Amazing experience and amazing photos!
I couldn't be happier with my photos, they turned out so well and Kim (and Aary) knew exactly how to guide us and help us perfect each one. She did so much to make sure we had beautiful photos, the best light, and wouldn't settle for anything less than perfect. She also took time to make some special poses and shots that were unique to us and I couldn't have asked for anything better! -

Kim was amazing! She had ideas we never even thought of! She captured our special day beyond our expectations! She was spot on with price, timing, and agreed upon terms. Anyone would be lucky to have her capture their memories! -

Their photos are amazing and they really care about your experience! They capture the best moments you could imagine that you didn't even know were gonna be so memorable! I can not stop looking at our photos and all I can do is smile and makes me want to give each photo a hug, really is silly to say, but that is how much these photos mean to me and I wouldn't be able to feel that feeling if it wasn't for such an amazing photographer! -

WOW! Just wow! Kim is beyond words amazing! I am very picky about pictures and possibly a little OCD (LOL) but I was left speechless when I received our wedding pictures back. The attention to detail, the creativeness in her work, the fun we had taking pictures, and her willingness to do just about anything to capture that perfect picture (like jump in the water fountain in all her clothes) are just a few examples. She truly loves what she does and she is SO good at it! I could go on and on...I knew she was good but damn if she didn't exceed our expectations. -

Truly the best photographer in all of state college!
Literally the most knowledgeable wedding photographer we came across. She truly knows the business and exactly what brides want on their wedding day. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Unlike other State College photographers, she actually made us feel like people, not numbers. We are not picture people, but Kim and her assistant were able to make us relax and feel totally comfortable. BONUS: she is PSU alumni just like me! -

Kim is simply amazing! She cares about her clients, her quality of work and she makes sure that she develops a personal connection with her clients. She made me feel so comfortable which was extremely important for me (as someone who doesn't like to get photographed). Her edits are beautiful!
Not only is she amazing at her craft but she helped me tremendously on my wedding day. My mother's were helping to set up and I had no planner and she stepped in to guide me. I couldn't have done it without her and I am so appreciate of her -

I have had nothing but wonderful compliments on our wedding pictures and though scenery has a lot to do with that, I know so much of it is because of Kim. From our first conversation on the phone to the last email I have enjoyed every interaction. Getting pictures taken with her was exciting and if it weren't for time schedules I would have loved to take more. Everyone looks fantastic in our pictures and she captured so many unexpected moments. You would feel lucky to have her take pictures for you!Kimberly Wright Photography's reply:

User2426603 Sent on 11/15/2015I cannot recommend Kimberly Wright Photography enough- we had an excellent experience from our initial meeting to the engagement shoot that came with our package, to the photography of our actual day. Kim is really devoted to making your day as perfect as possible. I was very picky when choosing a wedding photographer. I wanted someone that I really liked (I was going to be with them ALL day!), trusted (you only get one chance to capture these photos), and was actually going to be within my budget. I met with several photographers in the State College area, and loved Kim from our first meeting- I would have booked immediately if I didn't have other photographer meetings later that afternoon that I didn't want to cancel on last minute.
Kim was available to answer all of my (many) questions throughout the planning process and was incredibly flexible with me as I changed the date of our engagement shoot several times due to weather. We, of course, had rain the day of the shoot anyways, but Kim was so dedicated to getting a number of amazing shots. We shot in between showers, meaning we were together for over three hours- she literally laid down in a puddle to get a shot of us playing in rain with a reflection in the water. Her devotion to her craft is clear.
The day of the wedding was when I truly realized that we weren't just getting a photographer with Kim- we got a makeup artist, hairdresser, driver, and someone in my corner who made sure I felt calm and beautiful all day. Kim has such an eye for detail, and made sure we didn't leave the salon until everything was perfect. Kim (& her wonderful assistant!) captured a phenomenal amount of those little "moments" that you can't plan for- the look on my husband's face right before I turned him around for our first look, me and my Dad sharing a look before walking down the aisle, a quick peck on my husband's cheek before the grand entrance. Kim made sure our day was perfect, and I have awesome photos to prove!Kimberly Wright Photography's reply:
