Wow, Koelsch Farm Homestead was the venue of our dreams, we had the most amazing fall wedding here this October just gone. The lovely team there helped set up the venue location of our choice, and also gave us a variety of decorations to help make the reception in the barn feel special. We stayed at the BnB on-site which was so wonderful and beautifully decorated, and made getting ready in the morning incredibly convenient. This venue was just sublime, and with the lake and trees, our wedding pictures are elevated to a new level. Book this venue, it's amazing! -

Amazing venue

Everything was so perfect!
This charming family-owned barn nestled on a beautiful piece of land with a picturesque pond. The rustic vibes and natural surroundings create the perfect backdrop for your special day. The family who runs it is incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure every detail is taken care of. Perfect Wedding Venue in NWO!
We could not have asked for a better experience at Kolesch for our May 2023 wedding!! The Kolesch family is amazing to work with, they were all so helpful from start to finish and their property is beautiful with so much to offer. We chose to have our rehearsal dinner on the grounds the night before, and all the girls rented out the farmhouse to stay in, which could not have worked out any better. Our guests are STILL talking about how cool of a venue the farm is and we even had some family and friends say they want to have their own weddings there. Could not recommend this place enough to couples who are searching!! -

The staff at Koelsch Farm Homestead was amazing! The staff made sure the grounds were perfect for the wedding and ensured our stay was memorable. We stayed at the farmhouse Thursday-Sunday, we had rehearsal dinner on Friday and wedding/reception on Saturday. We got so many compliments from guests on how nice and beautiful this place is. We opted for the barn rental for the reception and it made everything convenient and all in one place. Can’t say enough great things about this venue. Even the price was incredible too. They allowed us to hire our own caterer, bartender, and DJ. This allowed us a lot of flexibility in our budget and to shop around to get exactly what we wanted. -

Made our special day spectacular!!
I honestly don’t know where to begin. From the moment we met with Jackie, we knew Koelsch Farmstead was going to be our selected venue. The property is family owned and everyone was willing to go above and beyond for our special day. We rented the house on the property for the weekend and the workshop for our reception. We had our ceremony outside which was a last minute decision and the Koelsch family was willing to set whatever we needed set up from beginning to end. The house had everything you would need for a weekend away. If you are planning a wedding and looking for a gorgeous property. This is definitely the venue for you. We are beyond grateful and discussing renting the farmhouse again in the near future. -

This place was a dream come true. The staff is amazing and so so so kind. We had our rehearsal dinner and ceremony on site. The girls also all stayed in the farmhouse the night before and got ready there. I don’t think I can say enough nice things about this place. We haven’t gotten all of our pictures back quite yet, but I know they will be breathtaking. Seriously. Book. This. Venue. You will not regret it. -

Everything was beautiful!
Koelsch was perfect for our wedding day! Jackie made us feel so comfortable with the whole planning process. Jackie and her family were so helpful with everything and our day turned out absolutely beautiful! I would recommend Koelsch to everyone! -

The Koelsch Family was very helpful throughout the wedding planning process and on our wedding day. Their family farm is absolutely stunning and provided the perfect venue for our wedding. The old sycamore tree was a gorgeous backdrop for our ceremony and the grounds of the farm were ideal for our wedding photos. It was nice to have the farm house the night before and the night of the wedding. We loved having everything in one place, so it cut out extra travel expenses. -

We had to reschedule our destination wedding at the last minute closer to home due to covid. I contacted this venue one week before our wedding date and the family that runs it were amazing. They were accommodating and flexible and whipped up the most beautiful outdoor ceremony for us with very little direction from me. They did the set up and clean up. The grounds are absolutely beautiful with tons of places for photos and several ceremony location options. We could not have been more thrilled with how everything turned out. -

An absolute wonderful family to work with! The whole family was pleasant, flexible, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make my day perfect! Best decision throughout the whole wedding process!!! Hoping to return soon for family get togethers and parties. Thank you so much for everything! I will recommend this venue to everyone, even if they already have one! You will not regret it! Outside of the grounds being more beautiful than you can imagine, my favorite part was being able to stay on site at the farmhouse the night before and after! Words cannot describe how wonderful this family is, you just need to call and meet with them! -

We were floored with the flexibility, generosity, and over the top service we got from the family. This farm is beautiful, our guests complimented all day and evening about how nice it was and how great the owners were -

Best Day of My Life
The Koelsch Homestead is the best decision you'll ever make for your wedding ceremony! They have wonderful package deals that include using the home on the property to stay the night in with your bridesmaids and get ready in the day of, a separate barn for rehearsal dinner, as well as multiple spots on the property for the ceremony. Not to mention they have a barn full of decorations so you don't really need anything. They set up and take down everything. They're wonderful and want to make sure your day is perfect. You won't regret it! -

The venue and venue owners were easy to work with and very helpful! The only problem we had was the power going out during our second night staying at the cottage. It caused some inconveniences but other than that we had a perfect day in our wedding and everyone loved the barn and the property! Definitely worth considering if you want a country setting. -
