I researched tons of different vendors before deciding to purchase through Kustom Koozies. They had the most customization options and the best price. They also let me review and approve the artwork before finalizing my order. The icing on the cake... we qualified for a free "bride" and "groom" koozie and 6 wedding party koozies as part of a promotional offer. Very, very happy with this purchase!

These guys made the best wedding favors for my wedding. Easy to work with and the most affordable option we found. Next time I need something printed, I'm going back here.

Kustom Koozies did a WONDERFUL job on our wedding koozies. They were easy to work with even though I had a pre-existing logo made up through a graphic designer. The product is great quality, they made and shipped them in a timely fashion and they were extremely pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them!

We knew from the start that we wanted to have koozies as our wedding favor for our guests. But do know how many people make koozies?!? Tons! We shopped around and requested samples. We ended up going with the neoprene upgrade because they were much more durable than the standard material. We were very pleased with our product. We were able to print on two sides and have our order contain two colors of koozies to match our wedding colors. The design team was very easy to work and the delivery was in a timely fashion. We would highly recommend using this vendor for the perfect koozie!

Very easy to design and when they were delivered they looked great. Definitely a great party favor for our wedding!

I found Kustom Koozies on Facebook and "liked" the page in case we decided to do them as favors for our wedding. A few weeks later, they put a promo/discount code up on Facebook so I jumped at it!

I ordered 150 koozies for our wedding using their artwork and simply changed the dates and names. The email confirmation came right away. Once the koozies came off of the printer, I got a snapshot of them emailed to me. They looked great!

They were shipped and arrived exactly when promised and I put them all into a basket for our guests. I can honestly say I didn't see a single blank one or incorrect one. Our guests loved them and so did we!

Kustom Koozies were great to work with, responded to any phone calls / e-mail promptly and delivered a quality product on time. All of our guests loved the koozies and used them throughout the night and took them home to use again and again.

We ordered 250 beer bottle zipper koozies for our wedding favors. They were done perfectly and in a timely manner. Couldn't beat the price either.

Kustom Koozies was fantastic to work with! They were patient with my questions and specifications. They responded to inquiries quickly and after placing my order, I received it quickly as well. The koozies themselves were very high quality. They were a huge hit at the reception because people were able to use them right away then take them home at the end of the night.

I ordered drink koozies for our wedding favors and Kustom Koozies did an amaxing job! The koozies looked amazing, and we got so many compliments from the guests. My order was delivered sooner than expected and their art selection is amazing. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a fun and unique wedding favor idea, to order them from Kustom Koozies!

I absolutely LOVED this idea for my wedding, and they were so fast in delivery and my guests thought it was the best idea. Everyone was using them that night to hold their beverages. I will use them in the future for other events.

We ordered Koozies as a part of our favor. They came out great. Before they make them they sent a proof which was great because there was one thing I had to change. They were very accomodating and made the change without any problems. I had my koozies way in advance which was great! I didn't have to worry about when they would come in.

Kustom Koozies was great to work with. We edned up using the water bottle koozies and the wedding guests really liked those! they were a litle different from the norm, but useful since a lot folks use water bottles these days. But they can easily be folded down from the top to use for soda cans or beer as well. They email a sample of your design for free before they begin work. I had a slight adjustment I wanted to make on ours that was handled with no problem. The finished product arrived about a week later and turned out to a great gift enjoyed by everyone.

We chose to do collapsible foam koozies as our favors. They were a HUGE hit!! Everyone loved them and loved the practicality of them. I loved when people were asking for more because they loved them so much! We wanted a favor that people wouldn't throw away as soon as they left but would be able to use for some time. We had the koozies personalized with our names and wedding date. Our colors were red, black, white, and silver so I went with black koozies with white lettering. I then stuffed each koozie with red cellophane and had them placed at each table setting. It looked awesome when they were all set out with the white linens, black napkins, and red rose petals around our hurricane/candle centerpieces.

It was super easy to order them and they arrived within two weeks. I will say the only negative thing I have to say is I received 4 koozies from someone elses order and they were black and white as well so had I not stuffed them individually I may not have noticed. But no biggie, I caught it.

We decided with koozies as our favor and I'm so glad that we did. It was simple and fast to have these done. They have tons of artwork to choose from on their site or you can send in your own. We chose to simply use theirs and the favors turned out great. The koozies arrived in under two weeks.

Everyone loved the koozies...we had to order more after the wedding since they were all gone and we only got 2. I received the koozies less than 3 weeks after I ordered them. They are great!

Very professional company. I did lots of research and found that this company provided the best priced koozies online... The design I picked out for us was adorable. When I placed my order, I did not get the confirmation email right away. (So, I knocked 1/2 a star for "responsiveness.") However, when I called, they addressed my concernright away.) The koozies arrived a day early from what they quoted me, and looked absolutely adorable! Thanks for such an affordable, professional, and adorable wedding favor for our guests!

The Koozies ended up being a little pricier than we wanted to pay, but Kustom Koozies was very responsive and easy to work with. We were charged an extra "arkwork fee" for something minor that I don't think deserved it, that's why I decreased the value rating, but overall they were quick to respond and quick to produce. I would use them again.

The quality is great and and delivery time, impressive. Please not that the "pink" shown on the website is NOT accurate. The hot-pink representation is delivered as baby-pink. The image shown at the end of custom imprinting order is NOT what you get. If you choose pink anyway, know that the white ink barely shows.

Very disappointed, but it's too late to correct the discrepancy before our event....:(((. Would NEVER order online again. CALL & place the order with a representative who should be honest about the actual colors.

Had some problems with the order but in the end they made it all right. Very good quality koozies for the best price I could find.

Got some wedding coozies, but the quality of the ink print was not good. They also charge a $40 fixed fee for setting up the screen print; not all places do this. The coozies ranged from good ink saturation to many with poor / mostly faded, hard to read ink. That in addition to the outdated website and limited choice of designs - just wouldn't recommend this place for koozies. The reviews here threw me off; far too favorable.

I would never use this company again. First, their website wouldn't load my artwork so I had to talk to customer service for nearly 2 hours for them to decide that I need to use a different computer. Then they tell me they can't make the due date I requested and need to push it out a week from their normal turnaround time. Fine. Then the date comes and goes...no word from anyone about my order. I "checked the status" on their website and the only "status" was that I approved the artwork...2 weeks prior. Thanks. I sent an email and a woman named Judy promptly responded that the order was tracking for the next day. OK. THEN I GET THE ORDER and even though I requested 110 koozies in two colors...I got 109 koozies in one color. Good thing I didn't need that missing koozie, but how do you CHARGE ME for multiple colors and then deliver one color without a SINGLE WORD. Well due to the pushed back delivery date there is no time to fix it. Thanks for the terrible customer service. I doubt they will even refund me the multiple color fee they charged me. Overall, very difficult to work with and I would not recommend.

Do not recommend

I strongly suggest that you not hire Kustom Koozies/Kuston SEO. Bob overpromised and underdelivered on web design and SEO. I actually paid more than the agreed to amount to try to speed up the process. Bob spent a lot of time complaining about unforeseen tech issues and unexpected work hours. When the site was finally completed, zero tracking was set up.

My cousin ordered custom can coolies from this company for her wedding & the printprint/coolie was very cheap looking & off center. They were recommended to us but we will never ever order anything else. To top it off, the hillbillyhillbilly manager I talked to was horribly hard to understand & (I think she said her name was JudithJudith/Jody or something) was most unprofessional and VERY rude. I give a huge thumbs down with major disappointment. Any brides have any advice on a professional company for personalized items? I have an event coming up & need some. I cannot believe a company would put their name on a product that looked as awful as these did. 25 out of 100 were totally ruined I mean pay attention..don't you guys have quality control?? So disappointing!!!!!

BRIDES BEWARE - there are hundreds of other places you can get your wedding koozies from. If I were you, I would avoid this place at all costs. We live in Raleigh, and we like to buy local, which is why we chose Kustom Koozies to produce our wedding favors. My husband placed the order on May 9th, and we ordered 200 koozies. We received a package on May 21st (3 days before our wedding), with only 23 koozies out of the 200. My husband called immediately, and the remaining 167 were overnighted (granted, at no charge). However, we were unable to make our display and execute our plan for the koozies due to losing an entire day to work on them. I can only be thankful that we did not have an out of town wedding where we may have been unable to receive the remaining koozies at all. The inexplicable amount of stress added on by the mismatched order numbers was ultimately a huge disappointment, and we were given no explanation as to why only 23 were sent. We were not offered any sort of refund on our original shipping costs, or any refund on the $255 order. We did receive a "$20 off your next order", which obviously does us no good because we will NEVER be ordering from Kustom Koozies again. When I attempted to contact them about the order, they asked me to send an e-mail, and did not want to speak over the phone. I e-mailed the customer service rep TWICE after her initial response with the $20 "coupon", and never received any word. I also e-mailed the owner of the company and never heard back from him either - not even a 'we are sorry for the inconvenience". Do yourself a favor and order your koozies somewhere else.

First, we have no excuse for why you originally received 23 koozies, but they arrived ahead of your desired date in May, we got the other 200 out the very same day you spoke with our operations manager, Judy, and you had your full order before the date you requested to have them. We then provided you a gift certificate for your next order, to apologize for the inconvenience. Judy has record of calling you two times, and received no return call. You did call Nancy in our sales department, but Judy was the one that was handling the production. Your koozies looked GREAT, I'm sure your guests loved them and are still thinking of you as they use them throughout the year. Again, we regret you feel so strongly against us that you gave us a .9 out of 5 stars FIVE months after we thought this issue had been resolved, and resolved with quality, responsiveness, professionalism, value and flexibility! I WOULD not use this company, I ordered cups for by sisters baby shower and it was NOT a good experience. I used their art for the cups, but had to send them an email confirming I approved the art before they printed the cups. I sent this approval email the day I got it from them, on July 25, and assumed they would recieve it and move forward. Well, a week later (4 days before I needed them) something told me to call them to make sure they got the email, and have made the cups. I am glad I called bc I talked to Krystal and she said they had not made the cups bc they did not get a confimation email! I then reviewed my outgoing emails and sure enough it was sent to them July 25. She did not even apologized, just shrugged, oh they must have gone to junk mail or something! What?!?! Then she said not to worry, they could print them immediatley and send them by saturday, phew! BUT, she then sent me an email (didn't call?!?!) a few minutes later saying they did not have enough of the the colors I ordered a week and a half prior!!! WHat!??! this could have all been avoided if they had a better method of confirming art! Thank goodness, I called to follow up! I payed a lot of money to rush this order, I should not have had to babysit them to get this order done! I decreased my order size from 100 to 50 so I could get the colors I wanted, and they said they would "contact their accounting office and refund me". Well, it's been 2 weeks and I have not had a refund or heard from the "accounting office" Every time I call about it I get the run around, and never an apology or somebody taking responsibility for their lack of customer service, etc...UGH! What a frustrating experience, and still, I just got off the phone with them and no definite answer about a refund?!? This company is poorly run and disorganized, use someone else for koozies/cups/etc!

We are very sorry you had this happen with our company, and it is certainly not the norm. I'm not sure why, but all your emails went into our junk folders, I've never seen that happen before. We HATE when we don't make a deadline or have an unhappy customer, and we certainly have that with you. Most brides tell us we were the easiest part of their wedding, obviously we did not achieve that with you. Please know, if you will give us a second chance, we will definitely give you a very good discount on your next order. I ordered 130 Koozies on August 3 and needed them by September 10 for an engagement party. My credit card was immediately charged and the proof was sent and approved. On September 2 at 4:50 pm I received a phone call that the color I requested was unavailable and this was due to the earthquake in Japan and hurricane Irene. I asked why I had not been notified that there had been a backorder immediately after the order was placed. This would have allowed me to look for the koozies elsewhere and not incur last minute rush order fees. Crystal did not know why because she was new but did agree that I should have been told before Friday night, Labor Day week end one week away from the due date. I asked for a refund and was told it would be processed at the end of next week. I requested this be sooner and was told accounting was in a different state and she just does it this way because she has 200 hundred to process at once. They own lots of companies and the accounting department handles them all. This company is a good reason why people are afraid to purchase items over the web. They had no alternate plan to help me find a replacement and could not have cared less. Very Unprofessional and unresponsive. You are taking chances by dealing with these people. I just hope I get my $240 refund at the end of NEXT week.
