I purchased almost all of my decorations here! They were quick to deliver. Requested wedding date with orders to assure I had what I needed on time. If an order was behind, they emailed and called me to discuss it giving me a chance to chose something else if needed. I received everything I ordered in plenty of time. -

I loved that I was able to buy multiple items for my wedding in one place. I also loved that the prices were not over the top expensive and that I was able to buy in bulk. The shipping was also on time and the product quality was outstanding. -

I loved the glass vases and favor boxes I got from you -- and I especially have to thank May. She went out of her way to explore all the different shades of blue you have in favor boxes, just to make sure the boxes would perfectly match my event. Now that's what I call service! Amazing! Package arrived on time, and I appreciated getting the Fed Ex tracking number immediately - was able to track the progress. Will definitely order from you again! (Thanks again May!!) -

The staff at Koyal are friendly and helpful. They make every effort to expedite an order if called and asked to do so. Being able to speak with a live person who cares about your business makes Koyal stand out from other suppliers. An improvement I would like to see from Koyal however, would be the ability to pay on line with a credit card rather than having to call or fax it. Alternatively, Koyal should notify their clients that orders are still pending payment, as we assume that they have received faxed payment and that the order is processing, unless told otherwise. This can result in not receiving product on time for an event. -

One item (LED light strand) we received from Koyal Wholesale was defective. Upon notifying them of the problem, they immediately remedied the situation by sending out a replacement at no charge that very same day. We received the replacement in record time and are currently using it as originally planned. We definitely recommend Koyal Wholesale as a source for your decorating needs. -

We loved our glass globes although they did seem smaller in the pictures - also wording was confusing, we thought we were getting more than 6 in a package. We ordered two sets - both came quickly and in good shape. Would order again. -

Purchased some vases from this company. Wasnt to happy about their "Sorry bout your luck" policy if they arrive broken. They were not damages and actually were packaged well. Trumpet Vases are beautiful. The photos on the Web site are horiable color references for the rose petals. Will buy from again. -

I ordered my favors from here and they were great once we got them put together but there were no instructions on how to put them together and we struggled at first to figure them out. Also, I ordered a personalized item from them and it took over a month for me to get it. Overall, I was pleased, but just a few set backs. -

We did not order flowers through Koyal, but had to select something from the list.
We did; however, order most of our reception decor from Koyal including table runners, ribbons, plate chargers, bride/groom signs, and hanging votive holders. The prices were VERY affordable compared to other vendors and it was easy to buy in bulk. Items we wanted were alwasy in stock and always delivered within a few days or ordering. I will definitely buy from them again when planning big events in the future. -

I ordered large cylinder vases in bulk from this vendor (20", 16", 12") and received the shipment within 10 days. Even better, not a single vase was broken! The quality was also great for the price -- they were consistently the same size without too much distortion/bubbles in the glass. They do have a bit of a plastic feel to them, but they are a nice weight and you can't tell when looking at them.
My biggest complaint is that our first order went so smoothly and we loved the look so much that we decided to double the amount of vases in our decor, but they were out of stock in the sizes I had previously ordered. When I called customer service the girl I spoke with was very friendly, but could not give me an estimated date for when the item would be back in stock. They have been out of stock for over a month. Therefore I ended up having to order from a different vendor (separate review -- several were broken upon shipment and the vase quality was inconsistent). -

Had a setback with the shipping. I paid for express shipping and didn't receive my packages during the timeframe. Emailed back and forth and was told to read the fine print that it could actually be a a few days longer than what it originally said. So I ended up paying double for shipping that didn't come as intended. Other than that the product was excellent. -

This website has a LOT of options for wedding decor. The prices are affordable and shipping is quick! I order some deco poms, and they turned out fabulous! However, this was after we watched youtube to figure out how to make them. It would have been nice if they included instructions on how to make them. -

Up until receiving my order from Koyal, the customer service was great. They have a chat function on the website that is very responsive, and initial emails to customer service were promptly responded to.
The problem came when I received the charger plates I ordered. Not only were they a completely different colour, but the item code, name, and description did not match what was on my order receipt, or the website. When I expressed my concerns via email, they were adament that they did not make a mistake. They insisted that they sent what I ordered and that they were in the process of changing the item decription and code on the website. and that's why they didnt match. I also understand that computer screens can alter the colours. But I ordered a Wine Red product, and got Gorgeous Purple. They are completely different colours! I am convinced that I was sent the wrong product but due to shipping time etc I had passed the return period and they offered no support for screwing me out of $200 on plates, and stopped responding to my emails.
I strongly recommend not ordering anything of colour from Koyal Wholesale, because you will not get what you ordered and will not be able to return them. The colours are completely different from what you think you are ordering. -

I ordered fabric 2 weeks before my wedding. I thought this would be plenty of time, I was wrong. Although their website says processing takes 2-3 business days (4-5 during peak season, which mine was NOT), they took 6 business days to "process" my order. I received my items (some of them), 2 days before my event. This was frankly very annoying since I had no choice but to make my decorations at the very last minute. This was very inconvenient as I had A LOT of other things to to worry about 2 days before my wedding. Most of all I was annoyed that 2 of my items never showed up. The packing receipt that came with everything else said that those two items were "shipped separately", which I never received tracking or notification of shipment and have yet to arrive days after my wedding. Luckily these two items were not essential to the decorations, and I managed without them. After contacting customer service they were very helpful and agreed to refund me for the items that did not arrive. The things that I DID get were of great quality, and very affordable. I would not recommend ordering from them unless you have plenty of time to work with them in case anything goes wrong. Otherwise, great deal on nice products! -

Awful service and product!
Ordered seating chart cards. Said ready for print on the description. Not ready to print at all. THEN went to return and had to pay 10$ for shipping back! Are you kidding me?! For selling me a product that was not as described?! -

I placed my first order ever nearly two weeks ago for an event coming up this Saturday. I ordered in plenty of time for the cupcake tier to reach us before the event. The tier came a few days early which was nice however it was damaged. So I immediately call and all I get was voice mail (this is on a Friday). I leave my message and Monday comes and no one has bothered to call me so I call them AGAIN. I speak with Elsa who informs me I need to jump through some hoops and take pictures and she understands that my event is later that week. So I stop everything and take the pics and send them to her all within the hour. Rest of the day and the next day goes by and NOTHING. I email and call requesting a follow up and I get an email late at night saying my replacements have been "shipped" and I should receive them before the event. So happy! That is until I get the email the next day from Jackie who tells me nope they won't get to me in time and actually have not shipped at all. She casually wants to know would I still like my replacement parts or a refund. No courtesy by way of a sincere apology owning their error in their serious time delay, no over night shipping for me to make my event, no care or concern at all for the customer and how grossly they have inconvenienced me. I still keep calling to get some answers and to speak to a supervisor but no one ever picks up the phone. I have left my 6th message today. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. -

Daughter placed an order with them on May 1st. Never heard from them. Checked the status of her order after 2 weeks and their website still said "processing". I called today to ask about the order. The person said "give me a minute to get the tracking numbers for you". I hung up after 12 minutes on hold. When I called back, no answer and the voice mail system was full. Called back again several minutes later and was put on hold again and then the person came back on the line and told me they could start processing the order this afternoon. What about the other 15 days you've had the order?
