We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Kingsley Pines, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we started planning, Becky was an incredible support. She was with us every step of the way, providing valuable input during both the pre-planning phase and throughout the weekend of our wedding. Her expertise and willingness to assist made the entire process so much smoother and less stressful.
The venue itself is stunningly beautiful, offering a picturesque backdrop for our special day. It is also incredibly flexible, allowing us to personalise every aspect of our wedding to reflect our unique style and preferences. One of the most practical features was the giant walk-in fridge, which was perfect for storing DIY flower arrangements and other essentials, making our preparations much easier.
Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the weekend and had everything they needed to enjoy the celebration. We received nothing but positive feedback both during and after the wedding, with many commenting on how beautiful and accommodating the venue was. Overall, our wedding was everything we wished it would be, and we are so grateful to the team for making it all possible.

What an amazing place to get married! My wife and I had such an incredible weekend here. We loved being able to spend so much time with our loved ones, since they live all over the country. Our families and friends had a great time with all of the activities that camp provided. The canoes and kayaks were a huge hit, along with all the sports, especially pickle ball! The scenery is beautiful and made for some amazing photos. Becky was super helpful during the planning process, and answered more questions than I can count. The cabins and cottages were adorable and comfortable. The property is small enough that even our less mobile relatives could mostly walk everywhere, although there are also service roads that we were able to drive those folks around on at night. We had a magical weekend, and we hope to return to Kingsley Pines in the future to relive the memories. -

Kingsley Pines was the perfect setting for our wedding weekend, and we cannot recommend it enough! From start to finish, Becky and the entire staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making the planning process smooth and stress-free.
Our guests absolutely loved the variety of activities available during their free time. From kayaking and swimming to relaxing by the campfire, there was something for everyone to enjoy. Many of our friends and family told us it was the best wedding they had ever attended!
One of the biggest highlights for us was the on-site accommodations. Having everyone stay together eliminated the stress of driving after the wedding and gave our guests the chance to relax and fully immerse themselves in the experience. It created a warm, friendly community where friends and family who had never met before grew close by the end of the weekend. With guests traveling in from all over, this was especially meaningful.
For those who never got the chance to attend camp as kids, Kingsley Pines provided a fun and nostalgic experience. The cabins, the lake, and the overall camp vibe made the weekend feel unique and unforgettable.
If you’re looking for a venue that combines natural beauty, excellent service, and an unforgettable sense of camaraderie, Kingsley Pines is the place. It was everything we dreamed of and more!

Best wedding venue ever!
Literally the wedding weekend of our dreams! Kingsley Pines was perfect summer camp to spend a weekend—perfect mix of cozy, fun, beautiful. The whole camp team was fantastically helpful. We had many wedding guests say it was one of their favorite venues they’ve ever been to!

Absolutely the best choice to choose this venue for our wedding! It was the best place to have our wedding and the whole atmosphere was so magical and made our wedding so unique. They made booking and choosing vendors so easy with their endless recommendations and the staff works endlessly to create whatever vision you have in mind come to life. We planned the wedding out of state as well and they helped every step of the way making sure we had all our questions answer and went above and beyond to be available the whole wedding weekend. We had many guests say it was one of the most unique weddings they had been to and how much fun they had the whole weekend. I am so thankful we chose this venue and the staff that made the day so special for us and our guests. -

With the help of the awesome team at Kingsley Pines, we created a vow renewal ceremony with our family and friends that was, quite simply, an incredible weekend of fun. The venue is outstanding -- beautiful lake, gorgeous facilities, well-appointed cabins and lots of open spaces for activities. The staff helped with the planning and were there for every detail during the weekend. We wholeheartedly recommend them for your wedding or celebration! -

Amazing Experience All Around
Getting married at Kingsley Pines was truly an amazing experience and exceeded all the expectations we had for our wedding. The few days we spent at the camp will be a once in a lifetime memory and they went above and beyond to make it that way. The staff was so focused on making it the wedding we wanted and were so helpful with the entire process. -

The perfect maine venue
Kingsley Pines was a pleasure to work with in pulling off our perfect wedding weekend. They let us come tour the camp as many times as we needed throughout our planning process and always got back to us quickly regarding any questions we had. During the wedding weekend, they checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly, were wonderful with our guests, and were quick to jump in and help where needed. Camp itself was put together thoughtfully with extra blankets for guests (because it was unexpectedly cold), lawn games and chairs set out on the beach, and a fire going in the lodge all day! Absolutely perfect! -

Laura Sent on 10/18/2015We knew as soon as we arrived for a visit of Kingsley Pines that it was the perfect venue for us. The location was perfect, cabins were quaint and the staff incredibly helpful. Kingsley Pines has a layed back feel with a guest friendly atmosphere. There are many buildings and picturesque locations. We tried to hold a different event in each building so we could get the majority of things set up Thursday night before the wedding. Our guests enjoyed time in the chairs on the sandy beach, swimming in the lake, swinging off the rope swing, kayaking and lounging by the fire. We had a lot of help throughout the weekend as the venue requires you to do a lot on your own. I would consider hiring someone to take care of all those little things (making sure ice buckets were full and water full, etc.). Drew was prompt with responding to questions by email.
