Alina was the absolute BEST!! I had a vision and she did it PERFECTLY!! She gave me examples of her work and on the wedding day BLEW EVERYONE AWAY WITH THE BEAUTY!! She was ALWAYS responsive to my emails and walked me through the entire process. I had several visions and Alina dis EVERYTHING BEYOND MY SATISFACTION!!! Her prices are beyond reasonable!!! Kute Flowers did the best job with the flowers and decor for my wedding. It was a fun experience because we even got to facetime to see how the flower set up would look like. Planning a destination wedding you can miss out on in person meetings like that, so I was so happy to be included with the facetime to see the flowers. They matched the bridesmaids dresses perfectly. Hiring a florist and event planner for a Puerto Rico wedding all the way from Houston, TX is difficult especially when you can’t smell, see, visit, and especially be in person for it all. Alina was amazing! She can work with any budget. Long story short my original venue left me hanging less then 30 days before my wedding without a wedding venue. She found me a last minute very affordable venue & added all of her special touches & you wouldn’t even think it was the same place that we had only gotten to see the day before our wedding! Planning a destination wedding is scary when you have to rely on people you don’t know, that may not fully understand your vision. Alina was amazing from the start! Wow! Alina and Kute gifts were more than we could have imagined for our wedding at Hotel el Convento. She was so kind, responsive, and easy to work with. Not to mention the work was AMAZING, and also a great value. She put our vision in to work perfectly and made this already beautiful venue even more beautiful. We had 8 centerpieces, 1 sweetheart arrangement, 2 ceremony decor, 5 bouquets, 6 boutonnières, and 4 corsages from her and all were so beautiful. I worked with Alina for my wedding ceremony and reception flowers. Everything was beautiful and fresh. There wasn't one wilted flower. The flowers were bright and vibrant. They were so beautiful that my guests thought they were fake. The accessories that were provided were also beautiful and matched my decor perfectly. Alina was very helpful and she always responded to my emails in a timely manner. Plus the prices were super affordable. The flowers for my wedding were beautiful. I decided last minute to set up a memorial table and they were able to accommodate my request immediately. I also wanted to add my mom’s bow and buttons from her wedding dress to my bouquet and they were also able to do this on the spot. So exquisite!!!
Alina was so wonderful throughout our planning process. We knew we wanted some type of tropical flower, since my husband is color blind but can tell bright colors vs more muted colors....and boy did Alina deliver!!!
She did the most amazing job decorating the arch for our ceremony, providing boutonnieres for the guys, putting together last minute bouquets for my bridal party and of course and absolutely breathtaking bride bouquet and head table display.
Alina was so incredibly professional and offered to help when I had no ideas of what I even needed!

I loved working with Alina. She gave me the best price out of everyone I had reached out to and she delivered. I absolutely loved my bouquet and the reception centerpieces. She also let me borrow a super cute card box that she had for our cards.

Lovely flowers
Our floral arrangements were nothing short of divine, truly bringing our vision to life with an incredible display of quality and artistry. Alina collaborated seamlessly with my coordinator to ensure that every decorative flower was placed precisely as we envisioned. The overall process with Alina was smooth and impressive.
However, a minor hiccup occurred concerning the flowers for our cake. Despite clear communication through email and a mention in our contract, there seemed to be a miscommunication about this specific request. Just days before the event, my coordinator, Eunice Pike, brought to our attention that Alina wasn't initially aware of the agreement to provide flowers for the cake. Fortunately, Eunice caught this in time, and Alina promptly arranged for the necessary flowers. Despite this small incident, the overall experience with Alina was noteworthy, and we would still wholeheartedly recommend her services due to the outstanding quality of her work.Kute Gifts & Flowers's reply:

Alina was totally careless. You will be better off paying more for any other flower and decor vendor. I hate my bridal bouquet; she showed me a picture of it only 24 hours before the ceremony, which was way too late to fix anything. It was like carrying around a big bush with too many cheap flowers and greenery. It wasn't anything like all of the examples I sent her - which she didn't ask for till one week before. Majority of the aisle flowers and many in my bouquet weren't even open! I should've just made one myself with cut flowers from the florist or fake flowers. The boutineers had junky roses which I said I didn't want, and the one nice little orchid they had was glued on and fell off on 2 out of the 3. You can see this all from the picture. My mother-in-law's cosage was the one nice thing, and the decor were all matching in the same color like I asked. She ruined my husband's expensive shirt by pinning it badly, and didn't leave any extra pins until we asked. She setup up outside and left without checking with us nor my planner. My guests had to move the chairs and lanterns inside themselves when it rained, despite paying a lot for delivery and setup, and communicating the weather to her. Here is your bouquet picture as I send it to you the day before. (Its not possible to send it before because I send it to all my brides when I made it. )Also I send to you Alll the arrangements. If you would say to change anything we could do it. Thats why I send it. The boutonier is difficult to put in a shirt and I apologize for that even though I didn’t have to put it on because that’s not part of my job. I do it to help. I leave when everything was set up because we can’t be there longer. I didn’t see your wedding planner at all. If you call me saying I have to move everything I willdo it. Usually we do that decision 1-2 hour before set up. I feel really sad because I really care for all my brides and know I couldn’t do nothing. Also I always answer quick even do its late in the night. If anything I could do let me Know. Its really hard for me as is the first time in 30 years of service that this happen. So sorry and I really apologize. -

We booked Alina for wedding planning day of and flowers, paid a deposit of several hundred. She did little to nothing for the few other than a staged arrangement. We’d be happy to pay for that too.
But my fiancé got cancer a few months before our wedding and we needed to cancel. Despite the circumstances, Alina insisted on keeping our entire deposit. The experience is painful enough without the financial hit. She offered nothing.
It came across as very callous and cold. If you want a planner who cares even a fraction about you as a person, she is not it. If you cancel your wedding or postpone for any reason, you’re screwed.
UPDATE: She responded below with some inaccurate information. My fiancé got sick again. We cancelled again. She offered no money back. Don't book this vendor.Kute Gifts & Flowers's reply:
Hi Alina! Good news! The doctor cleared me to travel so we can go to Puerto Rico for the wedding! The hotel never canceled so the date and time is the same
