  I couldn’t say enough good things about our experience with Kim. She goes above and beyond and is super easy to deal with. Would recommend (and already have) anyone to give her a shot, you will not be disappointed!

  Kim was fantastic! She was very communicative before the wedding, and made sure that she knew what we wanted. On the day of the wedding, she showed up early and made us both feel at ease. Our wedding was outside, and she did a great job of using the environment for beautiful pictures. We are very happy with our photo package, and have great memories of our wedding day. We were very happy with every part of Kim's photography service!

  Kim Smith Photography and their team were friendly and patient with us during our entire wedding day! Even leading up to our day, Kim provided a photo checklist and a suggested timeline that helped our large group know where and when to arrive for pictures. Her ability to capture the moment was amazing and our pictures are absolutely stunning!!

  Kim Smith is such a wonderful lady to work with. She is really good to do what makes the bride and groom happy, has a very positive attitude, and does not let stressful situations ruin your special day! Her work is very professional. She cares, and that means the world! I would recommend her over and over again!

  I do not think I could have found a better photographer for my wedding. Kim Smith was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was always quick to answer questions and calls. Her advice on how to schedule our time after the ceremony to ensure we best utilized our photo time before the reception was 100% accurate and so helpful. I cannot say enough about how gorgeous our photos turned out. She is kind and you can tell that she wants to capture moments you will cherish for a lifetime.

  I booked Kim at the Memphis Pink Bride show in February of 2017 for my Septemeber 22, 2017 wedding. Kim was very professional in person and showed up on time to the venue.
  
  However, I did had some problems:
  
  First, when we booked her, we thought we would have Kim + another photographer at the event; it ended up just being Kim.
  
  The main issue I had was that there was basically zero communication from when I booked her until maybe 2 weeks before the wedding. Emails to Kim went unanswered. I had to look up her phone number on her Facebook page to get a response, which ended up being a day or so later after I left a voicemail.
  
  Another problem I had was the time it took to recieve my photos. Kim promised 4 weeks from the wedding date.... I received my download on November 13, 2017 and that was still after I had to ask for updates on when I’d receive them.
  
  I was also supposed to receive a free photo canvas of one of my selected wedding photos. She stated she would be placing the orders for mine (and other brides’) canvases that same weekend of November 13th. I have not heard from her since regarding when the canvas can be picked up, and it’s currently pushing 3 months with zero updates. This email asking for a rating is the first time I’ve heard from her.
  
  I thought she did a very nice job on the photos, but her communication and timeliness of producing the products were not what I expected.
