Could not recommend Kyle enough! He was scheduled to play our rehearsal dinner beach bonfire, and when plans changed due to weather he was the first to help make things move seamlessly. He set up in the living room of our AirBnb, helped us move furniture around to host 100 people, and is unbelievably talented. Our celebration would not have been the same without him - so grateful!

Daughter's Wedding Event Destin FL, June 2023

His singing and various acoustic music he performed during the ceremony and cocktail hour were amazing. The reception was a blast with everyone dancing to the song selections. We contracted with Kyle to play and also DJ for our daughters wedding at The Henderson in Destin. One of the best decisions we could’ve ever made! He was absolutely fantastic! We hired Kyle LaMonica for our daughter’s intimate micro wedding in Carillon Beach. He was very giving of his time in the planning leading up to the wedding, by openly communicating with us on multiple occasions. He is super organized and sent us his song library to select exactly what the couple wanted played throughout the evening. So it was a fully custom set list for 6 hours. He played live for us during the ceremony (acoustic and vocals), and throughout the reception he alternated between live and dj.
He is wonderfully kind and engaging. Incredibly talented. He pays close attention to detail and is very thoughtful of the couple and their families. I could not recommend Kyle LaMonica more strongly.

Having Kyle perform at my wedding was the best decision I could have made. He covered the music from start to finish so there was no need to hire separate musicians, a band or DJ because he did it all which kept it extremely affordable. For the ceremony, cocktail hour and first dances he performed live acoustic songs and then DJ'd when it was time to party. Everyone got up and danced all night, even my 82 year old mother in law!
Kyle was exceptionally professional and had a huge list of songs for me to choose from. I would highly recommend Kyle for anyone's wedding, you won't be disappointed!

From the minute I contacted him he was quick to respond, and I liked how detail oriented he was. I knew I could count on him to be on top of everything the day of our wedding. No Better Option Than Kyle LaMonica
My wife and I booked Kyle to play at our Welcome Party and we are so glad that we did. Kyle absolutely made the atmosphere of our event what it was and kicked off our wedding weekend on 30A. A very special talent and an even greater person. We weren't even sure if our venue was going to allow Kyle until the week of our event and he worked with us and communicated all the way to the end.

I especially loved that he performed as well as DJ'd so there was a really great mix of chill and dance party. He also did a great job of keeping the night flowing with special dances, toasts, etc.
I can't say enough great things about him, he was such a joy to work with and made our wedding day even more special!

Kyle was amazing the entire wedding process. He was always my quickest vendor to respond to my emails or texts and was always super helpful! He even went out of his way to give me recommendations and tips on planning from his own experiences. Now to the actually wedding. He was AMAZING! I already knew he was a great musician but my guests were blown away! People came up to us the whole wedding to compliment his voice and performance. Kyle checked in with us throughout the wedding, he really cared if we were happy with the music, which we were! When it switched from live music to the DJ potion he knew exactly what songs to get people on the dance floor and stay. This was so important to me and he killed it. It’s been 3 weeks and guests are still telling us what fun they had dancing and how great the music was. So happy we went with Kyle!

Amazing Fun Experience!
We had the absolute best time, and we are so glad that we chose Kyle to be our guitarist/DJ! We had an intimate ceremony and reception and he made sure we had the best time ever! Can we do it all over again? Because it was that fun! Booking with him was a breeze, and he kept us on track with what we needed along the way. We would've had Kyle play all night if possible! :) He is a class act. From his prompt response in the very beginning until the last song he played...we enjoyed every aspect of working with him!
Kyle was down to earth, and the variety of the songs he performed was great! THere were the slower melodies to the ever fmaous "Wagon Wheel"...it was perfection!
We didn't have a typical "wedding" due to COVID and other restrictions, however, music was something that was of paramount importance and Kyle nailed it! We've know Kyle for about 10 years and he always is prompt, professional, and EXTREMELY TALENTED!!!

Kyle was a class act! A beautiful singer, guitar player and then add rockin' DJ to the list. This guy is multi talented! He was also seamless on the microphone while making introductions. Amazing/ exactly what we were looking for!
Our wedding was amazing much in part to the wonderful music performed by Kyle. Kyle is so talented! He did a live performance out on the beach for our ceremony then proceeded to DJ for the dance party portion of the night. He has an awesome selection of songs. Everyone had such a good time dancing and singing along with Kyle. I would highly recommend Kyle if you want a live musician for your wedding.

I cannot say enough good things about Kyle! From the beginning he walked us through the process and was available anytime we had questions. My son and his fiancee were planning a wedding in Navarre Beach from Fort Worth TX and it put us at ease having Kyle there! Helped Save the Day!
We had an outdoor wedding and of course it rained. Kyle was planned to play from guests' arrival until the end of cocktail hour. Then a band was supposed to play. The band ended up not working out due to the weather but Kyle was INCREDIBLY flexible. He played more than hour extra and was key to making the day still work. I cannot speak highly enough about Kyle. He played at my daughter's wedding this May. We had planned on him playing for a couple of hours during the ceremony, cocktail hour and first dances. All were beautiful (and still playing in my head when I think back about those moments.) When we had an issue with our dance band that was supposed to perform, Kyle arranged to stay a little later to help us out. His voice, talent, professionalism, and kindness are remarkable. Kyle is the BEST! We had a very diverse group, and I was afraid that some would dance and have fun and others wouldn’t. However, that wasn’t the case at all! We absolutely loved having Kyle play/DJ our wedding reception!! He is an incredible musician and everyone loved listening to him play/sing while we ate dinner. I was unsure if I wanted a band or DJ for the wedding, so Kyle was a great recommendation from my wedding planner. (He played live and then transitioned to a DJ). I loved that he sang the first dance songs, it was absolutely beautiful. His live set was so great that my friends opened up the dance floor early before dinner! I was worried about my group wanting to dance, but Kyle’s music kept everyone out on the dance floor easily. He did an incredible job, not to mention he is extremely kind and easy to work with.

Kyle was wonderful from beginning to end! We went and watched him play in Watercolor and knew it was exactly what we were looking for for our wedding. He was able to provide the live music experience along with DJing for the reception, which was the perfect mix. He played live during the cocktail hour and throughout the dinner giving the perfect background music while not being too loud. He then switched to DJ for the party portion of the reception.
Kyle even provided great information on our honeymoon spots, going over and above. I definitely recommend him for any event and look forward to working with him for any future needs!

Our wedding in Seaside/Sandestin last weekend was better than expecting! Kyle LaMonica literally was the easiest person to work with! Our wedding was absolutely perfect, with a huge amount of the thanks owed to Kyle directly. My husband and I initially could not agree on band versus DJ, I was all for a band and he wanted a DJ. Kyle was the perfect balance for the two of us. Kyle agreed to perform live for our ceremony and cocktail hour and then crank up by DJ'ing for the majority of the reception (with some live music). Kyle was AMAZING! He has a long list of available music he already knows and is willing to learn additional songs for a small fee. On top of that, Kyle took multiple requests directly from my husband and I for the reception. During the months leading up to the wedding Kyle was amazing with his responses and accommodations for our big day. We cannot thank Kyle enough for his amazing performance and for providing music for our big day. Kyle played acoustic guitar and then DJ'd at our wedding in Seaside in early February, and we could not be happier. He learned a song at our request for our first dance, and we ended up liking his version better than the original! He also sent us a rough recording in advance so we could practice dancing, which was great. After being coached by our wedding planner about how we needed to make sure we were on the dance floor if we wanted people to be dancing, we found that wasn't necessary at all thanks to Kyle's excellent DJ skills. From the moment he started the dancing never stopped. Multiple friends have asked me for his playlist since the wedding. My only regret is that we missed most of his acoustic set because we were taking pictures. Everyone said it was fantastic, and loved the songs. We highly recommend hiring Kyle!!!

I’ve watched Kyle LaMonica do entertainment for weddings at the country club where I work and has always been so amazing! So, of course I hired him to do the entertainment for my own wedding! He’s not JUST entertainment. He does acoustic and he DJs... he even learned a special version of our first dance song and created a wonderful soft version of a very high tempo dance song. He’s extremely professional as a vendor. He takes into consideration all the songs you like and tries to play that music at good times by reading the guests and also has hundreds of songs In his repertoire for you to choose from to be played acoustically! All of our quests are still talking about how wonderful and fun and talented he is and couldn’t believe one person could create such an incredible ambiance! He also is amazing at keeping your wedding timeline during the event by announcing everything, which keeps the guests updated and included in everything that’s going on. Having my favorite local artist do the music for my wedding was my favorite part of my day... besides getting married, of course :)

We had previously booked a different DJ for our October wedding, but a couple of months before the wedding the other DJ called and had to cancel his services due to major health issues. Thankfully, Kyle was available for our date last minute and he did not disappoint. Kyle was amazing! His combination of acoustic guitar, singing and DJing were outstanding. As my daughter walked down beach with her dad, the acoustic guitar playing in the background added even more intimacy to that very special moment! The reception was amazing! His mix of singing and pre-selected song playing had everyone dancing from start to finish. His equipment and sound system was top notch as well!

Kyle is wonderful! Having him at our wedding was one of the best decisions we made for our big day! Kyle played guitar during our cocktail hour and DJ'd after dinner. All of our guests absolutely loved him! We felt like we got the best of both worlds, the intimacy of a band then the party atmosphere of a DJ.

Kyle was amazing! He played acoustic guitar for the first half of our wedding reception and then switched it up to DJ the remainder. He even learned a new song for my father and I to dance to. I highly recommend him.

I can't say enough great things about Kyle! I was worried that having a DJ would be over powering for my small intimate ceremony, but he was not. He was perfect! He performed my ceremony music, cocktail hour and my reception at The Henderson. He was hands down one of my favorite parts of the whole wedding. Everyone loved him! From the beginning he was great.. he always replies to emails and phone calls, he's very helpful with suggestions and he gets to know you and what exactly you are looking for. The next time we are in Destin we will be sure to find somewhere he is playing.

Our wedding was May, 21st 2017 at Rosemary beach. It was an intimate wedding for 30 people and Kyle was absolutely the best!! Kyle always returned my calls and emails in a very timely manner. He was so easy to work with and very patient with us in making selections. I highly recommend him. He was the best ever.

I can not say enough great things about Kyle. He is so easy going and wonderful to work with. He has a beautiful voice and kept the party going after the live music with his mad DJ skills. I had so many people asking me where I found this gem of a man after the wedding! Definitely one of the best decisions made for the wedding, other than marrying the man of my dreams.

Kyle was amazing! Starting with the planning process, Kyle was on top of everything! He played/sang acoustic during our ceremony and cocktail hour and DJ'd after dinner. We had a very small guest count, but Kyle kept the energy up. He played EXACTLY what we requested. He is very talented and very professional. He was exactly what we wanted and he delivered.

Kyle was fantastic to work with! He responded quickly to all my emails and worked with my wedding planner on additional details. He learned several songs we had to have and sang them during our ceremony. He also picked a couple songs on his own to play and they fit our wedding perfectly. Kyle was also the DJ for the reception and had everyone dancing!

Kyle sang and played his guitar at our wedding and cocktail hour. He then switched to a DJ for the party. He was excellent! We weren't sure if we wanted a band or a DJ but we got both with Kyle. We checked out his reviews while deciding what we wanted to do and saw all 5's. Everyone was right! His skills are more than a 5 on a 5 scale.

Words cannot express how well Kyle captured the exact feel, musically, we wanted for our wedding. Given the location at Carillon, we wanted a laid back vibe and he certainly did not disappoint. Kyle was very easy to work with and we were able to meet him during our one trip to the area for planning. He invited us to listen to him play at a opening and we knew right away we had to have him play at our wedding. Kyle played the guitar and sand for our ceremony/cocktail hour and then changed into a DJ for the reception. He was very accommodating, gracious, and loved by everyone. Our guests all complimented him after the wedding. If he is ever in Houston, he will definitely have a fan club. Kyle- thank you so much for making our day so special! ~Sarah and Alex

We were referred to Kyle by our favourite local musician, Jason Clark. Kyle is also local to the area (Niceville). He was very responsive and accommodating, as my (now) wife and I had to plan our wedding from our home in London, and we were not always readily available or as responsive as we wished to be. However, this never became an issue because Kyle kept a very flexible timeline. We never felt over loaded or pressured with requests for information, decisions or payments. His communications were always very clear, professional and positive.
Kyle performed acoustic guitar for our ceremony, cocktail hour and first dance, as well as Dj'ed during the reception. His skill as a guitarist is top notch. Following the ceremony, my wife and I went for pictures on the beach, so we were unable to enjoy Kyle's singing during the cocktail hour, but the feedback from our guests was overwhelmingly positive. However, we were able to enjoy Kyle's singing during our first dance, and he did a wonderful rendition of Ed Sheeran's Thinking Out Loud, which he performed outside during sunset.
Kyle Dj'ed during the reception. We tasked him with setting up indoors, but we called an audible following the ceremony as the weather was too nice not to dance outside. Kyle happily facilitated, moving his sound equipment outside and setting up there, while continuing to Dj indoors. He continually came to check on the music and played guest requests.
On the whole, Kyle did a wonderful job, and if not for my beautiful wife, he would be the highlight of the wedding. I write this review quite happily as a full and complete recommendation. Thanks again, Kyle!

Kyle was wonderful for our beach ceremony and reception at 790 on the Gulf. We loved his personality- Our guests had a blast at our wedding because of Kyle. I highly recommend him for any event! Very organized and professional. He was quick to answer his emails and gave me peace of mind planning a wedding 8 hours away!!! We cannot wait to hear him play again! Thanks again Kyle!

My husband and I tied the knot May 1, 2016 at Eden Gardens State Park in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. If any of you have been to this venue you know how dreamy and laid back it is. We were looking for not only a DJ to rock our night away when the sun went down, but for someone to play live acoustic guitar for the ceremony and cocktail hour and Kyle was the one we trusted to make this happen. From the very beginning he was so very professional and responsive. Quick to answer emails and also had some great suggestions! He is VERY talented and he even learned a special song for my father and I to dance to. He has a calmness about him that will just make you feel at ease on your special day. From his awesome voice and skills on the guitar all of your guest will have the time of their life! After the sun went down he pumped up the dance floor and even though it was a hot humid night he kept the energy alive and people on the dance floor wanting to dance the night away. Thank you again for the best day of our lives!

Kyle was awesome! He played and sang for the first part of our reception and then DJ'd the second part. Both parts were so amazing. He learned a special song for our first dance and it was beautiful. His song choices were perfect during both parts. He got everyone on the dance floor and truly made our reception fun, memorable and honestly perfect. Kyle was very easy to work with leading up to the wedding and used our input to create a magical night. We would recommend him highly to anyone that wants to have an amazing reception, and can't wait to hear him sing again sometime soon!

Kyle was absolutely AMAZING to work with! He did a great job communicating with me leading up to the wedding. Even when I changed a song I wanted him to learn for the ceremony (like a week before the wedding), he said it was no problem and took the time to learn it! He also was super willing to make sure we had all the music we wanted, including my slight obsession with Justin Timberlake. :) He played at the ceremony, the cocktail hour, the reception and then DJ'd the end of the party as well. My dad and my sister, who are both really into music, would not stop talking about how great Kyle was throughout the entire day. We were so lucky we found him and had him be a part of our day!

Out of every single vendor we booked for our wedding, his communication was exceptional from the initial contact, right up to the day of the wedding.
Make no mistake; Kyle is an incredible artist. I would recommend his vocal abilities without question. That said; there are many great vocal artists out there; it is hard to choose. Despite his vocal skills being the best, in my opinion; the reason I actually recommend him is because you need your wedding day to be as perfect as possible. The stresses building up to the event, and on the day of the event can be difficult; but having someone like Kyle in your corner is what you need.
Book him, no hesitations.
You wont regret it.

Kyle was perfect for our cocktail hour! We barely discussed what type of music and tone I wanted for my cocktail hour and he naturally picked up on the setting and tone of the event. He was so easy to work with and truly set the ambiance for our cocktail hour. His talent is unbelievable.. a few days before my wedding we went to the Pearl for drinks and he was playing. I happened to turn to my girlfriends and say wow he's great! Then he mentioned his name and I was like OMG he's playing our cocktail hour... I was so excited! Everyone complimented the song choice and talent at the cocktail hour...it was all Kyle!!

I need to start by saying that Kyle is AMAZING!! It made us a little uneasy trying to hire vendors for our beach wedding when we live over 500 miles away. Kyle made everything so easy!! He played acoustic song requests on the beach for our ceremony and again for the dining portion of our reception, and finished the night by DJ-ing the dance portion/late night time period of our reception. He has a diverse song list of songs that he is able to play and always puts his own little spin on them. He also had a great selection/variety of music that was ON POINT with what we were looking for in a DJ with little to no direction from us. Things went flawlessly as far as our music was concerned and our guests still talk about him to this day referring to him as "the best wedding music ever". We always try to catch him playing in the area when we are back in town on vacation because he is such a pleasure to listen to. We would highly recommend Kyle to anyone having a wedding/reception in the area! One of the best decisions we made was hiring him to be a part of our special day. We cannot give him enough stars, 5 stars doesn't say enough!!

Kyle was unbelievable. From the very beginning he was professional, easy to work with, communicated quickly, and was so helpful giving other vendor recommendations. When it came to performing at and DJ-ing our wedding he was just phenomenal. He performed live music before our ceremony and for the processional, played live music during our dinner, and then DJ-ed after dinner and was able to get the party going! He is so talented and his song list for his live music is extremely thorough-- but if he doesn't have something on his set list he will learn it for your wedding! Very rarely have I seen guests at weddings inquire about who the musician was, at our wedding EVERYONE wanted to know who he was because they were just so impressed! Kyle is so talented, kind, and will go above and beyond to make your wedding music great! My husband and I (and our guests!) highly recommend him. His rendition of "Thinking Out Loud" was SO impressive!! THANK YOU SO MUCH KYLE!!!

Kyle was fantastic as the singer/guitar player, and later as the DJ, at our destination wedding! Many guests commented to us how talented he is, and we agreed! His song selection and delivery made for a delightful cocktail hour, and he was an effective but subtle emcee for the night. He had the difficult task of segueing from an emotional toast into a night of partying and handled it like a pro. He was also able to make a 60 person wedding feel like a dance party - no small task. We are grateful to have worked with Kyle and would highly recommend him for an event of any size or occasion!

When my husband and I were planning our wedding, we knew that we wanted a live artist to play at our ceremony, and our wedding coordinator recommended Kyle LaMonica. We listened to his music online and we chose to work with him right away - and we are so glad we did! Kyle sent us a long list of his songs to choose from for our ceremony, and everything we wanted to hear was on his list. We even requested a brand new song and asked if he could stay to perform live for our first dance, and he was extremely accommodating and learned the song just for us! We are from Saint Louis, and trying to figure out if we wanted a band or dj was a bit challenging. I read reviews on Kyle and heard some of his music online and knew this style of music was exactly what my now husband and I wanted for our wedding. Ever since my first email to Kyle, he has always been so kind and quick to respond. It definitely made planning much easier as he was always so helpful, sending us his current lists of songs he knew and offered to learn any new songs for our wedding too! I could not of been more excited to have Kyle play at our wedding. We listened to him beforehand a few times at some local restaurants in Destin and I was so excited! He is extremely talented and has such a great voice when he plays his guitar. It was so wonderful having him play acoustic during our cocktail hour and dinner and then switch to DJ after. I have never had so many people come up to me and say how wonderful he was! Even weeks after the wedding, people were still commenting on our music!! There was never an empty spot on the dance floor which made the night even so much more fun!! Thank you so much Kyle so everything you did for our wedding.
