    Wonderful intimate wedding venue

Their Wine Cellar Room was perfect for our intimate 50 person ceremony, dinner and dancing. The food and service were excellent and the entire staff was there to make sure everything went well. Room accommodations great and loved the restaurant.

Casey was absolutely amazing! From the minute my fiance and I met him, he was easy to talk to and he followed through on everything he said he would do. We could not have asked for a better experience with Casey and the entire Hotel Vintage staff. Our wedding was perfect and there is not a single thing we would change! Thank you!

I don't know if I will ever be able to put into words how amazing Hotel Vintage and their entire staff was during my wedding planning process and the actual wedding. The coordinator there, Stephanie, is absolutely amazing at her job and I couldn't have asked for a better person to help. The venue itself is unique, beautiful, and absolutely perfect for what we needed for our wedding. The only decorations we brought in were flowers and a couple things for centerpieces. Other than that, the rooms were beautiful enough to need minimum decor, or the venue provided it. Stephanie was so patient and helpful during the planning process. She answered any question I needed via email, phone, even met with me when I needed it. She and her staff went above and beyond the day of. I felt like they were all my friends by the end. I looked at lots of venues in Portland, and choosing this one was the best decision I made!

Working with Stephanie at Hotel Vintage has been one of the best things to happen to our wedding. She is organized, friendly and fun. A perfect combination for someone who will be working with you a lot up until and on your wedding day. She has made the planning process for our reception as seamless as possible and I am so thankful for that.

When my husband and I were looking around for a venue we accidentally stumbled upon Hotel Vintage. We are so very glad that we did. From the moment that we first got in contact with Stephanie we felt really good about it. She was very informative, quick to respond, gave great suggestions, and was a definite pleasure to work with. We could not have picked a better place for one of the most important days of our lives. The hotel was gorgeous and I totally fell in love with the wine cellar (where we had the ceremony). The food was catered by the Pazzo Ristorante and it was amazing. Everything was amazing; the service, the accommodations, the way they made us feel special throughout the entire process. I can sit here and go on and on about how awesome they were. Just simply amazing!

My husband and I chose to have our wedding rehearsal dinner at Pazzo after reading several great online reviews of the restaurant and service. Although we were a little hesitant at the initial projected food and beverage minimum, we decided to book Pazzo after trying out the food for ourselves: delicious! We made an appointment to meet with the restaurant's catering manager, Krissa Swan, who was kind enough to sit down with us to create a custom menu for our event. Krissa was always helpful, and incredibly patient during the planning stages. We had several changes prior to our rehearsal dinner regarding menu items and guest counts. Krissa was always very understanding, and was able to accommodate all of our changes and requests. The night of our event, Krissa was on hand to greet our guests and make sure that our event went smoothly.
The Pazzo staff were friendly, attentive and fun. They provided fast and efficient service, and always with a smile.
We held our event in the Pazzo Wine Cellar which provided a private, intimate feeling. Surrounded by bottles of wine, wine barrels and candlelight, our guests enjoyed being in a unique space that possessed resemblance of Northern Italy.
For our menu, we chose to forgo traditional entree options and instead, hosted a "pasta bar" themed menu that included different seafood, meat, and vegetarian pasta options. Our guests loved it! The food was delicious! From the starter salad, to the pasta, to the desert options we had chosen, we received many compliments on our food choices.
We would definitely host an event at Pazzo again! The quality of food, service, and unique atmosphere is definitely worth the price. We feel that Krissa and the Pazzo staff went above and beyond to make our event a success. From the custom personalized menus and event headers, to the personalized service, we give Pazzo a 5/5 rating across the board!

We had our son's rehearsal dinner at Pazzo and it was wonderful. The food was excellent as was the service. We used the Tuscanny room for cocktails and the Wine Cellar for dinner - the venue was perfect for the occasion.

We had the pleasure of dining at Pazzo last year, but all of the planning was done long distance - we and many of our guests came to town from New York City. Regina, the Director of Catering, was very helpful in both the planning and the exectuion of the event.

Our wedding at the Vintage a Plaza was amazing! Even though we had a small wedding we were treated as if we were the biggest & most important clients they had. Regina helped up plan & implement every detail. She was fabulous before, during & after our event. Everyone was so helpful...right down to the doorman who retrieved my lipgloss from my friend and ran it down the street to me where our photographer was shooting some of our photos! Sounds simple but he just overheard me say my lipgloss was fading & boom...there it was. Now that is customer service! My husband and I will never forget the most perfect day of our lives nor the time & care Regina and the staff took to make it happen.

My wedding was this weekend in the Cellar room. It was awesome! Every last detail went smoothly and was everything I was hoping for. I can't speak highly enough about Krissa Swan, the catering and sales manager. She and all of the Pazzo staff are very polite, helpful and organized. I live in California, and thus planned my wedding almost entirely by phone and email. Krissa helped me immensely and provided me with great advice and suggestions along the way. The food was fabulous, the room was beautiful, and the transitions between ceremony, cocktail hour and reception dinner went very well. My new hubby and I are very happy with our decision to have our wedding at Pazzo!
We stayed for four nights in Hotel Vintage Plaza. On the wedding day we moved into the Garden Spa Suite, which was gorgeous. The hot tub on the balcony was fabulous. The only problem was on the second night in the Spa room, the hot tub was not hot when we originally got in. Fortunately, it came up to temperature in only an hour and we were able to enjoy it the rest of the night. Other than that one minor hiccup, we were so, so pleased with our entire experience with both Pazzo and Hotel Vintage Plaza.

We highly recommend Hotel Vintage Plaza and Pazzo Ristorante for multiple events. We worked with Regina, Andrew and Marisa. All of them were helpful, punctual and polished!
The first event we had was the rehearsal dinner, which we did at the Pazzo Bakery. The atmosphere was intimate and Italian. My mother in law was able to decorate and add special touches, which was nice. The food was beyond amazing. We had bread, salad and pasta (wine too!) and everyone raved. Everything is homemade and you just can’t beat that.
We had the ceremony down in the wine cellar, which was so romantic. It is by far one of the best spaces I have seen in Portland. It is also a great place for a small dinner gathering! Everyone was served a glass of wine as they entered the ceremony and after, they were all escorted out to the cocktail hour which was held on the second floor in the Burgandy room. After the cocktail hour (with appetizers), everyone then headed to the Tuscany room which was right down the hall. All the rooms looked exactly how I wanted and were gorgeous. Regina really listened to everything I wanted to incorporate and made it happen. She was a pleasure to work with, as well as everyone else on her team. The staff was professional and polite to all of our guests. Again, the food at the cocktail hour and reception was also delicious. One thing that I loved was the limited menu. Instead of doing a big buffet or a plated dinner, they offer a limited menu for your reception dinner. I had never seen this before and it was a huge success. Our guests loved having the option to order right there and alter anything if they had allergies. It was also less work for the bride to get info prior to the event!
All in all, if you are looking to host any event at Hotel Vintage

My husband and I were married at the Hotel Vintage Plaza in August 2013. We had the ceremony in the wine cellar and the reception on the 2nd floor in the banquet room. Wow! It was fantastic!! Regina Cameli (Director of Catering) was absolutely wonderful! As far as wedding planning goes, she knows her stuff and is a delight to work with! The dinner food and service were high quality too. We loved the wine cellar with candle light package. It was so romantic. Choosing this venue was the best choice we made in planning our wedding!

We had our rehearsal dinner at Pazzo and everything was perfect. They were attentive to some of our dietary restrictions and handled it with ease. The food was "over the top"!! I, as parent of the groom, never received so many compliments about the food, venue and service. I wish I could take credit for it but it was all Pazzo. I will not hesitate to recommend this restaurant for future events and just plain dining out!!
    Thank you so much.

This hotel was fantastic! I absolutely loved our room (primarily the jet tubs). The staff made sure they got everything from our reception into our room (our reception was downstairs at Pazzos). We had to switch rooms on the second night and I left some jewelry in our first room. They made sure it was safely delivered to me when we returned from dinner. They also left us a wonderful note and a bottle of champagne in our room. They really made the experience wonderful.

We wanted an indoor wedding with a unique feel. We found just that and much more. The onsite wedding coordinator Robin took care of every detail making our day just as we wanted it and kept the stress levels low. We highly recommend doing the ceremony in the wine celler, with the room being lit by candle light it is sure to make any ceremony romantic. The food was excellent too!

My wife and I had our rehearsal dinner at Pazzo, and it's easy to see why it continues to be named Portland's best. My parents are not the easiest of people to satisfy, and yet Robin rolled with every punch, question and request. Not only were my parents thrilled with the end result, but more importantly our rehearsal dinner was a big part of our dream wedding weekend. Thank you Robin and Pazzo- truly a magnificent rehearsal dinner experience!!

We had our sit-down dinner and karaoke reception in the Wine Cellar at Hotel Vintage Plaza, catered of course, by Pazzo.

At least a dozen of my guests said it was the best food at a wedding that they had ever had.

Absolutely amazing food. And the service matched. Jane was our personal server and she was so helpful with special requests and with getting everything wrapped up and secured for us. Just an amazing person, that Jane.

Heather Seethoff was our co-ordinator for this whole adventure and she was pretty great. Totally open to trying new things (karaoke) and very helpful in suggesting other vendors.

We stayed in one of the Garden Tub Rooms, and we had a problem with regulating the temperature, which the hotel worked ceaselessly and often behind the scenes to fix. The room was great, the food was great, the service was great, the wine cellar was beautiful and great. Would highly recommend the wine cellar for events with a group of 45 or less people. It did tend to get a little warm with that many bodies packed in there, but it was a MINOR inconvenience that was remedied with a fan, and didn't cast any shadow whatsoever on our experience. Overall, and with most every tiny specific detail, we were floored with their professional magic. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Hotel Vintage Plaza was the perfect setting for my wedding! The minute I met with the team there I knew I was in very capable hands and I wanted to have my wedding there. I was married in the wine cellar which was so unique and intimate...perfect for the 80 guests that attended. The candles illuminated the setting and the professional staff gave me the chance to just relax and actually enjoy the day! After the ceremony the guests went upstairs for cocktail hour and the reception. We had the whole 2nd floor to ourselves so we didn't have to worry about disturbing anyone and the ballroom was one of the few we saw that had windows to see downtown....which really opened up the feeling and provided our guests with something to see other than the average hotel wall paper. Probably the best thing about the Hotel though is the delicious food from Pazzo's Restaurant! MMMmmmm Everything was so good. We had a sit down dinner, so our guests were able to order their food right then and it was made to order so it was fresh (no sitting under a hot plate for an hour). I am so happy with the service I received at Hotel Vintage Plaza. They accommodated all my needs before and up to the day of the wedding. They were pleasant to work with and they truly cared about giving me a wedding to remember. Thank you so much!!!!

Most of our wedding guests were from out of town and stayed at the Hotel Vintage Plaza. Everyone who stayed at the hotel told us that the hotel was great and that they would stay there again. We had our daughter's wedding reception in Pazzo's Cellar Room and it was perfect and magical! The food was delicious and the service was topnotch! We really would not have changed a thing.

Heather at the Hotel Vintage is what completely made our experience shine. As our wedding coordinator, she was very responsive and patient when dealing with our many requests/concerns. Without her, and the banquet coordinator, Jane, our wedding would not have gone so smoothly. On the day of the wedding, I felt confident that Heather was handling everything. No stress!

I recently used Hotel Vintage Inn to host my sister's bridal shower. I couldn't have been more happier with the atmosphere (located in downstairs wine cellar), food (created own menu and chef accommodated my gluten free allergy), server (Jane), cost as well as location in downtown and parking service (used Valet as well as some parked across the street).
If you want to have an intimate event, that doesn't bust you pocket, swells you tummy with great food and drink, and gives you laughs, tears and an atmosphere filled with joy and love then this is your place.
My sister enjoyed the her event here at Hotel Vintage Inn, so much that she has now reserved the Townhouse Suite for the night before and night of her wedding! Plus we will be using this location again to celebrate with family our parents 30th Anniversary!!
I live in San Francisco and hosted alot of corporate events here, and truely havent found a place that went over and beyond in all details like Heather/Jane and Hotel Vintage Inn in Portland, OR did for me. Defantely using again when I return to Portland in the future!

The staff at The Hotel Vintage helped make our wedding a night to remember! Everyone treated us, and our guests, with professionalism and kindness. They were responsive to all of our requests, and went above and beyond what was asked of them. Thank you to everyone at The Hotel Vintage Plaza!

We really recieved exceptional service. The lady who worked with us was so kind, and when our florist got the order completely wrong, she went out of her way to drive the bride to a local florist and set about arranging all of the flowers on her own. We were so very impressed. Because of her, the wedding was the beautiful day we had hoped for.

Every detail from beginning to end was handled perfectly. I had to plan a groom's dinner (rehearsal dinner) from a distance ( I live in mpls), which I thought would be a bit challenging. However, the team with which I worked were outstanding!!
I cannot say enough good things about the job they did. The planning went very smoothly prior to my arrival in Portland. As to the event itself, the food was fabulous (many compliments from guests) and the venue was beautiful. I especially appreciated that the head server maintained constant contact with me during the evening to keep the event moving along with the cocktail hour, toasts, dessert, etc. so that I could just enjoy the evening without worrying about timing of things. There were no surprise costs. It was a great evening!!

Heather was the BEST!! I've done event planning, fund raising, etc., for years and she was so professional and so helpful. She was very easy to work with and open to new ideas and working with our special requests (one of which was the ice cream sundae bar---it was a huge hit with our guests!!) I would recommend using the Vintage Plaza Hotel to anyone. The venue was very flexible and easy to plan around and our guests enjoyed their stays at the hotel. But, most of all for us, the staff was fabulous!

The food was fantastic and it was all very, very affordable. We could not have been happier. Thank you so much for making our day so perfect for us! We would recommend the hotel to anyone planning an event. Thanks Heather!

I hosted both wedding and reception in the Pazzo Wine Cellar at the hotel vintage plaza. All of our wedding guests stayed at the hotel as well. The food was AMAZING, service was outstanding, and the planning process so very easy. It was a time my husband, family, and friends will never forget. We cannot wait to visit again.

The Vintage Plaza Hotel and Pazzo restaurant provided rooms and the rehearsal dinner for my Son's wedding. Everything was perfect. Regina worked with me although I was out of town. The room, the food and the setting was perfect for a dinner of 60. The price was far less than we would have payed in San Francisco. The rooms were comfortable stylish and private. No problems what so ever. We enjoyed the dinner when we ate as a family of five as much as when we were a party of 60Many guests felt it was the best food they ever had.

We hosted a rehearsal dinner, followed by a dessert & wine event for all guests invited to our son's wedding. All services provided by the Hotel Vintage Plaza were superlative. I had excellent help as I explored the venue choices, and wonderful support and guidance as I selected the food and wines. My contact person at the hotel was always responsive, and provided attention to even the smallest of details. The final event was perfect. Staff was caring, attentive and competent. They were there to meet all of our needs. The food was delicious, the presentation worthy of a cover on Bon Appetit magazine. The hotel has great charm. It was the best.

We had a beautiful wedding at the Hotel Vintage Plaza. Everyone on staff (from the doormen to our event coordinator) was extremely helpful, courteous, and eager to go the extra mile. We had an intimate, candlelit ceremony in the basement wine cellar, and moved upstairs for the reception.

The food is unbelievably fantastic. We really liked that they don't charge extra for full service dinner (vs. buffet), and, unique to the Vintage, they cook each guest's meal to order. Guests don't have to decide which entree they want a month before the wedding - they order their entree from a server that evening. It felt like we were in our own private restaurant that happened to have a dance floor and awesome music.

Everyone who handled our wedding was very flexible and ready to accommodate any requests or changes. Courtney, who handled our room block, and Chelsea, who managed our event, were calming forces - especially in the hectic month before the wedding.

**Edited to add: Seven months after our wedding, my parents came to town and decided to stay at the Vintage after their wonderful experience there. One day after meeting my parents at the hotel, one of the doormen approached my husband - he remembered us from our wedding! The customer service at the hotel is unparalleled.

I am very happy with the experience that I had at Hotel Vintage/Pazzo Ristorante for my wedding! First of all, the location is beautiful. We had both our wedding and our ceremony at the hotel. The ceremony was in the wine cellar in the basement, which was absolutely lovely! The hotel provided candlelight and it was a really unique, intimate space for the ceremony. We also had a three-piece trio playing in the back of the room--there was ample space for them, as well as our 90 guests.

After the ceremony, we had cocktail hour on the Mezzanine and the reception in the Tuscany Room. I loved having multiple spaces available to us as it added a lot of variety to the experience. The food was outstanding and this venue allows for guests to place their order from menus (which they provide) at the reception.

As for the service--this was what initially drew me to them. My husband and I felt very well-taken care of during our planning and on the actual day of the ceremony. I can't imagine *not* having coordinators to help you during the day of your wedding. I would have forgotten everything without the staff prompting me!

We left a couple of items in the reception space and had little difficulty getting them returned to us the next day. Plus, we received a complimentary evening in their jacuzzi suite--they provided a bottle of champagne & chocolates which was very thoughtful.

My only complaint is that we were supposed to have the rehearsal in the wine cellar at 3:00 on the day before our wedding. The restaurant rented the space out that evening and was setting up in the wine cellar, so we could not actually do the rehearsal in the ceremony space. This was a little annoying, as the space for the rehearsal was included in the original booking. Otherwise, no complaints! A fantastic evening and all of the guests said it was one of the nicest weddings that they had ever been to!

The HVP was an amazing wedding venue! The space was beautiful, the food was delicious and the staff was incredibly helpful! Planning was a breeze and they really do think of and take care of everything. My groom and I and all our guests had a perfect evening. No last minute stresses or worries. We loved having the wedding, the reception and rooms for all our guests in one spot. The ceremony in the wine cellar room was beautiful and intimate, a perfect setting! Transiting to the reception is seamless, there are fantastic spots to take pictures and everyone agreed the food was some of the best wedding food ever.

Brian and I had a beautiful intimate ceremony and reception of only 20 people in the wine cellar room of the Hotel Vintage Plaza. All of our guests came from out of state and stayed at the hotel as well--the staff was welcoming, prepared, and eager to make our wedding weekend everything we dreamed of!
We are huge wine and food snobs and the extensive menu and wine list helped us bring out a taste of the Northwest with an Italian flare that our guests were very impressed with!
I highly recommend utilizing their restaurant, Pazzo, for brunch with guests as well--exquisite food and service staff!!
We can't wait to continue coming to Hotel Vintage Plaza in the future with guests and celebrating our Anniversary and other special events!

When I arrived at the reception I was told the Banquet Captain was not there (Jane) and Shawn would serve us. He did an excellent job. The only issue I had was that food was not replenished (if at all) fast enough. My sister had to ask if there was any more salad. Guest thought that was all the food and we heard that some purposed to restrict their portions. The one important issue to my husband was that we had plenty of food. We were distraught to think people thought that was all of the food. We brought home around 4 huge containers of food. I feel like we spent money we should not have had to.

We loved working with Heather at the Vintage Plaza. She was extremely professional and very punctual in her communications. We rented out both the cellar and the 2nd floor reception area for our wedding. The wine cellar was a wonderful space to do a cocktail hr and was our rain site for our ceremony. Apparently though I was told later that my name was misspelled on the signs for the signature cocktail which really as a habit isn't a good thing to misspell the brides name.

HVP was a central location in Portland that was great for out of town guests. Food was good, though it seemed to take a very long time to serve dinner - we got a lot of feedback from guests that the main course took quite a bit of time to come out.

Honestly, our only real negative experience was in the bookings for our wedding block. It really looks like the only person in that office that can do their job is Sarah. There were numerous errors in our bookings that took weeks and multiple emails, phone calls, and faxes to resolve. Once we even got someone else's scanned credit card and SS# info emailed to our "reservation confirmation" which makes me question the safety of my personal information and integrity of the staff in the reservation office. Sarah was very gracious however in comp'ing a room for us for 2 nights to make up for all the reservation problems.

When my fiance and I initially looked at Hotel Vintage Plaza as a potential venue for our wedding celebration party, we were blown away by how nice the staff and event room were. Every place we looked at after that just couldn't compare. So, we put down a deposit in October, for Sept. 4th of the oncoming year. Overall, the experience was great, with a few bumps:

I started off communicating with Heather, and I appreciated her fast turn around answering emails and very informative replies. As wedding season approached, I noticed that she became somewhat less responsive, and eventually I was switched over to Robin, the new catering manager. It was a little bumpy at first, since we had built a relationship with Heather, and she knew more about our event, but it worked out fine. The tasting session was fun, though the menu we had received to choose from didn't reflect price increases, which was something we weren't aware of until later.

HVP set us up with a room for the day of the event, but last minute, my fiance and I decided to stay the night before as well. When checking in, the hotel staff looked up our info for the next night, hoping to keep us in the same room. Unfortunately, there was no record of for our stay. Also, I had confirmed an early check-in for the event day for getting ready, which was also not in the records. The front desk staff were fantastic at sorting it all out, and even though we needed to change rooms the next day, made sure our check-in time was honored, and all items transported to the other room.

Setup of the room was fantastic, and I was introduced to the catering leads. Robin and Heather were both supposed to be present for about an hour into the event, to make sure all was going smoothly. However, only Robin was there, and she left 20-30 minutes before she had said she would, and also didn't take up gift cards to our room as agreed upon. My mother was fretting about potential theft of the gifts since they sat at the table the whole night.

We had five guests arrive unexpectedly, but the catering staff handled the newcomers calmly, and helped find spaces for them to sit.

After cake service, extra cake was supposed to placed into cake boxes and placed at the entry table for guests to take home. I noticed that the staff were placing the slices on tables instead, and after a quick word with the bartender, the situation was fixed.

We had lighters in one of our supply boxes for the sparklers (grand exit!), and these were never found. Jane was kind enough to lend us some from the hotel.

Robin had offered the use of an adjacent room for the DJ and photographer for breaks or dinner, which was never set up.They made do in the lobby area, but it would have been nice to have that space for them. I actually did mention this to Jane (catering lead), and I guess nothing was ever done about it.

The biggest hitch was that my fiance's wallet was stolen the night before, which also included our method of paying for the dinner. Robin had mentioned that the bill would not be presented until the next morning, so we made alternate arrangements for that time to pay the bill. Unknown to us, this actually meant that the bill would be charged that night, and the receipt presented the next morning (we had already put down a deposit). Since they were unable to use my fiance's card, they charged the amount to the card I used for the room the night before, without notifying us. Luckily, we were able to straighten the situation out, but it would have been easier had she been more clear about when payment would occur.

Besides this, we absolutely enjoyed hosting our event at HVP, and our stay in the hotel. The room we were in Sunday night was fantastic, and the rose petals on the bed with chocolates and chilled champagne were so sweet and thoughtful. And we loved the soaking tub! Everyone commented on how nice the event was, and the food, drinks and service were spot on. The staff were all so kind and accommodating, from the doormen to catering staff.

Beautiful site for a reception. We loved the view over Broadway in downtown Portland with the large windows in the reception room. We used the Pazzo Ristorante for the catering which was also fantastic! Fabulous service. We brought in our own wine, so the corking fee was a pain, but otherwise everything was very nice!

Rehearsal dinner/party for 22....appetizers/dinner: Staff and venue were great. I wish I'd known that evening would take 3 hrs...instead of the 4 we'd planned on. Perhaps staff could help by giving/suggest an estimate of time..."this is what happened at previous gatherings for party this size"???
Food was delicious for most part...salad too salty.....chianti selection from menu option= not so tastey with meal choices:-( Opened wines should be re-corked...given to host...at end of event. Coffee/tea should have been ready WITH dessert serving.
TV screen too small for DVD presentation view of bride & groom .

I worked with Heather Seethoff at the Vintage Plaza who arranged all the logistics of the event venue and catering. The venue- I used the wine cellar in the basement, I believe they also have a larger room upstairs. The place is definitely beautiful and unique, filled with wine bottles. We took advantage of the theme, incorporating a wine ceremony into our ceremony and serving wine from both where I and husband are from for the reception. Heather patiently met with us and answered/returned calls and emails to choose table linens and the room arrangement, which they flipped between ceremony and reception, and arrange all details. They provided candles so we didn't have to bring too much in the way of decoration, and got away without hiring a florist, making bouquets ourselves. So the venue was pretty easy to work with, pretty cheap, and mostly ready-to-go without a lot of work on our end, which was all great. I was disappointed with a few things that happened unexpectedly right around the wedding, not enough to regret choosing this venue, but wish they hadn't happened. Heather the coordinator was on vacation the week before my wedding, so that was tough; she also left right after the ceremony started so was missing for some things we wanted to ask about, etc. later in the night; they lost the boxes for some vases I was planning to return, and even after members of my family looked extensively, never admitted that they had lost/thrown them away when they weren't supposed to; finally, the barman admitted to "trying to get drunk" one of my single friends he was hitting on, who ended up throwing up everywhere in the bathroom and my mom and two aunts had to miss the afterparty to wait with her, while he nor anyone else at the hotel was willing to clean up or do anything else to help with the situation. So somewhat minor things, they did bother me, but for the price of the venue was still definitely worth it and perfect for our small, unique event.
Of note, the venue says its capacity is 50 but we had about 38 and I wouldn't have wanted to have too many more people, if you plan on dancing or moving around at all.
The catering- good! We chose an all-vegetarian menu with the selections available on the standard menu plus some other suggestions from the chef. As far as I know, everything came out the way it should have and everyone liked the food. I didn't have to do any work at all which was great!
If planning for a budget, remember to add 21% fees/whatever they call it to the listed price. We paid just that, no surprise costs/fees on the bill :).
