  Amazing, amazing jeweler!

  I have gone to Kiefer in Land O' Lakes for all sorts of things for years--jewelry, repairs, you name it. I am engaged, so my fiancee and I were on the hunt for wedding bands and even though he got my engagement ring custom made somewhere else, I knew I wanted to go to Kiefer. We went in and met with Brittany G., who heads up the bridal section. She was so helpful in listening to what I was looking for, and when we decided on a design, she went back and forth between us and the jeweler they work with to make sure every last question we had was answered, and that we were 100% happy with the final product. She answered calls and emails promptly--which is super important to me with so much money on the line and generally, when working with clients overall. I am in love with my gorgeous ring, and cannot wait to wear it all the time in just a couple short weeks--thanks to Brittany! Did I mention that we found my fiancée's band there in a matter of minutes? Again, she listened to what he wanted (even though he really wasn't sure), paid attention to what he said about the fit of everything he tried on, and paired him with the perfect band. We are so happy with this process, and will be in love with our rings forever!

  My fiancé (McKinley) went to kiefers to buy my engagement ring and they did the perfect job creating a custom setting for the perfect diamond. We went back for our wedding bands and had another fantastic experience. Everyone there is so nice and professional - not pushy at all about wanting you to make a decision. We love the family feel of the store and the staff - they really treat you like you're one of their own! We worked with Kayla both times and she is absolutely fantastic. She was great about helping us pick out our bands and even texted me to let me know when they were expected to be in store and then when they actually came in. For whatever jewelry you're looking for, definitely give Kiefer a look!!

  I (Nate, the groom) have to say that Kiefers was a blessing to work with. There was never a time where I felt any pressure about purchasing my wife's engagement ring or wedding band. Their selection is great and the rings are superb!
  Chris and the others at the Lutz location have been absolutely great! They kept me in the loop as far as shipping and ring modification goes even when I presented them with a bit of an issue; I needed my ring in less time than they can normally get it but we're able to get it all taken care of perfectly. As an added bonus, they always greeted me by first name whenever I would show up unannounced after several months had passed.
  All in all the friendly service, amazing quality of jewelry and not break the bank pricing will certainly keep us coming back to Kiefers for all her jewelery needs and wants. You can't go wrong if you go Kiefers!

  I can't say enough about how accommodating, helpful and fun Kiefer's was to work with....not only were the wedding rings and engagement ring purchased here but, we also bought our gifts for the bridal party as well....love, love, love Wendy and David Hevia (owners) .....

  We were so lucky a friend recommended this jeweler! I needed someone I could trust to set my great-grandmothers diamond in a new setting. They had the perfect setting that I fell in love with and we felt very comfortable leaving the stone with them. After having such an amazing experience with them we went back for our wedding bands. When we were in town visiting (we live out of state) we browsed their collection of rings and they wrote down our sizes and styles we liked. At a later date I ordered our rings over the phone easily because they had all our information on hand. We both couldn't be happier with our rings! I think the highlight of this small business is their customer service and quality of jewelry. Hank the salesman we worked with frequently called me with updates on the order status and would call to make sure everything was going smoothly. He was very professional and friendly. We received a hand-written thank-you letter for our business, not a printed out generic version but one that included personal details (a special thank you to my husband who is in the military). We will definitely go back (or call) for any of our future jewelry needs!

  I discovered Kiefer by accident, but was most pleasantly surprised by the genuine friendliness, attention to my needs, and overall professionalism of the entire staff. Katrina and Alex were so great, and immediately grasped what I was looking for. Although I did not eventually find my ring, it was not for their lack of trying. I will definitely remember them for future purchases. Additionally, the rings that they repaired for me were done beautifully.

  When I started looking for rings, neither John or I knew what we wanted, we're not jewelry people, but it didn't take us long to find our style! John let me choose my engagement ring, which may not have been smart on his end, haha. I chose from the Romance Collection, the diamond is very beautiful.
  
  I have to say though, they are a bit up there in price compared to their competitors. I chose to have a wedding band with diamonds because just a standard white gold band was going to cost me somewhere in the $800 range, I thought if I was going to pay that much then I might as well have something sparkly in it!
  
  Sometimes they say they will call you back and they never do. That was probably the only problem we had. They clean our rings for free, any time we want. Also complimentary, they will inspect and adjust my ring, re-coat and polish. I would recommend them.
