Working with Kristen was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From start to finish, she was truly amazing—professional, thoughtful, and incredibly supportive. She took our vision and not only brought it to life, but elevated it in ways we hadn’t even imagined.
Kristen guided us through the entire planning process with grace, including some unexpected hurdles along the way. Her calm presence and expert advice made everything feel manageable and far less stressful. She was always ready with helpful insights and made sure we didn’t miss a single detail.
The day before the wedding, she went above and beyond helping with setup, and ensured that everything went smoothly during breakdown and cleanup too. On the wedding day, her assistants Jamie and Kris were also absolutely incredible—so kind, attentive, and on top of everything. Having them there gave us even more peace of mind, and they were an essential part of making the day run seamlessly.

From our first introductory phone call with Kristen based on my friend’s recommendation, we knew she was the one! She is incredibly gifted with talent, kindness, creativity, attention to EVERY detail, and vision. She is extremely thoughtful, a great listener and truly loves to turn dreams into reality and it shows! Every vendor loved working with her as well! My son’s wedding was not an ordinary wedding and Kristen made sure every second ran smoothly, was there whenever we needed her, worked closely organizing every vendor and became a part of our family! I look forward to my daughter getting engaged since I miss our daily texts and phone calls! Kristen is incredibly detail oriented, extremely professional and ran this incredibly detailed wedding like no one else could! The vendors all worked closely with her and gave 110% to the wedding that night thanks to her professionalism and their mutual respect for her. She was so attentive to us all night as well… not sure how she does it! She made sure that every detail down to the gorgeous and different hotel bags I wanted to create actually happened… she was with us all weekend from the night before celebration, the wedding and the Sunday brunch… making sure everything was perfect which it truly was! Kristen is one of a kind! -

Kristen is an absolutely incredible wedding planner, and we cannot recommend her highly enough! As a same-sex couple, we were so thrilled to find a planner who was not only supportive and enthusiastic, but also incredibly talented and knowledgeable in diverse couples and cultures. Kristen planned our entire wedding weekend, from our Friday evening welcome event, to our Saturday wedding, reception, and after-party, all the way through to our Sunday brunch and baby shower. It was a complex undertaking, but Kristen handled every single detail flawlessly.
Kristen is the epitome of organized, efficient, smart, and detail-oriented. Our wedding would not have been the magical celebration it was without her. She even provided a day-of assistant who was invaluable in setting up decorations and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Kristen was also extremely thoughtful and respectful of our budget. She helped us achieve the wedding of our dreams without making it feel like we were compromising on anything. She has a real knack for maximizing impact without overspending.
We were particularly touched by Kristen's attention to the small details that made such a difference. From the candy on our pillows, thoughtfully coordinated with our favorite cocktails, to branding everything meticulously with our wedding logo, to ensuring our favorite drinks were waiting for us at the couples table (knowing we wouldn't have time to get them ourselves), she went above and beyond. She even thought about our guests, providing toiletries in the bathroom for them to freshen up during the reception. And the baby shower she planned for us was equally beautiful, complete with gorgeous flowers, signage, and balloons. She even stocked our hotel suite fridge with food and drinks for our visiting guests!
Kristen's creativity, vision, and dedication are truly exceptional. She anticipated our needs before we even knew them ourselves. She took the stress out of wedding planning and allowed us to truly enjoy the entire process. For anyone looking for a truly exceptional wedding planner, Kristen is a 10/10. You will not be disappointed! -

Kristin made the wedding of our dreams come true. From start to finish, she was on top of the details and made sure that everything was done beautifully and within our budget (not an easy task!). She gave us good and factual guidance on the choices we had to make, and worked with us closely when things changed and we needed to make game time decisions. I was very low stress throughout this process due to the support and diligence she and her team brought, which says it all. We were so lucky to find Kristen for our wedding day florals! My vision was less traditional than your typical wedding and Kristen ran with my ideas/ Pinterest board and completely nailed it. We got so many compliments on our florals and it was exactly what I wanted. Not only did Kristen perfectly execute everything, she is so much fun to work with. She has the knowledge and experience to help with everything. I had the most fun working with Kristen and cannot recommend her enough to all the brides out there. Where to even begin! Kristen made our entire wedding planning experience stress free and our wedding spectacular! I can't imagine ever having planned our wedding without her! As a destination couple, Kristen went above and beyond in being our feet on the ground. Kristen vetted every vendor, reviewed every contract, and visited our venue multiple times when we weren't able to, making be sure every step was flawless. She quickly handled any vendor issue that arose during planning with grace, respect, and kindness, always coming to a wonderful resolution. She took our ideas and executed our wedding design better than I ever could have imagined. Her organization and attention to detail are above and beyond. Throughout the entire experience, Kristen always had a positive attitude and kept the wedding planning process an absolute joy. I highly highly recommend Kristen to anyone planning a wedding or any event! -

We had the pleasure of being meeting Kristen in July of 2020 by a friend's daughter who referred her to us as a Wedding Planner/Coordinator. She had relayed what a tremendous help Kristen was to her, and after our initial discussion with Kristen we immediately hired her for "Month Of Wedding" Coordinator. However just a couple months into our planning we asked Kristen if she would be able to work with us for the entire planning time up until the wedding, and thank goodness she was!
My daughter got engaged on March 8, 2020. Later that week everyone's world changed when Covid arrived. We booked The Addison for January 15, 2022, thinking that anything related to Covid would be far behind us. Little did we realize that it would still be impacting us come Wedding Day.. I bring this up because in "normal" circumstances planning a wedding can get a little stressful. I can honestly say that on my daughter's day I felt NO STRESS, and this was in huge part due to the fact that I knew, (and my daughter, her fiance, our families knew!) that we had Kristen in our corner, and ANY issue that may come up we 100% were confident she could and would handle it!
Kristen has this wonderful, warm, friendly and calm personality. She instilled in us a total sense of "I've got this" and she DID! She took care of every detail, contract, timeline, spreadsheet, contacting all vendors, all while making my daughter feel as if her wedding day was her top priority.
On the actual day of the wedding, Kristen (and assistant Alana!) was with us from early morning until almost 2am, ensuring everything was perfect at our hotel as well as our venue, that my daughter was calm and that we all had what we needed--truly ABOVE AND BEYOND!
My daughter and I said to each other many, many, MANY times over the last 18 months we worked with and got to know Kristen how very lucky we were to have her involved in the wedding. We really could not have had any more perfect of a day, and Kristen was largely responsible for that!
Take it from me, a mom that prides herself on being organized and on top of details, hire Kristen!! You will be extremely happy (and LUCKY to get to know her!) if you do ♥️ -

If you want a responsible, helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, and hardworking wedding planner, hire Kristen K. We were so fortunate to engage Kristen as a day-of wedding planner. It turns out she was much more than that. She took an interest in every aspect of the wedding one month before it took place. From the time we met her she shared invaluable information, put us in touch with excellent beauticians who came to the hotel, and explained things like appropriate tipping. She helped us plan the welcome party as well as the wedding and organized the wedding rehearsal. The day of the wedding she and her assistant were there from early in the morning until quite late - trouble shooting, working with all the vendors and the hotel staff making sure everything ran smoothly and collectively all our personal items like our card box and welcome sign. Seamless and amazing
I was lucky enough to find Kristen pre-covid at a bridal show. Her florals stood out to me because she was the only one that had something different and that was what I wanted! Kristen was so amazing from my wedding date/venue being changed countless times due to covid, she stayed on the ride with me haha
We were a month out from the original wedding date, had planned everything to a T and covid. With that said, we moved dates and changed venues due to no new dates in the future available for that venue. Kristen met with my husband and I at our new venue and re-worked our whole plan for florals, tables, ballroom setup, aisle, cocktail etc. She had great ideas because frankly, I didn't realize that I needed to decide on half the things she asked haha
Prior to the re-planning of the wedding, I had reached out to Kristen asking her if she had a recommendation for a wedding coordinator that she worked well with. Her response: Kim, that's what I do. Haha It's Kristen K's events and florals. Me: Perfect!!!!
And no joke, probably the best decision I have ever made was to hire Kristen for the coordinator and florals. She took care of everything. Wrangled the wedding party (bless her for dealing with the guys in the wedding party.. lol), our families for photos, timeline for day of, contacted all vendors to get their insurance, vendor meals, even picked up food for the bride and groom day of/getting ready suites to make sure that we all ate and was the primary contact for my venue so that she could answer all questions prior to coming to me. I very much appreciated all she did, especially with me having to start a new job a month prior to the wedding, so she took on a lot so that I could focus on work.
Every bride will say their florals were the best but to get as many compliments as we did on florals and place settings was on another level. Every detail was on point. She did an amazing job.. I can't thank her enough.
My best piece of advice for anyone looking to hire Kristen and her team.. hire her for florals and wedding coordination. It takes so much stress off of you and will come out better than you expected.
** Also, some brides and grooms think they know best about where X should be placed or where X should be, Kristen and her team are the professionals, give her the power to make the decision. Trust me. She would ask where I wanted the photobooth or green wall. My response, I don't care lol, you know what's best. And trust me, she does.
For those that do not want a sweetheart table and to be stared at like zoo animals.. that was my husband and I. Kristen had an awesome idea for a king's table. Hear her ideas out or ask her for her ideas, she knows best and I'm glad I did! -

Best Decision You Will Make!!
Where do I even begin with Kristen?! From our first phone call pre-pandemic to the MANY, MANY calls during the pandemic to the tropical storm on our wedding day, there is literally no way we could’ve done it without her. There are so many positive qualities you hope for in a vendor to support your wedding day and she is every single one of them! Her calmness kept me at ease from the bad weather on our day, her honesty we trusted through all of the pandemic restrictions and unknowns and her thoroughness and professionalism kept us all sane!
She is truly talented in event/wedding management. There were so many obstacles thrown our way and she knew how to tackle each one of them. She ALSO did our gorgeous florals, which she came up with multiple fresh ideas to help our vision come to life.
One of the biggest comments we heard from our wedding party was how great she was. She was easily one the best decisions we made (besides getting married!) and we were so lucky to have had her with us. -

First and foremost.... Kristen and her team are the best! I admire Kristen’s creativity, drive, and professionalism. I gave Kristen more different ideas than one person should have for their wedding and she went above and beyond and exceeded any expectations I could’ve ever dreamed of. Kristen made my wedding look like a real life Pinterest board. She was so easy to work with and I never wanted our planning phase to end because it was so much fun. When the day got closer, I had obstacles in front of me that I never thought about. Kristen, without hesitation, stepped in and took on an even bigger role in my wedding than she expected and I can never thank her enough for that. On the day of my wedding, my venue owners complimented Kristen by saying that she was by far the best florist they have ever had at their farm and that they would be recommending her for future events. Kristen is FABULOUS. If you need a wedding planner who listens to everything you say, keeps you super calm, stays extremely organized, and makes sure you have the best day of your whole life--then Kristen is your person! I will be honest, I booked Kristen late in the game because i thought I could handle it and I was stressed. But the second I spoke with Kristen for the first time, I was INSTANTLY relieved. She took the wheel, and ensured that every single concern I had was addressed. Kristen is a dream to work with, and I could not think of a better person to manage my big day!! -

5 star, A+, All Around Amazing!
Do yourself a favor and hire Kristen for all your floral needs! We stumbled across her company during a tasting with our caterer. While showing us some photos of previous events they had done at our venue, I couldn't get over how beautiful the flowers were in a few of the pictures and asked if she knew who did them...and boy am I glad she did!
Kristen was amazing to work with from the get-go. After giving her a very specific inspiration photo (lanterns hanging from vines inside the tent) and an idea of the vibes I wanted for the wedding she put together a vision board that brought everything to life - and even better - was within my budget! Not only did it include flowers but she was able to provide all the little extras - a stunning birch wood chuppah, this amazing green wall back drop, and a love seat for a cute little photo-op space.
Kristen was always to prompt to respond to emails and would reach out with ideas often that made me feel like she was just as excited for my big day as I was. When it was finally time for our wedding day, I could not believe my eyes when we got to the venue. While getting ready for our first look I overheard some of the venue staff say they had never seen this many flowers for a wedding before and Kristen did not disappoint. Not only did she nail every little detail, she used a ton of eucalyptus that made the whole place smell incredible.
3 months after our wedding I am still getting comments about how beautiful it was, in no small part to the incredible work and attention to detail from Kristen and her team!

I thought I could do it all on my own. I picked my venue, investigated my vendors, reviewed my contracts and kept my own spreadsheets. Two months before my big day- I was S.T.R.E.S.S.E.D. There were so many last minute decisions to be made, and things to be planned, and timelines to be written, and people to touch base with. I called my dad and begged for a little bit of additional budget to get a month of coordinator to help me tie a pretty bow on everything I had so meticulously planned for the last 14 months. THANK GOODNESS HE AGREED. I was introduced to Kristen, and got on a call to chat with her. She immediately impressed me with her knowledge, and all the questions she asked me. Dang this girl is THOROUGH- and she is spending all this time with me to understand my needs before I even officially hire her! She also has a ton of decor items in her arsenal that we was happy to brainstorm with me how we could customize my decor while staying within the strict guidelines of my venue. It was a perfect match.
She wrote an essentially minute by minute timeline of what would happen on the day of. What time vendors were arriving, the bridal party, my parents, setup, etc. She even reached out to my wedding party and vendors in the days leading up to the event to makes sure everyone was on the same page.
Now lets talk the actual day of my wedding. Kristen was as essential to me as my own arms. She was the one running around making sure everything was in place so I didnt have to. She kept us on the timeline. She helped coordinate the first look. She made sure all the photos I wanted were taken. She kept me calm in my moments of panic. She was there if I had a question, but she also stayed behind the scenes ensuring all vendors were paid and tipped and questions were answered. I cant even fathom what my wedding day would have looked like without her.
If you need a coordinator, a friend, a planner, a timeline writer, a decor designer, or logistical guru...you need Kristen.
And if you think you dont need those things- I promise you- you do.

As the father of the bride- my budget was set, and I was pretty done spending money after all the major vendors (venue, photographer, florals, DJ, etc) were confirmed. My daughter- though she is very organized- started to feel the pressure, so I agreed to hire a month of/day of coordinator. In retrospect- this should have been the first vendor we selected! I cant tell you how many times I heard my daughter say “I dont know what I would be doing without you here” on the day of her wedding. Kristen was extremely organized- texting details to the bridal party, family and vendors in the days leading up to our big event. She kept my very anxious daughter calm even when things on the day didnt go according to plan. She kept us on our timeline- and made sure that everyone was in place, photos were taken, and our vendors were paid and tipped so I didn’t have to run around. She and her team ran last minute errands for us- and made sure that all the decor was in place and perfect. Out of all the vendors you consider “mandatory” for your wedding- put a coordinator at the top of your list- and kristen and her team will execute your day flawlessly! Kristen- thank you for ensuring my daughters wedding was perfect in every way! We wouldn’t have been able to pull this off without you!!
