Kiku Floral was incredible for my wedding! I went into my first meeting with Lorrie with just a few ideas and inspiration photos, and she took that and made my ideas come to life. I was able to communicate with them whenever I needed, and walking into my reception on my wedding day and seeing all of the beautiful arrangements everywhere was amazing! I highly highly recommend Kiku Floral!! -

Working with Lorrie was incredibly easy and surprisingly so—considering how busy and how in demand she is. Lorrie is communicative, honest, and has a way of not only understanding your personal style and vision but also elevating it. I wanted vibrant and colorful flowers for my wedding and could not be more happy with how they turned out. Numerous guests complimented the arrangements, took pictures of them, and asked to take them home. -

My Perfect Rainy Wedding
I have so much love and appreciation for the folks at Kiku Floral. They did such an amazing job of making my wedding day and bridal shower so incredibly beautiful. It looked like something straight off of Pinterest. They were so accommodating and responsive. We kept in constant contact and changing small things was no sweat for them. I will be using them in the future for all my floral needs. The prices were reasonable and the flowers were gorgeous. -

Working with Lorrie was a dream! We had one inspo picture and a general theme and she brought it to life and then some. She was willing to work with us on budget and she was also willing to do a few test centerpieces to ensure we got the look just right. After the first test, I just knew she got it! She understood our vision and she was going to make it amazing.
When I saw our wedding day flowers for the first time I was in awe! Not only did Lorrie and her team understand our vision, but they also went above and beyond. Every little floral detail was Pinterest-worthy. Our guests were amazed by the colors and the floral combinations. Our bridesmaids were in a variety of colors and she knew exactly how to create their bouquets without clashing with the colors. Our groomsmen each had their own unique boutineer to coordinate with the bridesmaids. It was all perfect!
Beyond her amazing work, Lorrie was a wonderful person to get to know and work with. It felt like we were talking to a friend when we discussed details. She was so kind and genuine. I'm honestly sad that we can't work on this event forever but we will definitely be coming to her again for future events and all our floral needs.

The flowers and set up on the day of our wedding was beautiful. They did such an amazing job communicating with us throughout the process. I specifically wanted anthuriums and they delivered on that! We only had a couple of months before our wedding. And I was panicking, We didn’t have a florist. A vendor highly recommended Kiku Floral. She fit me in the same week I reached out. We had a couple of appointments within 2 weeks of being in contact. Lorrie and her assistant were very professional and super friendly. I got to say the easiest to work with out of all our vendors. She knows her florals!!! It was amazing what Lorrie could do with such little time. She went above and beyond and even communicated with our vendors. This made our wedding an absolute DREAM. I couldn’t have had a better experience. If you love and appreciate beautiful florals Kiku is the only way to go!! -

Lorrie welcomed me to her home where we discussed thoroughly how I wanted my flower arrangements to exactly be, never did I feel like she was just a vendor and giving me straight quotes. She was kind, welcoming, talkative, funny and just a personable individual who went above and beyond in service. I CANNOT recommend Kiku Floral enough! Lorrie executed my entire wedding party's bouquets and boutineers exactly as I envisioned. We had so many chats throughout the process and she was truly such a huge help. Lorrie is so easy to talk with- she is warm, understanding and knowledgeable. Can't thank her enough- I have gotten SO many compliments on my wedding flowers and am so thankful I chose Kiku Floral. I would do it all over again! -

We found Kiku Floral after seeing their work featured on our wedding venue’s Instagram from a previous venue. After reaching out, they quickly sent me an estimate based on photos I sent from Instagram and Pinterest. Their prices were very reasonable for the quality. They were able to work with our budget, and the pricing came in under what we had budgeted. Kiku Floral even provided the vases and center piece items (wood rounds and votive candles). This made things so easy as we were from out of town and it was nice to not have to lug additional decorations. During our consultation, Lorrie presented the center piece flowers and it was exactly what I wanted. Lorrie always responded to emails extremely quickly and was kind and very knowledgable. On our wedding day, all of our floral were absolutely stunning and exactly my dream. They even added some florals to our wedding cake, which was not originally planned, but it looked perfect. You will not be disappointed when you hire Kiku Floral for your wedding. -

Kiku Floral is THE best!
The ladies at Kiku were absolutely incredible to work with. Breanne was my consultant and she was immediately so nice, and completely understood my vision right away. Every time I emailed, they responded quickly with a complete answer. She had my example centerpiece ready for my second consultation and it was PERFECT. I didn't need to ask her to change anything at all. They were so flexible with my last minute requests and made us feel so secure in their abilities. They worked with our budget and actually came in a little under budget; which was amazing. They had great suggestions for how to make sure we weren't over budget. Once the wedding day came, I had absolute confident that our florals would be perfect. They even arrived early to set up our reception and ceremony florals. The entire wedding looked elevated by the greenery and florals they put together. Breanne made my bouquet look exactly like the style I was going for. She made sure to put a dahlia in my bouquet as a statement piece, just like I asked! It was more beautiful than I could have imagined.I absolutely felt like I got more than my money's worth from their services. I had so many compliments on the flowers and the greenery garlands from my wedding
guests. You will not be disappointed by Kiku! Amazing people, beautiful work, and an overall perfect experience. -

Kiku Floral was the absolute best. Their customer service skills were and are top-notch. I live out of state but had my wedding in California and they worked with me via phone and email a lot. All my questions were answered. They never were bothered by all the changes/add ons I needed to make. Their flowers were gorgeous. The flower heart arch was everything we expected it to be. It was used as a backdrop to take pictures with our guests and everyone loved it. My bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, flower bouquets, cake flowers, flowers for the Virgin Mary, 39 boutonnieres, church aisle decor, and the flower arch were all stunning. Every single items was beautiful and it was noticeable how much time and effort went into each item. -

Our planning meetings with Lorrie were so helpful and she was always quick to respond to our calls and texts. She took our ideas and guided us in making the best decisions for our budget. From our large church sanctuary to the massive Grand 1401 ballroom the gorgeous flowers were the crown jewels of the decor. I went into my meeting with her knowing that I wanted peonies as my flower of choice, but the understanding that they were on the border of their season for my June wedding. Amazing and memorable
We met the Kiku team at a venue meet and greet event and loved everything they were doing there. We asked them to replicate it, with small tweaks and they did it perfectly. Covid made it difficult but the team still managed to find ways to communicate and meet with us. They listened to what we wanted, worked and recommended ideas and the final result was everything we asked for. I can be a big stickler for details but this team checked every box for me. The flowers turned out amazing! Just as I imagined!
When I arrived at Kiku's Floral, I was breath taken by the beautiful decor surrounding the business. I could already tell that I made the right choice when I had a consultation with PaNhia, one of the employees of Kiku's. She was extremely personable and allowed me to share my vision. My vision was not concrete, however, they allowed me to send photos of all of the things I loved or was inspired by. On the day of the wedding, my bouquets turned out beautifully! I doubled up on bridesmaid's bouquets and centerpieces, which worked extremely well because I knew the bridesmaids did not want to hold them all night. Since my colors were burgundy, navy and gold, the floral arrangements reflected all of that and more! I was definitely astounded by how everything turned out and cannot praise their work enough! Also, I just wanted to say how they were able to create a beautiful willow arch to complete the look! The venue was complete with the willow arch and I was so glad PaNhia made it work. Choose Kiku's! They're reasonably priced and are extremely talented. The only minor thing was them not responding to my calls right away, but eventually it was all sorted out in the end. -

Went and met with florist, picked out flowers for wedding, to sum it up, The flowers were not what I ordered. the ONLY flowers that were right was the center pieces and the Maid of Honor's bouquet. I never heard from the florist about the mistake. Nor was I offered any compensation for their mistake.
When they were contacted about the mix up, they said it was because of the season. My wedding coordinator confirm with the florist there in the store that the flowers would be available. Yes no problem is what we were told. Its was a new variety of roses.
So I paid for flowers I did not received. And the flowers were old.
the babies breath was very old.
Thank God My cousin who is a Florist out of San Francisco brought me FRESH babies breath.Kiku Floral's reply:
Danielle, we are sorry you were disappointed with our flowers. Unfortunately, due to weather, crops, etc. we do not have control over what is shipped to us. However, we do try our best as noted in our contract that if a specific flower is not available we will substitute it with a flower that is comparable. Because I was a bride on a budget, I only ordered a bridal bouquet and a boutonniere through Kiku's floral. I figured that if I did my bridesmaids bouquet myself, at least my bouquet would look good for my photos. On the day of my wedding, I was very busy running around getting ready that I didn't even realize that my bouquet and boutonniere was never delivered to me. Around 1 p.m, I was on my way out to go to the church for my ceremony when my cousin realized I didn't have my bouquet yet! So yes, no first look photographs with my bouquet either. We instantly called them and asked why it wasn't delivered yet. They just told us they would call their delivery guy. Because they forgot about me, the owner had to hand deliver my flowers to me. If it was not for my cousin they would've never delivered my flowers to me on time. Some of my flowers from my bouquet were wilted (I'm guessing because they had to rush to put my bouquet together from their left over flowers). I had a bad experience with Kiku's Floral and because of this I do not recommend this business to anyone.Kiku Floral's reply:

Although we may have a different perspective on the timeline and details of your wedding day, we can sympathize with the sentiment conveyed. I would like to address the perception that your budget had any bearing on your flowers or the service provided. Regardless of budget we meet with all brides a minimum of two times prior to your big day. We met with you three times, both for change orders, but more importantly, because we want to make sure every bride gets exactly what she’s asking for. Your bouquet contained Blush Mondial Roses. This particular variety has a beautiful and unique “burnished edge” appearance. It’s understandable that someone could mistake that for discoloration of a different cause. In our eyes it was beautiful, but if you are not satisfied please call or come in. We’d love the opportunity to cap your experience with us on a positive note.
