Krapf Buses

I requested two school buses for taking wedding guests to our venue. The buses were there on time and made sure all guest were accomodated. I would highly recommend Krapf in the future.

Krapfs was amazing!

We used Krapfs for our wedding in July. They were very professional and reliable. The buses were clean and well-maintained. Our bus driver was friendly, attentive to our guests, and flexible to work with. We highly recommend them, and most especially our driver Cindy!

Great service

They did a really good job! The driver was on time and all of our guests arrived exactly as scheduled. At the end of the night, we were even able to cut the last shuttle bus run to fit all our guests on that last bus. Chris, our driver, was very flexible and waited for the last of our group to board before leaving. Would definitely recommend :)

Great Shuttle Experience with Krapf!

We used Krapf shuttle services for our wedding, which included shuttling about 90 guests between two hotels, our ceremony at a church, and our reception. From the start of the planning process, Arielle was very responsive and accommodating. They offered a variety of shuttle sizes and prices, and were even able to accommodate a last minute request that we had. The shuttles were timely and got all of our guests to each of the locations safely. We would recommend Krapf to others looking for a shuttle service in the West Chester, PA area!

Amazing shuttle service

If you are ever debating whether to have a transportation for your wedding day, book Krapf! We booked a shuttle for our wedding party and then have our guests so they had an end of the night ride to the hotel. Driver was on time and patience with our guests. Highly recommended and cost was reasonable!

Worked great for our wedding

This bus company was great to work with. They had just what we needed (school buses for a tighter budget) and were responsive and punctual.

Very easy and accommodating!

We added a Krapf school bus to shuttle guests to and from our venue only a short time before our wedding, and th Krapf's team was amazingly accomodating! We communicated with Arielle Coleman and she was very helpful and attentive.

We didn't have a single issue during our wedding day and that's exactly what you want from the transportation vendor! :)

On time and happy drivers

Krapf was slightly more expensive than other transportation options. However, it was well worth it. We got two school buses for our wedding and they were on time and pleasant throughout. I had seen bad reviews of other companies and I’m so glad I went with Krapf.

Reliable & Professional

We used Krapf's after our wedding planner recommended them. Figuring out transportation was one are we were dreading a bit but with the help of our planner, Krapf's provided a reasonable quote and performed perfectly on teh day of. We knew there may be some hiccups with us having several different hotel/house stops but everything went smoothly and we had no complaints!

Transportation

Our driver was so professional and quick to adjust when traffic was terrible. My grandmother was running behind and the shuttle adapted for her- which is so special, because she's my only living grandparent, and otherwise she would have missed my wedding ceremony. Overall it was a great experience.

Krapf's coaches were very easy to work with. They helped choose the right sized vehicle for our wedding needs. The motor coach we ended up with was clean and comfortable. It arrived on time at the start and end of the wedding. They gave us the flexibilty to wait until a few weeks before our wedding to decide on how many vehicles we needed.

Totally worth it. All interactions with the company in arranging the timeline for our day were punctual and professional. Our driver was courteous, timely, and got us to multiple picture locations smoothly and quickly. He helped all of our bridal party on and off of the coach at each stop. He was easy to find and always close by when pictures were being taken. We could not have gotten all of the shot that we wanted, in the time window that we had, without a shuttle like this. It was one of our splurges, but it was obvious almost immediately that it was an absolute "must have" on our wedding day. The shuttle was clean, very air conditioned, and allowed us to bring as many of our own beverages as we wanted (huge plus!). If you are considering getting a shuttle for your wedding day, I would definitely recommend Krapf's.

We booked Krapf's activity bus for our wedding shuttle and everything went great! The AC was a plus - we definitely needed it in June!

We hired a bus to shuttle guests between the hotel and our wedding venue. Our driver, George, was very friendly and on time, and he didn't mind waiting at the end of the night for everyone to get on the bus. Overall a very nice company to work with!

Krapf's Coaches was on time, reliable, and helpful, and provided a school bus at a reasonable price. In short, everything you would hope for in a transportation vendor. Just back from a five day tour trip to Gatlinburn and Pigeon Forge arranged through Stella Tours. I particularly want to express my appreciation for the professional competence shown by our driver Donna. My wife and I take many bus trips and have had a lot of experience with various levels of driver competence. We were thoroughly impressed by her driving skills and obvious safety concerns. After the first two hours we had no farther anxiety over the trip.

Appreciated the new bus but the seats were even closer together and more cramped than any other bus we have been on. It will affect future decisions.

After somehow picking one of the biggest days of 2014 to get married I knew booking things early was a MUST. I booked transportation about 9 months in advance and almost forgot about it until the very last minute!

Maggie took my frantic and forget bride moment in such stride that I honestly couldn't thank her enough on this site. She truly understood that I had no idea what I was doing in this realm and talked me through all options to help make my day even more smooth than I could imagine. I still remember wandering the aisles of Michael's while she talked me off the proverbial bridal edge and figured out exactly what I needed to help ensure my buses were still booked minus my miss on the final payment on time and helped me change my reservation to make it the most economical choice as well as the best options for my capacity!

The drivers were amazing and flexible when I had a group of guests that wanted to leave an hour early they did just that without hesitation! They were even early for both pick ups!

The buses were comfortable and just perfect in every way! If you're thinking about booking transportation for your guests (which I recommend any way!) book with KRAPF's!

After looking at numerous transportation services for our wedding we were shocked at how expensive it was. We were given the name to Krapfs Coaches from a friend but was skeptical once we received such a reasonable quote. Nonetheless we decided to book their services and we are so happy we did. They arrived on time, the driver was friendly and took as many trips as required to get everyone to and from the venue and the hotel. We are so happy we booked through Krapfs and would recommend to anyone!

We ordered a 30 passenger van to shuttle our guests from the hotel to our wedding venue and the driver showed up in a full size bus. All of our guest said the driver was kind and very nice. The bus was on time to pick people up and stayed late to ensure our guests made it back to the hotel.

We needed to get a bus for overflow guests when our hotel filled up. We had gotten a bunch of FB responses that a lot more people needed a hotel so we got one of their mid-size buses. As it turned out; no one went on the shuttle. The driver was early to the hotel to pick them up and drove over to the ceremony location when no one showed. He found my fiancé and let him know he waited a little longer than normal but no one ever showed. He still waited until after the reception to see if there was anyone who needed to take the shuttle back to the other hotel (although there was no one). He was really nice about the whole thing, and although we didn’t technically end up using him it was a good experience; I would recommend Krapfs.

I never realized how expensive wedding transportation would be until I started researching. I was amazed at how expensive it was just to rent a school bus! Unfortunately, my husband and I didn't have a choice and had to provide transportation for our guests. Krapf's Coaches was the most reasonably priced transportation service in the area. They were easy to work with and very responsive. A week before the wedding they contacted me to confirm logistics. The buses arrived promptly to pick up guests from the hotel and drop them off at our wedding venue and they returned later in the night to take guests back to the hotel. Everything went off without a hitch!

I used Krapf Coaches after another company cancelled on us. Krapf was recommended by another charter who was busy. Our group was soooooo fortunate that the other unreputable (well-known) company pulled a fast-one on us. We had used them only 3 months earlier. Well, using Krapf was a blessing in disguise: they were wonderful - driver so professional - very clean bus - we will certainly recommend this company without hesitation. Krapf's was a great choice for our wedding. We rented a 31 person mini bus for transportation from the hotel to the ceremony. Krapf's had numerous bus/van options at very reasonable prices. They were extremely reliable and easy to work with - I never had to worry about if they were running loops to and from, which was great!

Krapf's provided two shuttles for my wedding - one for the bridal party and one for the guests. They arrived early and were incredibly professional. Our wedding all took place within 4 blocks of each location in center city so we had warned them in advance that our guests may not use the service. They barely did due to some luck in the weather, but Krapf's was there the whole way to assist our guests. Despite traffic and construction they move everyone around on time. They made sure to pick us all up as close as possible to where we needed to go and ensure a smooth ride for everyone. I definitely recommend Krapf's for any event.

Krapf's was extremely accommodating from the initial booking and planning to the day of the event. The driver was on time for all pick ups and drop offs and very pleasant and professional. Krapf Coaches provided 3 buses for our wedding day transportation. We needed to shuttle 100-150 guests between Philadelphia and our venue about 30 minutes away. We also needed transportation for the bridal party. Obed, our contact at Krapf, was extremely helpful in assisting us with figuring out our transportation needs. On the day itself, all the buses were on time, the bus drivers were courteous and helpful, and they were flexible about where the buses would park, etc. The cost for this service also beats every other option we had looked at while searching for wedding day transportation. We have received many compliments on the well organized transportation to/from the wedding and have heard that people had a great time on the buses and that the drivers were excellent.

I would like to start off all of my reviews by saying that my wedding was on the day of the freak October Nor'easter that absolutely no one could prepare for...Having said that, krapf's showed up exactly on time for my guests (i hired 2 of their activity buses) and really pulled through! They took everyone to the ceremony/reception location up a dirt road, getting stuck in the snow like absolute champions. Not sure what we would have done without them!

Krapf Coaches provided transportation between two hotels and the wedding venue for our October 2015 wedding, and we were more than pleased with their services. They helped us find the most cost-effective approach to ensure that all guests arrived to the venue in plenty of time, and also accommodated both an early and late pickup from our wedding venue to return guests to the hotels.

A few of our friends missed the bus pick up time at the hotel to travel to the wedding - the hotel called the bus driver and the driver turned around to pick them up! (and everyone still arrived at the venue with plenty of time to spare). At the end of the wedding, getting all the guests onto the buses was a bit like herding cats... even the Father of the Bride kept disappearing haha. The drivers were incredibly patient while we wrangled everyone out of the venue and into the buses.

We were very happy with our choice to provide transportation for our guests so that they could enjoy the reception to the 'fullest', and very glad that we chose Krapf to provide these services!

I think you provided excellent service and meant to email you to say so. There was a hitch with the coach from Philly to West Chester in that one of the baggage compartments did not open but this was dealt with and the driver was so nice and friendly.

Our wedding in Avondale, PA was about 15 minutes from the local hotels. We were initially shocked at how expensive all of the coach companies were in the area (because you have to book them for a minimum of 4-5 hours, which adds up quickly). However, we wanted to make sure all of our guests could have a good time and not have to worry about transportation. Krapf's Coaches turned out to be a great choice - the prices were very reasonable compared to other companies in the area, and they were very easy to schedule with. I did not ride the coach myself, but did note that it was in the right places at the right time, and I did not hear of any complaints so I don't believe there were any problems. Definitely would recommend Krapf's!

We used Krapf's to provide transportation to and from the hotel and wedding venue for our Jan 2nd wedding in Philly. We used two of the 46-passenger charter buses and they were great! The drivers were timely and everything went very smoothly. I was shocked when I started researching wedding transportation to find out how much money it costs to rent vehicles for such a short time period. Krapf's is still comparable with others, but definitely the most affordable one we found.

Great company to work with! Driver was on time, flexible and very helpful. She even helped us load up our decorations into the undercarriage and returned a pair of glasses found on the bus after the event. Very reliable group!

We used the Krapf activity bus to shuttle our guests to and from our wedding. Their rates are very reasonable (and don't go up just because it's a wedding). They were on time and offered to make multiple trips to multiple hotels.

We had a last minute problem with the transportation vendor we originally booked and contacted Krapfs right away. They were able to provide exactly what we needed and at a great price. Even when we needed to switch something up just a few hours before the event because of a change in location for a pick-up the drivers and dispatch were more than willing to accommodate the change. The driver that evening was great, very personable and laid back which is helpful with wedding guests, and very skilled at maneuvering a large bus through the streets of Philly! Will definitely recommend this company!

Krapf's coaches provided amazing value for the price! Absolutely loved the service they provided on the day of the wedding. We had three shuttles going back and forth between the venue and the hotel where our guests stayed, as well as pickups prior to the mass shuttling of guests for the bridal party. They accommodated the complicated schedule and stayed through the end of the wedding to take guests back. My only criticism was that I wish the person I was speaking to prior to the wedding was a bit more responsive. Once I got her on the phone, she was super helpful, but she never followed up on things she was going to send me, and if she did, there was always something missing. Fixed with a phone call each time, but would have taken a few things off my to do list if I didn't have to make the additional phone calls. The value provided in the end made up for that though, so I would still highly recommend them!

Krapf's was great to work with! They were on time, professional, and got us where we needed to be. They even recommended we cut down by one bus and suggested we have the early bus come back as the late bus to save us money, and promptly sent us a refund since we had pre-paid.

I took a few stars off because we didn't end up getting exactly the buses we ordered and the early bus was a bit late, but everything else ran smoothly.

Krapf did an excellent job providing a shuttle service from the hotel to the reception site of our wedding. They were prompt, quick and provided safe transportation during the contracted time. The drivers were courteous, however, I deducted one star for professionalism as one of the drivers approached me as I greeted my guests to ask to be paid. We had designated someone to pay them at the end of the night, which had been agreed upon prior to the event. Not a huge deal and likely a misunderstanding. Overall, the drivers were extremely friendly and good sports about my "spirited" guests on the drive back home. Highly recommended!

We used Krapf's Coaches as a shuttle service from the hotel to the reception and back for our guests (as well as us on the way back to the hotel). The shuttle seemed to take an awful long time to do it's loop and some of our guests got a little restless waiting for it, but the value can't be beat. Many limo and trolley companies were charging twice the price for half the time that Krapf's cost.

Overall it was a pleasant experience; however one piece of feedback is to be sure drivers understand timing. I specifically reviewed with the staff that I had built in a cushion for staging and they were not to show up before 4pm. The hotel folks were being picked up from had four separate wedding parties that same day. The busses for our wedding arrived at 3:15 and pulled up in front of the hotel. I understand being early however this was way too early and completely disregarded the approved time that had just been discussed days earlier and tied up the hotel. I’d recommmend if busses are going to disregard scheduled times and show up that early that an alternate parking place is discussed with the couple until the approved time to stage.

Prior to my wedding date, we had a very good experience with the customer service side and appreciated setting up the appropriate times for pick up and drop off. Unfortunately having to get 2 buses rather than just 1 is twice the $, despite only needing the 2nd bus for a single run at the end of the night. But after calling a few other bus companies this seems to be fairly standard. My wife and I were only going to take the shuttle back, so we were not involved in the first pick ups from the hotel. We were disappointed to find out that the first pick up was very late, at least 20 minutes after we had asked for pick-up. We had been warning guests that traffic in the area is very difficult on a Friday afternoon, and we would have thought Krapf's would have also adjusted accordingly. I did not take deduct more rating however because the story I heard from others was that there was an accident before arrival at the hotel slowing down traffic much more than normal. I don't know the validity of this claim, but never heard from the bus company about delays while enroute. The delay in the 1st pick-up of family led to a 30 minute delay on the 2nd pick-up, thus jeopardizing the start time of our wedding with all guests in attendance. We also were flirting with a storm rolling in nearby, but were fortunate enough that it did not hit our wedding site. The 30 min delay in transportation could have cost us the outdoor wedding we had been looking forward to. Overall, I liked working with the company, I believe they provided service about as well as they could, but I did not hear from anyone about delays the day of, whether they could have been avoided or not.

Overall Kraph's service was fine. Our main point of contact left the company and it was up to us to find a new point. Once we did they were pretty responsive. The service day of was fine although the buses took a VERY long way home from the venue. Overall the price was competitive and they got the job done.

We rented a school bus for our guest transportation for the wedding. It was a cheaper option than the coach buses and fit a decent amount of people. Their school bus rental price was reasonable and they worked with what I needed/wanted.

We hired a Krapf's school bus to take guests from our hotel to venue. After a review of local pricing they had the best offer. They were punctual and helpful. The driver was also very professional and patient.

Everything seemed great when we booked an Activity Bus to take guests from Center City Philadelphia to our venue in the suburbs.They were very responsive and their prices were the best around. While our guests arrived on time, apparently the ride to the venue was quite eventful. Guests told me that the driver hit a few parked cars on his way out of the city and even took off a side mirror or two (he asked one guest to be a witness for him). When they arrived at the entrance to the venue, he had no idea where to go and had to ask one my friends for directions. I was just happy they arrived on time and that no one was hurt. The ride back was apparently not much better. I can only give my review from what my guests told me, but I would not recommend Krapf's from the experience that they had.

Lynda at Krapf's coaches was a pleasure to work with, and helped set up our transportation for our wedding day. The only problem was that the drivers did not get the same schedule that we paid for. We were to have one driver take 2 bus-loads of guests from the hotel and a second driver take 1 bus-load of guests. Turns out the first driver only took one bus load instead of two. This meant that almost 50 of our guests had to find their own transportation to our wedding, and that some of them missed our ceremony all together. At the end of the night, the bus was able to keep doing trips back from the venue which was negotiated prior, so everyone could get home. The worst part is I spoke to the on-call operator on the day of my wedding and confirmed that the first bus was to take 2 trips, luckily no one told me until the next day, after it was all over.

Missed important time of the day of our wedding!! I called Kraph the day before our wedding to make sure that there was a notation that the bus had to leave no later than 4pm. On the day of my wedding I had quests calling and messaging on my phone that the shuttle never showed up. The company never called us to let us know anything. So I had to call them to find out what was going on. She told me the bus was running late at this time it was 20 mins late. So by the time when the bus finally showed up to picked up my quests, loaded and unloaded it was 30 minutes late and my whole wedding got pushed back. This was very upsetting to us because we missed a half hour extra of photography that fell short and my reception was also in hand a half hour shorter. Now a half hour doesn't seem much but on an important day like your wedding is a lot. We were very disapointed that we didn't get as many wedding photos as we would have liked before our reception started.

We used Krapf's Coaches for our wedding on 6-14-14. The first bus was supposed to arrive at 5 PM to pick up our guests from the hotel to bring them to the wedding. The bus did not show up until 545 PM. No one from the company ever called us or our contact person to tell us the bus would be 45 minutes late. We found out when concerned guests started calling to say the bus had never arrived. We also had a second bus coming to another location and that bus was also thirty minutes late. We were very disappointed with the customer service and would not recommend this vendor. It created a very stressful environment right before our wedding started.

Horrible Experience for our Wedding

We hired 2 Krapf school buses for our wedding night. From the beginning, we specified that we wanted the buses to make continuous rounds between our venue and the hotel. Arielle assured us that would not be a problem. She requested that we provide her with exact times for when we wanted each bus at each place, so there was no confusion among the drivers. A schedule was made, approved by Arielle, and it was included in our contract.

My grandparents, who are elderly, wanted to leave early. During our wedding night, we were told that my grandparents had been waiting for a bus to come for an hour. My husband and I left our wedding to help look for the buses (which should have rounded at least once, if not twice in that time frame). I finally saw them parked in the vary back of the parking lot, hidden past all the cars, completely turned off, with no lights on. My husband had to run across the entire parking lot and knock on the window of a bus to alert the drivers (who were both in the same bus, texting on their phones) that we had guests waiting to go back. This was incredibly upsetting not only for us but for my grandparents as well.

After our honeymoon, we decided to reach out to Krapf to explain our situation and request a partial refund of our payment. After Krapf claimed the buses were rounding the rest of the night (just not during that particular time frame), we requested GPS info to prove it. They were unable to provide this. We provided receipts of our conversations with Arielle, plus our signed contract (which had the time of each stop listed exactly as agreed upon), along with confirmation from our venue that nobody instructed the buses to park in the back. Despite the fact that Krapf violated our contract, caused stress on our wedding night, and provided 2 hours out of the 8 hours of service we paid for, the company is offering an insulting refund that amounts to less than 15% of the total we paid.

At this point, it is not about the money (it never was). Krapf clearly does not take their customers seriously and does not value customer service. Contracts do not mean anything to them. I urge you to look elsewhere when considering transportation for your wedding.

My wedding day went very smoothly with all my vendors except for my shuttle bus. My ceremony was supposed to start at 4:30 pm and pick up for my guests at 3:30 but the bus driver didn't show up until almost 4 pm saying he got lost. It caused me a lot of stress as my guests ended up cramming into a small trolley bus (only 4 people got onto the larger bus that I hired from Krapf's). My guests showed up late and the ceremony had to be push back 15 minutes later cutting into the cocktail hour. It would have helped if after my wedding day they were very apologetic and offered some money back but that wasn't the case as I understand unforeseen circumstances do happen. Instead of giving me half my money back, they were not very responsive and had to argue back and forth and finally settled for a small amount back. If you want your wedding day to go smoothly, DO NOT HIRE Krapf's.

My wedding was on a Friday afternoon the bus was suppose to pick the bridal party up and take them to the church. After the wedding then go to the reception. What ended up happening was the worst thing that could happen. The bus would not start in the driveway. So my wedding party was shuttled to the wedding by my neighbors. When I called to complain I got no response. When I e-mailed I got no response. To this day I have not received a call even to apologize for what happened. Not very professional in my eyes. However the bus driver was very sorry for the situation and suggested I call to get some money back. I did and phone call was not returned.

Do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT use this company for any event. I originally looked into using trolleys as a means for transportation both to and from two hotels to our venue, but found them quite costly. That is when my husband and I found Krapf Bus. In our signed contract, Krapf was committed to making TWO trips (from the Radisson Trevose, to Bucks County Crowne Plaza and finally to Cairnwood Estate). The same schedule was set once the wedding night was over. The bus only did ONE pickup at the Radisson Trevose. The driver apparently left the bus parked outside the Radisson and disappeared for about 30 minutes before returning. Guests had begun to form a line as they were unsure if this was the correct bus. The driver was rude and had no idea what wedding he was picking up for. The driver eventually got 25% of our guests to our outdoor ceremony and ever so politely dropped everyone off at the top of the aisle just as I was walking down it. He then proceeded to drive about 50 feet and take 5 minutes to back his bus (with the extremely loud reverse beeping sound) into a spot while my husband and I shouted our vows over the beeping. The Crowne Plaza, that he never bothered to stop at, couldn't have been more thoughtful and drove our guests staying with them to our venue using their own shuttle. The remaining guests filtered in during the last 20 minutes of our cocktail hour that had already been cut short from waiting for the bus to arrive. At the end of the night, the driver REFUSED to do any more than one trip from Cairnwood back to the Radisson Trevose and screamed at several bridesmaids that were trying to resolve the situation. Regardless, my husband and I had to drive ourselves home on our wedding night. Obed will be professional up until you sign a contract, anything further- he has no idea. We were refunded 1/2 the costs after many, many phone calls. Don't let them ruin one of the most important days of your life! Pay the extra $ for a professional

We were on a class trip to New York on a very hot day (in the 90's) The air conditioning on our bus broke in the morning. The company had hours to remedy the situation either by getting the a/c fixed or providing alternate transportation. The company did neither. We were not even notified that this was going to be an issue so we could get our own transportation. The bus ride home was pure torture. Stopped in rush hour traffic in 100 plus degree temperatures. Very unprofessional, irresponsible and arrogant. They put lives in danger and people were actually sick.

Unfortunately, we had no other vehicles available and every other bus company we called was also sold out. We attempted to remedy the situation as best we could by purchasing a fan and cold bottled water and we opened the emergency hatches on the vehicle. In fact, there were 2 buses on this same trip and the other bus did not have any issues. The air conditioning had been fixed and was working perfectly just the day before. There was nothing we could have done to prevent it from breaking down during the trip. Krapf's shuttle was over an hour late picking up all of our out of town guests -some of whom had traveled thousands of miiles to be with us on our wedding day. We delayed our ceremony over 45 mins to wait for the late bus and incurred additional costs from our other vendors doing so and still we were not able to hold off long enough. 50 guests poured into our ceremony during the final blessings having missed us exchange our vows. Krapf's was completely unsympathetic and after working our way up to the CEO 8 weeks after the incident his response was "if we issued a full refund every time a driver was late we would be out of business". Well, in my opinion, perhaps they should if they cannot uphold their end of the contract and arrive ON TIME.
