Excellent Moment Capturing Wedding Photography

From the moment we met with Kimberly Dyer, we knew we had chosen the perfect photographer for our wedding. Kim was an absolute pleasure to work with and brought sample albums for us to look at as well as a detailed and excellent description of her photography packages. She responded to our phone calls and e-mails in a very timely manner and was always professional and pleasant.
On our wedding day she was on time and on point capturing the key moments of our wedding with pictures that we will cherish for a lifetime. Her verbal cues as she photographed us were so helpful in achieving pictures of beauty and clarity.
Kim welcomed our desire for certain overlay pictures and was more than happy to accommodate our requests. Many of our guests commented on how kind and professional she was. Kim captured all the beautiful moments of our wedding ceremony and reception and also added some creative pictures that were stunning.
Our pictures arrived in a timely manner after our wedding and were easily downloaded for review and selection for our albums.
If given the opportunity again we would choose Kimberly Dyer in a heartbeat.

Our wedding experience with Kimberly Dyer was amazing from the beginning to the end. I can describe her with four P's:
Pleasant - Always a great attitude
Professional - Always responsive and helpful when contacted
Prompt - Received pictures and albums very quickly (with special bonuses!)
Posh - Our albums came from Italy in a fancy box and bag, and are superb quality

Amazing!

Kim was awesome to work with. I was proposing to my now fiancé at the Longboat Key Club, I have never been there before, so Kim helped me plan our proposal site and photos and it was comforting to lean on her local expertise to make popping the question a huge success! She captured mine and my fiancè’s amazing moment. We are thrilled to have these beautiful shots to share with our family for years to come! She truly goes above and beyond, we happened to see her a few days after the proposal at sunset and she even snapped a few more pictures for us on the beach. She was so sweet and is truly amazing!! I would definitely recommend using Kim for all your photography needs!! Thank you again Kim !!

Kimberly Dyer Photography was amazing!

Kimberly Dyer Photography was amazing! It had rained. The sand was wet and it was very hot and humid However, my daughter wanted to get pictures on the beach. Kimberly didn’t think twice, she ran down to the beach and took several pictures with the Bride & Groom. All of this took place at the Zota Beach Resort. I strongly recommend getting married there..

She is the BEST all around!!

Simply the best! All of my pictures came out exactly like I imagined them. She is so easy to work with and goes above and beyond expectations. She knows how to make you feel wonderful on your special day. I would absolutely recommend her over and over again.

Kimberley Dyer is the best. From our first conversation through our wedding and getting our pictures a true professional. Great photographer eye

Kimberly and her team of photographers did an amazing job with our wedding. They knew how to use the venue backgrounds and when the light would be perfect. They were very creative and fun to work with. Planning a wedding during Covid was not easy but Kimberly was flexible and courteous and ready to go when the time came. I would highly recommend her.

Photographer of our dreams!

We were so thrilled to work with Kimberly! Our wedding was Jan. 3rd, 2020 at Shoogie Boogie's Garden Room Cafe and had approximately 25 guests. Kimberly was so creative, with finding very inventive and beautiful ways to take pictures throughout our intimate venue. She made us feel very comfortable and at ease taking pictures, and was a joy to work with the entire evening. She took action shots during dinner of us and all of our guests, and caught the special end to our night when we ran out under sparklers! We would choose to work with Kimberly time and time again, and would recommend to anyone - her services are the right choice for your special day!

An absolutely wonderful experience

Kim did a phenomenal job with our wedding photos. From start to finish she was a complete breeze to work with and always responded to any of my questions right away. She offered just the right amount of advice throughout the planning process and I really felt confident all the way leading up to the wedding that she was totally on top of things. During the wedding she was such a joy to have around and worked her butt off capturing every single moment. My family had wonderful things to say about her as well, like how she asked my mom if she had any special pictures she would like, and we got wonderful pictures of our grandparents. My husband and I are truly so happy with our photos. The impossible part now is deciding which ones to print! I would recommend Kim to anyone many times over.

Bed day ever

We were so happy we chose Kimberly Dyer photography and videography services for our November wedding. They were professional, kind and so accommodating for our sunset wedding on the beach. They were patient and knew exactly how to capture the moments and the perfect light! We could not be happier with our experience! Our pictures (and video) came out better than we hoped. You might find less expensive services elsewhere but you won’t find better quality and professionalism anywhere!

Would DEFINITELY recommend them to any Bride!

They were amazing from start to finish. Any questions I had prior to my wedding Kimberly was so quick to answer, up till now even a few months later she still is so fast to answer my questions about my photos. Her team was so sweet and so helpful and my entire wedding party had so much fun doing photos. Best photographer around!

Kimberly and her assistant Marissa (excuse me if the spelling is incorrect) were such a pleasure to work with! They are so much fun and make you feel comfortable in front of the camera. Kimberly was very professional and kind! Her response time to emails was super fast! I had so much fun capturing my special day with them. I highly recommend Kimberly! She is a true artist! We decided to take a family photo on the beach while on a trip to Florida. We wanted professional photography at a reasonable rate and wow did Kimberly deliver! She asked great questions about what we wanted, and came prepared to a location that we could easily walk to. We had grandkids in the group ranging from 6 months to 12 years old and one of them is on the spectrum. Kimberly was fantastic with the kids! She was patient, kind, and somehow managed to capture images of our families together (and even moments when we didn't know she was clicking away) that perfectly tell the viewer how much we love each other and enjoy being together. Including a professional touch up, she had the images available for us in 4 days. Thanks Kimberly!

Excellent service, great to work with, the best quality of pictures!!!! I work in the wedding industry and therefore I work with vendors on a daily basis. Needless to say I was very particular in who I wanted to work with on my wedding day! Kimberly and her husband Mark were just incredible from start to finish! Kim managed the perfect balance of always wearing a smile but also being able to tell people what to do and where to go when needed. She was also totally flexible and worked with us when we made a couple of changes to our plans. Her team captured our high energy spirit perfectly and.....we just can't get over how amazing the photos turned out!! You captured every moment in such a beautiful, natural manner. Looking at the photos makes us feel like I'm reliving every aspect of my very favorite day. We HIGHLY recommend Kimberly Dyer Photography!

Kim was overall amazing. She was willing to meet us for the first time in a town that she had to drive 45 minutes to so that we didn't have to drive 2 hours to meet up with her. She worked around our crazy schedules and living 2+ hours away. She was one of the most important aspects to keep our day running smoothly. She helped me establish a timeline all through text and email. She was willing to do crazy poses. She kept us laughing and smiling the whole time. She is very personable and has a ton of wedding experience. We got a preview of our wedding photos 3 days after (on Monday), only 5 photos and it is making me want more. Without her and her knowledge of weddings, wedding planning would have been a nightmare. I can't thank her for all she did and how well and professionally she did it.

Kim and her team was the absolute best starting from the beginning. Kim is quick to respond to any questions you may have and being from out of state that is HUGE when booking wedding vendors. As soon as we met Kim, we KNEW she would be the perfect photographer for us. Even on the day of, she was accommodating and got our rather distracted group together and got the photos done. My daughter was recently married on Venice Beach, Florida and Kimberly was our photographer. Kimberly and her assistants were absolutely wonderful! She captured all the photos that my daughter and son-in-law had requested plus many more. They were quick to organize everyone for the photos and paid attention to detail. We had a fabulous experience with Kimberly and her staff. It began with a phone call and ended with her capturing our daughter's special day. She took engagement photos too which were also wonderful. This was a destination wedding for us, and she couldn't have been more helpful in terms of timing of ceremony to coordinate with sunset photos. She and her assistant were so terrific with the bridal party, girls getting ready, guys getting ready and everything before, during and after the ceremony. She really knows how to make everyone feel comfortable. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!!!

Kimberly shot our wedding this past October and she did an amazing job! She made the whole picture taking process easy with our family and they all turned out amazing. I received my photos online within a few weeks of our wedding. I loved my pictures so much it was hard to pick which ones I wanted her to print! Kim and her team were AMAZING to work with. They were responsive, professional, efficient and a blast! They made the entire day and photo sessions SO much fun and had my groom laughing the entire time. Our pictures were received within a month and were absolutely BEAUTIFUL. We can not wait to order prints and show them off to everyone. Kim made everyone feel comfortable, relaxed and even assisted with the coordination during that day with other vendors since my planner was MIA the entire time! Kim's team was wonderful as well, they prepared each family member for the next picture to make sure we were not wasting any time and the process was flawless. Her assistant even helped with hair placement and arm placement etc, I do not think there is one picture I was unhappy with! I would highly recommend Kim and her team!!!

Kimberly was amazing! She went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I even had some trouble with my dress and one of her photographers was able to help with it.
We were beyond pleased when we received our photos. We had a beach ceremony and cocktail hour on a golf course with a reception indoors. One picture in particular has all our friends and family saying it's the most stunning pic they've ever seen!
I would highly recommend her!

They were accommodating on a multitude of levels from the posed photos to the candid shots and beyond the limits of their actual job responsibilities. She is so warm and friendly. After a moment in her presence, you know she cares as much about your wedding day as you do. Kimberly navigated my large family and all the photos they wanted with ease. She made everyone feel heard and got all the requested shots.
When it came time for the photos of just my husband and I, I found out she had been planning setups and photos for weeks. With us being novices, it was so wonderful to know we were in the hands of a professional. She has so many amazing ideas for photos that we never would have thought of.
My husband was not looking forward to the photos at all, but by the time we were done, he admitted it had been one of his favorite parts of the day. That's how great Kimberly is! She turned wedding photography into a fun and artistic adventure!

We chose Kimberly for our destination wedding at Longboat Key Club after reading amazing reviews on line. We met with her six months prior to the big day and knew she was perfect for us.
On the day she arrived with her assistant Marissa and they were both FANTASTIC. I literally cannot fault a thing. They came prepared with the ideas I had proposed and also added in some fantastic ideas of their own. All of our guests commented on how professional, friendly and personable they were and were working so hard to capture our day. They were discreet and the photos we received were a joy to flick through. They brought me to tears and and laughter. I cannot wait to choose some to put up around our home, it's just going to be hard to not put them all up!

Within days of our wedding, we received a link to our online proofs, and they were truly breathtaking! The CD arrived at our home a week after our wedding in a decorative album. My story of how I met Kimberly is unique... My fiancé and I were doing long distance and after a weekend visit in Michigan, I was sitting at the airport waiting to board my plane. As I sat in tears, Kimberly and her family were across me waiting for the same plane. Kimberly cared enough to reach out and ask if I was okay so we exchanged stories a bit. After finding out I was from the same area (Sarasota) and that I would be getting married in 6 months, she gave me her card - what an amazing coincidence! Kimberly was an absolute jewel to have at our wedding. We had two meetings before the big day to talk things over and I knew at the very first meeting that she was the one. She made us feel at ease right away. I could sense she knew what she was talking about. She has the experience and the know how. She showed up early and started working right away. She never stopped and caught every important moment. She was never intrusive and pushy yet she managed to organize us to take posed pictures as well as candid photos. We were thrilled with the wonderful pictures Kimberly took of our wedding. There were so many shots, and they were all perfect! it was hard to narrow it down for our wedding album (but what a problem to have!). She was so kind and sweet to everyone at our wedding but still managed to get every shot we requested, without yelling or bossing anyone around (had a bad experience with another photographer at a friends wedding who did this). What a personality Kimberly has. I just road on a plane to Hawaii and set by a Photographer that was coming to do a wedding. Was I ever grateful I didn't hire him to do the wedding. The last thing you need on your wedding day is an arrogant Photographer. You will not find that in Kimberly. She is an award winning Photographer and yet when things wasn't flowing on schedule you just went with the flow. I can hardly wait to see some of the shots she took. I was a destination bride from NY and found Kim through my venue's preferred vendor list. Kim's passion for photography is very evident from the moment you meet her until the moment she leaves. Kimberly Dyer is an incredible photographer. It's clear to see that she enjoys her job because she made me feel like her most favorite bride and wedding ever, when truly everyone really is. She comes to each event with enthusiasm, professionalism and especially creativity. When she has her assistant photographer, she gets every angle, every part of our special day. Even if onlookers were in the background, she finds way to cut them out, especially at the one and only first kiss moment! There's just not enough words to describe how amazing she is. She got us our proofs in no time. Once we submitted our orders, it seemed like they were waiting for us by our door. It hasn't even been a month from our wedding and we have all our wedding prints and DVD of images. Now if we could only get frames and hang them on our wall as fast as she delivered them to us! Kimberly was absolutely amazing to work with. Since my wedding was destination, she was great at working with me through e-mails for the initial planning. When I finally got to meet her in person about 6 weeks before my wedding she made me feel so calm and relaxed. Kimberly Dyer is an amazing, and impressive talent! My husband and I were married on a very hot day, where even my dressing room was too hot for me to get ready in a normal amount of time for her to have to take my bridal photos. Even though I wasn't able to be ready for her early enough, and it was too hot for us to take very many photos outside, every photo she took was perfect, and she got every shot we hoped for. It was still hard narrowing our choices for the album. The quality of her work is incomparable, and she is such a pleasure to work with! My wedding was on May 21, 2011. I had a church ceremony in Sarasota, followed by a reception at Mattison's Riverside in Bradenton. I am so lucky to have found Kimberly Dyer as my Photographer. She is such a lovely person, and upon meeting her, I knew she was the right person for my wedding. She really listens to what you are looking for in pictures. Kimberly was AWESOME! She was my favorite vendor at our wedding. She made my husband and I feel great on our wedding day. Her pictures are amazing, and she got them to us very quickly after the wedding. Highly Recommend.

Kimberly was amazing to work with. From the first time we spoke with her we knew that she was going to be our photographer. She has a way of just making you feel comfortable and that was most important to us. Once we met her in person we knew we had made the right choice. She is all about having fun with the photos, but at the same time is incredibly professional. Amazingly nice and top notch quality. She also helped us create a package that fit our budget which helped so much. We would recommend her 1000 times over. Thank you Kimberly.

We don't even know where to begin with a review of Kimberly Dyer Photography. From our first meeting with Kimberly we couldn't have felt more comfortable and confident that our pictures were going to be absolutely beautiful and they are!!! Kimberly is an amazing lady who captured our moments and every essence and emotion that a wedding day holds. She and John were so much fun to work with and made the entire "having your picture taken a thousand times ordeal" more than just bearable. So many of the great shots that they took were being taking without us even knowing that we were being photographed. They took a perfect combination of posed and candid shots and took sooo many photographs. Even after a very long day of shooting our wedding, Kimberly and John just kept smiling and shooting. They were amazing. Without a doubt, using Kimberly Dyer Photography was one of the best wedding day decisions that we made. We loved you Kim!!!!

Kimberly was fantastic! She was cracking us up with the things she would do to get that perfect shot (climb in the bushes, lay on the floor). My entire family & I are soooo happy we chose her to take photos. Each one came out great! She took so many pictures! Kimberly & her assistants were constantly in motion & didn't miss a trick. It's going to be tough picking out our favorites for our album.

Disappointed Bride

I was very disappointed with my wedding photos Kimberly took. We were in a beautiful setting at the Don Cesar in St Pete, FL. Not one decent shot of my husband and I. She also didn’t capture any special moments between my mom/sisters and I. She had no ideas on where/how to pose us so all the photos with the wedding party were unorganized and awkward. It also seemed as though she did 0 editing in attempt to fix the dark/awkward lighting on ALL of the pictures. It was a beautiful day that was captured so poorly. Terribly sad.
