Let me start off with saying that everything was amazing! the staff was great and Robert who helped us planned was amazing. We got so many compliments about the food, friends and family telling us it was the best wedding food they've had.
We got married March 14th, 2020 right before the state shut down due to Covid. Robert and the team were they and so supportive for us! it was an uncertain and stressful time but they stuck with us and made everything wonderful! -

I couldn't have been more pleased with Emily and the Kosch Catering Crew. I had a choice to use 8 different vendors and after having conversations with them all Emily was the one I was most comfortable with. She helped us create a beautiful menu and we couldn't have been more pleased. We also had a horrible time with our venue. There was massive construction making it difficult for the crew to access the banquet room AND we had to change the start time of our reception to an hour later than scheduled. Emily and her crew overcame all of these obstacles and were able to provide our guests with an amazing brunch. We couldn't be more grateful for all of their hard work on our special day. We had a great experience working with the team! Kosch Catering handled all of the details with our venue and they were fantastic to work with! Lana was always very responsive from the day we asked about information and available dates, all the way up to the week of the wedding. Our on-site banquet manager, Robert, was absolutely the best! He went out of our way to make sure everything was coordinated and set up perfectly, and he also helped my singer and family with some last minute issues with our sound and speaker for the ceremony. I cannot say enough about how great Robert and the rest of the staff were, the day before and the day of the wedding! -

I was blown away with Kosch catering! Their food was AMAZING and the staff was incredible! Guests raves about their staff & bartenders all night! Everyone LOVED their food and the spring roll appetizers were a HIT! Thank you so much for making our day so amazing! -

Kandra Sent on 03/10/2014We had our wedding at the Environmental Discovery Center at Indian Springs Metropark - they require that you use Kosch catering if you are having an event there, and now I understand why! Everything was PERFECT on our wedding day. Thank you Lana and Cass for putting up with my constant flow of emails for the past year! They responded within 10 minutes usually and answered all of my questions - you both deserve an award! We had the Silver package which was very well priced! The food was DELICIOUS!! Guests were going up for seconds! I dont regret using Kosch for a second. They were even able to make a meal gluten free for my cousin who has an extreme allergy. The cake was gorgeous and delicious - Thank you so much Cass!! You are an artist. - The Sobels -

We had our wedding at Indian Springs Metropark and were required to use Kosch Catering. Lana was very thorough to work with through email. She always answered all of our questions very quickly. The food selection was expansive. Our guests really enjoyed our food! We had the strolling dinner package. Michelle was our day of coordinator and she was AMAZING. I loved working with Michelle. She was very kind and thorough. -

Theresa Sent on 05/10/2014When I first started working with Kosch I was a little unsure. Since my reception was going to be at a metro park I had no choice but to use them. In the beginning I wasn't too happy with how quiet they were. It would have been nice if I could have met with someone to discuss options, and it would have been nice if someone told us that there was only one day to taste test the food, and what day that would be, but the week before the wedding, and the day of were perfect! The food was delicious! Extremely good for buffet style! The staff was great, very helpful on the day of, and about two days before I realized there had been a miscommunication about the start time, but when I called they were able to move everything up an hour so that was very nice. In the end they helped make it a beautiful wedding. -

Andrea Sent on 09/26/2016I'm very disappointed that I can't give Kosch a higher rating, as the staff I dealt with on site (Kim and Brad) were great!! They treated my guests and I with much consideration, set up early the day before with us and handled the few snafus we had prior to the day with grace and professionalism. On the other hand, I'm absolutely DISGUSTED with Lana and the management staff that apparently back her decisions. She started out on the right track: she was timely in her responses to my questions, and very easy to talk to on the phone when working out the final details; she was kind to my mother in law when my MIL got a little anxious in the weeks/days prior (read: nitpicky!) to the event. It all went awry when I informed Lana that we invited a "small handful" of guests (4 people) to crash after dinner. She became very stiff and began to treat me as if I was trying to take advantage of her. I reassured her that I was happy to pay for any extra guests we had (beyond the 240 we paid for in advance) and I believed at the time that we were on the same page.
Following the event, I received an email 3 days later informing me that we had 15 extra guests for dinner and 15 extra that arrived after 9 pm and that I owed nearly $1,000 more. I immediately questioned the "after 9" guests, considering we only invited 4 people to come later and none of them made it. I did ask for two extra tables to be set up which made room for 265, but that was merely for my own convenience in making the seating chart. Long story short, Lana insisted that I had more guests and went ahead and charged my MILs credit card despite the fact that I explicitly stated in writing that she had NO permission to do so until we sorted everything out. She responded to my protests and documentation in a way that illustrated her inexperience and unprofessionalism. She used my honest heads up about the possibility of extra guests to take advantage of us; I'm highly disappointed and angry. -

My fiancé and I booked our wedding with Kosch and started planning our dream wedding. Things quickly went south with lack of communication on their end. First our tasting event was canceled one week prior to the event, next our event coordinator left the company and we were assigned someone new, this was not communicated to us until trying to contact the previous coordinator in an attempt to finalize some details. It was a constant voice mail and email waiting game dealing with them. Finally we were told just 30 days prior to our wedding that our event would not be able to go through and no dates would be available the remainder of the year. Faced with this tough decision we requested a refund being as no services had been rendered and they would not be able to host our wedding and on such short notices a change of venue or date simply was not possible or acceptable. I was then told that they would not honor a refund. So our deposit plus extra money paid towards our event is all being withheld without and services being provided. DO NOT BOOK YOUR EVENT WITH KOSCH!
