    The best ever!

    Not even sure where to begin with Kim, she was beyond amazing! I mentally wouldn’t have even got to the wedding if it wasn’t for her! She should market herself was a therapist, mediator, andddd event planner! She goes above and beyond and thinks of every little detail. She kept me on track for planning and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. She listens and executes to bring your dream wedding a reality. I can never thank her enough for everything she did to make sure we had the best day of our lives. I was the calmest person ever on my wedding day because I trusted Kim and knew she would make everything happen. She did that and more! I truly don’t know how people can have a wedding without her. She creates miracles!

    Kim was a godsend on our wedding day!

    We hired Kim several months before our wedding out of concern of our wedding venue's ability to pull off our big day. It was the best decision we made. When it came to the wedding day, our worst fears became reality and Kim sprang into action, going above and beyond. While she wasn't able to to solve everything as a result of the venue, she tried as best she could to rectify these issues. If you're planning your wedding, we highly suggest getting Kim!

    Best decision I made in the planning process

    Our wedding had a lot of moving parts and I knew it was a task too large for us as a couple or anyone in the wedding party to handle. Enter Kim. We hired her for Day of Coordination and it was the best decision I (the bride) made. Kim had the patience of a saint on our wedding day. Our families have several young children and things were running more on *their* schedule than anything else but Kim kept things running on time as best as she could, and she did it all with a smile on her face. She went above and beyond to help me with all of my last minute questions the final week of the wedding. I made a joke when her and Casey arrived with their wedding caboodle -- that they were just like J. Lo in The Wedding Planner. And that's EXACTLY what Kim was like. She was a lifesaver and made the day stress-free for me and that's the greatest gift you can give to a bride on her wedding day.

    One of the best wedding decisions we made

    I'm not sure where I should even start. Kim is efficient, responsive, detail oriented, and a complete breeze to work with. From the start, she took the time to understand what we wanted for our wedding, and from there she worked so hard help us achieve our vision. She was never pushy and always helped us see the big picture. From helping with vendor selections and design recommendations, to flawless day-of execution, we couldn't have asked for anything more. Beyond her absolute professionalism, Kim has a way of keeping everything and everyone calm on what could be an otherwise hectic day. Looking back, there isn't a single thing we would change about our special day. We are so happy to have had the opportunity to work with Kimberly Paige Events, and feel particularly lucky to now be able to call Kim a friend!

    Detail-Oriented, Patient, and AMAZING

    We hired Kim as the day-of-coordinator for our 300+ guest wedding, and am incredibly glad we did. My husband and I planned most of our wedding on our own, but really needed help making sure everything would run smoothly day-of and without any delays. Kim’s foresight, expertise, and suggestions really alleviated all of our worries. Kim is incredibly patient and has great attention to detail, which was instrumental in ensuring our schedule for the day was bulletproof and that our vendors were all on the same page. So many of our guests said that our wedding was one of the best that they’ve attended in years, and my husband and I actually got to enjoy our wedding because of how smoothly everything went. We loved working with Kim and can’t recommend her and her team more highly!

    Kim is a Godsend!


    I had the great fortune of hiring Kimberly Paige Events for day-of coordination services for my wedding on September 22, 2018 at Seasons in Washington Township, NJ. After doing months and months of tireless research, hiring all of my vendors, creating a design concept for both my ceremony and reception all on my own, I realized that I needed to hire somebody with a clear head who was just as fanatical about details as I am to help me to tie all of the different aspects of my vision together. Luckily for me I chose Kim for that task. During the weeks and months before my wedding she was easily accessible via phone and email. Kim created a spot-on timeline, contacted and coordinated with all of my vendors the week of the wedding to assure that everybody was on the same page and knew exactly when and where to be. She and her assistant arrived at my venue early to oversee and contribute to decorating the ballroom to my exact specifications. She calmly offered immediate solutions for any possible hiccup that could possibly occur...and always with a reassuring smile and even a hug whenever needed. Having her always close by during our rehearsal, before the ceremony and throughout our reception was absolutely priceless. Aside from her vast knowledge of the industry and her efficiency, it became instantly clear upon meeting her that by nature Kim is one of the sweetest and genuinely caring people you could ever want to meet. Kim, I cannot thank you enough for taking all worry off of my shoulders and helping to make my wedding day a picture-perfect memory. You're an absolute treasure.     Choosing Kimberly as our day-of-coordinator was hands-down the best decision we made. She made sure that every part of our vision for our wedding day came to life. My husband and I keep talking about how much fun we had and how present we were able to be at our wedding, and we have Kimberly to thank for it. We didn't have to worry about anything at all. It seemed like she was in 10 places at once - setting up decor perfectly, bringing us water when we were taking photos outside in the heat, hemming my dress when I kept tripping over it - the list goes on.

    Thank you so much for making our day even more fun than we imagined!

    As someone who considers herself highly organized and who also had the benefit of working with a reception venue that provided multiple bridal attendants, I was skeptical about needing a day-of coordinator. However, after seeing all that Kim did for my sister during her wedding, I knew I had to hire her too. She is AMAZING and I can't believe I almost didn't have her there on my wedding day. She kept everything on-schedule, dealt with all the small hiccups (re-sewing my bustle, finding umbrellas, etc.) and most importantly - helped me relax and focus on getting married. Two days before my wedding I decided to change my bridal prep location, and Kim seamlessly worked with all my vendors to make that happen in less than 36 hours. Beyond all of this - she is a pleasure to be around and my entire family has enjoyed having her at two of our weddings. I am positive that without Kim I would not have been as relaxed and happy as I was during my wedding. Every bride deserves the opportunity to enjoy her day and working with Kim guarantees that logistics/planning won't get in the way of that. Working with Kim should be one of the easiest decisions you make!

    Kimberly Paige Events is the absolute BEST!!! Kim helped me find the best vendors, and helped me to plan all of the little details. Throughout the planning process, I felt so stress free because of the help and guidance from Kim. Kim saw my vision better than I did- and she made sure that my dream wedding turned into reality! Kim pays such great attention to detail and made sure that every single detail was perfect! From Day 1 until Wedding Day, Kim was always available for suggestions, assistance, and advice. She made the whole process so fun and effortless. Kim coordinated with all of my vendors prior to my wedding, and created a schedule that made my Wedding Day flow perfectly! On my Wedding Day, I did not stress about one thing because Kim handled everything. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better.     I hired Kim as our day of coordinator for our wedding in September 2017. I was having a 'logistically complicated' wedding with shuttle buses going back and forth between the ceremony, reception and hotel. I am so happy to have had Kim and Casey there for the day to keep us on track and make sure everything ran smoothly.     Words cannot even begin to describe how amazing Kim did at our wedding recently. She is hands down, the best decision that was made about planning our big day! We had many elements and vendors that all needed to come together in order to envision our perfect day, and she was there to help execute everything perfectly! She went above and beyond our wildest expectations and picked up the slack of other vendors that did subpar work. She stayed later than scheduled to make sure everything was done, and didn't hesitate to help with any issues or questions I had. She stuck up for us and our needs/wants on the day of, and helped elevate all the stress of the day! We were able to relax and enjoy and know that there was someone taking care of everything backstage. Any time I needed her, she was exactly where I'd expect her to be, and was already on top of it before I could finish my sentence. She was honest with me from the beginning with expectations regarding timing and planning needs. She allowed me to run with my ideas while letting me know that 30 minutes for x,y,z just wasn't enough time. Her assistant, Casey, was an asset to have while Kim came with us to the ceremony. Casey ensured everything was being set up properly and correctly while we were away. They both ran a seamless show and any issues we had, we kept under wraps. I highly, highly, recommend Kimberly Paige Events for your wedding!! I wish I would have hired her from the beginning, I would have paid 10x more than we did. She was worth every penny and so so much more. We talked about her for many days after the wedding and joked multiple times on our honeymoon saying, "We wish Kim were here to help us!" If we could hire her for our everyday lives, I'd do it in a heartbeat!! Hire Kimberly Paige Events for your wedding, you won't regret it! It was the single best decision we made for our wedding and I only wish I had done it sooner! She is amazing and goes above and beyond!!!!

    Kim was beyond amazing. She came up with the décor for our wedding, helped with various vendors and contracts (her vendor contacts were fantastic), ran the rehearsal, and made sure things ran seamlessly on our wedding day. She was a pleasure to work with, always responsive, courteous, and very detail oriented. Due to time constraints on my end, I was not able to attend some of the vendor meetings so Kim offered to go for me which was so helpful.

    The day of our wedding ran smoothly 100% because of Kim. She coordinated all the vendors, double checked to make sure the décor was as planned, kept us on schedule, updated me throughout the day, and even came to the rescue when I had a dress snafu. Because of Kim, we were able to enjoy the day and did not have to worry about a thing. I cannot recommend Kim highly enough.

    Kim was my saving grace on my wedding day and the calm face I would look for when I started to get overwhelmed. She handled everything from beginning to end whether it was dealing with vendors for me so that I didn't have to or giving me a drink of water throughout the day. If it wasn't for her I think I would've forgotten to even eat on my wedding day. Her assistant was wonderful as well. Kim is so organized, thought of every detail and took so much stress off my shoulders, I could not have gotten through my day without her, or the weeks leading up to the wedding without her, she is truly amazing at what she does. I can not thank her enough!

    Where do I begin?! Having Kim by my side while planning my wedding was just such a blessing. I had an unusual planning process including moving my date 6 months before we originally planned. Kim jumped right in and helped me move all of my vendors and helped me to plan on a much more accelerated timeline. She had lists, ideas, pictures, etc to keep everything organized and our conversations always inspired another detail for the wedding day!

    Then, on the day of the wedding, I couldn't tell you if anything went wrong because, if it did, it was taken care of. We were EARLY for everything (this is a lot for me, ask my husband) and I just didn't have one stress in the whole day. Kim communicated with all of the vendors and ensured that everything was what I planned for.

    All in all, it was great to have someone by my side that cared about my wedding as much as I did. Kim has come into my life and I'm so lucky that she is still there even though our wedding is over! Time to plan the next party! :)

    Kim was literally one of the best decisions I made for my wedding! She was extremely detailed and thorough, organized, calm, and made the day go off without a hitch. Everyone kept saying how happy I was, and I honestly would not have been that way without Kim running the show. I can't possibly list aly of the ways she made the day relaxing and easy, but here are some: she knew exactly what to do do get everyone into the Church on time, but to ensure no one saw me until exactly the time I needed to walk down the aisle. When one of the buttons on my bustle broke, she just calmly whipped out a needle and thread and sewed it without missing a beat. She brought a case of every possible thing that might be needed on the day for the bridemaids to use. We wanted a monogram, and Kim designed a high res one for us. I could honestly go on and on, but I think it's best exemplified by the fact that my sister/maid of honor is getting married a few months after me. She is much more organized than I am with planning and was planning on a wedding coordinator. After seeing everything Kim did for my wedding and how smoothly she managed the day, she texted me the next day and told me she was planning to hire Kim too. Kim is amazing, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

    I don’t even know where to begin! Kim was an incredibly valuable person to have during the months and weeks leading up to our special day! She provided such helpful suggestions along the way that helped our day stand out from other weddings, and made our day run smooth for us, as well as our guests! Kim’s attention to detail was something I really valued, since I am more of a big picture person. Kim is probably the most creative person I have ever met and her ideas brought to life at my wedding is something I am so grateful for! Kim made a timeline of the day to share with vendors and bridal party to ensure everything would run on time. The week of the wedding I didn’t have to worry about all the vendor confirmations – Kim called every single one of them and made sure they all knew the schedules and special requests. Kim was professional with all our vendors and handled all questions that arose so we could enjoy our day. I think my favorite part of having Kim was when she showed up at my house before the ceremony to check on me and be there while I got my dress on… she kept me very calm! She is a wonderful person who really wants the best for you and your day! I would recommend Kim for any of your wedding/event needs!

    We used Kimberly Paige Events for day of set up and coordination, and couldn't be happier with the service we received! We loved her and would choose her again in a heartbeat! Kim worked with me and the vendors leading up to the big day to ensure everything was coordinated and things would run smoothly. She was always quick to respond, and her knowledge of how events should run helped keep me at ease during the end of the planning process. She took care of everything on the day of the wedding from ensuring the bridal party and I were set, to keeping us on schedule, to setting up our reception tables. She is a complete professional who truly has the knack for this. She helped us enjoy the big day without having to worry about the small details and coordination of the day. Her prices were completely reasonable, especially considering the quality of service we received. We will absolutely be recommending her to our family and friends!

    My husband and I got married August 13, 2016 at The Westmount Country Club! Hiring Kim was the best decision we made! She made our wedding day and the week before so stress free! We used her partial planning package and she went above and beyond for everything! Kim is so creative and thought of every detail! Kim knows and has worked with so many vendors in the area which is helpful! She attended florist meetings, helped design our centerpieces, created Pinterest vision boards, did all the graphic work we needed, made a whole schedule for the day of the wedding, confirmed every single vendor we used the week before the wedding and distributed all tips at the end of the night! She even showed up to my house with a bridal emergency kit the morning of the wedding! (something I would have never thought of!) Kim is so accommodating to everything! When I got to my venue, the centerpieces weren't exactly how they were supposed to be. Kim contacted the florist and when he couldn't help, she fixed every single centerpiece (20 tables!) during the cocktail hour before the guests came in! She is very easy to contact via text or email and will always answer promptly! Kim made our vision come to life on our wedding day! We couldn't imagine the day without all of Kim's creative details and additions and cannot thank her enough!

    I'm Kim's sister and If I had to guess, my wedding was probably one of the more difficult ones for her. Why? Because I had no idea what I wanted and answered about 98% of the questions she asked me with "I don't know". The only thing I gave her was: "modern, rustic, vintage, football". What does that even mean? I have no freaking idea. Not until I saw my wedding unfold on that beautiful day, and it was EXACTLY those four words.

    Kim is a true professional - you never have to worry about interaction with vendors, (added bonus - she knows just about every single one in the area). She is tenacious and will always push for what is best for you. She is upbeat, intelligent, easy to get along with, and a master at her craft.

    I've known her for 27 years and am still blown away by every idea, project, and creative masterpiece she continues to come up with. No two events of Kim's are or will ever be the same. She is always educating herself, staying on top of trends (though I swear she creates them), and using her creative gene to make the best decisions for you and your event. Kim prides herself and her business on really honing in on each individual client's specific needs and creating something specific to them. Your event will not just be fun and beautiful, it will be a direct reflection of who you are. We received nothing but positive feedback from our wedding and as a host of any event, happy guests is all you could ask for

    When you hire Kim you are getting more than someone who does amazing quality work, you are getting someone who genuinely cares about her clients. Her work is one of the most important things in her life - I've always known this as her sister, but now I know as one of her clients. She will not stop and any length to deliver what you asked of her, she will talk to you on the phone for hours just to make sure you feel confident and calm, and she will without a doubt, 100% far surpass any expectations you had for your event.

    First, thank goodness for Kim! Despite all my planning, the day would not have ran so smoothly without this woman! I had her services for our rehearsal and big day. She did so much work "behind the scenes". She Coordinated and scheduled our whole day - timeline down to the minute !!! This allowed us to get all the photos we want and make it to our own cocktail hour !!!! Yes, we ate at our own cocktail hour because of our great timing ! Besides the day events, she was constantly checking in with us AND our parents- making sure everyone was taken care of ! She stayed until the cake was cut to ensure nothing skipped a beat !

    I highly recommend Kim - she confirmed all venders for us, filled them in with any/ all changes on short notice and distributed our tips out our venders for us (which allowed us to enjoy every minute of the wedding )!

    If you want to be a little stressed out on your big day (and get everywhere on time without forgetting any props or people), definitely reached out to Kim!!!

    Kim was FANTASTIC and really made the wedding planning process calm and stress free. We worked with her as part of her partial wedding planning package to help find and select a few vendors and manage the day-of coordination. Every vendor she recommended was amazing and we really appreciated her working to help us stay within our budget. She went above and beyond our expectations, proactively asking what she could do to help (even helped us with our venue decor in the weeks leading up to the big day!). She was extremely responsive and great to work with. We highly recommend Kimberly Paige Events!!!

    I can't say enough good things about Kim!! We used Kim for our wedding in NJ while living in NYC. I wish I could go back and relive my day all over again and there is no doubt in my mind that Kim would be there! She constantly kept me updated on the schedule for the day and made sure the day went so smoothly. If there were any issues she took care of I never knew about it! The day was perfect and I can't thank Kim enough for her services. The best decision I made in the wedding planning was to hire Kim :) If I have any other events to plan in the future Kim is my girl!
