Such a great venue in the valley! Melissa was so easy to work with and very helpful during our entire planning process. They also were so nice to let us know about any promos they were having to ensure we got the best deal. The venue is clean and well-maintained and the staff is amazing ! It’s a great place for anyone who wants 80% of their wedding taken care of. They handle food, drinks, main venue, ceremony site, bridal suite and a groom area. It was so nice to have all that taken care of already and not to mention they have a huge parking lot so that made it very easy for guests. Highly recommend!

Knollwood Country Club is amazing. Very convenient to have an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. Staff is very friendly. Always smiling and attentive to us and our guests. Will definitely use them again.

Knollwood was one of the first places we visited when we started planning our wedding and it quickly became a no brainer that this was the right venue for us. The staff was super friendly and kind (shout out to Melissa and Paige!) not only during the planning process, but also the day of the wedding. Once we booked them they let us know the timeframes to expect and always got back to us right away when we emailed questions that came up during the planning process. The day of the wedding went by pretty fast, but the staff was always near by to answer any questions and politely send us in the right direction. Multiple guests commented on how accommodating and attentive the wait staff was as well. We are so happy that we decided to have our wedding at Knollwood and would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a great time.

Melissa and the Knollwood team were awesome! Very helpful and friendly staff, a beautiful location at a great price! Their ballroom had me at hello with those beautiful fabric swags and chandeliers off the ceiling, and the lovely ceremony site is literally adjacent to the ballroom, making it easy for the guests to transition from ceremony to cocktail hour. The food was also delicious, and the chef was able to make all of the adjustments and requests we had going from the tasting to the wedding!

TL;DR: This grand ballroom at this venue was perfect for what my husband and I wanted for our wedding. The experience, atmosphere, and food were all amazing, and we have gotten so many compliments for our guests. Hire this venue and Melissa and Crystal, their wedding coordinators, you won’t regret it.

Wow wow wow, this venue is beautiful. It had both of what my husband and I were looking for our wedding — a place to party all night without noise restrictions and an outdoor area to relax in. And this venue could not have turned out to be better for this vibe.
We had both our ceremony and reception at this venue in early November. We were nervous that the flowers would not be in bloom for the ceremony, but they were absolutely beautiful.

For the reception, my husband and I wanted a PARTY — no kids, loud music, yard games, and lots of dancing. Melissa, our venue coordinator, made all of this happen with little to no resistance to our ideas. A space for our Cornhole boards? No problem. Water pong table? They provided it. They even had the fire pit running all night, which was a huge hit for our guests.

Everything ran on time or earlier than expected, and the venue changed accordingly. When my husband and I were relaxing before the grand entrance, they made sure to bring us the appetizers that were being served to the guests — that made us so happy! Mozzarella sticks and chicken fried skewers (chicken nuggets on a stick). Delicious. 👌🏼

The food ended up being better than what we had tried at the initial tasting. We got a lot of compliments on it — we did a buffet with chicken and tri-tip. And we also did a late night snack, which we also got compliments on, but my husband and I did not get to try (chicken and waffle skewers).

This venue is great, all of our guests were very impressed. If you are looking for somewhere with an indoor and outdoor space, this is the one for you.

I highly recommend having a wedding or event at Knollwood. My family has had multiple events there, ranging from my sweet 16, to a memorial (it was actually very positive and more a celebration of life), to having scheduling my wedding there. Brittney and the whole staff are wonderful and really take the time to discuss every the detail and make your event perfect! 10 out of 10! :)

We had our wedding here back in July 2019. Brittany our coordinator was absolutely amazing and so helpful! It was an extremely hot day and she made sure our bridal room was stocked with waters & champagne. She made the day run so smooth and seamless & the venue was so beautiful!

I am super excited to have my wedding at Knollwood. Brittney is my go to gal and she is amazing. So far everything has been going amazingly. My soon to be husband has a lot of difficult medical issues and I am confident that Knollwood is the perfect place for us to hold our ceremony and reception.

Oh, man! What a gem of a place to book for the most special day of our lives.

When we started looking for a venue, we were looking for a place that was near our families, guest-friendly, reasonably priced, and a great staff. We somehow felt all those things were checked-off a few minutes into our first meeting with Knollwood. We worked more directly with Melissa and Brittany to set up everything we needed to. From the food tasting event, to the wedding expo, to our individual meetings with them, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Our communication was through phone, text, and e-mail – and each time, Knollwood was very clear and direct.

On the wedding day, our event was perfect. The decorations were beautiful. Knollwood worked with all of our vendors and our wedding planner. At the beginning of the wedding, everything was set – truly, the dream of every bride and groom.

Thank you, Knollwood, Melissa, and Brittany – for making our wedding day an event to remember. Thank you for working with us directly, answering each question we had! And lastly, thank you for always making us feel taken care of, and for making this day as stress-free as possible.

My husband and I had our wedding at this venue and from start to finish our experience was amazing!!!
We worked with Melissa Tapia, one of the on-site coordinators for the planning stages. Melissa was everything that we could hope for in a coordinator, she was communicative, helpful, encouraging, friendly, and well organized. Especially when it came closer to the wedding date, she gave friendly reminders that were needed to help get those last minute things done.
I will be posting photos soon, once we receive them from our friend who did our wedding photos and I am confident that everything is going to look stunning, because it simply was!

As for the location, there was a beautiful bridal suite complete with a large floor length mirror, three vanity mirrors above a bar and three chairs to do hair and make up on location. The groom and groomsmen were put in room located at the opposite end of the hall and we set them up with a game station (ours) that we connected to a wall mounted TV in the room -- which is connected to Netflix!
The ceremony was held outdoors, but an indoor ceremony is possible as well. There was a commodious lounge that we used for our cocktail hour and the reception hall was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a built in dance floor.
If you're looking for your wedding venue, I say look no further! Ask for Melissa and know that your most special day, will be exactly that; with the help of the amazing staff here(:
Oh! And also the bartender, wait staff and everyone were so friendly and professional! They helped with so much on the spot requests and questions.

Our daughter had her wedding here and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the level of professionalism we encountered from start to finish. We had heavily researched nearby venues and fell in love with the room (Granada). The room has a high ceiling and elegant draping, as opposed to the low ceilings with those awful wood soffits—so dated. There is also a wall of windows overlooking the golf course. Melissa was easy to work with and had some great, creative suggestions. She captured every detail we wanted and the catering team executed it flawlessly. The food was really good and the service the day of the event was impeccable. Highly recommend!

We had our wedding at the Knollwood Country Club in November. The venue is beautiful and the wedding packages are unbeatable! The wedding coordinators were a pleasure to work with and made our special day flawless. They were responsive, flexible and very personable. We thoroughly enjoyed our wedding day and our guests continuously praised the venue, the food, and the location. They truly offer everything at the Knollwood Country Club, from free parking for your guests to a ceremony location and several reception rooms. They accommodated all of our needs. Working with Knollwood was a pleasure. Brittany, Melissa, and Patti are AMAZING. The ceremony and reception went so smoothly, I was in shock at how easy everything was. I had my baby shower and my wedding at Knollwood and they were both perfect! They just renovated it and it is so beautiful. You get delicious food and excellent service for a great value. Knollwood country club was fabulous! My husband and I got married Jan 2018. Through out the process the events department was exceptional! Sue, Gabi and Courtney were always so pleasant and willing to help. Phone calls and emails were returned so quickly. I had a million questions some of which I felt were so silly but they were always there with an answer. The venue itself is beautiful and affordable. The granada room has been updated and is lovely! We had our ceremony at knollwood as well in the garden. It turned our beautiful. The day of the wedding the food services manager was GREAT (I apologize as I dont remember his name). He was attentive and made it his priority to ensure our night went smoothly. Overall, Knollwood is a gem in the San Fernando Valley!!

We reserved this venue the other day. I have been very please with sue and Knollwood who has been very responsive and flexible. I love that their beautiful draping is included in the main room and all of their rooms are far away from each other and not just a partician.

Knollwood Country Club is a well oiled wedding machine! From connections to reliable vendors, to the their expo, and most importantly the AMAZING, friendly events staff... I have no hesitation nor regrets about having my wedding here. Sue and Courtney were responsive at every turn and challenge I faced leading up to the big day and made the wedding planning process as easy as it can be, helping to calm many of my concerns.

I Dj about 65 weddings a year. Knollwood is by far my favorite to work at. They truly care about their clients, staff and even us vendors. They make it so smooth and easy to work with. Sue and Courtney are amazing and so great to work with. It a venue worth every penny based on your experience.

Can't say enough great things about this venue! Courtney is absolutely fantastic to work with. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. I have worked several weddings here and help with decor for my brides. Anytime I had a question about the the day of, the venue, the linens, anything! she was quick to reply and work with me and the bride. The ballroom is absolutely stunning. I can't say enough great things about it! It's all newly renovated, and just lovely. My brides fall in love with the trendy upgrades they've done...and I did too :)
The sales office staff, and the servers during the wedding are just the kindest, most welcoming team! Had my wedding here at the end of September and I can't begin to share how please I was with working with this location. It was perfect for me as I had the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all within a few feet of each other. I loved that there was ample parking for guests, a great cocktail hour set up, a beautiful garden ceremony location, an awesome bridal suite, and a full stocked bar. It had the biggest dance floor I've ever seen at a venue and we definitely used it- and it already has swooping linen and a chandelier so decorating could be minimal if you'd like! They also have 5 tvs in the main room that we used for a slide show, and we also used a tv in the lobby for our ever-changing guest list. The food was awesome- we had the trip and chicken combo and our guests loved it! There was also a monthly tasting that they do so we were able to pick our food and have a nice dinner in the main Granada room with other potential clients of theirs and see the venue in action. I worked with Sue and she's the best! Always answered my emails and calls within the day and calmed a love of my stresses- she was there for the tasting, the rehearsal, and the slide show rehearsals. All the girls were so helpful and easy to work with. I definitely would recommend this place!

My wife and I were extremely happy that we chose Knollwood for our wedding. We both could not have pictured a more perfect wedding. Courtney was amazing throughout the entire process; any question that we ever had was always answered in a timely manner and in full detail, never leaving us questioning anything. We almost chose Knollwood on blind faith, when we first visited we were warned that the location was going under some re-modeling. The walls were literally being painted and the ceiling was torn out, Courtney put our minds at ease and even showed us renderings of the final renovations. This was our sixth visit to a venue in less than 2 months. We first visited Knollwood back in March of 2015; our wedding was Sept. 22, 2017. Courtney was kind enough to allow us a few weeks to make a final decision. One thing that really stood out was Courtney's dedication to us, we had not even made a decision on whether or not this would be our venue and Courtney was already reaching out to us thanking us for our visit and providing a sense of warmth and care. This was one thing that no other location thought to do. We both felt at ease and confident that we could put our trust in Courtney's hands, and so we did. Every step of the way Courtney was there for us, if she was out of the office Sue was always there to help. On the day/evening of our wedding Knollwood's staff was AMAZING!!!! I cannot thank them enough for being so professional and helpful not only towards us but all of our guests. As a groom and being welcomed with a bucket of Coronas for my grooms and myself was a huge plus. It was a nice way touch to calm the nerves. All staff at Knollwood are truly and genuinely nice people who care about what they do. This is something that is hard to find, in turn, they orchestrated a beautiful wedding for us. My husband and I chose Knollwood Country club for our wedding venue and it was the best decision! Sue and Courtney were great throughout the entire wedding planning. I live in Texas so I was planning out of state but they were very understanding and helpful. We exchanged several emails and phone calls to make sure the details were right. Since my husband and I live out of state they were very understanding about of short visits to California and were always able to see me for an appointment when I was in town. This was an important aspect for me and made me feel connected to the venue and planning even though I was far away. In the weeks before the wedding I was contacted by Sue to go over the final details to make sure everything was still on track. When I mentioned that I still needed to get something they were so sweet and looked it up online and sent me the link through email. At the rehearsal before the wedding Sue and Gabi walked us through the entire process. When we my girls and I arrived on wedding day to get ready in the bridal room Gabi was there ready to greet us and made sure we had everything we needed. The staff was great and very attentive to our wishes for the day. I can’t remember his name but there was a man on staff that night who was great. Before we made our grand entrance, he asked us what we would like to drink and had it at our table by the time we sat down. Our family and friends can’t stop talking about how wonderful and beautiful the wedding was and how great the staff was. WOW, where to begin?! Upon entering the Knollwood's Granada Room I knew this was the place for us. My husband and I wanted something that could be outdoors and definitely indoors. This was the place. Courtney and Sue were amazing and accommodating to what we envisioned for our special day. I will say that i was worried for the food tasting because we were not impressed. However, the day of, the food was amazing. Everyone loved our buffet that included the stuffed chicken with champagne sauce, meat carving station, and garlic mashed potatoes. I even asked the waiter to save me a plate because it was THAT good. I was definitely relived and to this day people tell me how impressed they were with the food. Also the staff was amazing! They were very professional and were so accommodating the day of. I was so sad that I was going to miss my cocktail hour but they ensured a waiter would be there for us to provide us with appetizers while we took pictures and relaxed until our grand entrance. I would definitely recommend the Knollwood to anyone!

I love knollwood country club. I have to plan my wedding within 6months and I was on a budget. I was able to pull it through with the help of Sue and Alex. They are so nice that they were able to accommodate all of my wants and needs. They are so easy to talk to. Very professional and friendly. I will definitely recommend this to couples who are getting married in a budget! ????

I can't express how happy I feel that my husband and I decided to have our wedding at Knowllwood Country Club. Sue Scharf was amazing with us. She always answered quickly to my may emails expressing concerns or just simple questions I had. She also always made herself available for my husband and I to go in and make any changes to our package. My husband and I also loved the open house they hosted to allow us to see the new remodeled rooms as well as get information on vendors. It was an awesome event. The day of our wedding, we received many compliments from our guests of how delicious the food and drinks were and of how amazing the service was, especially from the head waiter Tony. I can definitely say I had my dream wedding for a very affordable price. Our wedding package included everything!! (food, unlimited drinks, open bar, cake). It just made our wedding planning so much easier and pleasant. Thank you Knowllwood for such a memorable experience. You have amazing staff that certainly go out of their way to make the bride and groom happy.

Stephanie and I were married at Knollwood with a beautiful outdoor ceremony on May 22, 2016. We had the reception following in the glorious, massive banquet room and it was everything we could've imagined! It was the best venue, at a great price! I had contacted 2 vendors prior to Knollwood Country Club, and the customer service was either awful or non-existent. I called over to Knollwood looking for some information on having a wedding there in May. I spoke to Courtney over the phone, she was a breath of fresh air. Soft spoken, amazing customer service, answered every question I had and then some. She recommend me and my now husband come in and meet with her to look at the venue and discuss packages they offer. Me and Eric both have insane schedules, and she was very accommodating with working with us. We met with her and as soon as the meeting was done and we got in the car we both looked at each other and agreed this was our venue. Let it be known this is the one and only venue we physically visited. We booked at Knollwood Country Club just about a year in advance, and within that time Courtney was nothing but awesome answering every email in the most timely matter. Also in this time Knollwood Country Club went through a major renovation and it is breath taking. We had our wedding May 7th 2016 at Knollwood Country Club and just the experience, service, and interaction with every employee was incredible. I was so amazing how great of a team they have there. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and just made it such an amazing day. Courtney and Sue are so awesome! Courtney was there the day of the wedding checking in saying hi. I think that is one of the biggest things that hit home for me how personal of an experience Knollwood and their team created for us on that day. And it didn't feel like it was because it was just apart of there jobs, but they genuinely cared and wanted it to be the most amazing day. The wedding ceremony was absolutely beautiful, and the reception was everything and more. I am so incredibly grateful for my experience with Knollwood Country Club.

one thing I found really helpful is using tv screen in entry way for guests seating chart simple and Courtney and or Sue does all the work, but if having a plated dinner think about it early as to wear everyone will sit, I found that to be the most stressful part. I dealt mostly with Courtney and she is absolutely wonderful and creative if you need suggestions.

I booked this place for my upcoming wedding in October 2016. Sue has been such a pleasure to work with so far! She has been so responsive to my endless emails. She has been really flexible with working with our budget and getting answers to me right away. I literally would write an email and send it and 5-10 minutes later, there's an answer waiting in my inbox.

The venue is spacious and gorgeous as well with ample free parking! Although the parking is on the lower level, there are a few disabled parking spots on the upper level where the reception entrance is. It's also a perfect drop off area for the older folks who can't climb stairs very well.

The outside area is really nice and green, with market lights in the patio which will look awesome at night. The dinner space is pretty massive. It seems like it can fit 300+ people with a dance floor. It's open with a ton of windows which gives it an amazing light and bright feeling to the room.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at this location and everything was great! The venue was ready for us on time and everything was clean and presentable. The staff is great! Courtney was our coordinator and made sure that everything ran smoothly (or at least made sure I didn't find out). The serving and cleaning staff was also great, very friendly and prompt.

I just got married 2 wks ago. Choosing knollwood as my venue was one of the best choices I made. Service is great and staff is amazing. We just did a room rental and had someone else cater. They are very flexible. The place is gourges has amazing views for pictures too. Very happy choosing this place as my venue!

I just got married a month and a half ago and I was beyond happy with booking this venue!! The food was delicious the people were helpful and attentive and I think it's a perfect location for a wedding definitely get bang for your buck! Gives you many options for inexpensive to expensive depending on your budget.

When my fiance and I decided to get married in California at the end of May, we knew we would be planning a wedding long distance from Japan. The ladies in charge of catering and wedding services were super helpful and very flexible. From the inquiries to the day of the wedding, everything went smoothly. Friendly staff, great venue, gorgeous ceremony site. By far the best bang for the buck in the Valley. The only potential problem was the bridal room was located inside the bathroom, but since that wasn't a priority for us, it didn't really matter. Most everyone got ready elsewhere anyways. There were no last minute problems. Everything was done exactly as it was supposed to be. The food was amazing, the cake was amazing. Really just a great place to have a wedding! So glad was got married here!

Tricia was there till the big day and kept me calm when I was nervous. The entire staff on this special day all did an awesome job. The big plus was the food which all the guests really enjoyed.

This was not our first event at Knollwood Country Club. We had our 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration and as usual we wee so pleased with everything. Through our almost a year of preparation - they were always very attentive to my requests, needs, and were quick to answer any questions I had. A hidden gem is what I would call Knollwood!! Sue and Tricia thank you so much for being so professional, organized, and making my wedding day so charming!!

I can remember for about a month I contacted venues from Santa Barbara to Pasadena trying to find something that had all my must haves, fit within my budget, and most importantly didn't have any fine print that would cost me an arm and leg. At first I was willing to do anything for the venue in Santa Barbara, but when I realized that most venues had an end time of about 9 pm and a pricey hourly rate for after 9. I quickly knew Santa Barbara was not for my husband and I.

We reviewed the package of Knollwood, and they quickly were at the top of the venues to tour grounds. It was a no brainer they had everything we were looking for and it fit within our budget (our reception ended at 11:30 like the last song played)!!! Once my husband, parents, and I viewed the Granada Room I wanted to sign the contract immediately (there must have been a mistake in pricing). After meeting with Sue, she suggested we confirm the dates were available with our church (we fell in love with her, she was looking out for us, also there was no error in pricing).

When we finally booked our wedding, we felt like we were completely taken care of. I the bride didn't have to worry about anything, our package included 4 hours of open bar, our cake, table linens, set up, and a wonderful candy station. The candy station was so impressive; it was the best I had ever seen!! Sue did such a great job in matching every candy to our wedding colors. I know that I could not find that much green, black, and white candy if I tried. Also, there were more adults hording the candy then the kids/teens that were sitting right next to the station (at the end of the night there was not one candy left).

My husband and I had a great venue, 4 hours of open bar, a 5 hour party, and a candy station!! It was everything we wanted and so much more!!!

I can’t believe it has taken over two years to let everyone know how fantastic Knollwood Country Club is!!!! My husband and I looked at almost every venue from Camarillo to the Valley. When I walked in a met Sue there was not a doubt in my mind this was the place!!!! She and the Knollwood allowed me freedom to make my dream a reality!!!! The food was exceptional!! The bartender and wait staff went above and beyond!!!! They made crossing the T’s and dotting the I’s super easy!!!! Thank you !!! I still look at me pictures and think.. Wow what an AMAZING day!!!!!

Knollwood did an absolutely fantastic job on our Wedding! I would strongly recommend Knollwood for any formal event needed. From the first meeting till the day of the wedding they were very good to work with, their level of detail, and organizational skills are appreciated and noticed by all who attended the wedding. Knollwood's ability to work with our budget was very important, and they were also very flexible when we felt like we wanted a different setup or different things included. I very much appreciated how responsive they were to all of our questions and were willing to make sure that we had everything the way we wanted it, it definitely was a huge relief in stress at a time that help is needed. The day of the wedding Knollwood was involved to make sure the entire venue was setup per our agreement and looked amazing, then the catering staff ensured that all guests received all of the appetizers, entrees, and wedding cake. The service was exceptional, everything went smoothly and everything was in place for us and all of our guests to have a blast! We definitely did as the huge dancefloor was extremely crowded the whole night! Thank God everything worked out soo wonderfully, Knollwood thank you for helping us have such friendly staff, great service and venue that will help us remember such a special night!

I can't say enough great things about this place! The staff is unbelievably amazing; very personable and nice. Very eager to see to it that your event is all that you want it to be. My husband and I felt very comfortable with both Sue and Tricia every single time we had to connect with them. I can only hope that we have another occasion in which we would need to use their services again. Our guests loved every aspect of our event, not to mention the food! Overall FANTASTIC experience and we are extremely thankful!

We held our wedding reception in the Granada Room and it was best choice we ever made! Sue and Tricia were so helpful and patient throughout the whole process. The room was spectacular, the food was amazing and the staff was so great. Even in the last two weeks, when our guest count changed many times they accommodated our revisions. it was a huge help to me when I was in full stress mode. The grounds are beautiful and the lighting in the room with the lights in the curtains are amazing at sunset! I definitely will suggest this venue to all my friends! Thanks again Sue!!

Tricia and Sue were wonderful, helpful, friendly and professional. Also, the staff/servers were wonderful. I would recommend Knollwood Country Club to any one who is looking for a place to have a party, prom, wedding, etc.

Knollwood was PERFECT!!! I will do my son's Bar Mitzvah here in 3 years. The buffet was wonderful. The food was hot, delicious and plentiful. The hors d'oevures were wonderful and plentiful. No one felt compelled to chase the butler to get one. They just kept coming.

Sue and John (our Banquet Captain) were both fantastic, professional and did everything to make sure the night was wonderful.

I truly have no complaints about Knollwood.

Great service! Great Value! Absolutely perfect! We got married on August 22, 2010. The location felt very private and intimate. Our coordinator, Sue, was so great. She helped us iron out the details for our wedding, gave wonderful suggestions for both the reception and ceremony and was very responsive to all our questions (and believe me, there were several). I actually looked at several venues before finally booking Knollwood and in my opinion, you could not find a better value. We got lots of compliments from our friends and family, which means a whole lot to me because my family is very hard to please. The bartenders and staff were super friendly. They provided wonderful service. For instance, they provided water for our guests since it was about 90 degrees outside. One of the waiters even came outside during the cocktail hour and made sure I was fed before taking pictures (as a bride, you love this because you are worried about so many other things, you forget to eat). Everything was so great and I seriously can't thank Knollwood enough.

Our wedding was wonderful!! Sue was an absolute dream to work with! She was so professional and so organized. Everything went so great! the only mishaps were that the cake was not served right away after we cut it and there were 3 people that crashed the event. They took advantage of the open bar and actually tried to come in on to the dance floor.

This was a perfect venue for my son's wedding. The country club is lovely, private, and only hosts 1 main event each evening. Thus, there are no conflicts with other events. The event staff are efficient, quite helpful, punctual, and professional. The outside wedding ceremony area and picture area provided our photographer with beautiful landscaping for all the photography. The caterer provided a high quality buffet, exactly to our specifications and the food was delicious. Overall, I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a place for a afternoon or evening formal or semi-formal event.

Absolutely loved this venue! The ceremony site looked great and the reception was absolutely beautiful. The room is huge and can accommodate a number of tables without feeling overcrowded or crammed. The only issue I had was that when it came time for my rehearsal the flexibility wasn't what I hoped for. Unfortunately we had to have a "semi" rehearsal on a Wednesday night when half of the bridal party could not attend due to work or some prior engagements they had already had in place for quite a while. However, in the end everything worked out beautifully. Tricia is amazing! I absolutely adore her and she was very attentive and would reply to all of my e-mails quickly. The food was excellent. The venue was absolutely perfect because the ceremony site is right off the room where we had our reception and was easy access to go outside and have a drink or for those who smoke. Definitely would recommend this venue to family and friends.

My wedding was absolutely wonderful. The venue looked beautiful, staff were more than helpful in planning out everything prior to the big day and on the day of, the food was amazing and over all I think every one had an amazing time.

This venue is amazing! The staff is so helpful with all the planning and prepping that day. I also held a ceremony rehearsal and Tricia was very helpful! The food was delicious! I chose to have the petite dinner buffet and all my guests absolutely loved the food! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Best place to have a reception! The staff are very professional and answer to your emails/calls in a timely manner. It made my wedding planning smoothly, especially being 3,000 miles away. Planning my wedding reception with Sue and Tricia was great because they responded to my emails/calls. They are both organized. Sue was able to arrange the food tasting when I was in town. Knollwood is nice inside, has windows, big parking lot, good location, and a big dance floor. It had everything I was looking for in a reception. The day of the wedding the staff were very attentive and made my wedding day go smoothly. They were on time for dinner service, cake cutting, etc.. Thank you Knollwood Country Club :)

This venue is naturally beautiful. I did not have to bring in much decor to beautify this hall and outdoor ceremony area. Nature did its job well! I got married on April 4, 2014. My ceremony was 20 minutes long outside on the green ceremony site followed by 45-50 minute cocktail hour and then a sit down dinner reception in the main hall (Petite buffet food was delicious!) I cannot imagine it in the months of May-October where everything will come alive with more color! The main hall I used has a disco ball and draping that is already included. My colors were gold and dark teal. The hall complemented my theme perfectly! I brought in colorful spot lights to enhance the hall.
Even though my wedding day was no more than 70 degrees outside (unpredictable California weather in April) it was beautiful. I actually embraced the cool breeze to relax my nerves on that day as I married.
Sue & Tricia were always so wonderful & responsive with myself & my wedding planner, Jordan Helo from start to finish.

The only issue I would have would be that the coffee and hot tea was placed on the tables before guests got there. I get the concept and its less of a hassle but during the cake cutting and dessert time guests complained that those "hot" beverages were cold. Also the fact that they do not allow outside alcohol as did a few other venues allowed while venue searching. they only allow outside bottled wine at a corkage fee per bottle which is understandable. These could probably be the only things that comes to mind that they could improve.

So blessed to have the bridal room to get ready---saved a lot of time, money and hassle on the day of. The beautiful bar right outside the hall was perfect for guests to walk over to. The set up is very convenient for guests: outdoor patio, bar area, lobby, reception hall & plenty of bathrooms.
Everything was beautiful and I highly recommend to anyone Knollwood Country Club for their wedding or event.

My husband and I had our wedding and reception at Knollwood and could not be happier. All of our guests have been raving about how much fun our event was. We had shopped around and found Knollwood to be the best value for the size and we were not wrong. The food was fantastic, the ceremony was beautiful, and the drinks were flowing throughout the night. Sue and Tricia were truly amazing throughout everything. Thank you both for helping to make our day so wonderful. :)

Had our wedding ceremony and reception here and it was great. The venue is beautiful, the food was delicious and the onsite staff is amazing. They were on top of everything and on time for special request. The Bartender Andy was awesome very friendly and mixes strong drinks. The only reason we would give a lower score on professionalism is due to no wedding coordinator being present for the ceremony portion of our wedding, as stated in our contract. Overall though, everything turned out perfect. We had a good experience throughout the whole process.

Tricia & Sue were gr8 to work with! We had 200 guests ranging in age from 4 - 80 for our Christa McAuliffe Scholarship dinner banquet. The grand "ballroom" was beautifully set-up in a patriotic red/white/blue decor. The banquet waiters are amazing: they served children chicken...adults got marsala chicken or primavera pasta dinners...all delicious! Dessert was chocolate mousse for adults & ice cream sundaes for kids. Can't say enough about what a wonderful evening it was. Everyone was pleased! Thank you Tricia/Sue/Knollwood CC Banquet Waiters. WOW!!! Did my wedding turn out absolutley gorgeous at Knollwood Country Club. You may notice that Knollwood is rather established and been around for quite sometime, however with the right vendors your wedding could be immaculate with the breathtaking golf course view and remodeled ballroom and bar. Sue, the coordinator, is amazing and will do everything in her power to make sure you have the wedding of your dreams.

We booked Knollwood for our wedding on July 20th. Since the beginning there was communication with the staff at Knollwood making it an easier and less stressful experience while planning for the wedding. Me and my husband were very pleased with how great our wedding turned out. Our guests were very happy as well. The staff that helped us out for the reception were amazing. Overall, I would recommend this venue!

I had my reception here, everyone loved it!

The venue was great. I had my wedding here June 5th. From the beginning when I first started looking for a place Sue was so helpful. They worked with my budget and made sure all my questions were answJered. Once I booked it, Madison and Courtney were amazing. They helped me through the entire process. Thank you ladies for helping me make my day special. You guys were flexible and the reception hall was beautiful. I would definitely recommend Knollwood country club for other Brides.

My fiance and I had a hard time figuring out where to have our reception. Knollwood was close to the location we wanted and we had checked another country club nearby and they had the better price so we went with them. They also had a summer promotion going which we took. Sue is absolutely knowledgeable, professional and such a sweet person. She was very helpful when first signing up and then going through our final details. She went on maternity leave and the new girls who took over were also very sweet - not as seasoned as Sue so I didn't rely too heavily on them but they were both super friendly and nice! This place is a well-oiled machine - everything got taken care of without hiccups. The food for the reception was prompt and freshly made and tasted great. The only thing I saw which was a bit of a disappointment were the needles littered on the outdoor lawn where the outdoor ceremony was. Granted it was a windy day so maybe they had and the winds blew them onto the lawn again but that was one detail which would have made it perfect! Overall, I'm happy to have had it there and the reception hall looked beautiful~!!

Knollwood was great! We only had our wedding reception there and it was the nicest most affordable venue we could find. The food was great and the space was great with full height windows along one side and a large dance floor. They were super flexible and accommodating, letting us have a partial open/partial cash bar. We were also able to bring our own appetizers in. Even though we brought our own cake, they still served it for us.

In terms of service, only a couple of things. The servers forgot to serve my husband and I champagne at the sweetheart table so we had to wave a couple of friends down to bring us glasses for the toasts since our glasses were empty.

Secondly, we also had bought a smaller wedding cake and had 2 sheet cakes in the back to supplement. When it was time to cut the cake, for some unexplainable reason, they thought they should bring the "extra" sheet cakes to the front so I had to tell them take them back to the kitchen. Then when serving the wedding cake, they started cutting the sheet cakes and serving that instead of serving the actual wedding cake first. One of my bridesmaids had to go to the back to tell them to start with the wedding cake first so that it wouldn't look weird for them to be serving cake but not have the wedding cake cut at all.

Other than that, the venue was perfect. Sue and Tricia were great to work with!

This place went was everything we wanted and more. The staff and team were absolutely amazing, exceeded our expectations and totally had a package that worked well for all of us on a budget that still wanted an extra bang for our buck. My day was beautiful, the food was excellent and having a cake and speciality dessert bar included in our package made the night even more sweet!!! I felt totally chill and comfortable the day of, I was completely taken care of as was my husband. Most importantly they made sure we ate and were 100% available to us at all times. You won’t be disappointed!

Knollwood is a beautiful venue to get married at. The price is great and the people that work there are very nice and helpful. They were avail when I needed them and never seemed annoyed by me :) Thank you knollwood and staff for making my wedding such a memorable day! Heather Z

The staff was incredibly helpful in the planning stage and very accommodating. Everything was set up perfectly, and we had no problems.

We just had our reception here. The food was amazing, and they weren't scared when I wanted to offer three options for dinner. The room was big, and the dance floor was centered and big. We had 250 people at our wedding and were not crowded at all. The only thing I would have preferred was more greenery decoration in the room itself. They could have changed that by now though. They were flexible in bar options as well.

I had a small wedding about 100 guests. The venue was perfect for the occasion. I also had my reception there because I won a raffle at their annual expo and so it was free but it would normally be $1000.00 to have the ceremony there. The ceremony was outside and it was just beautiful! Since I did have an October wedding I had to take my pictures before the ceremony because of daylight savings but it was still perfect.

The venue itself has multiple rooms available to host any event but I held mine in the bigger room because even though I had a small amount of people I had room to spread out and add additional things. I had a photo booth as well as a sweets bar and I had plenty of room for all that and more. I don't have any complaints about the service I received from the Knollwood employees or their coordinators. Courtney Nolasco was my person of contact and she was awesome. I would email her with any question or concern that I ad and she was really good about replying and putting me at ease. When it came down to my final walk through with her she went over every detail with me and if I was unsure of anything she would help me out and make suggestions that would be beneficial to my event. Overall a great experience.

We had a very good experience having our wedding at the Knollwood Country Club. The wedding coordinators, Sue and Courtney, were so helpful and really cooperative. The room and ceremony site were set-up prior to my arrival and were absolutely perfect! The food was also delicious! Overall, we are so thrilled by how wonderful our wedding was and so thankful that we chose Knollwood!

The only bad thing that went wrong was with the seating chart for the reception. The number of chairs at the tables were not set up as we asked.

Knollwood has a beautiful ballroom with a very nice view. We loved it because we wanted to have an outdoor ceremony. Sue, the event planner was wonderful to work with. We had a very nice wedding. The only complaint we had was that the food is just ok and the waiters were not professional. Some of my wedding guests complained to me about the waiters not understanding English and being rude. I also noticed that that waiters were eating from my candy buffet. Other than that, the ace is beautiful and a good value.

Beautiful place and nice staff, however staff turnover seemed to be high...new people were working on the day of my wedding. Our original planner did come for the rehearsal but not for our wedding (she was no longer working there) Our DJ took care of everything that day...so no worries for us! Would recommend!

We got married in April 2015 and unfortunately Knollwood had no sound system for the ceremony outside so we had to bring in our own speakers and full sound system for the ceremony. Due to the heat the sound system didn't work after half way into the ceremony and nobody after the first 3 rows could hear the special music sung or the pastor. To pay so much money for a venue without a sound system was very disappointing. Also, during the reception it got very hot and I (the bride) couldn't enjoy the time with guests because I had to be fanned down in the hall way. I waited near the office for the ladies to open the door so I could tell them to turn on air conditioning but they never opened their door since they were in a meeting. I was told that I would have the girl at Knollwood as my wedding coordinator but after the ceremony I didn't see her and there was no help with the heat in the room used for the reception. The location was beautiful for the ceremony but we did have helicopters overhead at one point, making it hard to hear and then when our brought in sound system went out I was disappointed as we had no back up. Knollwood needs to invest in a sound system for outside and a better sound system inside as well
