Truly the best!!

Both my sister and I used Knight and Veil for our weddings and we were just so impressed! Rosy and all of the girls did such an incredible job! I have been in a few weddings now, but Knight and Veil was the only hair and makeup group that I truly loved. They listen to what you want and what you're comfortable with and they exceed all expectations. I and all of my bridesmaids/family have never felt more beautiful:) All of our pictures were stunning and we just had so much fun getting ready together! Would highly highly recommend and will absolutely work with them again in the future!

Wedding hair and makeup

If you want to feel and look great on your wedding day look no further.. Jami and Laura were a dream. After I went in for my hair and makeup trial, I knew they would make me look great on my wedding day. Having naturally straight hair, Laura did a great job with my curls… they held all through the night, and I loved the airbrush makeup it felt so light and didn’t smudge. My bridesmaids, mother of th groom and mother of the bride all loved their makeup and got so many compliments! Would highly recommend!

Kelly and her team at Bridal and Veil were phenomenal from the start of the process to the whole wedding day experience. Communicating with Kelly was great and easy. Her stylists were exceptional and I appreciated that they were also delightful to be around on the wedding day. I would also recommend doing the trial they offer as that was incredibly helpful to refine the style I was going for - plus both stylists were very accommodating to day of changes for the final look.

Perfect Wedding Team

Kelly and the Knight and Veil team were phenomenal to work with for my wedding. Kelly was very communicative leading up to the wedding so I knew exactly what the morning would look like. Laura and Jami arrived early on my wedding day and completed all of our hair and make-up with plenty of time to spare!

Laura completed each hair style perfectly and Jami was able to provide beautiful to each girl, matching pictures flawlessly. I could not recommend this team more for your wedding day. Everyone was relaxed, laughing and enjoying the morning before the chaos begins! I could not have asked for a better team.

Highly recommend !

I booked Knight and Veil for my wedding and so glad that I did! I communicated with Kelly who was professional and responsive. My main makeup/hair artist was Laura. I did book a trial with her. I have very fine hair and have extensions, and there have been many weddings I have been in where the person doing hair could not properly hid the extensions. Laura did an amazing job! In the day of the wedding, she showed up on time with two other girls to do me, my six bridesmaids, and two Moms. Everyone wanted something slightly different and they delivered! I kept wanting subtle changes to my makeup in the day of the wedding and Laura was completely patient and accommodating. Everyone looked amazing!

Incredible!

INCREDIBLE! If you are looking for amazing hair and makeup artists, you have to book Knight & Veil. To be honest, I was a bit worried because myself as the Bride and most of my Bridesmaids are Asian -- I have had experiences before where the makeup did not fit me very well due to my Asian features. However, I was completely blown away by how beautiful we looked for my wedding at Lake Oak Meadows.

Jami, Laura, and Chelsea were the perfect team to help us ladies get ready for my big day! They were super professional and easy to work with from the start of booking to the actual wedding day. I showed them a picture of what I wanted for both my hair and makeup trial and also my wedding day -- they replicated it exactly the way I wanted it to look like! My Bridesmaids and Mom also looked so beautiful.

A fantastic experience!

I had Rosy and another assistant as our hair stylist and truly loved them! Rosy is so kind and easy to work with. She did a fantastic job with styling my hair in a half up/half down style! It was incredibly beautiful and I really loved how it turned out! All 7 of my bridesmaids looked amazing in a variety of hair styles and were really pleased with how it looked. I absolutely recommend their services! You will not be disappointed!

AMAZING JOB (even for asian brides!)

Kelly was just amazing and very accommodating when I booked through Knight and Veil. I had so many changes and she was able to add an additional stylist for me! The work done by Laura, Jami, and Chelsea were just simply AMAZING. Being an asian bride, I was initially worried since everyone told me to hire an asian makeup artist since they know how to shape our faces. However, all 3 stylists did such an amazing job on all the ladies!

Laura did my hair and makeup and I showed her a few pictures of what I wanted especially since I was unsure. She then asked me exactly what I liked about each picture and was able to interpret what I wanted and incorporate into my bridal look! I highly recommend booking a trial appointment as she was very receptive to feedback and any changes. When I told her what I wanted to change or didn’t like she was able to change it into something I LOVED! I loved watching her techniques and I even incorporated some of them into my daily makeup routines! My makeup and hair last all day and did NOT look cakey at all! She was able to make make me look natural and just enhance my personal features!

Jami, Chelsea, and Laura also worked on some of my family members and bridal party. They were blown away with how well their makeup and hair lasted and how natural it looked! My mom is one to complain about paying for hair and makeup because they never live up to her standards, but she absolutely LOVED how her hair stayed and her makeup looked so natural and looked like HER! One of my bridesmaids also complain about how she never likes how her hair looks when it’s curled. BUT she was blown away with how Chelsea curled her hair and how well it stayed!

I definitely recommend Knight and Veil for your bridal look! Especially Laura, Jami, and Chelsea who did such a phenomenal job! I felt like a princess on my wedding day and did not have to worry about my look falling apart!

Best of the Best!

The Knight and Veil team truly made my experience so easy and painless. Their responsiveness and flexibility took the headache out of vendor booking. I ended up having to add a stylist and services close to my wedding date and Kelly went above and beyond to find a solution. She even checked in with me the day after my wedding to make sure I was happy with everything! Beautiful bride

I had three talented artists from Knight and Veil do the hair and makeup of myself (the bride), my bridesmaids and my mother for my wedding a couple weeks ago and we looked stunning! I can honestly say this was the only time in my life that I've had my hair and makeup done professionally, and didn't feel the need to fix anything afterwards. I usually feel like a clown when I get hair and makeup done by a stranger, but my makeup looked so natural and my hair looked just like the photo I showed as an example. I can genuinely say I felt like a beautiful bride...with the most beautiful bridesmaids! Everyone looked absolutely gorgeous. The artists were also very professional, on-time (they came to our Airbnb), and easy to communicate with. The entire process of getting ready for the big day was seamless.

Hands-Down Best Hair and Makeup Team!

Knight and Veil's team was exactly what I was looking for! My hair and makeup (along with my MOH, MOB, and MOG) was absolutely perfect and stayed put throughout the day/night! The team was knowledgeable of current trends and made me feel incredibly beautiful on my wedding day.

Also, my makeup was done by airbrush and didn't ever have that "caked-on" look or feel - which my girlfriends took note of and were highly complimentary of. My recommendation would be look no further and book Knight and Veil's amazing team for your wedding day!

Gorgeous ladiesss!

I started my communication with Kelly a couple years ago now. When our wedding was cancelled just 4 days before back in March 2020 due to COVID. Kelly was so accommodating in all the date changes and venue changes we have had to do! She made what would've been a very stressful process so easy and we are so so thankful of her for that! She is always so responsive and quick to help you with what ever questions you may have all the way up to the wedding day!

We had Laura, Chelsea, and Jami the day of our wedding and they all came on time and so professional! Laura did my hair and make up for my wedding day and it turned out so beautiful!! I decided to change my hair last minute and different from what I did during my trial and it turned out so beautiful! I love all things make up and so I was also very specific about it and Laura was very receptive to that and would make her recommendations as well! My groom couldn't stop talking about it even after the wedding and so did my guests! Chelsea and Jami did the hair and make up for most of my bridesmaids, my mom, and flower girl and they all looked gorgeous! Everyone just felt so beautiful!

They made sure that we run on time and I had a total of 8 girls getting their hair and make up done! That's amazing! We were able to follow our timeline so smoothly for the rest of the day because of it! Thank you Kelly, Laura, Chelsea, and Jami for being part of the biggest day of our lives!

Kelly’s Team is fantastic!

If you are in Southern California, you should definitely consider Kelly’s team of super stars. She was easy to work with and so flexible. My original wedding was April 2020 and I had a total of 4 date reschedules. Kelly was flexible with me throughout the process and moved my dates while honoring the original price. She also moved her artists around to accommodate my original stylist being available for my new wedding date.

What I love is airbrush. It’s absolutely weightless and the team puts it on eloquently. We had Kimm, Chelsea and Laura. Laura was also amazing because we adjusted my hairstyle and makeup slightly for the day of (I changed my mind from my original appointment). They arrived on time and were able to finish everyone with touch ups well before our start time. My makeup lasted all night.

Very grateful and thankful for this stellar team of stylists who made my 5 bridesmaids, officiant, mother, mother in law and me beautiful for my big day. Don’t hesitate to book with Kelly.

The Best Team

I used Knight & Veil for my wedding. They were absolutely amazing! Kelly is so professional, quick to respond and pays attention to detail. Though I did not get to work with Kelly on the big day (she lives in Arkansas and I am in California), her team was absolutely fantastic. I had Chelsea for my hair and Jami for my make up. I felt like a real life princess! Also, other members of her team did hair and make up for my entire bridal party (11 ladies), my mother and my mother in law. It was SUCH a busy day, but the ladies made us feel so comfortable and made us look our absolute best.

I found Knight & Veil through a few Temecula vendors as I was originally getting married in Fallbrook. After COVID hit, not only did we have to push to a new date, but we also had to find a new venue. Kelly was extremely accommodating through it all and made sure she was able to work through all of my changes (#THANKSCOVID).

I am so happy I went with Knight & Veil. Everyone (including me!) was so pleased with the outcome. Thank you to this amazing team for making us look our best!

Stunning Looks For Your Big Day

Thanks to the talented ladies at Knight & Veil my hair and makeup were perfect for my big day! Planning was easy with Kelly, even with the many changes that we had to make due to covid-19. Kelly was very flexible, easy to work with and always professional. I wasn't able to have a trial before my wedding, but with some inspiration photos and a description of what I was looking for, Laura delivered. She did my hair and makeup the morning of my wedding and it was exactly what I wanted. She was so sweet and made sure that I was happy with the result. Great communicating and amazing stylists.

I used Knight and Veil for my wedding day make up and hair. I had to change my date due to cover and was looking for a company kind of last minute. Kelly responded so quickly and was able to find stylists available on my date to get 7 girls ready. I had a hair and make up trial with Chelsea and Jami. They were great! Kelly has great communication and emailed to check in on everything before and after the wedding. She made a timeline for the day of the make sure everyone was ready on time. The day of the wedding the girls had to come early at 6am to start us getting ready. They were on time and so professional. Chelsea and Jami were so patient with me and made sure everything was perfect and exactly what I wanted for my wedding day!Everyone was ready on time and it was a stress free fun experience. I would highly recommend Knight and Veil! Can't say enough good things about the whole experience.

Spectacular choice for our wedding

If I could give Kelly and her team 100 stars it would not be enough. Kelly was incredible to work and plan with even amidst changes, postponements, rescheduling and more changes again. The BEST hair & makeup team!

Kelly and her team at Knight & Veil are literally as good as it gets when it comes to a beauty team! My fiancee was adamant that he wanted me to "look like myself" so I was looking for someone who could do very natural-looking makeup and beautiful updos - and I found the perfect team! Kelly did my hair and makeup and she really listened when I described what I wanted (I didn't do a trial since I live multiple hours away) and it came out EXACTLY how I wanted it without me even really having a good picture to show of what it would look like. I have never been so happy with professional hair/makeup before. I asked for a few adjustments after it was done (move this piece of hair, add a little more powder and blush) and she did a great job with that too. Not to mention, they were all very sweet and fun to hang out with. The bridesmaids and moms were gushing all night about what an awesome team they were. We ended up having extreme wind during the ceremony and amazingly my hair/makeup stayed perfectly in place all night. I would recommend to anyone!

Ashley is amazing!

Ashley did makeup for my bridesmaids and me (the bride) she was truly amazing. She did it exactly how I wanted it to look for my wedding day. I was very Particular on how I wanted my makeup, I didn’t want a ton of makeup on. Kelley is also awesome (she is the owner) she always got back to me right away about any questions I had. Everything I wanted in a Hair + Makeup Artist!

Kelly was everything I wanted in a hair and makeup artist. Her down to earth personality and professionalism made me feel so at ease on my wedding day. She had me and my bridesmaids ready on time for photos and all. I highly recommend doing the trial with her as well. That trial really helped determine how I wanted to look on my wedding day and was truly one less thing to worry about the day of the wedding especially since i'm the type of person who does not like to wear much makeup. She did an incredible job still making me look like a more glammed up version of myself. She was a great listener, and had great advice for hairstyles that would last for different weather conditions while sticking to your vision. I would definitely hire her again for a big event. My hair and makeup lasted the entire day!

My wedding

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Such an amazing crew! Very professional and super sweet! They took care of everything that has to do with hair and make up! Hands down the best! Amazing hair and makeup, amazing service!

Kelly and her team were absolutely amazing!
Starting from the trial Kelly was super helpful at narrowing down what look I wanted for my hair and makeup. I had an engagement photo shoot with my photographer the same day of my trial hair and makeup and she even changed my hair before I left so I wouldn’t have the same hair in my engagement photos as I would for my wedding.
For the wedding day, Kelly and her team showed up on time and were pretty much on point with the schedule. I had a LOT of bridesmaids and they all looked and felt beautiful.
I have melasma (hyperpigmentation) on my face and am super self conscious about my skin but Kelly managed to cover it all which I was beyond happy about. The makeup lasted the entire wedding night and I didn’t even need any touch ups. My hair was super secure and survived many hours on the dance floor. If I had to get married again I would for sure book Kelly and her team. :)

Superior Hair and Makeup

Hands down the best wedding hair and makeup! Kelly is so extremely talented and made me feel like the most beautiful version of myself on my wedding day. I had an Indian fusion wedding, and she did an amazing job at making my makeup compliment my elaborate red lehenga, yet maintaining my natural look. Kelly is fun, professional, accommodating, and compassionate. She squeezed in my Mom’s hair last minute, and even helped fix my earring after it broke. Worth it!!!

I worked with Ashley and she was amazing! She did exactly what I envisioned on my wedding day!
When I did my trial with her she was so sweet and took her time with me. She made sure I liked everything and even took pictures.
They are a little expensive but so worth it for me!
Just a wonderful company/group of girls!

Wonderful!

Rosy was fantastic. She did hair and makeup for myself and others in my wedding party. It all looked phenomenal! Rosy was always timely and professional. She took the time to make sure everything looked perfect not only the day of my wedding but also during my trial. Furthermore, she responded quickly to any messages I sent her so I knew I could rely on her. I corresponded with Kelly throughout the booking process and she was also great. Loved my make up and hair

Kelly and her team were awesome! During the trial we tried out a few different hair styles for me to choose from, and testing out the makeup. During the big day, her team showed up early and got through all 7 of my bridesmaids, my mother in law, mother, grandma, and aunt all on time! Everyone looked awesome and I was in love with my hair and make up, it was perfect and lasted all day and night. Definitely recommend!

Can't say enough about Kelly

Kelly was amazing on our wedding day, and made my wife's hair and makeup look beautiful. She was also a lifesaver after we our initially hired makeup artist backed out at the last minute. But it was for the better because Kelly was even more amazing than we could've hoped. Bridesmaids and moms also loved their hair and makeup. We definitely recommend Kelly!

Wonderful and professional!

My experience with Dina and Jenn was wonderful! They were very friendly, and did an absolutely stunning job! They were very flexible- I had a pretty complicated hair-do (with very long hair) and decided to change the look a little bit after the trial, and they were spot on! Laura, Kendra and Chelsea were fantastic! They showed up right on time and started working in no time. They kept right on schedule and we never felt rushed. Exactly what I wanted

Kelly did an amazing job with my wedding hair and makeup. I chose an up-do and it stayed in place for over 14 hours. Not one hair fell out of place. My makeup was perfect. She uses individual lashes so makeup looked natural and not overdone. On top of her excellent work, Kelly is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Perfect team for hair and makeup

Kelly and her team were great to work with. All I had to provide was the services I needed complete and when I wanted them done by and she was able to provide a team and time necessary to complete all the work. Kelly selected a stylist for me that could work with my curly, frizzy hair and turn it into just what I wanted. All the stylists who helped work on my 6 bridesmaids, mother and mother-in-law were talented, professional and delivered the unique looks each person wanted. I would definitely recommend Knight and Veil to other brides!

Wonderful Mother-of-the-Bride Style!

Kelly was very responsive to our emails prior to the event and she was a joy to work with! She created a wonderful Mother-of-the-Bride hairstyle that lasted the entire evening without moving yet did not looked unnatural. During and after the event she was happy to share her tips and tricks so we could create the look ourselves! The only issue was the Bride's long curls did not last as long and had to be retouched.

Professional makeup artists

We had Ashley from Knight & Veil do our bridal parties makeup and she was fantastic! I've used about 6 different makeup artists this year alone for different events and Knight & Veil was THE BEST! Ashley is a pro! There's really nothing else to say about it. It was comforting to have an artist with experience working with different facial features. She knew how to bring out the beauty in each of us. I didn't have time to do a trial, but she understood my vision the day of my wedding, and everything went flawless.

Kelly made herself totally available to me for a trial, she made me so confident and comfortable with her services from the very beginning. She was very responsive leading up to the big day. I was recently married in October, 2017 in Temecula, CA and utilized Kelly as my hair/makeup artist. There are so many wonderful things I have to say! From the time I first contacted Kelly, she was very responsive and quickly provided me with a breakdown of services. When I went for the hair and makeup trial she tried numerous hair styles until we found one that I was comfortable with and loved. On my wedding day she was able to recreate my hair and makeup, except it seemed to come out even better than I remembered! I wanted a bit more makeup then we had done in my trial and she was able to use that feedback to give me just the right amount. Her and her stylists were very efficient and all of my bridesmaids were done getting ready at exactly the planned time! Everyone looked amazing and loved their finished product. Kelly was AMAZING! I hired her for my wedding hair and make-up and couldn't be happier. Booking Kelly for my wedding was probably one of the best decisions I made for my wedding day. Kelly and Kendra were amazing! They ended up doing my wedding very last minute, I had not planned to have makeup done for all of my bridesmaids but ended up deciding to go ahead and get everyone's makeup done by these lovely ladies and I am so so glad I did! We all did airbrush and it looked incredible! The bridesmaids all felt and looked so pretty and I absolutely loved how mine turned out! I did it without a trial ahead of time and it still turned out AMAZING!! If you're on the fence on if you should get it done or not I would highly recommend going with Kelly! You won't regret it! I even talked my mom in to having hers done (she never wears any makeup and was very worried about it being too much for her or not looking like herself) and she absolutely LOVED it! She felt like herself but felt 10 years younger!

Kelly did an amazing job on my bridal hair and makeup! She is very professional and was a calming presence on my wedding day. I had a hair and makeup trial months before my wedding day and I was happy with what we decided on. I wanted a half up, half down hair style and she listened to my input. For makeup I wanted a "glam" look with smoky eyes because I like wearing a lot of makeup for special events. The look she came up with was exactly what I wanted and it looked even better on my wedding day! I'm confident that whatever style of hair and makeup I asked her to do she would have come up with an amazing look. I felt so beautiful and my bridal look stayed all day despite getting married in July.

Three of my bridesmaids also had Kelly do their makeup for the wedding. They all looked gorgeous! I have been getting ready with these girls for years and this is some of the best makeup I've seen on them :) They were all very happy with their looks, and also remarked how great of a person Kelly is. It was great that she traveled to us the morning of my wedding so we could all get ready together and didn't have to drive around trying to get everyone's hair/makeup done. I highly recommend Kelly and I'm sure anyone on her team would do a great job as well.

I can't express in words how grateful I am to have found Kelly for my wedding hair and makeup! Kelly was an absolute dream to work with and her talent for both hair and makeup is extraordinary. If you want to be stress free about how you will look on your wedding day, USE KELLY!!!!! Not only will it look amazing and flawless but the airbrush makeup will stay on absolutely all day and night! I was beyond thrilled with both my hair and makeup on the day of my wedding.

Kelly was also efficient, and brought several assistants on the day of which helped my large party of 10 girls get ready and finish right on time, which was really important to me. All of my bridesmaids, my mother and mother in law were absolutely in love with their hair and makeup as well.

Not only is she amazing at what she does, but Kelly is incredibly friendly and flexible. I was an absolute pain and went in for three different hair trials because I was so indecisive about how I wanted my hair and Kelly was always willing to try what I asked and wasn't afraid to give her opinion when I asked her which style she liked best. Kelly is easy to reach via phone or email and even easier to work with. She was like having another friend in the hotel room while we were getting ready. I have already recommended Kelly to a friend looking for wedding hair and makeup and will continue to do so in the future. Future brides out there, I can't urge you enough to go with Kelly for your big day!!! I promise you that you will be so happy with your decision!

Kelly is a GENIUS!

She came out to my desert wedding and blew us away. Her rates are great and she did not charge me an arm and a leg for travel fees. Some artists wouldn't even consider coming out to the desert venue, but Kelly seemed genuinely happy to.

She did hair and makeup for 3 of us. All were stunning and I couldn't have felt more beautiful. Kelly is very calm, pleasant and easy to talk to. Even though she got a little lost in the desert, she showed up right on time and didn't let it phase her in the slightest ; D. She came well prepared for any hair and makeup scenario and, although she is clearly a master at what she does, she was open and listened to my vision and executed flawlessly.

I would recommend Kelly to anyone that wants to look like the bride they always envisioned. She is great. I couldn't thank her enough.

Absolutely worth every penny. Kelly listened to exactly what I wanted and tailored it perfectly to fit with my dress and my features so that everything together created a stunning look. I didn't go with a more traditional wedding look. I had a more elaborate up-do that did not budge at all during the outdoor wedding on the beach or the outdoor reception that was beachside. My makeup stayed pristine the entire time as well. That airbrush stuff is a miracle. I was so incredibly impressed with that Kelly did not, only for me but for the moms and my bridesmaid as well. I couldn't have asked for a better stylist.

Kelly is AMAZING!!!!

She really has a wonderful talent for hair design. She really takes time to think about what look you want, how it will compliment your dress, and how to make it uniquely yours. She is kind, easy-going, and really makes the day special for you.

I set up a trial only ONE MONTH out of my wedding (I really didn't have the time to shop around for hair stylists but I am so picky so I am so thankful I found Kelly!) and she really made me feel less stressed about finding something perfect for me. She adjusted the look to give me options and it was pretty easy for me to decide what l wanted and I even decided to add accent braids after the trial which I ended up LOVING!

Her and her assistant traveled out to our hotel and did hair for 11 bridal party members and each girl loved the way it turned out. Even my mom! --shes a hard one to please. They were both so professional, on time, easy to work with, and it was just a breeze!

If you want to look your absolute best, choose Kelly for your wedding! She did my bridal make up along with the bridesmaids and moms. She is an amazing make up artist!! Before my trial appointment, I showed her a few photos of what look I wanted and she hit the nail on the head! Seriously, I loved every aspect from my flawless eye make up, individual lashes, airbrush foundation, etc. On my wedding day, she arrived early and did an awesome job making us all look beautiful. She was very friendly and responsive leading up to my wedding, too. I highly recommend her...I loved my wedding look!

Kelly’s work is FLAWLESS! Our wedding was a destination, so I didn’t get the pleasure of doing a “trial” with Kelly but her finished product far exceeded my expectations. I showed Kelly a few pictures from the trial run I did with another hair and makeup artist in my home town and a couple of my favorite Pinterest pictures and she put together an amazing look for me! The first time I looked in the mirror at my finished hair and makeup, I was brought to tears! The makeup wasn’t heavy, it was still very natural looking, and it lasted all night despite all my tears! Plus, from the time I initially contacted Kelly, she was very responsive to emails and extremely professional. You cannot go wrong hiring Kelly!!!

Kelly was really nice and made me feel comfortable. She did my hair and makeup for my wedding. Kelly made me look beautiful with just a light touch of makeup and my husband loved it. Kelly was unavailable on my wedding day, so she had me work with two other stylists - Kat for hair and Dina for makeup. In our communications, Kelly was highly professional, super quick to respond, and flexible with some last minute adjustments. Both Kat and Dina did an incredible job and were fun to work with. I was so happy with my wedding day look! It looked amazing in person yet also photographed beautifully. Hair and makeup were fresh and natural - I don't usually wear much makeup, and I loved that I still looked like myself. It's not always easy to find stylists who are skilled at working with Asian hair and makeup, but Kat and Dina were fantastic and an excellent option in the San Diego area. Kelly did such a phenomenal job with both my hair and my make up for my wedding! I gave her photos of two hair styles I liked and she basically gave me a combination of both, by incorporating all the aspects that I liked in each picture. It was the first time I ever had airbrushing done for my make-up which I LOVED. The make-up looked fresh and natural (the individual fake lashes she used looked amazing).

Overall, I would absolutely recommend Kelly to anyone looking for hair/make-up for any occasion. She was very easy to work with and took all of my wishes and desires into account. She is very friendly and outgoing and I enjoyed getting all dolled up for my special day!

Hiring Kelly Scripps to do my bridal hair and makeup for my recent wedding was one of the best decisions I made! It was absolutely perfect and the makeup was so long lasting that it even outlasted ME! By the end of the night, I was exhausted, but my makeup still looked fresh!

My goal for my bridal hair and makeup was to still look like myself, but an enhanced version… not a bride with heavy makeup who my guests wouldn’t recognize at the wedding. Kelly accomplished my goal with ease and perfection! She made me feel very relaxed and confident in how I looked for the day. (In fact, all of my bridesmaids were extremely happy with their hair and makeup.)

Besides doing an awesome job with our hair & makeup, it was fun having Kelly participate in our getting ready time because it was just like having another friend in the bridal suite with us. She’s kind, easy going and definitely the person you want with you as you’re getting ready for your big day!

Book Kelly ASAP! Her work is amazing. "Wow!" was the universal response when people first saw me on my wedding day. Both my photographer & wedding coordinator asked who did my hair & make-up. I was happy & proud to tell them that Kelly Scripps did both. The hair and make-up was top-notch for both the trial session and the wedding. I brought a picture of the look I was considering for the wedding, and Kelly was able to make it perfect for me.

Beyond doing an excellent job, Kelly's demeanor is lovely and super cool. I enjoyed speaking with her throughout the entire process. She is laid-back, professional, and genuinely passionate about providing the best for her clients.

She listens to requests and delivers beyond expectations. My matron-of-honor was reluctant to wear foundation, especially air-brush make-up due to the results of a trial with a different stylist. Kelly was patient and listened to my matron-of-honor's story and concerns. I convinced her to try air-brush make-up another time with a professional like Kelly, as I was already impressed with Kelly's work. My matron-of-honor agreed and looked absolutely beautiful with a natural look that highlighted her best features. Bonus! Her make-up remained flawless many hours after its application, including during and after her deeply touching & tearful toast . Also, our hair remained perfect throughout the night even after lots of hugs and hours of dancing.

Frankly, I consider myself extremely fortunate for finding Kelly Scripps on Wedding Wire and her being available to do the hair and make-up for my wedding party. I felt beautiful and confident my entire wedding day and night. Thank you Kelly!!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Kelly. She did miracles to me, my mom, and my mother-in-law on the day of my wedding. Everyone was so happy with how they turned out, even my mom, who is very skeptical on who works on her hair. Kelly is so sweet and really tries to work with you to get whatever look that you're dreaming of, and she worked with each individual's face and fine tuned it to whatever they needed. I went through dozens and dozens of portfolios, trying to find someone to do that messy elegant style, that Kelly does so well. A few months later, I met with Kelly for a hair and airbrush makeup preview. It was exactly what I had envisioned. Kelly is effortlessly talented but also super easy to talk with about ideas and executing them. On our wedding day, Kelly and her assistant were on time for their early 5:45am call and kept on schedule. All seven of us girls looked beautiful. I'm so thankful I had Kelly on my team.

Kelly is an incredible hair stylist who knows what she is doing!! The first stylist that I had booked to hair for myself, my mom and all of my bridesmaids had a family emergency come up a month prior to the wedding and told me that she wasn't going to be able to make it. She gave me Kelly's information and with her apologies, let me know that Kelly was (luckily) available. I was apprehensive at first; I didn't want to have to change stylists... but I can not tell you how thankful and Lucky I feel that Kelly was available. I immediately booked a trial with her and was ecstatic at the results. She makes romantic "loose" updos feel so secure and firm! I was amazed... I didn't know it was possible for my hair to do the things that she did to it. The day of our wedding, Kelly showed up early and was ready to roll. She maintains a strict schedule and does impeccable work. All of my bridesmaids- who have been in many many weddings - were amazed at the quality and timeliness of her work. Her pricing is on very reasonable as well... I don't know if you will find a better stylist.

I had the pleasure of working with Kelly for my wedding and she did such a phenomenal job. She was punctual, well prepared, organized, and delivered great looks for my bridesmaids. Kelly also personally styled my hair for the big day. What amazed me about Kelly was that she was able to take my description of what I wanted done, and give me a look that exceeded my expectations. During my first look, my husband said he thought my hair looked perfect and it was all due to Kelly's talent. In addition, I really appreciated that Kelly took the time to ask the bridesmaids what they liked and didn't like in regards to make up. This just made each of my bridesmaids feel special and most of all, beautiful in the way they wanted.

Kelly did my hair and makeup trial for my bridal shower in San Diego and I absolutely loved it. She came to my hotel which was very convenient .I wanted to have a natural look with my makeup and I asked her to do a loose side bun so I showed her a few pics on Pinterest. She listened to what I wanted, gave me some eye lashes and airbrushed my face, and it looked gorgeous ! Kelly is awesome! I was looking at pictures of a friends wedding and absolutely loved her hair so I asked her who her stylist was and she gave me Kelly’s information and spoke very highly her. She was so impressed with her and her bridesmaid’s hair and told me that I had to hire her, so I did! Kelly was super easy to get ahold of and responded to emails very quickly. We set everything up about a year in advance and then about 2 months before my wedding I met her and had my hair trial. I was a little nervous because I had booked her without even meeting her, and my hair is super duper thick (like so thick everyone always has trouble with it). Kelly looked at the pictures that I had in mind and had absolutely no problem with my hair! It turned out great and felt so secure and I was so thrilled that she would be taking care of me and my girls on my wedding day. When the wedding day came around, Kelly and her assistant arrived early and completed hair for me and my 6 bridesmaids and 2 moms with time to spare. Everyone loved their hair and had nothing but great things to say about her. I also had Kelly change up a couple things from the initial trial and she did exactly what I wanted. She made me feel so beautiful. Throughout the day we had so many people telling all of us how perfect and beautiful our hair looked. I would highly recommend Kelly for her services and whenever I need my hair done again I will absolutely be calling her!

Kelly did hair for myself, my five bridesmaids, and my mom on the morning of my wedding. She was timely, incredibly professional, and so sweet. Everyone's hair looked absolutely amazing, and we were complimented all night long. I was really unsure about who to trust with hair and makeup for my wedding, after all this is supposed to be THE day you look most beautiful. A lot of people or businesses I found online were way too expensive or just did hair or makeup. I selected Kelly bc she did both & her credentials were great & her looks online seemed to be what I was looking for. I am SO SO SO thankful I made that decision. She was so wonderful, so flexible when family changed their minds and wanted make up then didn't, wanted hair then didn't, etc. She stayed until after 9pm when we did the test run for hair & makeup and really listened to what I wanted. She did not get offended or annoyed when I asked for little changes to hair as we were deciding which way to go. I also changed up the exact colors the day of the wedding and she just went with it. She was on time, professional and made sure we were done early so we could stick to the timeline. I would HIGHLY recommend her to any bride!!

Kelly is on top of everything. She promptly responded to all my emails, which meant a lot because I live in Arizona and my wedding was in San Diego. She was not able to be at my event but she let me know about it way ahead of time and sent 2 wonderful stylists to replace her. Chelsea and Laura did a fantastic job! They listened to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. My hair is thin and we had to work with extensions to give it more volume. The effect was amazing! The make up looked very natural and stayed on. I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend them.

Kelly was absolutely amazing in doing my hair and makeup for my wedding, along with the hair and makeup of my mother and bridesmaids. I was planning my wedding from the East Coast, and she was responsive to my email inquiries. She was also totally flexible - at first, I said I wouldn't have time for a hair trial, and then at the last minute I really wanted one. Not only did she make time for me the day after I asked, she welcome me, my sister, and my mother into her home and made us feel absolutely comfortable. Given my indecision, Kelly did 3 different styles during the trial, and never complained. Kelly also helped me coordinate makeup services for my mother-in-law.
On my wedding day, Kelly was on time, ready to go, and had a calming presence. We had so much fun getting ready, and Kelly was part of that fun - she has a great personality. Kelly also proved her flexibility when one of my bridesmaids decided the day of that she wanted her hair done, and actually finished all of us on time! With hair and makeup complete, we looked amazing but not too done up, just better versions of ourselves. Despite the long day, my hair stayed put as did my makeup, and I got a ton of compliments on both! Kelly is the best and I would use her again in a heartbeat, and will be recommending her to all my friends!

I found Kelly on the WeddingWire website and fell in love with her work. She is not only amazing with makeup but hair as well! She was extremely flexible and was able to come to my house for my trial run, which was awesome! She also let me change just about everything we had done the first time with no questions asked. Her and her team were punctual and very professional. I would highly recommend her services for larger bridal parties as she's extremely efficient getting through several attendants in a timely manner.
