I don’t even know where to begin with Krafted by design. Chalene is incredibly gifted and a godsend! We started working together on my wedding in January of 2020….then the pandemic hit. I was 8 months out from my wedding when I completely changed the theme of my wedding (I like too many things haha). Chalene didn’t seem to mind whatsoever with the changes and gave me great suggestions and recommendations. Anything I needed, she was on it FAST, and coordinating it with the vendors immediately. We communicated mainly through WhatsApp and it made everything so much easier that way. We were able to make final adjustments and changes very close to the wedding (since covid left everything in limbo up until days before the big day), Chalene didn’t skip a beat on her work, and made sure everything would be perfect. I had panic attacks and extreme anxiety on multiples occasions leading up the the wedding because of covid regulations constantly changing and chalene might as well have been my therapist hahah she eased my nerves and ensured me it will all be okay. She was right. My ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were absolutely GORGEOUS! The vendors she recommended were outstanding and it all came together like I dreamed it would. I was more than satisfied with the outcome; the results spoke for themselves. I cannot speak more highly of Krafted by Design and the amazing work she does. If you’re having a jamaica destination wedding and aren’t sure if you want/need a wedding coordinator, DO IT! And hire Krafted by design!! You will NOT be disappointed. She is professional, responsive, compassionate, and a wonderful person all around. -

From the very beginning, working with Krafted was one of the best decisions we made for our destination wedding. Planning a wedding in Jamaica while living in New York could have felt overwhelming, but Chalene and Angie made the entire process feel seamless, organized, and genuinely enjoyable.
Angie, who served as our wedding coordinator, was so much more than a coordinator. She offered truly compassionate and personalized support to my husband and me throughout the entire planning process. She ensured we felt supported, heard, and confident every step of the way. Angie has a rare gift for building real relationships. At no point did the experience feel transactional. After vendor calls, she would always check in with us, not just about pricing or logistics, but to make sure we were happy with the overall vibe, energy, and direction of our wedding.
The level of communication was exceptional. Despite the distance, Chalene and Angie did not miss a beat. We stayed in close contact via WhatsApp and were speaking nearly daily in the three months leading up to the wedding, which gave us so much peace of mind. They were attentive, responsive, and always readily available, even hopping on calls whenever needed to walk through details or answer questions.
They also worked closely with our budget, tapping into their extensive Rolodex of trusted vendors to bring our vision to life while remaining flexible and solution oriented. Whenever adjustments were needed, they found thoughtful ways to make things work without compromising the look, feel, or quality of our wedding.
Thanks to their dedication, care, and professionalism, we were able to fully enjoy our wedding day knowing everything was handled with intention and excellence. If you’re planning a destination wedding and want a team that truly cares about you, not just the event, Krafted, Chalene, and Angie are absolutely unmatched. -

We chose Krafted By Design to plan and design our wedding. From our first virtual meeting, we knew we chose the right team with Chalene and Angie. They made us feel so comfortable and at ease. I have been planning our wedding (in my head) for months so it was nice to have someone to share all my ideas with. Chalene and Angie went above and beyond to communicate with and secure our vendors. Because this would be a destination wedding for us, I needed a planning team that was big on communication and that is what we got. I did my research and knew some of the vendors I wanted but I appreciated their feedback and experience they offered with each of the vendors. Chalene and Angie also had amazing recommendations for the vendors that I did not have. We created a WhatsApp group so that I could message back and forth. Chalene and Angie were also very responsive via email. We had very few phone conference calls at the early stages but it ramped up by a lot closer to the wedding date so do not worry because they were definitely working behind the scenes.
In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Chalene and Angie scheduled the vendor meetings to discuss logistics. They were on every vendor call with us and chimed in whenever we had questions to make sure each vendor understood our vision and could carry them out. Chalene and Angie also worked within our budget. I was able to cut a lot out from the original design plan and it was still so beautiful. I can’t wait to see the official pictures but our guests are still raving on how beautiful the florals, candles and chandeliers looked. It rained the night before and the morning of our wedding and Chalene and Angie switched gears and we implemented our Plan B. I was amazed at how well they worked together and coordinated with the various vendors arriving at different times throughout the day. I created a packing list for the décor I brought down with me in the multiple suitcases but we accidentally unpacked everything in advance so things got a little mixed up so my advice would be to stay organized and let Krafted handle that.
The day of our wedding, everything went smoothly. And if something went wrong, I honestly had no idea. Our glam team showed up bright and early and Krafted got to work. They checked in with me a handful of times but mostly left me alone. I had no idea what was going on outside but the ceremony, reception and cocktail hour spaces were so enchanting. This allowed me to be present in the moment with my family and enjoy being a stress free Bride. I could not believe that Chalene and Angie brought every single detail to life! By the end our wedding, we felt like family. If I could do this again, I would absolutely choose Krafted by Design! -

Epic Team for an Epic Wedding Event!!!
What can I say Chalene and Angie were awesome!!! From the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, the florals and decor were on point. I went with a tropical theme and they more than delivered. I wasn’t really involved with the florals as I was like do your thing lol, but when I saw my bouquet 💐, I was so happy and couldn’t wait to see the whole set up.
When I tell you the Details, Details were on point and the way how they incorporated my subtle style was AWESOME. The guests were all blown away by the elegant style and how everything came together lovely. We were happy and I would definitely recommend them to future brides! You won’t regret it! -

In a sea of chaos - Chalene is a bright light ready to herd cats to execute your vision! Nothing is perfect in life, but Chalene took every bump in the road personally and worked her hardest to fix them with speed and ease to the point that the bumps were hardly noticed and the mood and vibe could continue to be 100%! In the months leading up, she organized and managed the process with ease, and on the ground she was triaging left and right to make sure we had the party of the year! People could not stop singing her praises at the event, which looked so gorgeous and unique. She executed my vision just as I had expressed by making sure she had all the information needed ahead of time! She is discerning with vendors and advice too, and will not lead you astray. Plus, she does it all with a smile and grace. Her attitude and calm head while still being committed to making your day perfect makes her the perfect choice for your right hand woman for your special day. -

Beyond Amazing!
Our wedding day was one of the best days we experienced, and it was due in large part to Krafted Design. From the moment we first contacted the Krafted team, they were nothing short of amazing. Whether it was revising our décor to meet our budget needs, suggesting additional vendors, or just picking up the phone to check in with us, we cannot express our gratitude enough. We had been counting down the days until we could experience their work and talent, and the countdown was worth every second. Chalene and The Krafted Team was the best decision I could have ever made for our Wedding. As newly weds we pledge to use Krafted for every anniversary year on year.
The time, effort and commitment showed to us leading up to our big day was nothing short of exceptional service. Krafted team turned a blank space into a A class event. Chalene listened to our needs and catered to our wants and desires. She gave wellrounded feedback and suggestions especially in keeping our budget down and in place.

Krafted by Design was professional and phenomenal from day one. We had minimal experience in planning a wedding, and the team guided us throughout the entire experience. From decor and vendor selections to site visits and style guides, they knew it all. They were always timely and patient with us.
After a year of planning, our wedding turned out excellent! Our family and friends said it was one of the best they've been to.
If we could go back in time, the only thing we would change is contacting them earlier in the process.

We were devastated that we had to postpone our initial wedding date due to a hurricane in Florida that affected our travel to Jamaica. But the Krafted team took care of everything, from contacting and rearranging vendors to making sure that our wedding day was absolutely perfect. Chalene and her team are amazing!
From start to finish, communication runs smoothly, when you inform her about te concept you are going for she is on the same page with you. Chalene is so creative so I didn’t want to decide on everything. Give her creative freedom and I promise you, you will get your dream wedding!
On my wedding day, she has everything under control, extra guests arrived what wasn’t planned and she arranged the table seating. She is such a pro!

Would highly recommend Beautiful breath taking work
Chalene was amazing to work with!! Out of all the vendors we got quotes from she was the only one that set up a phone conversation to really see our vision. Then when she wrote up the quote you could tell she paid attention to the detail in all the inspiration photos I sent her and listened to everything that we envisioned. She was so easy to work with, great with communication, and accommodating when I would make constant changes because I couldn’t make up my mind. I couldn’t wait till our wedding day to see her create our vision. I couldn’t be happier and more amazed with everything she did. She was so sweet and friendly when we finally met her. Her work was breathtaking and had so many compliments from our guests and everyone who saw our photos saying how beautiful and amazing the set up was. She pays attention to detail even with the flower girl baskets that she brought for us. Our bouquets were beyond beautiful for my bridal bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets. The floral arch was absolutely beautiful and the set up for the reception was just stunning. The resort only provided white sheer fabric for arch and she brought an ivory fabric to use to match everything. The ceremony set up on the beach was absolutely beautiful, although we were not able to use it because of rain and had to do the Ceremony under the tent, I was still so happy to have a picture to capture the vision of the beach ceremony set up. For a cocktail hour she set up a loveseat with a one love sign and flowers in a pineapple that were perfect!! For cocktail hour we had a champagne wall for the seating chart which was so fun and amazing. She made the flowers for our cake which were perfect and her cake fairy made the cake. We couldn’t be happier and more amazed with her work. We are so glad we chose to work with her and would highly recommend her!!! -

I couldn’t of asked for a more professional and beautiful flower vendor as Krafted by design. They very responsive and made last minute day before changes as I changed my location (on the beach) and went from flowers for an archway to just flowers to sit on the ground Instead. They accommodated very well. Drop off was precise and on time. Price was very reasonable and worth every penny for what was received. The flowers exceeded our expectation and I was in awe. I had so many compliments from staff and passer by guests on the resort as it was just my husband and I for the wedding. The flowers literally made our wedding so beautiful and perfect. I can’t thank them enough from the bottom of our hearts. I highly recommend them! -

Let me start off by saying that we HIGHLY recommend Krafted by Design to any couple looking for a competent wedding designer. In the beginning of our journey I was so indecisive about what direction I wanted to take our decor in, and it was hard for me to explain what I wanted so from time to time I would send a bunch of pictures to Chalene, and she basically took the vision I had in my mind and brought it to life.. it was a lot of back and forth, a lot of me changing my mind and changing it again.. and throughout the entire process Chalene was amazing to work with. She was patient, and gave incredible recommendations that fit the look we were going for. She made the entire process very smooth. Her communication was great! She was very organized and her professionalism was top tier. Destination weddings can be a bit scary.. because in a way, you’re taking a chance when you decide to do things overseas.. but Chalene and her team were amazing.. they were punctual, and delivered our dream wedding to us on a platter. We can confidently recommend Krafted by Design to any couple that needs the job done, and done right. I have zero regrets. Chalene made me a happy bride. Hubby was also overjoyed and satisfied with the end result. -

The Magic behind the Day
When I got engaged I knew finding the right planner and designer was going to be as important as finding the right dress. I felt an immediate connection when I met with Chalene. It was clear that this was not a job for her but a passion, something she loves. I felt listened to and a willingness to accommodate my ideas versus forcing her own vision as so many other designers do. When she made a suggestion it was always to compliment never to take away from the vision. Because of the Covid restrictions at the time my husband and I changed our wedding date a couple of times and were always met with patience, understanding and flexibility. Not sure how she does it but she treats each wedding as if it was her own and you see that in the excellence with which she executes and the attention to every detail. Our wedding fairy understood the assignment and exceeded our expectations. Chalene we will forever be grateful! Thank you -

Chalene and the Krafted team are simply AMAZING!!!!! I call her a wedding genie. She will make your wedding vision a reality!! Chalene is patient, professional, and organized. She understands the stress and complexities of planning a wedding abroad, and her knowledge of wedding planning and her ability to execute your vision, will alleviate your stress. I am a “little” indecisive (haha) and Chalene was beyond patient with me. She is reliable, exceptionally kind and when/if I started to stress, she would simply say “Breathe, take a deep breath” and took the reigns and resolved any issue. When planning a wedding abroad, it's so helpful to have someone on the island that knows the vendors, and can recommend the best of the best. She knows Jamaica well. The vendors she recommended were all top notch. My photographer, dj, and my Jamaican Black cake; all amazing!!!!!!!!!! My family and friends were all impressed and cannot stop raving about our wedding. The decor, cake, venue, food and photographer were the best of the best and my wedding was flawless. Honestly, the only small glitch was not listening to Chalene when she suggested getting a tent. God blessed my ceremony with a light shower right before the ceremony was scheduled to begin. Small delay, but Chalene and Krafted managed to still have my wedding seamless. Moral: Listen to whatever Chalene, the wedding fairy suggests, she knows!!!!!!!!! Hire her. You will not be disappointed!!!!!!!

Amazing simply a dream come true
Chalene and her company Krafted are excellent!!!!! They made our dream wedding a reality. My beautiful bride and the magic Chalene and Krafted created for us, had me in tears. Chalene is professional, reliable and beyond patient. At first, I was not a believer, then I saw the complete work of my bride’s vision. Planning a wedding is stressful in itself but in these times and out of the country this bride's nerves were a mess but the Krafted by Design Team stayed calm and assuring throughout the entire process. At first we thought we did not need a planner but coming up to the date we were stressed and overwhelmed by everything that was still not done. Chalene and the Krafted by Design team was exactly what we needed to make our wedding day *perfect*. She was very responsive and accommodating to my questions/wants prior to the wedding day. I'm kind of picky and changed my mind several times and she never said a word about it just kept going with exactly what I asked for.
The wedding day itself was absolutely flawless and I credit that to Chalene and her team. She made sure everyone knew where to be and when, and just basically made sure everything was perfect. Everyone always says "something will go wrong and that's ok" - not with Chalene! I can't imagine what our wedding day would have turned out without her. I'm honestly so happy we chose Krafted by Design for the wedding decor and coordination because they took my dream wedding vision and made it a reality. Excellent Service is paramount to the success of any business. I can now testify to the tremendous Service that Krafted by Design offers and presented throughout the planning and execution of my big day. Chalene and her team are amazing, very easy to work with, flexible and went above and beyond to ensure that our big day went according to plan. Chalene made suggestions, provided ideas, assisted with vendor options and on the day made my husband and I feel relaxed and confident knowing that everything would be ok.....and indeed it was. Trust and believe that no matter how long it takes to get through the planning process Chalene will be there with you 100%. Absolutely phenomenal
From the moment I contacted Chalene and her team to the end of my wedding Chalene and the Krafted team were simply AMAZING, DYNAMIC and IMPRESSIVE! They call themselves the "wedding fairies" and indeed that is what they are and more!
I would say I was a picky bride and very indecisive at times. Chalene was patient and was able to give advice on what arrangement would look better with the space, with the theme and within my budget etc. This wedding fairy knows what looks good, from what doesn't!
I still smile when I remember walking up the aisle and seeing the beautiful floral arrangement behind my husband. Trust me it makes a difference when your venue is decorated with fresh and beautiful flowers and greenery. My head table was FABULOUS, fresh roses, floating candles, head table table cloth was beautiful, my guests tables where beautiful, mine and the bridal party bouquets were gorgeous, the boutonnieres, corsages! Everything was exceptional!! Every penny spent, was worth it and I have zero regrets.
Being an expert as she is Chalene has worked with all my other wedding vendors before which made the synergy between them dazzling and magical! Your vendors are only as good as you are and it is really a good thing if they worked together before as it makes thing go smoothly.
Chalene you are heaven sent. Mario and I appreciate you for all you have done! Things that might have not been said and things that were said. We thank you!

My wedding was a dream
Have a destination wedding is extremely stressful and deciding on a decorator is one of the hardest parts. I actually found Krafted by Design on wedding wire. Chalene was extremely professional, she answered all of my emails in a timely manner. Even on my wedding day she came equipped with extra flowers and tulle. Unexpectedly I added my niece to our wedding festivities and Chalene whipped up a beautiful basket for her. The decor at my wedding was more than I asked for and did not break the bank. If you plan to get married in Jamaica you defined need to contact the Krafted team. -

Our wedding was beyond what we imagined. If something went wrong we were not aware... that's how good the Krafted team was. When I entered the ceremony area and saw how white, clean, carefully designed and placed everything was I was in shock. We have gotten so many calls and messages about how perfect the wedding was. The decor on the tables was just breathtaking. We had a reception in a wonderland that was carefully "krafted". Chalene and I went over the decor so many times and she blew my mind with the execution. Her eye for detail is remarkable. I felt the love that was put into the setup and execution. I felt no pressure on the day of the wedding. She told me not to come to the set up area and I trusted her so much that I walked away peacefully. We got the wedding if our dreams. Chalene and the Krafted by Design Team were an absolute pleasure to work with. From the initial consultation, to my last minute requests, she executed everything perfectly and with ease. My request was for large floral arrangements for the ceremony, elegant decor, and flowers with a simple color palette. She provided us with an upfront quote and was very flexible throughout the planning process. I could not have been more happy with how beautiful all of our ceremony and reception decor, backdrop, table scapes, floral arrangements, bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages were. Set up was executed with ultimate timeliness and professionalism. I couldn't believe our vision was on full display and ten times better than I had imagined it. They went above and beyond my expectation. It took my breath away when I entered the room. I would absolutely recommend her and the Krafted team to anyone looking for stunning floral arrangements and elegant wedding decor.

Working with Krafted on my wedding decor was simply amazing and a great experience for me! I was working within a budget and Chalene was always readily available to provide suggestions and ideas so that my vision would be executed within budget! Chalene is a creative genius! I wanted the freedom to express the vision I had for my wedding decor and Chalene gave me just that! She was always very open and realistic and since I am not a creative being, Chalene provided the guidance I needed in order to make that vision come to life. She always made time for us (email, texts, phone calls) to go through the decor proposals, answer any out-of-the-box questions, or just to bounce ideas off her. If there were any changes that I needed (which were numerous) Chalene was always very patient, understanding and professional in walking me through what was required and what would be practical or not. On my wedding day, the decor looked flawless! I was so in awe with the elegance displayed! I loved every bit of it!! My wedding guests had high praises of how beautiful the ceremony, cocktail space and reception area were! The place looked so amazing and all my expectations were exceeded! I am a very delighted client of Krafted Designs and I would highly recommend using their services! You will not have any regrets!

Planning a destination wedding is quite an undertaking; Especially when you can't physically be around to monitor everything and have no choice but to rely on cyber means. I must say, that Krafted By Design made me feel so much at ease. I worked with Chalene to put together my dream day, and she truly made my dream come true. We had a brief phone conversation and I simply gave her a description of what I wanted and she immediately was able to start painting the picture of what she could do to bring my vision to reality. Further correspondence through email was a breeze. On my big day, when I FINALLY got to see everything put together, I smiled, because it was EXACTLY what I wanted. And I must note, the wedding signs I asked her to create simply by sending her inspirational pictures, she created the most amazing pieces. My guests gave so many compliments. Thank you again for everything team Krafted. The quality of your service is one to be noted and admired. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone doing a wedding in Jamaica. -

Shebrea Sent on 02/25/2018My husband and I decided to have a destination wedding in Jamaica at Iberostar. Given that I live 4877 km away, I was very stressed and frustrated with the lack of communication from the decor company that the hotel recommended.
I’m so glad I decided to ditch that company and pay the extra vendor fee to bring The Kraft Team to my team. Chalene was amazing, she was quick to respond and thorough from start to finish.
Most importantly she was able to bring my vision to life. We had several phone conversations and although I felt I was being a “bridezilla” she was patience and understand during each call. Even when we changed our minds and our budget several times.
The Kraft Team’s creativity and expertise allowed me to feel comfortable and stress free from the first conversation until the big day. I remember meeting Chalene ( the morning of the wedding) and being so grateful for her and her team. I could really focus on the meaning of the marriage and the union I was about to enter.
My wedding was a dream come true, The Kraft Team exceeded all expectations that my husband and I had from start to finish.
My husband has been saying that he wants to do a 5 year basement, we will definitely be using The Kraft Team again.

Wedding August 14, 2022
We got married at The Palms Rose hall on August 14, 2022. Chalene has been phenomenal in the whole execution of our wedding. We booked her full planning services and customized decor package. She is exceptional at what she does, warm and friendly. My husband was blown away with the entire day's proceeding and we have one work to describe it, PERFECT. Many thanks to Chalene and her entire team and support system. They go above and beyond what is asked and we could not be more satisfied. -
