When my fiancé and I were planning a wedding, booking KlearView Studios for the wedding was honestly the best decision we've made. There are many reasons for why this was the case. From the very beginning, KlearView studios were professional, punctual, creative, involved, and HELPFUL. Having them by our side made us feel as if we hired a separate wedding planner. The company is very responsive to any questions/concerns you may have throughout the process. I would receive an email or a call back within 2-3 hours whenever I reached out, this alleviated tons of stress during an already stressful time. Their prices are extremely competitive and they use High-Quality equipment (so, beware of cheaper prices by other vendors who use cheap equipment...). I have purchased the following services from KlearView Studios:
1. PhotoBooth (appearance can be customized to your theme, with a few limitations)
2. Mirror Seating Chart (Your guests get to check themselves out as they find their table number :-D received compliments on this all night!)
3. Cold Sparklers and Dancing on the Clouds (nothing sets the mood and amplifies important wedding moments like these two services)
4. LED Party Robot (an enormous DANCING Robot that lights up the venue, its impossible to look away..)
5. GrassWall Backdrop (this was a specific theme item that we wanted for our names to be placed on behind the sweetheart table. KlearView Studios was able to create this for us from SCRATCH. They also have handymen that can do such services, they can truly make your dream come to life)
Lastly.. I took the time writing a detailed review to hopefully help out others who are planning a wedding. I spent hours upon hours looking for different vendors and comparing equipment, services, and prices. By far, the most fair of em all was KlearView Studios. Putting prices and services aside, this company truly enjoys what they do and they CARE about your wedding. You will not be treated as another transaction. Set up a meeting with them, you'll feel it :D

We really enjoyed working with Klearview studios. Kevin took the time to answer all of our questions and connect with us closer to our event. He was very patient. We would like to first off by saying thank you for being part of my daughter Sweet 16! Kevin was a true professional from start to finish. Setup was on time. Staff were friendly and professional as well. At first I didn’t know what services to pick but working with Kevin he helped me sort out what would be best for my daughter sweet 16 very understanding and easy to work with. We added the robot for crazy hour and I must say it was worth it . Even had my 86 year old grandma on the dance floor.

We would like to first off thank you for taking part in our special day! The photobooth was a huge hit! Kevin was a true professional from start to finish. Setup was on time. The backdrop was beautiful. The mirror for the seating arrangements which doubled as the photobooth was perfect. The printouts turned out great, and now guests have something they can take as a reminder of our special night. We sent them Klearview examples of the theme of our wedding for the background of the printouts and they turned out just as we imagined. The dancing on the clouds was a huge hit. A friend showed us that KlearView was doing an Instagram contest to win a 360 Photo Booth free for cocktail hour so we entered and WE WON! In addition to the photo booth we also booked a neon sign and grass wall to use as backdrop for our sweetheart table. We chose to get the neon sign that could light up any color and it was so worth it! One of those details that you don't think is a big deal but ends up making a difference. They always responded in a timely manner to any of my questions and they really were the perfect combination of Professional and Fun. The enthusiasm and attitude was always genuine and 100% would recommend to anyone looking to give their event that extra wow factor.

These guys know how to entertain and keep your guests happy from beginning to end. We booked the Magic Mirror Photo Booth, 360 Camera and Hora Loca...Worth Every Penny!! Klearview did an amazing job and their company was really the icing on the cake at our wedding held at The Legacy Castle. The convenience of them providing an LED seating chart is incredible and such a time saver for brides! Our guests cannot stop talking about it, and were so impressed that it turned into a photobooth. This was the best photobooth experience I could have asked for! I booked the open air photobooth with a rose gold background and it was perfect. The photostrip was designed exactly the way I wanted. For our reception, we were initially interested in the Magic Mirror photo booth so we reached out KlearView to see what they could offer. They gave us an overview of what services they provided and believe me when I tell you, each one of them was so unique, it would add another level of exquisiteness to your party.
We went with the Magic Mirror as a seating chart for the cocktail hour and the Magic Mirror as a photo booth (with scrapbook option) after for the reception. We also decided to spice up the background and added a grass wall with a customized neon sign, all done by KlearView.
The Magic Mirror seating chart was a hit. It was so unique and never before seen by 99% of the guests. It is definitely one of the memorable things your guests will remember. The photo booth during the reception was just as unique and loved by all our guest. The pictures came out great with the grass wall and neon sign.
Throughout the whole process, KlearView's staff was so easy to work with and were very quick to respond to questions. The staff at the day off was extremely helpful assisting guest with the Magic Mirror (as a seating chart and as a photo booth).
I definitely recommend KlearView to any couple looking for a Magic Mirror or any other unique reception services. They are great to work with and will go above and beyond to make your event as special as you imagined it.

Klearview Studios are 100% the best in communication and flexibility. I inquired for my baby shower and they provided all options for me. They are budget-friendly, and accommodating. I love the fact they made a customized sign for the grass wall I rented through them. Everything came out perfectly. Not only do they work with you on photo template drafts for the photo booth, but they triple check with you to ensure it’s everything you want for your big day.
They did not have props which was stated ahead of time (I was able to get photo booth props from amazon). I had no issues with them! They make you feel like their #1 customer. Everyone enjoyed using the photo booth. For sure, we will be booking them again for future events. We enjoyed their professionalism during the event and planning with them was seamless. Give your wedding a classic and modern touch all in one!
We are beyond satisfied and excited that KlearView Studios made our wedding even more special. From the point of contact, they were eager to work with us on ensuring we had all the services we wanted for our special day. The reason we reached out to them is because we saw their guest table display on their mirror photo booth, at another wedding. Immediately we fell in love with this feature. Having Klearview handle our guest list display took some work of our hands, all while being able to elegantly display each guest's seats.
The day of the event, set up was smooth, and even when we had some minor switch arounds in seatings, Klearview ensured that every guest knew where to go.
Finally, the final product of the mirror booth pictures was perfect. They designed a background for the photobooth strips, and after the wedding, sent us a digital link to all the photos from the booth.

A hit at our wedding!
All my guests loved the photobooth by Klearview! They were extremely response during the planning process and they were all set up by the time the reception started. They printed out multiple copies for my guests and had a guestbook for my guests to put their pictures in to sign. They gave me a promo price for the photobooth as well as dancing on the clouds. Along with the promo price they gave us a red carpet and uplighting for the photobooth. All the attendants were very friendly and nice throughout the reception. I would recommend booking them!

During the wedding the shot off the sparklers all night long to match the music and all our guests were amazed every time! Most sparkler companies only shoot them off once or twice but this was all night long and matched the music so perfectly. The photo booth attendant was so kind and very helpful all night. Never left the photo booth and even reminded us (bride and groom) at the end of the night to hop in and take some pics- thank you for that!! They sent us all the photos for download like the next day. Excellent service & a pleasure to work with. Book for your event now!!

Klearview Studios were the best decision we made when it came to choosing a vendor that had all of our needs! Our wedding was on 5/1/2021 and my husband and I were so delighted with everything that they offered! Let’s start with the magic mirror seating chart that we won on an Instagram contest that they held! It was sooo elegant and more than I ever imagined. The magic mirror was also the photo booth and everyone loved it. The clouds and sparklers were my TOP favorite! They made our first dance so memorable. And last but not least the LED Robot hora loca it got everyone on their feet and it was super fun! If you are getting married and love amazing, professional, and friendly service these are your people!

Wonderful photobooth experience! 10/10 would recommend!
Klearview was very responsive during the booking process, and helped us to pick out the perfect package for our vision. We used the pipe and drape enclosure photobooth and it could not have been more perfect! Our guests LOVED taking photos, and we always had enough photo strips for everyone in the photo. They helped us design our photo strip template and made it perfect! Understandably, due to COVID, they did not provide photo props but were super helpful in working with our guests to use the props we provided. Highly recommend Klearview for your photobooth needs!

We used klearview for the mirror photobooth along with the mirror seating chart. All night we kept getting compliments how amazing both features were and it was such a big it. The best photobooth company!!
KlearView Studios was the best! I was shocked they were available on my day since I chose to get a booth so last minute, but I must say that I am so happy I chose them. KlearView got to the venue, set up and was up and running by the exact time I needed them ready. There were people in the booth at all times of my wedding and no issues ever occurred. It was so great to see my friends and family enjoy and have fun in the Photo Booth and even better seeing all the posts on instagram later! KlearView was very professional and such a pleasure to work with. Me and my husband were so occupied with guests and dancing that we weren't able to visit the booth during the party, but the rep that was there made sure to come and grab us at the end of the night and asked, "Hey, do you guys want to come take a few photos in the booth before we tear down?" and that was so amazing. Most companies would've just shut down and not given us a thought. So even though we were busy, we still have our own photo booth pictures! And I should also mention that the design they created on the strips were perfect! Just the way I wanted (if not better) And best of all, they are affordable! They also sent me all of the pictures via email afterwards so it was great to see how much my guests enjoyed themselves on my wedding day! I will be choosing KlearView for all of my future photo booth needs and I strongly suggest you should too!

I wish I could remember how I came across Klearview studios. However it was, I’m so glad I did. I received a prompt response when I inquired about their services. (Dancing on Clouds, cold sparklers & photobooth.) The entire process was stress free. My husband and I are so grateful for the Klearview team making our first dance a memorable experience. Not only did they have competitive pricing (compared to other vendors we got quotes from) but they did such an amazing job on the day of our wedding! KlearView Studios was a dream to work with. They have been amazing - from booing to event. They are so quick to respond to every email and do it with such patience. I must have asked them to tweak my templates over ten times (because I’m very OCD) and they have done it gracefully every time. The day of the event, my cousin (who is 5) never wanted to leave the photo booth and they had so much patience with him, I was so touched. My husband and I were married on 8/30/19. Klearview Studios is truly amazing. They respond to your emails in such a timely manner. I absolutely loved the fact that they used Venmo, didn't have to worry about cash or writing another check. They custom make your logo for your pictures to exactly what you want. The photo scrapbook is too cute and they email you all the pictures that were taken so you won't miss any moments. They totally exceeded my expectations and if I could've given more than 5 stars I would. You will not be disappointed if you book them.

Klearview Studios was AMAZING! Our guests had the best time in the photo booth. We booked them for my Bridal Shower & Wedding and they were a huge hit. Kevin and his team were super interactive with our guests, very patient with the kids as they wanted to take the props away from the table, and gave such a great experience to everyone. They went above and beyond to make sure our guest were entertained! He reached out to us within days of the wedding to check in and give the link to the photos, which was exciting because it helped us re-live our special day. KlearView Studios was awesome to work with, I highly recommend! We rented the inflatable photo booth and it was a hit at our wedding; we received compliments from guests on how cool it was all night!
KlearView arrived right on time and helped make guests aware of the booth throughout the night so I didn't have to worry about it. We had a scrapbook they had guests write notes to us in at the end of the night so we were able to review the funny memories the next morning!
We will definitely use them again for a future event!

This was no doubt a hit at the wedding. I had the inflatable booth. Everyone loved it and a little diferent than typical photobooth...They were so accomodating to my needs as to setting up prior to my ceremony as we were suppose to have it inside but the day was so beautiful we could not resist going outside. I got a cute photobook at end of wedding with all guests inside n they left cute messages for us. and the price was absolutly amazing for everything that I received. Having Klearview Studios at our wedding was so much fun! Kevin was professional, prompt, and made the photo-booth look so beautiful and match our ballroom style wedding. Our wedding had 500+ people and the photo-booth was a hit! Kevin made it run efficiently, quickly, and everyone left so happy that they got to take a little photo with them home. It was definitely a hit and my husband and I had so much fun towards the end of the wedding when we were able to take some photos! The props were plenty and were super cute & fun. Our experience with KlearView Studios was phenomenal! They were recommended to us by our venue. Kevin was very responsive and catered to all of our photo booth needs from our customized photo template to our very own personalized Snapchat filter. Their photo booth set up truly is one of a kind and was a hit at our wedding. They matched their LED lights from their blow up enclosure, props table, and kiosk to match our DJ’s uplighting throughout the ballroom. Kevin was also very polite and attentive to all of our guest throughout the night. It was a pleasure working with him from start to finish. KlearView Studio's was refereed to me by my coworker that had seen them at an event. I used them for my daughter's sweet 16 and let me tell you with was a hit from the customized screen to the blow up enclosure WOOOOW!!!
The biggest thing for me was the communication as many vendors i contacted weren't as fast in responding but Kevin was so fast to answer any questions i had by email and even calls.
I couldn't be happier with the service and customer service you better believe i will be referring them to everyone i know!!

The services provided were awesome. The staff very professional, the props fit the theme of the event. This service of the photo booth was the highlight of the evening. All the attendees were lining up to capture moments with friends and family. This vendor was used for a company event, I will definitely be using this vendor for my daughter's upcoming graduation party.

KlearView Studios was a great choice for my wedding! They were very flexible and went out of their way to accommodate some of the things we wanted. I found that they were sometimes slow on responding to emails, but their general helpfulness and flexibility before our wedding more than made up for it. Day of, they were amazing. The people that they had come to run the booth were so nice and helped make our day even more special. The pipe-and-drape enclosure photobooth looked elegant from the outside and the pictures inside looked even more so. Overall, the experience working with them was top notch and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting a photo booth for their event, especially considering that they were less expensive than most other photobooths I looked at.

Wedding in 4 days ;
Havnt Ming the hardest time getting in contact with them 4 days before my wedding ; it’s like they just ran off with my deposit. I am sooo stressed I have booked them since august 2020 smh and throughout this whole process I could not get in touch with them.
