From our very first conversation, Kris created an immediate safe space for us as a bride-bride couple. Inclusivity was never performative or awkward — it was simply woven into every interaction, every recommendation, and every detail of the planning process. We felt celebrated exactly as we are from day one. My bride and I both work incredibly demanding night shift hospital jobs, and somehow Kris made this entire wedding planning process feel manageable. She worked around our schedules with patience and flexibility, she communicated clearly, and handled countless details behind the scenes while we were trying to survive odd hours and exhaustion. What truly sets her apart is that she protected our peace. If there were problems, we genuinely never knew about them. By the time our wedding day arrived, all we had to do was show up, be present, and enjoy one of the happiest days of our lives completely stress-free. That is such an incredible gift to give a couple. Every vendor she connected us with was absolutely perfect for our vibe. She matched us with a photographer who made us feel so comfortable, seen, and included — and captured us in a way that felt authentically us. She found us a non-traditional officiant — a drag queen who brought so much personality, humor, and joy to the ceremony — made the day unforgettable and uniquely ours. Our wedding was beautiful, seamless, fun, inclusive, and full of love, and so much of that is because of Kris and Konsider It Done team. We honestly cannot imagine having gone through this experience with anyone else. -

Grateful!!!
No review will be adequate in capturing just how special Kris is as a human, and how absolutely brilliant she is at her job... but I'll give it a shot! From the moment we had our kickoff call, it was evident that Kris was organized, honest, design and budget-minded, and calm -- all qualities that later anchored us throughout the planning process. Kris kept us on track with wedding tasks, she connected us with amazing vendors (without any pressure) who matched our vibe, and was readily available to talk through anything, big or small.
Kris, Tyler, and the Konsider It Done team understood our vision... and executed it perfectly. We're now two weeks post-wedding, and are still marveling at how seamlessly everything went. We hosted a multi-event wedding weekend at a venue that was pretty remote, which I know posed some logistical considerations -- all of which Kris navigated with ease. The KID team made each of our events feel unique and "us," while also threading them together into a cohesive wedding weekend. Even with high temps and wind, my husband (!!!) and I felt so relaxed and present each day of our wedding weekend, all because we knew everything was being taken care of with the utmost consideration and attention-to-detail (you should see Kris' Run of Show... it's a masterpiece that should be framed). Kris and the team were always one step ahead -- and never left us feeling in need of anything. They even somehow helped our families plan a couple of surprises without us knowing!
To put it plainly, the KID team went above and beyond (Kris wore a dress that matched our colors the day of the wedding!!) -- they know what they're doing, and are good people. We truly couldn't be more grateful. We gained friends and priceless wedding memories out of this experience. -

Kris’ experience and attention to detail left us feeling comfortable and calm leading up to the big day. The best decision you will make!!!!
It’s hard to even put into words how amazing Kris is. Before we even formally hired her, Kris’s knowledge, insight, and support was already worth its weight in gold. When it comes to weddings, so many things will be thrown your way whether it comes to budget, family dynamics, and the thousands of decisions, she is with you every step of the way. Our motto during wedding planning became “whatever Kris says” because with her knowledge of the industry, connection with top tier vendors, patience, care, and understanding we knew she had our best interest at heart. The wedding world can be crazy and you never know what’s the best decision for you or how certain decisions will pan out. Kris eases all of that. When the wedding day came, I’ve never been more at peace in my life. I was able to be in the moment, take in every second with my new husband and loved ones and have the best day of our lives. If you make one decision in your wedding planning process, hiring Kris will be your best one. She truly became our best friend, therapist, and so much more during this process and will cherish our relationship with her for the rest of our lives!

We chose the package where we were in the driver’s seat and Kris rode shotgun, helping us navigate the wild world of wedding planning. There’s many words to describe our wedding day, but the one that stands out in our minds is “calm”. Between the stillness of the desert and having Konsider It Done as our wedding coordinator, we were able to fully relax and enjoy the most important day of our lives. We knew KID was the right choice after the first few minutes of speaking with Kris on our initial phone call. She was knowledgable, kind, and promised our own creative direction. One may think planning a wedding in AZ all the way from CO might be challenging, but with access to Aisle Planner, virtual meetings, and prompt email communication with Kris, it felt seamless! Kris coordinated with our vendors before our event, created a very detailed and beautiful timeline (every Type A personality’s dream), and was extremely organized on the big day. When I was getting ready, I told Kris I set out frames for our bar menus that needed to be assembled, but BOOM, she already did it! When we were taking family photos, my Mom asked if she should get her corsage, then BOOM, Kris was walking with it around the corner. She was ALWAYS one step ahead! If you want to breathe, enjoy your day to the fullest, and easily put your trust in someone else’s hands, this is your sign to book Konsider It Done! I promise you will not regret it! My wife and I had a great experience using Kris as our wedding planner. She was organized, communicative, direct, and straightforward on how to make our goals match our budget. Our wedding was planned out of state, and she played an instrumental role in making everything come together with the limited time my wife and I had to visit Arizona to coordinate in person.
Before knowing much else about her, we chose Kris as our planner because she was one of the few in Arizona we found who openly advocated for the LGBTQ+ community and advertised herself as an ally. As I am a transgender man, it was very important to me and my wife that our wedding planner be an ally to our community, experienced with LGBTQ+ weddings, and would unapologetically stand up for our legitimacy as a couple. Kris was sensitive to our unique needs throughout the process - but never treated us differently or less than any other couple on her roster.
Kris's advocacy for our community went beyond just her dealings with my wife and I directly - she uses her public platform and her business to advocate for equal treatment for all couples, no matter race, creed, gender, or sexual orientation. Aside from the phenomenal job she did, we were happy to give our business to someone who continues to fight for our community even when it isn't convenient. -

To everybody questioning if getting a planner is worth it:
Hiring Kris and Tyler with Konsider it Done was the best thing we did for our wedding, by far. I had a lot of big ideas-- years of watching "My Fair Wedding with David Tutera" on TLC, of course- but no real ability to bring them to fruition. What I've learned in both the past 2 years of planning this wedding, and the past two weeks of soaking in all of the glorious memories from the day: A wedding planner with experience and professionalism is worth their weight in gold!
Now for the skeptics in the house;
I thought that I wouldn't need a wedding planner because I'm pretty organized and detail-focused myself. I thought I had a vision of my wedding and I thought I could execute that vision because my friends/siblings had planned their own weddings without outside coordination.
But girllllll. I underestimated how crazy luxury wedding logistics could be. What I needed was an experienced professional who could start our ship, keep our ship on track during choppy waters, and get us to our finish line.
Kris was exactly that for us. I was blown away by how much value we got from booking KID as our full-service planner! She gave us advice on what she's experienced in past weddings, shared vendors that would fit our vibe, and gently kept us within our budget-- even when I had ridiculous ideas that I saw on pinterest. I could ask her a question at any time and she’d be able to answer it within the next few hours. The software we used during the planning process, Aisle Planner, was also fantastic and so comprehensive.
Additionally, our wedding was out of state. For that reason, Kris kept us in the loop about things going on in AZ, noise ordinances in Paradise Valley, and tablescape options for us to see ahead of time. It was nice to have an in-state contact tore rely on.
I’m sure I drove Kris up the wall with some of my idea changes throughout the last 2 years but she was pretty much always able to make things work and make them work well. I decided I want to add a saxophonist last-minute and she found a way to weave him into the ceremony flawlessly.
Our wedding was about 2 weeks ago and we're still swooning about how perfect the day was, how well everything went, and how much we could enjoy the day without stressing over the logistics! Several people told us that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. We owe 100% of our wedding day planning and execution to Kris with Konsider it Done!
If you want a great planner, I say hire KID. If you want a great future friend and advocate for progressive/LGBT rights (we’re a queer couple), I say hire KID. She’s got blonde hair, red lips, and the sharpest wedding planning eye in Arizona. You won’t be disappointed.

We can't recommend Kris enough as a wedding planner! From the moment we started working with her, she was organized, fun, and incredibly friendly. She truly made the entire planning process so much smoother and enjoyable. Kris was always on top of every detail, making sure nothing was overlooked, and her ability to keep everything on track was unmatched.
One of the standout moments for us was how she handled a weather-related hiccup on our wedding day. When the forecast called for bad weather just hours before our outdoor dinner, Kris worked seamlessly to pivot our dinner plans and moved everything inside at Mountain Shadows Resort. We had zero stress or worry because she took care of everything with such calm professionalism. Her quick thinking and attention to detail ensured that our big day went off without a hitch, and we couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out.

The best in AZ hands down
We are so grateful that we found Kris when searching for a planner for our wedding. I can’t imagine there being anyone better out there, seriously. She’s truly a master of her craft in every way. She made sure that every last question was answered (even questions we didn’t know we had!) and every last detail was in order. Our wedding day went flawlessly and we were able to just soak it all in and not worry about a thing. We were so impressed with her relationship with all of our vendors. They knew her and she knew them. It made the entire thing so simple and easy when it came to vendor handoff and working with band, photo, rental, and flowers on the day of. I cannot express how thankful we are for Kris and the team at Konsider It Done for helping to make our wedding day perfect. From the initial planning conversations and up to the final moments on our special day, Kris was there every step of the way, ensuring everything ran smoothly and was incredibly stress-free for us.
The most impressive thing is that up to the day before, we hadn't seen our venue or met Kris in person. It's a true testament to Kris that she could make us feel that comfortable and supported from a few thousand miles away. Her attention to detail and organizational skills are top-notch. She took the time to understand our vision but also was not afraid to steer us in the right direction if she thought something wouldn't work (and her direction was always right)
Thanks to Kris and her team, we were able to fully enjoy our wedding day and didn’t have to worry about a thing. The end result was flawless and exceeded our expectations.
It’s been a year since our wedding, and looking back we are still so incredibly grateful for everything that Kris did for us and consider ourselves lucky to have picked the best planner and human for our day.

If you are looking for a wedding planner and have come across this profile, your search is over. Kris and the KID team are, by far, the best decision we made regarding our wedding. Kris is a true PRO. Her veteran status not only in the industry, but in the area, made our lives incredibly easy - especially given we were planning a wedding from another state. Kris perfectly walked the line between sharing her knowledgeable perspective, but also pushing us to do our own thing and make our wedding our own. I’m so glad we put Konsider It Done in charge of planning our wedding. My wife and I didn’t really know how to put together a wedding and glad we had Kris and team to help. They took really good care of us and made the planning very simple. I will say that they alleviated a lot of the stress for both my wife and I. Do not hesitate, book Kris!
Most people say that wedding planning is stressful, but with Kris, she took the stress right out of it, especially on wedding day itself. Kris was WONDERFUL to work with and we couldn't have asked for a wedding planner. We both went into wedding planning with very little specific ideas, and she was able to turn our jumbled thoughts into the most magical wedding! She really made it feel like us, especially for me with the multiple hints of Taylor Swift that were tasteful without being corny/over the top!. On wedding day, she was there to make sure everything was perfect and even help deal with the rain shower that occurred out of the blue with little warning. All of our wedding guests noted how amazing the whole wedding was, and we told everyone it was all because of Kris. She connected us with all of our vendors which we LOVED all of. She was great at working with the budge we initially had, even though by our decision we chose to go over on certain add on things we wanted such as the sax player and light up dance floor which were both so worth it! Would chose Kris again in a heart beat and would recommend her to anyone in the area getting married! -

10/10 Experience working with Kris & Konsider it Done
My now wife and I got married on 02/03/24, and we couldn’t be happier on how everything turned out the weekend of our wedding. Kris @ Konsider it Done, knocked it out of the park, and everything was executed at the highest level possible. She does a lot of strategic planning and work on the front end, the 6-9 months leading up to the wedding to ensure that come game time, everything goes as expected. Never did I once feel like we weren’t in good hands, or that I needed to be concerned about anything. She also is extremely creative which I appreciated, and came up with several ideas of how to make the wedding look beautiful and elegant. I didn’t have a lot of ideas to provide her with, so she would come up with stuff on her own, and present them, and 99% of the time it was an easy Yes. Lastly, we threw her a curve ball and changed our wedding venue 6 weeks prior to the date, as we didn’t like our original choice, and she was able to execute everything without skipping a beat. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone planning on getting married to hire Kris as their Wedding Planner, especially if you’re doing an out-of-state wedding, as you won’t be disappointed. 10/10! -

It's been a long time coming, but...
It's Kris and me, that's my whole world

Konsider It Done was my number one choice for my wedding. Being in the wedding industry myself, this is high praise especially since I get to work with a ton of great planners, but Kris is the one and only Kris. She tells it how it is and is straight to the point with no fluff.
My husband and I got engaged in 2018 and were SUPPOSED to get married in 2020 (Thanks COVID!). We rescheduled to October 2023 and Kris was my full service planner. She helped finalize all my design elements and kept me on track to make sure every logistical detail of our wedding was in place. I had big ideas and dreams and was SO set on what I wanted. Kris made sure it happened.
I chose Kris to be my planner because as a wedding industry vendor, I've had the privelege of seeing what happens behind the scenes with her. From her communication skills, attention to detail, and personality, it was no contest. We have a difference in design tastes, but as Kris and I both preach, "A good designer can design any style." She's a minimalist modern type of gal, and I've always been a traditional maximalist at heart. She understood my vision from the start and ALWAYS thought of what I would want.
She was my therapist leading up to my wedding, as many planners end up being for their clients. Kris advocated for me and opened my eyes to so many things that turned out better than I could have imagined for our big day.
I'm grateful that I get to work with this wonderful human being even after our wedding. If you're looking for the realest planner to ever exist, Call Kris! -

Kris and her team were nothing short of amazing! We had a rather quick engagement, and she was able to handle anything and everything given our short timeline without us feeling rushed or overwhelmed. She guided us through the process and made everything literally so easy. I had 0 stress (minus family of course) leading up to the wedding and day of the event. She handled everything from the second I woke up to the second we returned to our hotel. She didn’t miss a beat with any of the planning.
She truly makes you feel like you are her only client and listens to your ideas and answers all of your questions.
Her attention to detail and eye for design is amazing. She was able to take our vision and deliver a beautiful wedding we will remember. No idea is too big, small, or dumb. She genuinely wants you to have the wedding you dream of and will do everything she can to make that possible.
Kris is able to maintain a professional manner during the planning. We know we were a handful and goofed off WAY too much but she handled us perfectly.
On the actual day of the wedding, we had a great time and loved seeing all of her team come together to make our day so magical. Walking into our reception and seeing all the details, we were in awe.
She handled so many tasks and people without breaking a sweat. Any and all fires were put out by her without us being involved. It was such a great experience and I highly recommend anyone planning a wedding (or any event) to hire Kris and her team. Not just any planner, but Kris.

We are so grateful to have worked with Konsider It Done for our microwedding in Tucson, AZ! We chose their "intimate elopements" service and it included access to planning software that helped us stay on track as we pored over every detail from across the country (Boston). We really appreciated how prompt, responsive, and professional everyone is at KID. During our calls, Kris answered every question and filled in every gap while giving it to us straight (no beating around the bush). When we wanted to cut out the parts of a wedding that didn't "feel like us", keep it minimal and DIY a few things, Kris didn't bat an eye. Instead, she gave us her professional opinion without pushback, which made us feel seen. On top of that, Kris' organizational skills and can-do attitude are just out of this world. She built an amazing timeline and on our wedding day, she rolled up her sleeves, troubleshooted efficiently, and kept things running smoothly. If you are looking for a wedding planner who will do the absolute most for you, then Kris at Konsider It Done is who you need! My husband and I decided to head to Arizona from Toronto for our wedding and selected a venue sight unseen. What set Kris apart from the other planners was how warm and real she was from the jump and I quickly realized it’s just who she is and this never stops once you have hired her. As we started booking local vendors we noticed there was a common response when we mentioned who our planner was, and that was, “You will be in the best hands with Kris”- when wedding pros are vocalizing this sentiment it’s very telling and were they ever right! Kris exceeded all my expectations and went above and beyond not just on a professional level, but a personal one as well. Kris guided us in the right direction to ensure our vision became a reality. She has the entire wedding process down to a science and ensures everything will go as seamlessly as possible so that on your day, you can sit back and relax. Being an absolute control freak, it was hard to hand over control, but I quickly realized that I could trust Kris blindly. From curating the perfect menu, creating a stunning tablescape, assisting with a dream team of vendors, scheduling a seamless timeline that never felt rushed, wrangling a lively group of friends and also catering to the requests of family members — she did it all! Kris was also always a step ahead knowing when grandparents needed help, or when to step in because the uncle who was officiating was nervous and looking for reassurance. She also came in clutch when the bustle for my dress was not working and quickly bustled it herself before the first dance. I could mention so many other things about Kris, but what impressed me most is how great of a person she is. She leads with love and everything she does is genuine and intentional with a focus on the humans, rather than the event before anything, which is something we found so refreshing, especially in a saturated industry. So to our hero, quarterback, seamstress, confidant, hype woman, planner extraordinaire and now forever friend, Kris, thank you! Our day was perfect and we are forever grateful. We love you! -

We truly had the perfect wedding thanks to Kris and her team at Konsider it Done! We are from Canada, and we knew that it would be so important to choose the right planner, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. From the first phone call we had with Kris, we knew her, and her team were the ones for us. Kris and her team are experts in all things wedding planning. Kris is an extremely kind and dedicated person who has an incredible eye for detail and a true passion for her profession. Our dream was to have an intimate, sophisticated, modern wedding but we didn’t really know how to put this vision into words, let alone picture it in our heads. Kris was the event planner we didn't know we needed. We are a queer couple, and we had a lot of complicated feelings about weddings in general. We wanted to design an experience that felt authentic and true to us, and centered our amazing chosen family of friends who were there to celebrate our big day.
We worked with Kris to transform the JTH Tucson (a beautiful venue) into a perfect oasis of queer and trans love. She guided us through all of the decisions with confidence and expertise. She also helped us figure out what parts of a wedding we did and didn't want. One great example: we didn't think we wanted to do a first dance, because the thought of doing that publicly gave us stage fright and felt out of sync with who we are. Kris nudged us to consider -- would we like to do a first dance, in private? We realized right away -- of course we would!
Kris also found us all of the most amazing vendors, understanding immediately our request that we make sure everyone involved was tolerant and accepting of queer and trans rights. :) She nailed the brief, perfectly, and also created the most jaw dropping table scape out of the materials we provided.

THANK YOU to our planner Kris Zeman & her team @konsideritdone. My husband & I live in Texas and set out to plan a destination wedding. I wanted to work with someone who would be excited to plan a wedding that felt a bit different and a little funky, but still timeless, classy and relaxed. I wanted the guest experience to be a big part of it and especially wanted my husband and I to really enjoy ourselves on wedding day and not be concerned about any planning details. As a bride, wedding planning is stressful- especially long distance- it’s so important to have someone with trusted vendor relationships that is advocating for you and who’s truly keeping your budget in mind (*even when you might not be). I plan large, destination & group events for my job and I couldn’t have done this without her.
During our first (virtual) meeting, Kris asked what I was most nervous about and I told her I was honestly just afraid I wouldn’t be able to articulate the vision that was in my head in a way that would ever come together in real life (especially by someone who I’d never met). Needless to say, she nailed it.
I came to Kris with some crazy ideas (and was waiting for her to laugh me off) but she stepped inside my brain & got creative with me. Some ideas were of course, not in the budget :), but she found ways to work things in and bottom line- never let me settle on my overall vision. The number of positive comments and compliments from our guests was the cherry on top. Kris totally executed our dream wedding + so much more, we just wish it didn't go by so dang fast! When we first got engaged, our search for wedding venues began, and honestly, hiring a wedding coordinator wasn’t something we initially thought of due to budget constraints. However, since our chosen venue required one, they provided us with a list of options, and although I made my selection without much research, I am so INSANELY grateful for the outcome.
Having a coordinator was an indispensable asset, and every dollar spent was more than justified by the exceptional service provided by Konsider It Done on our wedding day and every day leading up. The team at Konsider It Done was extraordinarily organized, attentive, and always provided us with insightful expertise. What began as a day-of coordination service turned into a such a collaborative experience that I am so grateful for. They were always available and responsive to the million questions I had, and their guidance consistently led me in the right direction.
Carlie Lyche in particular, was absolutely outstanding. She was always so kind, patient and attentive-not only towards me but also towards my entire wedding party on the day of the wedding and through the entire process. Throughout the entire experience, it genuinely felt as if we were their sole focus, despite managing several other weddings.

This was a destination wedding for us all as we are from the Chicago area. Planning a wedding is hard enough.. doing it long distance even harder. My daughter interviewed so many planners and Kris just immediately clicked. She got my daughters vision and immediately jumped into planning mode making sure each vendor we picked was the right choice for us based on our vision! She was a pleasure to work with! Her organizational skills and work ethic kept us on track through the entire process. She was with us sun up to sun down making sure the wedding went smoothly ! Every box was checked every I was dotted and t crossed.

When searching for wedding planners we were so excited to find Konsider it Done. It seemed like all other planners' weddings were cookie cutter and not very unique. I instantly knew when I found Kris that she would be a perfect fit. Not only are her weddings absolutely beautiful, they are completely designed with each couple's style and personality in mind. She immediately understood our vision, ran with it and made it 1000x better. Our wedding was beautifully designed and cohesive with unexpected details that elevated it all. In vendor conversations you could totally tell she has great vendor relationships and is highly respected by them too. They would mention to us what an amazing force Kris is and have nothing but compliments. We felt 100% comfortable trusting her opinion and her experience definitely showed. She was always happy to discuss any concerns and walk through suggestions or options to solve any problems. After working with Kris, the only advice I can give to anyone about planning a wedding is to find a great wedding planner and do whatever you can to make that planner Kris. Working with Kris was incredible and now that it is over, I’m sad that 1. I don’t have an excuse to talk to her and 2. she isn’t around to solve all my problems. I can’t praise her designs enough. My wife and I aren’t the greatest at articulating/envisioning what we wanted, but Kris was able to decipher our wedding wants and turn them into so what more. She took a few sentences my wife and I said about how we wanted our wedding to look and gave us a wedding that was not only beyond our expectations, but was perfect. So do yourself a favor and hire this incredible person or anyone else at Konsider It Done. You won’t regret it. From design, to working with vendors, to making your wedding day stress free, there isn’t anyone better than Kris. The last thing I’ll say about Kris is that if you want a wedding you’ve never seen before, even on Pinterest, then HIRE her because Kris doesn’t do basic. She is always pushing the boundaries of what can be done at a wedding and will give you a personalized wedding like you couldn’t believe. -

My wife and I knew what kind of wedding we wanted, but without Kris there was no way we could have achieved it. They were experts regarding the entire process and their Aisle Planner platform made wedding planning easier than I ever imagined. Whether it was design input, vendor recommendations or just their expertise of the venue, they really made the entire process seamless. Kris has a great gauge on how much or how little input/help a couple is looking for. She's not overbearing, is respectful of your asks (which at times are difficult ones) and lets you be you. Wow, where to even start. As a gay couple we were nervous because we did not know how we would be treated through this wedding process. Then......I came across Konsider It Dones website and I IMMEDIATELY knew that this was the wedding planner for us. Kris and her team do an amazing job at making it known that you are welcomed and loved no matter your background.
Kris, Tyler, Carli and the rest of the team are such amazing individuals who truly take the time to walk you through every aspect of your special day. I told Kris our ideas and what we wanted and the MAGIC that she created was beyond what we could have imagined. Think of Art Deco & Modern Glam having a baby. Kris made sure that we were never overwhelmed throughout the planning process. She talked me down at times when my patience ran out with family and always kept a smile, and was the first to celebrate the great news with us every step of the way.
Listen, if she recommends a vendor - trust her and go with it. She knows what she's doing. She placed us with vendors who supported our wedding and aligned with our vision. When our officiant was not present with the script on rehearsal day, Tyler stepped in and he was able to improvise and keep us on track (he is an officiant as well!).
On wedding day...... I can't even write this without tearing up. Kris, Tyler, Carli and their team took care of not just us, but also our family. It just shows you the level of care that they took going into this with us. We felt the same level of attention to detail as if they were planning their own wedding. Where to start! We're Canadian but have spent a lot of time in Scottsdale when we decided it was the place we wanted to get married. Shortly after getting engaged we started having interviews with planners in the area - well it did not take long after meeting with Kris & Tyler that we knew they were the perfect fit and exactly who we were looking for to make our day special! We got to planning and secured a wedding date for September 2020.
Enter: covid. Most of our guests were coming from Canada so we were forced to delay our wedding to 2021... and then again to this past September 2022. A total whirlwind that made us feel like we were planning a wedding for over 2 years - because we were! We give you all this background because Kris & Tyler were the most unbelievably supportive people we could have ever asked to go through this journey with. They were by our side as we had to make the tough call to postpone (both times), they had what felt like 100 zoom calls with us to talk through options including at one point discussing moving the entire wedding to Canada, and they were our skilled negotiators that helped us manage vendors and venues through the reschedules. They went so above and beyond for us - and we hadn't even really started planning the wedding yet. We haven't worked with other wedding planners before, but what Kris & Tyler did for us 3000 miles away over these past 2+ years was nothing short of incredible.
Now the wedding! Finally once our new date was set and we knew our guests would be able to make it we got to planning and setting the final details. Kris' team was super organized - they used a very helpful planning tool that had all the milestones, budget information, and tasks laid out very clearly so there was never any confusion on who needed to do what by when. We had clear checkpoints with her where we reviewed details leading up to the wedding X-days out from the day.
Kris' experience and knowledge is apparent from the very first meeting you have with her. Since most people getting married haven't planned a wedding before, her guidance and advice is extremely helpful and made the process super efficient and streamlined. Kris often built on our ideas and vision by offering suggestions that would, for example, lead to a better flow of the day or make guests feel more comfortable - things people don't know unless they've planned hundreds of weddings. It was very appreciated and made US really comfortable that we were making good choices.
The day of - Kris' attention to detail, creative flare, and eye for the special and interesting is what really ended up blowing us away. We were already so pleased with everything Kris & Tyler had done for us over the years and through the planning process. But when the actual day came the execution of our shared vision was just exceptional. It was all the little things - the details, and even a few fun surprises - that all worked together to totally elevate the wedding and made the day that much more special.
We could not give Kris & Tyler and the team at Konsider It Done a stronger recommendation - they are not only the best planners but also just the best people. We promise they will blow you away with their work, be a total pleasure to work with, and make your day absolutely amazing. -

It's challenging for me to find exactly the right words to capture my experience with Kris. First off, I must confess: I was a non-believer. "Why do WE need a wedding planner? I mean, I have planned things before...I'm sure I can pull this off on my own, after all I've been in the hospitality industry since birth."
Wrong. Wrong. and wrong.
We did need a wedding planner. Badly. But we didn't need just ANY wedding planner. We needed Kris (and Alex) and thank you to the Universe that they were available.
Kris and her team balanced grace, humor and attention to detail that allowed us to have the most incredible, special wedding day. She got to know us (my kids included) on a personal level and validated and lowered my anxiety and worry about certain things. Her ability to solve challenges quickly is pure magic. Kris and her team were perfect because they instilled confidence that our day was going to be absolutely beautiful but also, when needed, she got me moving on decisions and steps I needed to take to get things moving.
I went from thinking I didn't need a wedding planner to joy crying with Kris and Alex as our day concluded.
Kris and her team are best in class. If you're having a huge wedding or a smaller one (like ours) she is THEE perfect choice. It's not often you find someone who was truly born for their career.

After interviewing 3 planners for our daughters wedding, I narrowed it to 2 and set up the first appointment with Kris and our daughter. I knew Kris was the BEST fit and sure enough our daughter said "I want her !". We are from California and the wedding was at Mountain Shadows Resort in Arizona. Thankfully we hired Kris ! The high of getting engaged is a feeling like no other. Quickly thereafter comes the...now what. I'm here to tell you, what you do now is call Kris at Konsider at Done! Trust me.
When I think of Kris, the words that come to mind are organized, creative, inspirational, leader, direct & friend. Throughout the course of planning (and replanning and replanning again...) our COVID wedding over the past two years, we came to deeply know and love Kris (and Tyler) from the Konsider It Done ('KID') team.
Kris approaches her business in a human-first way. From the first interaction, Kris seeks to get to know the bride and groom at a personal level (not just superficially, but so that she truly gets what's important to you both as a couple, your vision/goals for the wedding, etc). Everything she does from that point forward is to translate into creating and executing on bringing your vision to life. Kris is incredibly organized (perhaps the most organized person I've ever met, really) and creative - I'd be able to share a feeling or a vibe that I was seeking for the wedding and Kris would return with beautifully unique and creative ideas to bring it to life. She also has impressively strong connections with other vendors that you'll partner with - from paper to photography to hair and make up to band, Kris was able to connect us with the best vendors to execute upon the vision we had shared. We then built strong relationships with these recommended vendors, in my opinion, because they all genuinely love 'KID' and working with Kris and her clients. They know she will be accountable, organized, keep everyone in lockstep and be a strong partner to work with. This trickles down to benefit you as the bride and groom!
When pondering if you need a planner - I now say 100%, hands down, yes. There are so many logistics and details and coordination that needs to occur. Kris is an expert at this business and guides you through it, takes things off your plate where she can and makes the big day effortless and perfect, as it should be. What I love most about Kris is how much I could trust her. She is your biggest advocate and is an expert at her craft. Knowing she had a solid and complete understanding of my vision/goals from the get-go, it was immediately easy to trust her process, her recommendations and guidance and any ideas or concepts she then brought to the table.

Kris was incredible! Her professionalism, charm and kindness were so appreciated on the best day of our lives! Her calm demeanor while taking care of the logistics of our wedding day, even taking our toddler grandsons for a walk was so amazing! Our son, Michael Cozzens, was our wedding planner but we wanted him to be able to enjoy our special day with us so Michael contracted with Kris to lead everything the last week before the wedding and the actual wedding day. So, you’re engaged! What now? Once the overwhelming happiness of receiving a promise of forever from your loved one settles, you realize there’s a wedding to plan. Where do you even begin? Answering this question is equal parts exhilarating and daunting. If you find yourself reading this review, unequivocally my most valuable advice on first step is to give Konsider It Done a call. This incredible husband and wife duo has set the standard of excellence in wedding planning and design.
My now husband and I decided on a destination wedding, which tracks given our passion for travel. We began by setting up phone interviews with prospective planners. We basically went through the motions on the first five interviews, then struck GOLD.
My first interaction with Konsider It Done was with Kris Zeman, a truly remarkable woman. I left our hour and a half conversation knowing we had found our people. Imagine telling wedding planners that you are not at all interested in having your wedding look, or feel like one. You tell them you need a modern art, sexy, gallery opening aesthetic. The confidence with which they rose to the challenge was refreshing. Up until Konsider It Done, I had not felt heard or “seen” by other planners. They had all been very pleasant in conversations, but there was a painfully generic feel to what they had been saying. Nothing during those calls gave me any faith in deliverance of my vision. Honestly, I had resigned to the fact that what I was looking for just was not a possibility. I was wrong. Kris brought the fire. Not only did she believe it was possible, but fully embraced the fact that it would be challenging, and something they had never come across before. The best way to describe it would be to say she saw inside my head.
Kris is the creative, and her husband Tyler is the practical half. Quite the one two punch. Kris can bring into existence the most incredible designs/concepts, coupled with immaculate execution. She will gather the team that will deliver your vision beyond expectations. Her attention to detail is truly unparalleled. Tyler will make sure your significant other has some input in whatever way they feel comfortable participating, and will keep a watchful eye on budget. My husband is forever thankful for the part Tyler played in the planning process. We love them both equally, and beyond measure.
I’ll echo the sentiments from husband in saying we not only had the best planners anyone could ever hope for, but gained two amazing friends that feel more like family than anything else. The level of care on their behalf still makes me choke back tears. I mentioned to Kris that under normal circumstances THEY WERE KILLING THE GAME. At every single brainstorm session I walked away KNOWING this wedding was going to be unbelievable. Then COVID-19 hits. What a shitstorm. We all know this, I don’t have to sugarcoat it. Before I had time to lose my entire mind, they reached out and did us one of the biggest kindness I’ve known to date: they stuck by us. It already felt highly unlikely that I could pull off planning a wedding by myself, but COVID rendered it impossible. WE WOULD HAVE NEVER HAD OUR BIG DAY WITHOUT THEM. For this, we owe them everything. Obviously there was no way of knowing this was coming down the pike, but they are so good at their job that literally none of our vendors backed out. People just love them, they really fucking do. Everyone just went to bat for us in a major way, and never lost excitement!! That is the most wild part, and absolutely meant the world. No one involved had to be so excellent, it would have been completely understandable given the current climate. They had selected such an All Star team, that the only thing in question was seating arrangements and meal selections ;)
Long story short, they are not just a service. They are the greatest gift you can give yourself and loved ones during the whole planning process. It frees you up to fully enjoy all the little and big moments along the way. People say that planning a wedding is one of the most stressful things you can do in your life. I’m here to tell you it does not have to be that way. Look to Konsider It Done for help, trust me you need them. THEY ARE INVALUABLE.
I now joke (but am actually damn serious) about how glad I am we got them when we did, because at the rate they are going they’ll be celebrity clientele only.

We hired Konsider It Done for our wedding and they were an absolute dream to work with! From the early planning stages to the day of wedding they were always on top of every little detail! Kris was always extremely organized and meticulous in her planning, and was able to recognize potential problems and find solutions long before they became actual problems.
I'll never forget that the day of our wedding Kris and Tyler came early and personally helped to setup the chuppah (traditional jewish archway) in the exact way I had explained it was traditionally done. Our wedding was exactly the way I had envisioned it, and I know that wouldn't have been possible without Konsider it Done.

My Fiance and I have been partnering with Kris & Tyler at Konsider It Done since September to plan our dream wedding this May. Because of current health concerns, we decided to postpone our wedding until next October. Kris & Tyler have been with us every step of the way, consulting and guiding us through options, as friends and advisors. This amazing and beautifully flower delivery today was just one example of the thoughtful ways Kris and Tyler have made us feel supported and like our wedding will be fabulous. I cannot wait to write and share more after our big day. Kris and Tyler were absolutely amazing to work with. As a venue coordinator, not only were they so easy and such a joy for me and our staff to work with, it was so apparent that the couple loved them as well. They were on top of every detail, quick to answer questions and communicate updates/changes to make for a flawless- and gorgeous wedding. It's so important for the bride and groom to have a great team behind them to help make their day amazing- and I would welcome the opportunity to work with this bombshell of a husband and wife team again! -

It was such a blessing to work with Kris and Tyler! We love that they are a husband and wife team who are both passionate about helping couples celebrate the start of their marriage!
They made the planning process SO much easier and we are incredibly grateful for their guidance and support. When I first started planning, I felt like I *should* be able to figure it all out on my own...but that's crazy! I have never planned a wedding before! Hiring a wedding planner was such a great decision because they have done this tons of times, they know the best vendors to recommend, and they have proven processes that minimize issues. Kris spent a TON of time with me (vendor meetings, phone calls, etc.) and was super helpful in turning my millions of ideas and contradictory preferences into a cohesive and creative vision. She is someone who can be strong and no-nonsense or gentle and encouraging, depending on what is needed...that is such a helpful quality in a wedding planner!
Kris and Tyler were also an essential part of why our wedding day went so smoothly. They took care of all of the details and logistics and it freed us up to spend time with the people we love and focus on our future together!
If you're able to go into the planning process with some idea of what you're envisioning (I didn't), I think that would help quite a bit! But if not, Kris and Tyler will absolutely guide you. They really do a great job and we're so happy we invested in them as our wedding planners! -

I had such an amazing experience with Konsider It Done through every step of the process! I thoroughly believe that my wedding day would not have been so perfect if it weren't for Kris and Tyler. To be honest, I thought I could plan the wedding all myself and I was skeptical about the value versus benefit of hiring a wedding planner. Boy - was I wrong! A wedding planner is absolutely a must-have if you are trying to throw an amazing, memorable event. Konsider It Done helped me choose some fantastic vendors that met our vision and our price point. I was so overwhelmed with how many vendors are out there are and it was so great to have a personalized list of recommendations to start with. Kris helped me translate my wedding vision into a reality. Her design eye was key in making my wedding glamorous, colorful and elegant. Kris even helped me navigate some tricky family situations I was dealing with which was so helpful and thoughtful. During the wedding day it was so great knowing that Kris and Tyler were taking care of everything, and I could truly just enjoy and experience the wedding day. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner the answer is you must hire one and it should be Konsider It Done! -

Wedding Rockstars
Konsider It Done is the best wedding planning duo in the business, hands down! I’m a super organized person and quickly started diving into with the wedding planning right after getting engaged. I was on the fence about getting a wedding planner but I soon realized being organized isn’t the only thing it takes to put together an awesome wedding. Looking back, my only regret is not hiring Konsider It Done SOONER!. Kris is an absolute boss with tons of industry knowledge and a unique attention to detail. She helps guide in you in making sound, just decisions while keeping the vision in tack throughout it all (it’s one heck of skill). Wedding decisions can be overwhelming and she consistently laid out all the options to make things so much easier. Tyler was so helpful in giving the guys perspective on everything and giving his honest opinion on even the smallest of details. The day off is really where these two rockstars shined for us. It rained all day but they continued to set up and work through all the obstacles that the rain and cold presented. We’re just so grateful for their spirit and determination that day, it absolutely wouldn’t have been the same without them. We had the best time at our wedding and getting to know K&T as friends throughout the process was an added bonus! They are good people that love weddings and just honestly want to make your special day catered to you. Do yourself a huge favor and hire KID for your wedding needs! -

Where to begin... When I began planning our wedding in Arizona I had absolutely no idea where to start, what vendors to use, what my timelines should be. I was so lost and overwhelmed by it all. I had an idea for what I wanted our wedding to look like, but couldn't for the life of me figure out how to bring it to life without it feeling like a circus.
Enter Konsider it Done.
The moment my husband and I read the Konsider it Done story and met with Kris was the moment I knew we had found our wedding planner. At every step of our planning journey - Kris and team were real and upfront with us. They are truly experts on the valley's wedding vendors. They take the time to learn their clients and suggest wedding vendors that align with the design and vibe of the couple and day. Never once were we steered wrong in the vendor department. There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes with vendors. The KID team makes it looks easy - always willing to make an initial connection or tackle a situation that may arise.
When it comes to developing a design and making it come to life - I just don't have the words. The Konsider it Done team hands down excels at this. My husband and I build things all day long professionally, but don't ask me to visualize a wedding design. We put our trust in Kris to help us host a wedding that was beautiful and true to us. If left to my own devices, our design would have become tacky and overdone. The KID team made it tasteful, vibrant, unique, and one-of-a-kind. Hearing my guests share stories and photographs of how beautiful the event was and how "on brand" it was to us makes me smile so big (I may even be tearing up thinking of how beautiful it was - what can I say, I'm a crier!). The most genuine amount of gratitude and appreciation of the design and execution came from my husband, who may have been a bit apprehensive (but supportive) of my vibrant design and can be very strong-minded in his opinions. That to me was the icing on the cake.
The day of our wedding I did not feel one ounce of stress. Kris, Carlie, and Alex made it so that we could be fully in the moment with our guests and each other. I am so thankful for that. I hope that every couple can have the opportunity to feel that at ease on their wedding day so they can truly soak in the magic and love surrounding them. The KID team did that for us.
Carlie and Alex - I cannot not mention all the love and support you provided us along the journey. It truly takes a team and damnit - Kris has an awesome one! Our guests all were so complimentary of you both and had so much fun celebrating with you guys. Throughout the planning stages I was so thankful to lean on you all for guidance and advice.
To the couples out there reading this review - yes. 100 times over yes. Working with the Konsider it Done team was an awesome experience. You will not regret working with them and trusting them to help plan and execute one of the most special days of your lives!

Every bride needs a Kris and team like Konsider It Done in their life! From the best advice from her years of experience to making outlandish ideas become a reality Kris and her team at Konsider It Done has a smooth and incredible wedding day down to a science!
No idea was too crazy and no amount of daily texts or calls could have been to much for her because trust me there was alot!
Everyone at Konsider It Done genuinely cares about each unique couple and special wedding day giving their and heart and soul into their craft!
I cannot thank Kris enough for being my shoulder to lean on through all the crazyiness of wedding planning!
