    They really worked with our budget. We took many of our photos on the grounds. We had a 4 hour reception with full sit-down meal and several "Stations" (fruit, cheese, h'ordeuvres, etc.) and beverages for 125 people. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We set everything up the day before. They were excellent with recieving our other wedding vendors (cake, flowers, etc.). They met with us to go over the menu, room set-up, etc. We had a wonderful reception!

    The Kissimmee Bay Country Club made our wedding process easy. Nicole, the coordinator, was very easy to get in touch with and she was very flexible. She was happy to work with my day-of-coordinator, and she came in super early to help decorate the space. She made sure that the room was quickly prepared for our early morning wedding after a late night party.

    The country club was happy to oblige by our kind of unusual requests (a breakfast wedding and a hot chocolate bar?). The food was awesome, and they even heated the milk for our hot chocolate bar and provided containers to keep it warm. They provided two very nice young women to attend to our wedding and make sure that everything went smoothly. They also provided us with plenty of space to store our decorations for the evening before.

    Some information that may be useful to other brides: The country club does not provide white chair covers (and the chairs aren't exactly pretty...) but a standard spandex chair cover will work great on them, and they looked awesome once covered. The space that they provide is HUGE, and it can fit a large amount of people. The cases on the wall all have pull down covers (except for one). The pull down covers are white and fit the wedding look.

    The only possible issue we had was they ran low on champagne for our mimosa station, but they were able to rectify the situation and make sure that the station ran smoothly.

    I would absolutely recommend Kissimmee Bay for your wedding needs. They were very flexible and willing to work with us. Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful.

    Tara from Kissimmee Bay was very accommodating for us. She is the events coordinator and she was very easy to get ahold of, she even gave me her cell phone number.
