services not needed Vrej even offered us a complimentary service which was amazing on his behalf. Their prices are a reasonable price for the amount of things you get. Nothing but great reviews were given to us about their service. There was no need to direct them as far as serving food, cutting cake, cleaning- everything was well taken care of. Sevada as a salesperson was always on top of emails and details that had to be done. One of the things I can’t stress the importance and how great they are at is their customer service every time we walked in we were greeted as if we had been long time customers never a face, attitude, or bad vibe was received from any of them. I love this location for the elegance of their venue that spiral staircase is breathtaking. Their lighting and sound are sync in and so modern. It definitely pushes innovation. Restrictions are very minimal. I would definitely over and over again hire Anoush and their staff to make my event memorable.

    Amazing experience with an outstanding team

    This venue was absolutely phenomenal! From the venue itself, to the team I worked with, and the food, it all worked out so accordingly. My wife and I could never have asked for a better team to work it, honestly. To our Event Coordinator, Julie - She was outstanding in her work ethics, truly. She made sure that my wife was happy and got the wedding she had always dreamed of. Not only does my thanks go out to julie for making it happen, but to the whole LA banquets family for making a dream come true.

    Beautiful venue & great team

    Absolutely stunning venue. We had our wedding here last week. First off, the venue itself is beautiful, you really dont need much decor for it. The space is huge and comfortable. There are lots of beautiful photo spots especially with the stairs and chandelier. This venue is in a prime location in Glendale within walking distance to so many shops, restaurants and hotels which is convenient for your guests who fly in or drive over to attend your wedding.
    Our point of contact was Kayla, the event coordinator- she was an absolute dream to work with. She's so professional, kind and accommodating. She made sure that we got the wedding that we wanted. She was easy to talk to. I wear the hijab so I really appreciated that we were able to split up the venue into 2 rooms at dancing time so that the women could comfortably dance in their own space separately from the men. Thank you Kayla for being awesome and making my husband and I's time easy when planning the wedding.
    Hovik was our floor manager on the day of the wedding. Hovik is the best, he was so nice and very helpful throughout the whole day leading up to the event and during the event. He literally told me he just wants to make sure people are happy and get to have the best wedding they could have. My husband was the one coordinating with our vendors on the wedding day and Hovik really helped him and made sure that my husband ate and stayed hydrated. He made sure to keep the bridal suite ready with food and water. Any request we had, Hovik was sure to help. He made us feel at ease and welcomed.
    The wait staff were very nice and always made sure to attend to the guests needs. They were attentive and cheerful. We catered the food from the catering company on-site called Anoush and it was amazing, just be sure to do a taste testing so you can decide what to serve your guests. We got to choose 14 appetizers and 2 main dishes. The variety of appetizers in itself will make you full! Food is delicious and fresh. They will pack up the leftover main meals for you to take at the end of the night. They will also pack your leftover cake for you to take. Cake cutting and serving was included in the package. They even serve complimentary fresh fruit with the cake.
    Overall, a great experience, I was initially stressed because we didn't have a wedding planner but to be honest having a wedding at this venue did not require having a planner as Kayla was an awesome event planner and Hovik was a great floor manager on the day of the wedding.
    My only complaint is the bathroom in the bridal suite - it smells really awful.
    If you're considering this beautiful venue, just be sure to ask the venue your questions and they'll be helpful.

    Anoush has been a staple in the Armenian community for as long as I remember. When I got engaged all I knew was I will be having all my wedding events including my reception at one/some of their venues. Luckily they have multiple to choose from and also they cater to offsiteocations. I had my appointment with Linet, she was professional, funny and extremely knowledgeable about not only Anoush but the entire industry. I cannot wait to settle on a date (armenian families take forever to choose a date), reserve it at Brandview and start the planning. From the second I walked in and met with this fantastic team I knew my wedding will be here.

    My FH and I found this beautiful place to host our once in a lifetime event. Sarine is such a pleasure to work with. She helped us from beginning to end. She made it so easy to plan our wedding. It truly has been a great experience to have had Sarine help us plan our day from the start all the way to our wedding day! We are now just a few days away from our big day and we couldn't have been more satisfied with the service that has been provided to us as along the way! Having our wedding at Brandview Ballroom and Sarine assisting us has been the best choice we have made for ou wedding!

    Anoush was a beautiful place to have our ceremony and reception. All of our guests complimented us on how beautiful it was. Anoush was also our caterer and the food was amazing. Everybody, I mean everybody loved the food. We had one guest who had a food allergy and they were very accommodating, we had several guests who were Kosher and they made sure that our Kosher guest were served in the proper way. It was the perfect place to have our wedding. The people who run it are very professional and very flexible. Again food was amazing!!

    For the amount of options you get, this was hands down the best place to have a wedding. The location is superb, the ambiance was romantic and don't even get me started on the food. HUGE portions and absolutely delicious!!! There were a few hicups on their end on our wedding day, but they were not so huge that I wouldn't recommend them.

    This venue is on the pricier side but they have been in the business for 30 years so are tried and true. The all in one (ceremony and reception) was exactly what I was looking for and this venue was able to easily accommodate by 200 guests.

    Brandview Collection is a beautiful place to have your wedding. It is a hall that looks like a mini-hotel with a winding stairwell. I have seen many halls and this one is one of the most beautiful and simple. They provided the catering and the food as well and the food was comprehensive and creative. It was detailed and delicious. The bar is great and has almost all the drinks! They decorated the place very beautifully and our wedding seemed like it was a lot more expensive than it really turned out to be!

    We had our wedding here and the price and value are great. However, there seems to be a lack of communication or confusion of role responsibility. It seems like there employees were not on the same page. First we had one person taking care of our wedding, then it was changed to another person. Well, we ended doing all the final details with the second person and then we find out he was no longer in charge of our wedding due to knee surgery. So, we then had to deal with the first person helping us. Well, the second person didn't save or forward the details to the first person so we had to go through the whole process of what we wanted all over again! Seriously? Thank God I had a great wedding planner cause she dealt with all the stress for me. And let me tell you we had to finalize drinks, food, and layout the day before my wedding (because no one on there side took notes).
    Another thing that made me mad was the waiters asking for e extra tip from my husband! We paid a good amount for the venue with tip included.
    However, on a positive note, the food was good and they don't charge ridiculous fees like most venues! Good venue overall they just need to communicate better (internally) and put their waiters in check.

    The food was very good and there was no end to it in sight. The room was set up perfectly and we were generally happy with the way the evening went. However, I was annoyed at the constant mariachi music blaring from the main ballroom opposite the lounge that our event was in. While it might have been guests who mindlessly left the doors wide open, I would expect the Anoush staff to be mindful of our presence in the smaller room and keep the doors closed as much as possible. My poor dad was forced to give his toast while being drowned out by accordion music so loud that my husband had to leave to sort out the situation.

    In addition to this annoyance, a "photographer" came in uninvited and started soliciting our guests. They took photos, developed them, and then attempted to sell them during the reception. My guests thought I had hired him and a few of them paid $15 for the photo! I was so embarrassed when I found out. Anoush should have asked whether we wanted this "service'. Some may not care about this, but I felt invaded.

    Also there was a lack of communication when it came time to cut the cake although I delivered a timeline well in advance of the reception. Many of our guests were waiting for the cake cutting before making a long drive back to the Inland Empire. However, Anoush took it upon themselves to wait an extra hour to serve it when they felt it was a more appropriate time despite my detailed timeline.

    Despite all of this, we had a great reception and it was bargain given the amount of food, the fact that it is served at the table and most importantly,
    we didn't have to deal with clean up!

    Anoush catering was AMAZING. I felt my Wedding Reception was rushed. It was so much food and it's like they were on a schedule to get all this food out of the kitchen on to tables for my guest to eat....Mind you, I had the place from 5 to 2a.m...So, I could not understand the rush. Albert was great to talk to and deal with....BUT, HE MADE A BACK HANDED COMMENT AND I DIDNT APPRECIATE IT. ALBERT, IF YOU FELT MY HUSBAND AND I COULD NOT AFFORD THE PLACE AND YOU FELT WE WERE TYING TO GET OVER ON YOU, THEN WHY DID YOU EVEN DO BUSINESS WITH US. MY FEELINGS WERE HURT.

    Awful customer service


    My wedding was scheduled for August 1st, 2020. My husband and I chose this venue due to the beautiful renovation of the dance floor and most importantly the ability to host 300+ guests. We chose a Saturday date due to the minimum needed and our guest count. We were very excited for our special day. Due to COVID-19 and statewide closures, we were not able to have our wedding in August. Los Angeles was completely closed down, and still is. Due to this being an indoor venue, there is no possibility of having a wedding there within the next few months. I have emailed and called several times, including contacting their management and have been ignored, despite having paid a significant sum for my deposit. I received one response THREE weeks after my two emails following up on my concerns. They are still holding my 5 figure deposit!
