Klehm Arboretum uses Francesco's for their wedding rental events. Both were absolutely amazing to work with! Jocelyn, Michelle, and Lorenzo at Francesco's were all very responsive, quick to help, and made sure all my questions were answered. The process from beginning to end was seamless with them. The staff at Klehm were also very helpful with requests and with availability. The venue was beautiful and it was so fun using the gardens to take our wedding party pictures! They provided a golf cart to easily navigate through the gardens. I would definitely recommend having a wedding, or any large event, at Klehm! They will not disappoint :)

We had our dream wedding at Klehm!!!! The venue is absolutely gorgeous. All of the staff was incredibly well organized and very helpful every step of the way. Our day was nothing short of perfect. We couldn't recommend Klehm enough!

Klehm Arboretum is the perfect outdoor wedding venue! We had our ceremony and reception in the Pavilion to save money and the staff were so amazing to work with in getting the space flipped in between the ceremony and cocktail hour. The string lights in the tent are romantic and you don't need a lot of decorations. The gardens were gorgeously maintained and there were so many beautiful spots to take pictures in. If you are looking for a beautiful and affordable venue, choose Klehm!

The venue was perfect, we had the reception in the new pavilion that was gorgeous. My guest had so much fun and they loved the patio. Chris was very responsive and unbelievably accommodating, I was able to have everything I wanted. They had people on hand they day of to stay with my bridal party's belongings and to make sure everything went smoothly. They had everything set up and ready well in advance and cooperated with our vendors. I'd give more stars if I could. They're partnered with GreenFire for catering and my guests are still raving about the venue and the food. I do suggest renting the dance floor.

We had our wedding reception at Klehm Arboretum, and we were not disappointed! The natural, well-cared for beauty of the gardens were enjoyed by all of our wedding guests and naturally made the reception easy to decorate on a small budget. Working with Chris Sarna was fantastic, as she took us step by step through the included sound system and made setup very simple for us. We had a large slideshow on the projector screen (both projector & screen were included). The hall could have included 225 guests, which allowed us the option to comfortably seat many friends and family. The "fairy" lighting along the ceiling and decorations about the room were perfect for the wedding. I highly recommend this gorgeous location for any special event!

Worked with Tami to coordinate our wedding. She was very kind and professional, responded to everything in a timely manner throughout the planning process. Everything was taken care of for us - we didn't have to worry about a thing.

We LOVED Klehm! It was so beautiful and Dawn, was so helpful when it came to answer questions about our wedding day. The reception took look to decorate because it is already so beautiful. We did both our ceremony and reception there.

Klehm is the most beautiful setting to have a wedding. I could not have had a better day thanks to the staff. Everything went smoothly and they made sure that I had EVERYTHING I needed. I would recommend everyone check out Klehm Arboretum for their wedding needs.

This was the most gorgeous wedding venue I have ever seen -- and it was truly an unforgettable night. Everyone was extremely accommodating and did whatever they could to help. They were flexible with the changes we needed to make and every email was always answered promptly. I would never choose anywhere else for my wedding! It was worth every penny to have such a beautiful location!

I could not believe how truly beautiful it was. All my guests rant and raved about how the grounds were kept and about their venue inside. Everyone there was such a great help and were super attentive to my needs. Dawn was so informative and flexible. I have recommended so many brides to be to go and check out Klehm and speak to Dawn! We can't wait to go back and visit on our anniversary.

Dawn at Klehm Arboretum was very helpful. We only held our ceremony at Klehm. Last summer was a drought and we had to change ceremony locations a couple of times since the grass had suffered from the extreme heat. She was extremely flexible and accommodating. We had picked a spot in the park the grass was burnt, we picked a second spot then she gratefully told us the grass had fungus that would've stained my dress orange in addition to our guests shoes/clothes. The week before my wedding we had to change to a 3rd location of which she was patient and let us go any place in the park we could find, which turned out to be the perfect spot for our intimate ceremony. The day of my wedding Dawn kept everyone at ease and specially transported our grandparents so they did not have to walk back to our spot in the park. Klehm was a beautiful place to be married and we could not have asked for a better representative than Dawn to assist us on our journey.

Our ceremony and reception was beautiful and I am very happy we chose to have them at the Klehm Arboretum. The staff was very friendly and very helpful.

Klehm was a beautiful venue for our wedding. The coordinator was very helpful and gave us many tips on how to set up the stage and how the chairs would be set up. She answered e-mails quickly. The stage had many flowers and plants around it. We did not do any decorating other than a memory vase and a few flowers on the ends of the chairs. It did not need any more than that. The venue was a little pricey, but comparable to other gardens in the area. We were fortunate that it did not rain because there were no provisions for that unless we reserved the reception hall as well.

Klehm is a beautiful place, a true gem in the heart of Rockford, and a beautiful, natural place for a wedding ceremony. Plenty of gorgeous photo opportunities and relatively friendly staff. With that being said, I would not recommend Klehm's reception facilities. Too many restrictions and not enough staff on the actual wedding day. We were lucky to have many "friend-helpers" and a sunny day. If we wouldn't have had so much help and if we had needed rain provisions, we would have truly been in a pickle. The renters (us) were simply responsible for too much of the planning, organizing, and clean up. It would have been fine if it were reasonably priced, but we paid too much to have to take out our own garbage.

I had my wedding at Klehm Arboretum on Labor Day weekend. I first saw the garden in December when I was looking at venues and loved the idea of an outdoor wedding. I only had my wedding ceremony at Klehm as the indoor space looked like a highschool cafeteria. While I was lucky that it did not rain on my wedding, Klehm does not offer an alternative if it rains. While the garden was great, the rental director, Dawn, was really difficult to deal with. I can honestly say that this was the most stressful part of planning my wedding. She was very pleasant in December before we booked our contract, but after we mailed her our deposit, she was rude and hard to work with. I rented the garden space from 4-6pm which meant I was able to use the bridal room from 3-4pm. In June, I met with Dawn to rent the blossom buggy and to see the garden. I told Dawn my ceremony sound DJ will be there between 3:30-4:00 to set up the music. She proceeded to tell me that nobody can be at the fountain garden until 4pm, not even my guests or my bridal party. This was really frustrating because she said this was no problem in December when we were signing the contract and I planned on starting my ceremony at 4pm sharp since our reception venue was 20 minutes away. This was very stressful for us as we already mailed our invitations with a 4pm start and we were scrambling for a way to accomodate Dawn's request. Fast forward to the wedding day, neither Dawn or her staff were there to assist us. We were able to start our ceremony at 4pm. Dawn stressed me out for no reason. If I knew she was not willing to work with me, I would have not have had my wedding there. Dawn also told us that she and her staff would be there to help coordinate the wedding but when I asked her in June about this, she said we were on our own for this too. I also felt like everytime I would ask Dawn a question she would talk down to me.
