    Wedding Cake

    Edith made my wedding cake absolutely stunning and it tasted so amazing! Each layer was a different flavor and I just cant decide which I like more! It was all so good. Would certainly recommend Klinger's to anyone! I will sure be getting more cakes from them in the future!!!

    They're great to work with and make outstanding cakes. We had cake for the bride and a cupcake tree for the grooms cake. It was all delish!

    Fantastic! My cake was strawberry and it was so good and so fresh and everyone was wanting more. It was gorgeous too. I love the cake stand they surprised me with!

    Klingler's Bakery is fabulous!!! They are great people and adapt to quick timelines. I decided a week out to have a birthday party for my son, and they quickly responded to find an idea for the cake. It met and exceeded my expectations! The cake itself was decorated phenomenally with great detail, and it tasted even better!!! I would recommend Klingler's for cakes of any occasion. I should also mention that they did a fabulous cake for a baby shower a month prior. You cannot beat the service and quality!!!

    Klingler's made the O'derves for my daughter bridal shower. It was the best bakery choice!!. The O'derves had the most deliciuos taste, beautiful decorated for a great artist and the customer services was wonderful.

    Thanks so much to Klingler's for creating the most beautiful wedding and groom's cakes for my daughter's wedding. The cakes were delicious, too! A special "thanks" to Edith for decorating the cakes so beautifully!
    If I knew how to include pictures of the cakes, I would!

    I absolutely loved the cakes you did for me and my new hubby!! The firefighter helmet cake was amazing and I am so pleased with everything!

    My cake looked identical to the picture I brought to my consultation. The cake taisting was enjoyable and the staff was very accommodating. I ordered the regular white cake but instead of the lemon filling I chose buttercream icing with buttercream on the outside as well. It had a little citrus taste and an almond taste too . People were arguing what that extra zing was. The cake was moist and the icing was smooth, not gritty like most are. Best wedding cake, no, make that best CAKE ever. My top layer in the freezer taunts me everyday. Everyone is still commenting and asking me where I got it.

    Klinglers make the best cakes in town!! Not only are they beautiful and well decorated the traditional cake and buttercream icing is our favorite! I first tried their cakes at a cake tasting contest in Hoover and hands down voted on Klingler's!! Highly recommend their cakes for any event--DELICIOUS :) :)!

    We first used Klingler's for our wedding cake 3/4/2001. That cake was gorgeous, delicious, and not overly sweet like so many other wedding cakes. The basket weave is the best we've ever had done anywhere.

    Now that we have moved away from Birmingham and can no longer regularly enjoy Klingler's, we've had to experiment with other bakers in our area to recreate our cake each anniversary. Absolutely none compare to Klingler's!

    We came back to Birmingham for a visit the week after our anniversary this year and made arrangements through email and phone to have a cake made for us. We sent a picture of our original wedding cake, described what we remember of the taste, chatted briefly with Edith the baker, and the cake we picked up promptly on 3/10/12 was beautiful, perfect, and again another amazing tasty creation!

    Thank you Klingler's for being there all these years and continuing to deliver the best quality!

    I guess everyone has that one tragic part of their wedding- this vendor was mine.

    My husband and I were so happy we found this vendor. We went in to inspect it first, the food is amazing! The service, the staff, their desserts!!! We fell in love. So shortly after I set up our initial consultation and booked right on the spot. We saw no other bakers. Initially we were always working with this vendor on cake designs and flavor combinations and then one day 2 months before the wedding the communication stopped. 3 weeks until the date we started to panic so we went in for breakfast to ask for our baker directly. She was out of the country...deployed. we were so frustrated by this lack of communication (there was another baker there that was going to take over) that we went and got another emergency consultation. Long story short we made ammend and I'd decided to stick with them. (My wedding regret)

    My cake FELL. No one knocked it over. The cake fell because there was no internal support structure. I have ordered BIRTHDAY cakes that had support structures so why was my wedding cake missing one?!

    It tasted as expected and my husband was happy with his. So I did not demand all of our money back when she asked what to do to make up for it (we ate the cake afterall) we agreed on half. During the honeymoon a flat 200 was deposited back to my account. That was not half of what we paid. But this is also the only reason I did not give them one star.
