    Knight's is the way to go

    I am very pleased with the transportation service provided by Knight's. The booking process was quick and painless; they answered all my questions and were very responsive the few days leading up to the wedding. All the guests enjoyed their service and said they were very accommodating. It was great to be able to rely on them for transporting our guests to and from the hotel to the venue. We were very pleased with their service!

    So friendly

    My mom did most of the work hiring and coordinating with Knights but we were both very impressed. She hired one bus for our extended family for the whole night and then a van for me and my bridal party to pictures/first look, the ceremony and to the reception. Our driver was there early and was very friendly and patient when one of my bridesmaids was running a bit behind. He had umbrellas to help us in and out since it was a drizzly foggy day. The bus was also right on time and the driver was extremely friendly, he joined us for dinner at the reception and was very sweet. The company called my mom to confirm and make sure everything was set a couple times and was very flexible with the photo spot considering we had to slightly adjust with the weather, the driver reconfirming where in the park we wanted to go with the fog and mist. They were both very professional and really knew the fastest way to get between the sites, making up time we lost in the beginning. They also called the next day to make sure everything was correct and that we were happy with the service.

    Accommodating and reliable!

    We hired Knight’s as a shuttle for our wedding guests in Sturbridge MA. They were extremely responsive to all of our questions and made sure our guest were taken care of! They stayed through our entire event in case someone wanted to go back to our hotel early! They kept our guests safe and happy! We could not be more pleased with them!

    Timely & Professional

    We hired Knight’s for our wedding day travels, they arrived early to pick up the groom for a first look photo shoot. They followed the itinerary perfectly and our driver was extremely pleasant. The prices are better than actual limos and the bus we had looked like a luxurious coach. Our wedding party loved it! Highly recommend Knight’s for all your travel needs as we have also taken them for airport travel. Our driver was so friendly and took the stress out of our special day!

    Professional

    Our driver was very punctual coming to pick my husband and I up after our wedding. We on the other hand were not...saying bye to guests, making sure the gifts were taken, and packing our stuff got so chaotic. He was so patient and got us to our destination comfortably and in good time. I would definitely use them again.

    We booked two buses to transport our wedding party and guests to and from the venue. We went with Knights since their prices were reasonable (I especially liked that the rate included tip) and because the smaller bus size was appropriate for the number of guests we were expecting. Both buses were prompt (even early) and we didn't run into any issues. Daryl was the driver for the bus my husband and I were on both ways, and he was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Knights to other brides looking for transportation!

    Knight's was perfect for our needs! We decided to offer a shuttle between the venue and the hotel for our guests since we had an open bar and also used that shuttle to bring the bridal parties over before the guests. We had a 29 person bus booked from around 2 to 11:30 and it was surprisingly affordable given the amount of time we had it. We also booked a town car to take my husband and I to the hotel separately at the end of the night and they made it super easy to add that to our reservation. The vehicles were clean and the drivers were so kind and courteous. We had an excellent experience with them.

    We used Knights mini-bus option as a one-way trip for our 20-person wedding party to get to our venue from our hotel in central mass this July 3rd. Joe was our driver, and he was very professional and also on time. Knights was great to work with; they responded promptly for our request for quote, and the price was reasonable for a coach-like bus with AC. Of note, the bus was said to have an auxiliary jack for connecting an iPod for music, but it didn't work. Overall Joe and the company was great to work with and having the quote include tip and for the credit card payment to process the day before made everything easy and smooth. We would absolutely use them again.

    We booked Knight's for transportation for guests that were spending the night at our hotel but did not want to drive to the venue. Knight's had a variety of different transportation methods depending on your needs. The transportation we rented was a mini bus that accommodated up to 29 passengers which was perfect! The mini bus would travel to and from the hotel and venue and vice versa as many times as guests needed during the night. The driver also made sure to get the groom, groomsmen, and bridal party, to the venue early which was much appreciated! The bus was very clean and the driver was very professional. Communicating with Knight's was very easy and they were very responsive. I would highly recommend Knight's for your wedding transportation!

    We used Knight's Limousine for our wedding and had a wonderful experience. We used the mini-bus which was clean and convenient for our large bridal party! They successfully transported the groom/groomsmen to the church and then the bride/bridesmaides to the church and then the whole wedding party to the reception location. The price and quality were great!

    We were one of the many lucky couples to be married during Hurricane Irene. Yay! Knight's was so accommodating to our needs given the weather. The driver was so cordial and always on time. The service leading up to our big day was on target and very organized. The staff at the office for Knight's was truly very helpful and made us feel comfortable during our big day. We would use them again for future events!

    As far as easy of booking, responsiveness, and value, Knight's did a fantastic job. The busses were also nice and clean; however, some of the drivers and their navigation left much to be desired. We have used Knight's in the past for airport service & multiple bachelor parties, all with great experiences. Unfortunately on my wedding day this was not the case.

    We had two busses for the evening to shuttle guests between the hotel and venue (about 15 minutes away). We had guests at two hotels (literally the next parking lot over).

    The one driver I encountered was not friendly in the least, and completely rude. The original plan was for myself and the groomsmen to drive themselves to the venue, to leave the shuttle available for guests. When we were about to leave we found a completely empty shuttle outside the hotel & the driver yelled to me "I am leaving here in five minute whether there is anyone on this bus or not." (there were 75 guests getting ready inside this hotel) He argued with me that he needed to get to the next hotel to pick up waiting guests. After arguing with him that it's insane for him to drive away empty, we decided to put myself and all the groomsmen on the bus instead of letting it go empty (he was leaving regardless of what I said, even though WE are PAYING HIM). We reluctantly boarded the bus and went to the next hotel to pickup the "waiting guests." Exactly zero guests were waiting. We drove away without picking up anyone else. And took the long way, even though we expressed there was an easier route.

    Making this wasted trip to the venue with myself & the groomsmen threw off the entire shuttle schedule, causing our final shuttle to be over 15 minutes late. Pushing our ceremony start 15 minutes. Forcing our event coordinator to make an announcement to all of our patiently waiting guests that we were waiting on another shuttle and that we were not being delayed due to a panicked groom or bride. Embarrassing!

This is not typical of our services as you know and I will be looking into this further to take additional action. This is not the type of driver we want on our team. We are sorry for any inconvenience we have caused you, we would never want to have given you any additional stress on your wedding day as we know it is one of the biggest days of your life. I will be in touch with you through your personal email to let you know what actions we will be taking in regards to your complaint. Again I am truly sorry!
