Great Experience

Keystone Entertainment and Laurel were absolutely fabulous to work with. From the beginning, Laurel was in depth with emails and what to expect. Leading up to the wedding she spent over 2 hours on the phone with me to finalize things to make sure our day was perfect. Our day turned out perfect and we have Laurel to help thank for that! She did all of the dances we wanted, played the music we asked for and had everyone enjoying themselves all night. She worked with me to make sure we had exactly enough uplighting we wanted/needed. The end product turned out absolutely beautiful. All in all, working with Laurel was great and I would 100% recommend Keystone Entertainment to anyone!

Great wedding DJ

Keystone was easy to work with, professional, and Laurel went over every single detail leading up to our wedding! The DJs were friendly, kept the timing on point and the dance floor happy!

Stellar Customer Service!

I spent quite some time comparing pricing packages with various DJ services. That's what drew me to Keystone first was the pricing of inclusions compared to other DJ's. I was SO pleasantly surprised by their amazing customer service and overall experience. Laurel is very attentive and answers any questions you have and sets up the logistics of your event. Our DJ, Brian, had such awesome energy and fit right in with our group. I would use Keystone again and again. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t have asked for a better DJ

Very professional and detail oriented. Made it a priority to make the day exactly how we wanted it. We absolutely loved the app questionaire/timeline to make it easy to upload details and specific songs we wanted played and at what time. Being able to personalize our own day when ever we wanted to as we made decisions leading up to our wedding made the whole process a lot more stress free. Our DJ was also extremely nice and accommodating to any changes that needed made on the fly. Would highly recommend them and we would use them again in any future events.

Fantastic Company

Best company by far I have been to multiple weeding where they have been the dj vendors so I had to have them for my wedding!!!! Highly recommend them!

Best of the best

Keystone Entertainment is in class above all others. Laurel managed everything, and with no detail overlooked. From DJ music, to flowers, and with her profession singing voice, Keystone hit it out of the park. Marriage is for a lifetime and Keystone made our day the best wedding to remember. Ever!

Great Detail Oriented DJ!

Laurel and her team were a great addition to our wedding and I would recommend them to anyone! If I could describe them in a few short words it would be thorough and detail oriented. Our guests had nothing but good things to say!

We had an outdoor ceremony that needed speakers and a microphone and an indoor reception with additional uplighting provided through Keystone Entertainment. Laurel walked us through all the options and packages she offers to help fit our needs, as well as our budget. Laurel took it upon herself to visit our venue right away to familiarize herself with the space, which really impressed us. We also loved the app they use, which gave us the opportunity to hand select songs for each special moment, select must play songs for the reception, and also select to leave some other choices up to the experts! With how stressful wedding planning can be and how easy it is to forget the little things, it was great having the app to guide us. Leading up to the wedding we had a thorough phone call to go over every detail and finalize our choices. Overall it was a great experience working with them!

Wedding reception

We chose keystone entertainment because their packages were easy to understand, and They were easy to get ahold of. Laurel was friendly and extremely gracious from the beginning, and working with her and our DJ Ken was truly a blessing. They took care of every request and made sure things went smoothly. The music was awesome!
Keystone uses a newly developed planning software on an app that allows users to plan events on their wedding day and answer questions and add music to events. This app was incredibly helpful to our planning and made coordination with our DJ so simple. Can’t speak more highly of Ken and his wife, for their gracious hearts! Thank you guys so much!

Great DJ for a great value!

We chose Keystone Entertainment for our wedding because they fit our budget perfectly and seemed very friendly and communicative. We were able to be as specific or as general as we wanted with the music. We gave them a basic genre and a few examples of our favorite songs and the selection that was chosen was great! So many guests were saying how nice the song choices were (even the instrumentals chosen pre ceremony). I also requested a custom made song medley to be made for my father/daughter dance and they offered a great price for that and got it down to the exact notes we wanted! Definitely worth the money and very happy with them!

Absolutely perfect

My wedding was 9/24/2022. We are so happy we used keystone entertainment. They did our ceremony and reception. They made our day perfect. I would recommend them to everyone. Laurel was AMAZING to work with. Super friendly and professional. My reception was amazing. We had the best time with our guests. All we heard after the wedding from our guests was how much fun they had. And I owe all of the credit to keystone entertainment! Thank you so much for making our day a day for all of us to remember.

Amazing Experience!

Both DJs were so attentive to everything the day of the wedding. They picked up the slack that was dropped by our wedding planner. Also, we still talk about how they helped to clean up the floor when a guest dropped their wine glass and when there was cake on the floor from the cake cutting. We couldn’t be more pleased with this company. The guests were entertained and the music was very suiting to the audience during each part of the reception.

Excellent DJ

My event was on May 14. They were very responsive to all my requests and even last minute requests. Last minute included announcing our families and they accommodated. Dj services were provided for my wedding ceremony/cocktail hour/reception. They played all of my requests and played for the crowd. When I went around to the tables to talk to everyone, every table indicated they loved the music and were having a blast. I highly recommend Keystone Entertainment for any event where music is required.

Keystone Entertainment provided exactly what I was looking for in a DJ for our wedding. Laurel was awesome to work with and made sure she had every detail right of what we wanted. Laurel with keystone entertainment is amazing! She is totally flexible and has tons of ideas that work with your needs. She responded to every request at my wedding along with playing every song we had on our list! She also provided beautiful lighting for our wedding. Very adorable and does a wonderful job!

Keystone Entertainment did a wonderful job! All of our guests raved about the music and the dance floor was packed the whole time! They understood our guests and went with the flow. They were very helpful with suggestions and really helped make our reception fantastic!

Great experience with a fun dj!

We booked Keystone entertainment for our wedding reception and I can't say enough good things! Laurel helped me through the whole process of booking and figuring out songs through out the night which was incredibly helpful! Our dj Dino was great, played great music through out the night. Would definitely recommend!

Service was very good. We planned from out of town, and I found communication leading up to the reception a bit challenging. In any case, the music on the wedding day was perfect. DJs were great!

Our first meeting with Laurel went very well. She seemed to be very knowledgeable with overall wedding planning and we had a fun meeting talking about the wedding.
The organization of the music was very last-minute. I can absolutely take some fault for that as I was behind with getting the questionnaire back to her. However, I was very specific and pretty detail-oriented with what I sent, and we exchanged several emails to finalize the itinerary.
So I was very disappointed when the song that I walked down the aisle to, the one that I specifically noted as "instrumental", came on playing lyrics. I didn't even know what the words were; it could have been about breaking up or something, but I wouldn't know because I listened to and requested the INSTRUMENTAL version.
I requested several other songs to be played throughout the night. To be fair, I didn't specify WHEN to play them. However, I did request that Michael Buble and Frank Sinatra and other artists like them be played during dinner, so I was not happy when they started playing several of the songs that I had requested for the evening during dinner.
The third thing that I wasn't happy about was the fact that our itinerary that we went back and forth about indicated that the dollar dance would be played right after the anniversary dance, which I thought was perfect timing. He started playing general dancing music after the anniversary dance, and almost all of the older crowd was gone by the time I got a chance to tell him to just not play it because it really wasn't worth it at that point.
So if you choose to have Keystone Entertainment DJ your event, I would recommend being more organized than I was so that you can hash out the details WELL in advance ( but not too early or they may forget what you discussed), and to be VERY clear and detailed about your preferences, in writing.
They are very nice. I just wouldn't work with them again

Biggest Regret

This company is horrible and if I could give 0, I would. First, we heard nothing from Laurel (business owner and our DJ) until the week before our wedding - we only had access to a clunky online site with no explanation on how to use it or what level of detail she required. She had picked the time for a phonecall the week before our event to go over everything, and then called over an hour late claiming she had 'other work and somebody else called her'. During the call, she then proceeded to argue with us about what we wanted for our wedding because 'that's not how she has seen it done'. It took so much coaxing to get her to realize that it is our wedding, not everyone else's. She also told us on that call (again only 1 week before our wedding) that she would have 2 assistants coming along and they would also need meals and seats. Nowhere in the contract or any previous communications did she say that. We were lucky enough our venue allowed a last minute addition of 2 vendor meals and seat changes. On our actual wedding day, she screwed up the groom's entrance because she thought the best man was the groom - even though she literally met and shook the groom's hand an hour beforehand. She also played the bridal entrance song too early, causing a rushed entrance. Our recessional song never got played either. Her response to that was 'her assistant set the equipment up wrong and it malfunctioned' even though it played all the processional songs fine. During cocktail hour, the groom went inside while I got bustled and noticed a horrible selection of music being played. Skip ahead to our cake cutting where they played the YouTube version of the song we picked, so it had the goofy video entrance playing until they abruptly skipped ahead to the song start. During dinner hour, we had discussed having 2 memorial songs play so as not to disrupt the dancing later and Laurel herself said they would need to set up the dancing on a cloud machine so it was ready for our first dance which was going to happen right after dinner. Turns out, Laurel and her team decided to just sit at their table the entire time eating and laughing rather than doing their jobs. We had to literally go up to them and tell them to get things moving. We also bought cold sparks fountains to be added to our sparkler send-off later in the evening. Laurel was supposed to have set them up prior to the events start time. She also personally dictated the timing of the send-off, so we made sure to get everybody downstairs and lined up when she said she wanted to do it. Well, guess what never got started during the send-off? The cold sparks fountains we paid for were never started. Why? Laurel claims nobody told her when we were doing it...even though she picked the time herself. Not to mention that the reception music was pretty bad (not really anything you would expect or want at a typical wedding) and they failed to play 3 out of the only 5 songs we actually requested be added to the reception music list. We were told later that her assistants are actually contract workers and she tried to blame most everything on them. But her contract workers actually came up to us and apologized at the end of the night, she never did. We reached out to Laurel via phonecall the next day and were bombarded with excuse after excuse as to why things went wrong. My personal favorite line was "weddings aren't perfect and your didn't get us on a good day." We requested a refund and filed a complaint with the BBB. Laurel refused a full refund claiming they did 'more right than wrong and we are only focusing on the bad stuff.' I'm not sure what wedding she went to, but it definitely isn't the same one I was at. Look anywhere else for a DJ. I would even recommend creating your own Spotify playlist before using them.
