Wonderful wedding photo experience
Christine took the photos of our
beach wedding. We are extremely satisfied with the result. She managed to capture the essence of the moment. We are both reserved and not at ease in front of the camera but Christine made us feel comfortable. She is friendly and easy going. She was always quick with her replies. This was reassuring as we were planning the wedding from afar. Thanks Christine for a wonderful experience! -

Absolutely amazing!
I chose Christine (Kilikina Photography) for my wedding photos. After messaging multiple photographers, Christine responded warmly and very promptly. For me, this made a difference and helped in my selection process. Her price range for photos is humble and reasonable. As a bride planning her destination wedding from a far, Christine exceeding my expectations. She made herself available to talk and answered all of my questions, provided suggestions and became a friend.
Words honestly cannot express how impressed I am with her professionalism, communication, and warmth. I felt assurance with her and my anxiety was soothed having someone to talk to about my wedding, locations for photos, ceremony, and the island; while being far away and feeling out of control. When I met Christine in person she was very sweet, calm, and professional. She met my needs in her photography and was there to support me. I felt confident and comfortable with her. She had my husband and I's best interest in mind with planning/shooting the photos, and helped me with my dress.
I really could not have asked for more in a photographer with her kindness, skill, peaceful presence during my ceremony and after for photos. When I received my photos I was astounded. She did an absolutely spectacular job. She is without a doubt skilled in photography and chose amazing angles, shots etc. to capture the moments of our beach wedding and us as a married couple post ceremony. She has a great eye in her work and will capture the most beautiful and perfect pictures. When choosing a photographer in Kauai please choose Christine! I would 100% recommend her as your photographer, you will not be disappointed. -

Even better than we imagined
The photos came out gorgeous, not only because Christine clearly has an eye for both taking photos and editing them, but also because she created a wonderful rapport with us. It was nice to have her as part of our special day and the resulting photos will make us smile for years and years to come! I can't recommend her enough! -

Beautiful Memories
Christine of Kilikina Photography was a pleasure to work with. It was just my husband and I on Shipwreck Beach at sunset. Christine was extremely personable, and her photography truly and beautifully captured our wedding experience. Her fee was more than reasonable. We highly recommend her. -

Wonder Woman
She was a superhero that was there to save our day. She is very easy to work with and has awesome suggestions if you don’t know what you want. I would highly suggest her. She is very reasonably priced. -

Christine was wonderful and so easy to work with. I am absolutely in love with our wedding photography. She did such an amazing job! Honestly if you're looking for a photographer choose her. She's reasonably priced and so friendly. Was very go with the flow and kept me calm when I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. Helped us pick a gorgeous background. Has a very good eye. She also seemed very down to earth person, and gave us great advice on what to do on the island for our honeymoon. Thanks Christine! -

We absolutely loved Christine's style. She was so calm and go with the flow. Even when we were running late she just maintained her cool.
She never once made us feel pressured to do anything we didn't want to do.
She gave us so many options to choose from at our venue. My favorite thing about Christine was how comfortable she was with everyone and that she came to our timeshare and was able to get some amazing beach shots for us.
Everyone told me how friendly she had been the day of the wedding and I am so appreciative for that.
On your wedding day it is so hectic and you just need someone like her to come in and stay cool, calm and collected.
I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great wedding photographer.
She was exceptional and when our "booked time" ran over she didnt even flinch, she just stayed as long as we needed.
Thank you for your amazing photography Christine! You made our wedding day such a memorable experience. -

Christine did a wonderful job with our wedding photos. She was very efficient, being at the wedding on time and she responded to our emails quickly. She was also very reasonable in her price compared to many other photographers in Kauai. Christine was very creative with our photos and we would highly recommend her to anyone wishing to have beautiful photos of their memorable day. -

Our dream wedding in Kauai was beautifully captured by Christine.
Super happy with the photography and overall experience. We got the much deserved personalized attention. I reached out to various vendors from whom i got bunch of template responses. Some of them are still sending emails asking how was the experience!!
Well, It was Christine who took time to understand our needs and work towards it.
She made sure we had fun during the shoot and came out with amazing pictures. She is super friendly, funny and talented.

Christine Nelson @ Kilikina Photography took our wedding photos on November 15, 2016.
The location was Shipwreck Beach, Poipu, Kauai. Christine took 188 photos and every photo looked fantastic! It was really difficult to find which photo looked the best; because they all were the best. I recommend that you select Chriistine, she is a great photographer and very perfonsonable! -

Christine photographed our vow renewal at Shipwreck's Beach. We couldn't be more pleased with her work. She was very easy to work with. She really took her time and got all of the shots that my wife had previously suggested. She even came prepared to work through the rain. The pictures turned out amazing! I highly recommend Christine as your photographer! -

I got married in a beautiful sunset ceremony at Hanalei Bay in Kauai, HI. Christina of Kilikina Photography was my photographer for our wedding. It was just my husband and I and her photos captured the best moments of the ceremony. Also, we spent a bit of time after the ceremony taking some photos on the beach. I am so pleased with how they turned out! Additionally, we got our digital copies of the photos in time to share them with everyone upon our arrival back home. Christina was so easy to work with and because of her, I have beautiful photos of the best day of my life! -

It was a pleasure working with Christine. She was professional, attentive, and friendly. We love the end results of our wedding pictures. I specially love the way she has an eye for capturing very intimate moments. Christine was very flexible with us, we booked her last minute. We finish our session with her, she left wedding site and when we called her back for some pictures we wanted to capture she came back to the site with no complaints. We were very grateful for that. She was easy going and fun to work with. She took her time with taking our pictures and also took us to several different locations that were within minutes of our wedding site. This allowed us to have a variety of pictures. She also was able to get our photos back to us on a Zip drive within 1 day of our wedding. She was wonderful and I would highly recommend her. -

Our wedding photos turned out spectacular and we could not be any happier. The angles and backdrops along with Christine's keen eye for creativity made for some memories that my lovely wife and I can cherish forever.
We're very fortunate to have chosen Kilikina Photography as our wedding photographer as your positive attitude and aloha spirit made our special day even more awesome. Her communication with us was always very prompt and timely from day one all the way until after the wedding to keep us informed of the status. She was able to get our pictures to us much quicker than anticipated and it was greatly appreciated. Christine's flexibility was awesome as she rolled with the punches as my wife and I admittedly had a difficult time deciding which of the spectacular beach locations we would have our wedding ceremony at and at what time. Christine actually did my wedding photos which I was so blown away with that I had her do my maternity shots as well and just as I expected they came out beautifully. She has an eye for angles and she has a great energy. I love the shots we took and so did all my friends and family I will be keeping them forever -

Christine was simply AWESOME. She did an outstanding job of getting my husband and two teenage sons to take pictures (while I was off getting a wedding dress on for a surprise vow renewal). All three men in my life hate having pictures done. They are difficult subjects at best and she was able to engage them and get some amazing pictures of my family.
Her photo's from our vow renewal were beautiful as well. She is very friendly, full of smiles and does not seem to get frustrated (trust me if ANYONE could frustrate her it would be my husband and sons!).
We got our photos 3 weeks after our renewal on disk. A week early!! -

Christine is AMAZING!!! She did an outstanding job of photographing my friends and I. We didn't really have a theme or know how to pose, but Christine jumped right in and gave us tips. She was so patient with us and all of our ideas and she moved us around to different locations to get those perfect shots. She truly is talented. Having had photos done previously, I know how long it can take to get photos back, but to my surprise I received them the following week!!! They came out better than we expected and we look forward to booking Kilikina Photography again!!! -

Christine was great! Very easy to work with and helpful. We made general plans on time and place and her and our wedding officiant were able to work out details without bothering us, which was very helpful. She captured moments in our ceremony I didn't expect that I am very happy to have as photo's. She made the photo session on the beach relaxing and fun, even though we are the type of people that don't typically care for 'formal' photography sessions. I recommend her and wouldn't hesitate to use her again. -

We hired her for our wedding on the beach thru Ali'i Weddings. She was great! Super relaxed and easy to work with. Spent extra time with us and made us feel comfortable. I was anxious to receive the photos and see how they turned out. When I received them, they were beautiful... I actually cried! I will cherish these photos!!
