Buying all of our rings from Koser was a wonderful experience! All of the staff were genuinely kind, and sought to help us every time we stepped into the building. Our consultant, Suzanne, went above and beyond to help us find what we wanted. She was patient with our questions, laughed with us as we tried on many styles, listened intently, and helped us find the perfect rings to match what fit us best, both in personality and price. The quality of the work Koser Jewelers provides, and the attention to detail is unmatched! They immediately joined in with our excitement, and took the time to polish up our rings as soon as we walked in the door after receiving them. You will not be disappointed when you stop by Koser Jewelers!

Absolutely fantastic!

Working with the staff at Koser's was so easy, fun, and a great experience! My husband and I love going into their store! They are so friendly, professional, and go the extra mile to get you exactly what you want and need! We found the perfect ring for my husband in their estate case (which is amazing!). We got my wedding ring custom made to match my engagement ring (which was also bought at Koser's). We cannot recommend Koser's enough! They are absolutely fantastic!

Great personalized attention

Staff are joyful and easily excited with you about your new adventure. They were incredibly helpful when it came to picking out rings and trying everything on. They helped match our rings and size them perfectly.

Not only did I love my engagement ring.. but the service and quality we got at Koser getting our bands was also just as excellent! The staff is friendly and informative. They helped us find beautiful items in our budget too!

I grew up in mount joy and Kosers was always my place to shop and they always remind me of why I go back now that I live 35 minutes away. They are very attentative and have enough staff to make sure everyone is greeted or atleast recognized. The first and foremost is making sure the customer is happy and they are satisfied when they leave. They helped my fiancé custom design the most perfect ring for me that I am in love with. Koser fan for life!

I shopped around at almost every jewelry in my area and Koser had the wedding band I was looking for! They had a great selection to choose from and the employees were so nice and helpful! It was a wonderful experience and I didn't feel pressured!

Koser took my husband's grandmothers ring, melted down the gold, and put her diamond into a setting he knew that I would want! They did an amazing job and made a band to match! I have never actually been to the store, but have heard amazing things from word of mouth of their other customers and was so glad he chose to go to them to get my rings!

Amazing service at great prices. My diamond fell out of my ring 6 days before the wedding and they replaced and fixed my ring for FREE in 2 days! They reassured me that everything would be okay. They are so professional and we do not buy jewelry from anywhere else!

Can't say enough great things about Koser's! My fiance traveled 6 hours from where we live in Northern NY to purchase my engagement ring from Koser's. We worked with Josh as well as Betsy and Randy. Koser's is a class act operation and we will be doing ALL of our jewelry buying there in the future years to come!! They treat you as family and do everything in their power to get you exactly what you want. :)

My fiance and I custom designed my ring together at Koser's and we could not be happier with the experience! From the moment we walked in the store they made us feel special and welcome. They worked with us to design the exact ring I wanted, and they went out of their way to ensure that we were able to stay within our budget. After we ordered the ring they got it to us very quickly and it is perfect! I highly recommend going to Koser's.

We bought the engagement ring and also both of our wedding bands at Koser's. They were wonderfully patient and very helpful in choosing our rings. We love the "pray for rain" option and the warranty is great. We will buy all our jewelry from Koser's.

I had originally gotten my engagement ring from Reams but wasn't all thrilled about their service. I worked with Josh F. at Koser and he was AMAZING!!! He was honest, patient and always steered me to something that would work if my idea didn't. They have great prices and their jewelry is great quality. They don't mind getting special things ordered for you and they really go the extra mile. I would recommend ANYBODY to work with Josh (sales manager) as he is truly the BEST. We ended up getting BOTH our wedding bands, my mothers wedding gift, and i got my now husband's wedding gift there.

My husband got my engagement ring from Koser's. We had some issues with my e-ring initially, however they replaced my ring with a brand new one and we've had NO issues since. Koser's is top notch. They treat us like family and we will do business with them for a long long time. I felt that their service was just as good if not better than a Ream's jewler (high end), without the really expensive prices. They are now offering some more reasonable rings (under 2k) but still offer your more high end looks as well! My husband has bought several other pieces of jewelry from there for other events (xmas, valentines day) and I LOVE every piece. They are unique and of great quality!

Koser was absolutely wonderful to work with in selecting the engagement ring and wedding bands for our wedding. The staff are professional and friendly, and they have a great selection. My husband got a very unique, custom made wooden/metal wedding band, that they ordered for him. Highly recommend!

I was fortunate enough to have a family heirloom center stone passed down to me, which we had Koser create into a custom setting for us. We spent weeks going to different jewelers before finally settling with Koser. Very friendly, attentive staff who listened to all the design aspects we wanted. The ring they created for us is truly a show-stopper, and through every step of the process they helped us make sure everything was perfect. I get complimented on my ring CONSTANTLY! They can be a little delayed in responding to emails, but otherwise great place to work with. We will absolutely be returning to them to get our wedding bands!

We have used Koser's now for about three years. My husband got my engagement ring there, along with both our bands. They have a great selection, many new items come in throughout the year from many shows from across the country, and always great costumer service.

My engagement ring was purchased through Koser Jewelers and we were very pleased with the whole experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. They were not pushy with sales and really wanted to help find the perfect ring, not just the most expensive one so they could make a commission. We will be going back for our future jewelry needs.

Painstaking Process

Wanted identical engagement/wedding bands from the beginning. They helped us design our own and promised matching bands. Took three tries and three different jewelry consultants to finally get it right, and in the right size. It wasn't until the 3rd consultant that someone finally listened to what we were saying was wrong and fixed everything. It was ridiculous and shouldn't have been that hard. Can't say we'll use them again after all that!

Owner is highly passive-aggressive, biased

If you do shop here, expect to be possibly discriminated against by a highly passive-aggressive personality who will find ridiculous excuses to turn you away if he happens not to like the content of your project. Allow me to elaborate. I requested to get an estimate for a signet-ring. It is a very straight-forward design: all gold, cast without any stones on it, with some simple carvings on the face. The only thing really out of the ordinary about this design is that it features theological religious symbolism depicting the sacred bonds of marriage, featuring a Marian "M" (for the Virgin Mother of Jesus) and a traditional Cross signifying the Divine Power of Christ. Here are the series of excuses Randy provided to me explaining his desire not to create the ring: (1) "We cannot make the ring because we cannot have it done by Christmas" [note, I never stated up to that point that I have a Christmas deadline, much less any deadline]. (2) "We cannot make the ring because I have the feeling that you want it to be done exactly as you describe the ring to be." [Since when did this become a good reason why any reputable craftsman turns away a customer? I never indicated to Randy that I am unwilling to concede slight modifications to the design]. (3) "We cannot make the ring because it would cost several thousands of dollars to do so." [Note, I never revealed to him what my budget is]. (4) "We cannot make the ring because it needs a special dye method of casting." Funny thing about this: I traveled to "Au Jewelers" in Hershey as well as "The Jeweler's Bench" in Hershey, and the owners there did not claim that the ring needs any particularly difficult method of casting. Moreover, they communicated to me that it is indeed conceivable to create the exact same design for less than 1,000$! Here is one last caveat about my encounter with Randy: I explained to him that I am very ignorant of the jewelry industry, so I do not wish to suggest a price range right up-front while being completely unaware of what a proportionate charge is within the industry. Randy then proceeded to say: "I am personally offended by this," and "even if we were to do business, you would have to make a correction to your attitude first." Note, I had remained cordial throughout the entire conversation up to this point. Even so, at the very end, I told him: "Hey, may God bless you, sir." Randy responded with: "Bless you," with an obviously concerted effort to omit the word "God" from the colloquial expression. You can read between the lines and guess for yourselves the real reason why the owner of Koser Jewelers does not wish to create the ring. *P.S. I heartily recommend with 5 stars "Au Jewlers" and "The Jeweler's Bench" in Hershey!
