    Working hard for couples

    I am a wedding florist and had the pleasure of working with Erica at several weddings. The last was 4/18/26 and she was fabulous. She was managing a great deal of moving parts and people while staying calm and focused. Her support of other vendors (including our team) was greatly appreciated. I know couples will get the care and attention they need via her team and their services. I highly recommend K & L Events for couples seeking wedding coordination services/support.

    flawless and helpful

    Fantastic planner & day of coordinator

    Erica was the first vendor I hired for my wedding. From day 1 she was a life-saver. She was super communicative and responsive to emails and she provided a wonderful vendor referral list.

    Leading up to the wedding, she was fantastic with setting up the rehearsal and final details. She decorated the rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception beautifully. She also helped flip the ceremony & reception decor and handled the clean up.

    I used K&L for both partial planning and day of coordination. She has a fabulous collection of rentals and we also utilized her photo booth, which was a hit at the reception. She is also extremely reasonable with price.

    I cannot recommend her and her team enough.

    Perfect day-of coordinator for our wedding!

    We worked with K&L Events for day-of coordination services and item rentals for our wedding, and Erica went above and beyond for us. As we approached the big day, Erica did an amazing job of getting up to speed on the venue, schedule, and all our vendors. Once she was up to speed, we did not have to worry about any of our vendors and their arrivals, because Erica coordinated all of that prior to the big day. She additionally helped us a lot with making sure all details were thought over. On the wedding day, Erica helped us with setting up decorations and ensuring vendor arrival and setup prior to ceremony. Additionally, she helped get our wedding party up to speed with what to do during the ceremony. During the event, she made sure everything was running flawlessly behind the scene, and we did not have to think about the when's or what's at all. Afterwards, she ensured everything was cleaned up and sent off with the correct people, taking care of all the little things. We are truly so thankful to Erica for everything she did, and we highly recommend K&L Events for an event!

    Hire this vendor-- Jillian was a star!

    We worked with Jillian from K&L Events and it was the best decision we made in planning our wedding. We knew Jillian would be worth the money after our first meeting simply by how supportive she was about the work we had already done in our planning. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and thorough. She met with us in person during the venue meetings and helped advocate for us with the venue and venue coordinator.
    Our wedding day was flawless thanks to Jillian who helped set up, keep the schedule, check in with us, and organize the clean up at the end of the night.
    Even my parents were raving about her afterwards. They were so impressed with her professionalism and how easy she made everything for them. I would recommend Jillian to everyone!

    Best Day of Coordinator!

    We worked with Alyssa for our wedding and hands down cannot recommend enough. She was incredible from our first phone call to every detail. She is kind, she listens and she helped my vision come to life. It felt like we had a friend by us the entire time! She had great ideas and even though I only paid for day of coordination, the support leading up to the day was unmatched. I literally couldn't have had the day go as well as it did without her. Her timing, calmness and ease were just what you want around you on your wedding day. I gave her a lot of flexibility on the decor and she knocked it out of the park. Folks are still saying how wonderful she was as she treated our guests fabulously! I would request Alyssa a thousand times over! Thank you for making our day SO perfect! And for making us feel like we have a new friend in our lives.

    Erica is a fantastic wedding planner!

    Erica was fantastic!! Exactly what we were looking for in a day-of coordinator. She is super down to earth and thorough, and made sure everything on our big day went smoothly. She made sure to ask us questions about things I didn't even consider, and she also called up all our other vendors the week of the wedding to check in (which is something I totally forgot to do!). I would highly recommend K&L Events

    Highly recommend

    I just had the pleasure of working with Erica for my wedding and I am SO glad she was our day of coordinator. From the very beginning, Erica exceeded my expectations.

    She was always available to answer any questions we had and provided invaluable guidance and advice throughout the planning process. We met several times and she checked in via email frequently, which I really appreciated. On the day of the wedding, Erica was a true professional, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and efficiently.

    What really sets Erica apart is her attention to detail and her ability to think on her feet. There were a few unexpected hiccups on the day of the wedding, but Erica handled them all with grace and poise, and I never would have known anything was amiss if she hadn't told me afterwards. Our florist sent an assistant who was not only late, but was inadequate. Erica stepped in and set up and decorated pretty much the ENTIRE reception area while our "florist" was still setting up the arbor an hour before our wedding.

    I can't recommend Erica enough. She truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day the best it could possibly be, and I'm so grateful to have had her by our side throughout the process. If you're in need of a wedding coordinator, look no further - Erica is THE BEST.

    Hire Erica!

    Erica was an amazing wedding coordinator and a LIFE SAVER! She handled every situation at our wedding, and I appreciate her so much. Our venue ended up being such a struggle for us and constantly was putting us through a lot. Erica stepped up in ways I couldn't have imagined and our wedding wouldn't have gone as seamlessly without her. She really made sure our wedding went off without a hitch, and I can't thank her enough. 10/10- hire Erica.

    Story was terrific!

    We didn't have a lot that we needed help with until the week before our wedding. Story kicked into high gear when we were having issues with another vendor and was prompt in getting back to us... From her campsite while she was on vacation! She went above and beyond to help get things ironed out before the wedding and to keep things moving smoothly the day of. We cannot recommend her highly enough!

    Best price in area

    I chose K&L because it was the best deal locally. I needed a DOC because I had already picked out my vendors and needed someone to decorate the venue for me. Erica made sure I was on track for everything. She was more than a DOC and I appreciated all her help. She printed signs for me, set up meetings to ensure she was able to execute my vision and ensure I had everything I needed. Only critique is that I wish she kept me on track with the timeline but the photographer did a good job of keeping us on schedule.

    Wont regret it, she is great

    We want to first say thank you to Erica. She was so great to work with and never missed a beat the day of our wedding. We couldn't be more happy with how everything turned out.     All around Happy

    Erica with K&L Events was such a pleasure to work with. We are so happy that we choose to go with her for our Big Day. She was very attentive, always available for our questions and planning needs. She was very flexible when having to reschedule so to Covid and that was such a relief. She fallowed through on all her duties and truly made our day smooth and relaxing. I would recommend her to anyone needing a Day of Coordinator. Don’t hesitate promise it’s worth it.

    The Day of Wedding Coordination that Erica provided was the perfect addition to our daughter's big day. Ericworked with us before the wedding to understand what we wanted and ensured that things went as planned on the day of the wedding.     Thank you Erica!

    Erica was amazing, I actually hired her pre-covid with the anticipation of everything being handled by the event space. However after LOTS of covid changes, she hung in there and was an amazing help with planning from scratch(and in 4 months none the less). She was always available for questions and helping to navigate. Day of, I could NOT have done it without her. She made the process seamless, was a great support to myself and all the other vendors. Thank you Erica!!

    Erica goes above and beyond!

    Erica worked for my 5 star wedding coordination company in Seattle as a lead coordinator for several years, during which she showed excellent service to all of our brides and grooms from the consultation until the couple's grand departure! From the minute I interviewed her for our top position, Erica put me at ease with her knowledge of weddings in general, the day of timeline, and vendors in our area. I soon came to rely heavily on her advice regarding which vendors to recommend to our couples, which venues were the best Seattle had to offer, and which rental companies offered the best selections. Over the course of her handling nearly 100 weddings, I was always impressed with her ability to handle any emergency or hiccup with quick thinking and ingenuity. She worked hard to ensure that the details of every wedding went according to plan, and that the timeline flowed smoothly. Any difficulties with the wedding party or vendors were dealt with quickly and professionally. As her employer, I never worried about a wedding that Erica was coordinating, because I knew she had what it took to make it happen. She is down to earth, friendly and a genuinely fun person to be around. She loves what she does, and she finds the greatest joy in seeing your day come to life. It is not often you find a person who really cares about what they do, as much as she does. You will not regret hiring her. She's got your back!     Wonderful experience!

    Erica went above and beyond to make my wedding reception at the Ballard Bay Club the most memorable day of my life. She was very timely in her communication and knew exactly what to do to make sure the day went smoothly. She was great to work with and highly recommend her to coordinate your event.

    So worth it

    Lindsay was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process! We should have booked them earlier for guidance right away, but we purchased the Day Of Coordinator package about 3 months before the wedding. Thank goodness we did! They offer a shorter duration of coverage on the day of (10 hours) so it was more affordable. She went above and beyond prior to the wedding, the rehearsal, and during the day of. It was hot and humid that day, with multiple issues arising, and Lindsay was everywhere making sure things went as smoothly as possible. She was also so friendly and a joy to be around. Thank you for all you did!
