Great rentals and customer service!!
I had the pleasure of working with Keys Audio for my wedding in April, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Erin was exceptional throughout the entire process. Her prompt responses and helpful suggestions made planning so much easier. She provided invaluable advice on everything from the appropriate dance floor size for our guest list to the necessary sub-flooring for our grass reception area. Erin also guided us on the ideal length for a bamboo privacy wall to ensure our ceremony was perfectly secluded from the rest of the resort.
Keys Audio had exactly what we needed: a beautiful dance floor, a bamboo privacy wall, and elegant bamboo chairs with white/ivory cushions. Their customer service was outstanding, and their pricing was unbeatable. The quality of their items was pristine, and everything turned out beautifully. If you’re looking for a reliable event rental company with excellent customer care and great value, I highly recommend Keys Audio!!

We can’t say enough good things about Keys audio party rentals from the moment we spoke and met they were so helpful, kind and professional also very patient with me when I couldn’t decide on certain things.💗 the portable AC bathrooms, Tent with lighting, tables, chairs, linens and much more! needed to make our wedding day pleasant and Absolutely Beautiful. we had so many compliments on our special day we are forever thankful for such fantastic people to help make our wedding day memorable.

My wedding was last week & I had this vision with farm tables and cross back chairs. Keys audio had the most beautiful farm tables with the cross back chairs and it completely transformed my wedding reception room into what I envisioned. They were responsive and allowed me to make changes last minute which I appreciate so much. We had no issues what so ever and keys audio just made it so easy for us. We absolutely LOVED our decor. Thank you keys audio for the beautiful rentals! -

Kindness, Professionalism, Outstanding!!!
Paul and the Keys Audio Team (Laura, Erin, Stuart, etc.) went above and beyond for us as bride and groom. We had so many personal conversations with them so that our rentals were EXACTLY what we wanted and boy did they deliver. We had a difficult time with our venue and Paul and his team's consistent reassurance of their delivery and product helped ease the worry of pulling it all together for our wedding day. I cannot recommend these hardworking, professional and KIND individuals enough. In an industry where rentals can be found in frequency, it takes a business like Keys Audio Party Rentals to deliver excellence and understanding. They stood out as stars on our big day and their services are unmatched.
Lastly, the technical aspect of our wedding could not have come together without the knowledge and preparation from the Keys Audio team to deliver a dynamite audio system, generator and lighting. RUN, don't walk to this vendor!

Keys Audio!!! ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. They have been my back bone to my entire wedding. We changed, cancelled, moved, shifted things, then finally came to a perfect decision. The day before the guys came to set up the tent and the arch. The tent was more than I could of ever asked for. The team at keys audio set up the most beautiful tent I've ever seen. All my guests were complimenting on it. If you need anything for rentals and your venue doesn't provide this is your company. They do everything for you and the final product is stunning! Im supper happy with the whole process and would hire them again in the future! -

Laura and Paul were amazing to work with! They came through like rockstars in a slight moment of panic, when we realized our proposed site would be under water. Where we got married at in Islamorada, we needed to rent everything from tableware to the tent. Keys Audio was so helpful and flexible in the entire process. We weren't sure if we wanted a tent until the week of our wedding (but they allowed us to "hold it" free of charge). We also went back and forth on a lot of other details, and they worked with us until we were 100% sure. They have everything that you need and are so friendly and easy to work with- we would recommend again and again! -

Paul and his team SAVED my wedding. The weather did not cooperate and thanks to them I was able to still have my wedding at my venue. There was NO indoor option, but thankfully I had a tent on reserve. They were so accommodating by letting me wait out to see if the weather would change, and when it didn't they were there that same day to set up the tent. On top of that I had to move up my wedding start time and they were not phased by the change in time.
Keys Audio has THE BEST farm tables, seriously, the pics online do not do them justice, you ahve to see them in person! PAUL MADE THEM BY HAND! And they offer beautiful gold silverware (not pictured on their site).
They will have everything you need for your wedding, do not go anywhere else! Plus if you are in the Keys they are local so you wont ahve to pay INSANE delivery costs!

Laura and the team at Keys Audio are amazing, thoughtful, and accommodating when it comes to planning your wedding. They were happy to meet with me several times to discuss the vision for our reception. We initially didn't want a tent, but when it looked like rain we had to make a call. We went with a clear tent which was a really unique and awesome addition to the wedding. The clear roof allowed for a romantic and still star lit evening on the water. The mobile bathroom unit is a must!!! and the large wooden bars are beautiful and really made the entire reception come together. They also did a beautiful job lighting up a dance floor outside of the tent. We could not be more grateful for their service and assistance! -

Gabrielle Sent on 08/04/2018HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! - DEPENDABLE, FLEXIBLE, PROFESSIONAL. I worked with Paul to coordinate my fiances surprise birthday party. He was very responsive from the start (which is hard to find in the keys) He was more than eager to work with me. He worked around not only my schedule but my fiance's schedule too (to help keep it a surprise,) Paul drove to the event location on his off time to discuss what all his business could do for me and what i had envisioned. They had everything from a sound system to linens to a bar stand. Anything I could think of he had.. Just a couple days prior to event, i panicked because realized i forgot chairs. Keys Audio was able to accommodate to my last minute needs. Once they arrived, they were quick and very efficient. The team was professional and friendly. Needless to say Keys Audio exceeded expectations in more ways then one. I will definitely be utilizing their services again! -

Naila Sent on 01/21/2018We booked all our rentals and decor through our wedding planner, Island Life Events, who worked directly with Keys Audio Party Rentals on our behalf, since we were having a destination wedding. In the end, we got tables and chairs, linens, a tent, a bar, and tableware, as well as other essential items from Keys Audio Party Rentals, and at a reasonable price. It was so easy to browse the website to choose what we wanted from a distance, and the payment schedule was quite reasonable. Paul delivered the items and did the basic set-up (including the tent), and also picked everything up in a timely fashion the morning after the wedding. There was absolutely nothing to complain about! We would definitely recommend Keys Audio Party Rentals!

They were quick to respond to emails or phone calls and sent us updated contracts every time we needed to make a change. They have a huge selection of rentals and the price point is excellent for those trying to stay within a budget. Keys Audio didn't have any crazy stipulations like most rental places. We were only required to put down a deposit. I worked with Kristina and she was so helpful when deciding what pieces to rent. She even sent us pictures of different easel choices for our welcome sign so we could decide. She has a lot of experience in the industry and I trusted her advice. The tent we had looked beautiful with the lining, draping, and chandeliers for dinner. The festival lights were also one of my favorite rentals we had from Keys Audio. They were the perfect touch surrounding our dance floor. -

Samantha Sent on 12/29/2015Paul and his staff are top notch! My husband and I were thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their rentals. As a couple getting married during hurricane season in the Florida Keys, we were going back and forth trying to decide whether or not to get a tent. Paul was very understanding of this didn't make us decide until the last minute. We ended up deciding to go with a tent. He had his crew come and set up the absolutely stunning tent the day before our wedding. Wow was it breathtaking. Chandeliers and all! Mosquitoes ended up being really bad and so he went out and bought fans to hang from the tent last minute. Paul was so accommodating. Anything we needed, he made it happen.. even if it was last minute. Paul also has a large variety of rentals to choose from. I mean everything from our tent, to our beer boat, to our port-o-potties (which were immaculate I must add), to our plates, just everything.. you will not be disappointed. Paul is a great guy. Thank you Paul for your huge role in making our wedding perfect!

We skipped on the wedding planner and rented pretty much everything from Keys Audio - Tables, chairs, tent, linens, dinnerware... Set-up was included in the price which added to the value. You don't need a wedding planner when you work with these guys! Fantastic! -

We had Keys Audio provide the rentals for our wedding and they were fantastic! From day one they were very helpful to work with and were flexible to meet our budget! They were very professional and even let us have the rentals delivered a day early free of charge. I would definitely recommend this vendor to other brides! The only feedback I would give is that they could benefit from expanding their decoration inventory, but they still had nearly everything we needed!
