Kirsten is the best! She is kind, energetic, and seems truly passionate about her work. She was organized and quick to respond to messages as well as flexible with meeting dates and times. You can tell she is an expert at what she does! She radiated positive energy on our wedding day and was extremely efficient! She knew all of the right spots downtown to get the best shots. Our preview pictures turned out to be fantastic! We highly recommend using her as your wedding photographer. Her assistant Javon stayed throughout our entire reception and she was just the best too! We can’t say enough good things about this team. -

Excellent wedding photgrapher!
Kirsten was amazing for our wedding!! She was so great leading up to the wedding, we had multiple phone calls and she was easy to communicate with. She helped us plan and schedule our big day with great detail! The day of the wedding, Kirsten couldn't have been better. She was very organized even with a massive wedding party and big families. She also listened to us, as we made some changes the day of. Our photo preview is beautiful and we can't wait to see the rest! They will definitely be pictures we will love our entire marriage! Also, ask her about the photo dash! It was the best thing! -

Beautiful Pictures that will Last a Lifetime
Kirsten is fabulous to work with. From the very first meeting to the wedding day she is always on top of it, happy to answer questions, and easily available- evening giving her cell number out and answering texts promptly. She is super nice and made both my husband and I feel comfortable, which is saying something because we can both be awkward humans lol. I absolutely love her style and the right colors she brings out in her photos. I am so pleased with my engagement pictures and wedding preview pictures- honestly after seeing the preview pictures (200!!) I am even more excited to see the rest! Thank you Kirsten for capturing our day in these beautiful pictures that will last a lifetime -

Look no further!
I found Kirsten for my engagement and wedding photography and WOW. She is such a fantastic photographer and person. (Along with her team of associates!)
My husband and I are not 'natural' in front of a camera, but she helped to ease a lot of our nerves. She hyped us up and made us feel like we were models and had been taking pictures for a living!
I cannot believe how magical these photos have turned out. She captured the day perfectly ❤️
We cannot wait to continue to work with her in the future for baby pictures, family pictures, and other big life events!! She has clients for life! -

As a big fan of photography and an amateur photographer myself, I was really picky about the vision I wanted for our wedding photography, so I Googled “best wedding photographers in Indianapolis” and that’s where I found Kirsten Wray’s page, which matched my vision perfectly for bright, glamorous photos. She was extremely friendly and great at responding to my many emails and even greater during our engagement shoot and wedding. She knew the best locations for fabulous shots and was amazing at directing us for poses that created beautiful shots. I also really appreciated her ability to work with the kids and babies in our wedding formal family shots. I would highly recommend her as your wedding photographer!! -

I cannot thank Kirsten enough for capturing our big day!!
I am so grateful that we picked Kirsten to be our wedding photographer!! Kirsten photographed my cousins weddings and our family pictures, so I knew she would be the perfect person to capture my big day. Below are a few reasons why I highly recommend picking Kirsten to be the photographer for your big day!
First, Kirsten includes an engagement shoot with the wedding cost which was fun - we got to pick the place which I really liked (we picked Butler University because both of us went there).
Second, something that really stands out to me about Kirsten is she makes an effort to know people's names - I think this is really special and just shows how much she cares about making everyone feel special and involved in the photos.
Third (and probably most important for me because I stress out if I'm not organized), a few months before our wedding we met up and she laid out the whole day of timeline for us based on photos - I highly recommend doing this with Kirsten early because then you know when you need to be ready, etc. It was extremely helpful and we were able to stick to the timeline she created the whole day - she really knows what she is doing!! We did a first look and then most of our bridal party and immediate family pictures prior to the ceremony and Kirsten did a great job managing all of that - keeping us on track time wise - and not making it a long process. After the ceremony we did extended family pictures and we were able to even join in on the cocktail hour because Kirsten is so great at keeping track of time and being efficient with the photos that are taken. She is efficient, but I never felt rushed!
Fourth, it was also great having her expertise on what pictures to take - she would make sure we looked good in the pictures and didn't just let things go. For example, a couple times she had said to us "Yeah you're not going to like this picture - tilt your head more!" or "the lighting isn't great here - we should do pictures over there now and here later".
Fifth, within a week of the wedding we got a preview with about 230 of our wedding pictures - it was so exciting to see them so soon and I cannot wait to see the rest of them!! I love all of them so far!
I highly recommend Kirsten for capturing your big day, she made it so much fun, had a great attitude the whole time, made all of us laugh, and even kept the guys engaged in the photos (which I know can be hard to do with some guys). I'm looking forward to having Kirsten capture more of the big events in our life! -

Amazing doesn’t even begin to describe how incredibly awesome and beautiful our wedding pictures are. Kirsten and her team absolutely killed it! They captured every moment of our best day. Believe me when I say that Kirsten and her team make you feel like the closest of friends and not like a client. They went above and beyond to make the day so special. Not only does she take amazing photos, she pays attention to detail and makes sure you stay on time so you don’t miss the most important thing, dancing the night away! I couldn’t recommend Kirsten more, she did such an amazing job and I can guarantee that my husband and I will be using her again for family photos. Book her today, you won’t regret it! -

Kirsten was wonderful to work with! We had a lot of bumps randomly happen close to the wedding, and Kirsten was able to adapt to those changes quickly and helped calm all my nerves. She was energetic and knew how to take control of the wedding day (thank goodness because our wedding coordinator was just awful). I hope to use Kirsten again in the future for other photo opportunities. -

Just Lovely
Kirsten was so fun to work with during our engagement photo shoot! Even though the weather was a little uncooperative, she managed to capture beautiful shots. And, she was very accommodating and flexible with her availability! She's professional yet also very approachable and easy-going. So, if even if you're not used to posing for pictures, her knowledge, creativity, and fun personality makes the whole experience feel more natural. And, if you do have photo ideas in mind, she's a great listener and delivers! Our wedding photos are stunning! Both our engagement and wedding photo were provided to use in a very reasonable timeframe. Her team will also be photographing our October reception, and we have absolutely no doubts that they'll do a wonderful job! -

LOVE Kirsten & her team!!
Kirsten was our wedding photographer for our small wedding ceremony (during covid - 2020) and our rescheduled larger reception in 2021. We loved the fact that there were 2 photographers and an album option through her! She took in all of our requests, helped with all of the details, and her work is absolutely beautiful. I recommend to anyone 10/10!!! Can't wait to work with her again in the future! -

Kirsten is amazing photographer! We have done multiple sessions with her for different occasions (including wedding, family pictures & maternity pictures) and i fall in love with all of the pictures. Everything about my experience with Kirsten was top-notch. Not only is she an amazing photographer, she is also a wonderful human to plan with and to have around on your wedding day.
Kirsten and her assistant Kaylie photographed my wedding on November 2 at the Indianapolis Central Library. What I loved most about Kirsten is how comfortable she made my now husband and I feel throughout the entire day. Usually I dread taking pictures at family gatherings or other people's weddings, but Kirsten made it fun and easy. She guides you effortlessly into poses you would never think to do yourself, and the results are fantastic.
We made a plan for the day together before, and it all went off without a hitch thanks to her professionalism and expertise. I can't thank you enough for playing such a crucial role in our perfect day, Kirsten! I can't wait to see all of the pictures and re-live the day through your work. -

Kirsten is absolutely amazing! When my now husband and I came across her pictures on the internet we immediately reached out to see if she was available. We love color and nature and wanted a photographer who could capture the vibrant colors of the world. She does just that! She has great pricing for her packages and she gives you so much in each photography package that she offers. She is quick to respond and answered all the questions we had. My now husband and I moved to Phoenix, Arizona shortly after we got engaged and Kirsten was willing to work with the time difference and our schedule on when we could fly in for not only our engagement photos but for our wedding as well. I know I had to change our engagement session several times and she was so nice about switching it in order to accommodate our crazy schedule since we were planning our wedding from out of town. When we did our engagement session rain was in the forecast and I desperately wanted outdoor photos and she still made it work! She found the best indoor spot and when the rain let up for a bit she took us outside so I could have the outdoor photos I really wanted. She was so amazing and accommodating. She is so sweet and knows her craft and has it down to an art. She knows how to perfectly tilt your head and sees all the details like hairs out of place or clothing falling weird. We are so so happy with our photos. Kirsten was amazing on our wedding day and gave us more then we could have ever asked for! I highly recommend hiring her for your wedding. You will get beautiful photos and she has the best personality:) -
