We asked Kevin to be our wedding officiant and it was the best decision ever! He took the extra time to meet with us multiple times to get to know us and our personalities so that he would organize his ceremony words perfectly. The best officiant!
Choosing to have Kevin officiate our elopement on Topsail beach was one of our best decisions! He was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. The pricing was affordable and comparable to other officiants in the area. Kevin was incredibly upbeat and passionate about what he does. He genuinely seemed excited and happy for us. Our ceremony was perfect. He was able to personalize it to us, and it felt just right. Kevin Martin is an outstanding officiant, providing a personalized and enjoyable experience. His talent for creating a peaceful atmosphere and incorporating meaningful biblical verses will make your wedding ceremony truly remarkable. My husband and I wrote our own vows, but Kevin's suggested vows for us to recite to each other were a lovely addition to our ceremony, making it even more memorable. We highly recommend Kevin Martin as an officiant to make your wedding ceremony memorable and special. -

5 stars is not enough!
Kevin married Tom and I on Masonboro Island which is not an easy task for anyone but through all the work and heat, he did an absolute amazing job! He was very professional and personable. He made all my friends and family from WV feel comfortable and welcome. You would have never known that we just met. He was immediately part of the fam! Highly recommend!! -

Kevin Martin Wedding Officiant
Kevin did a great job at my daughter Kerigan and son-in-law Griffin's ceremony. He was prompt and professional and had a very person ceremony. Not only was he great at the ceremony but he had some really great suggestions prior to the ceremony, so we could get the families together ahead. We are so glad we chose him and would recommend him for your ceremony as well. -

Couldn't have chosen a better fit!
We knew immediately after our initial conversation that Kevin would be the best choice as our Officiant. He is charismatic, intuitive, and we felt extremely comfortable with him from the beginning. His jovial attitude made us feel so relaxed during the ceremony and he was a total hit with our wedding party. We would highly recommend Kevin to be a part of your special day and plan to keep in touch with him post-ceremony! -

From the very first time we spoke, Kevin showed us just how interested he was in getting to know us and our story. We met several times over the course of planning and he was genuinely happy to be with us every single time! He was so welcoming and kind, he’s clearly passionate about meeting new couples and figuring out how he can best connect with you. Kevin totally stepped up to the plate on our rehearsal day because we didn’t have an event coordinator, so he literally helped the entire bridal party figure everything out! Where we were supposed to be, the timing, what was going to happen...he was on his A game! We were honored to have him marry us and we feel we’ve gained a friend for life. He’s a caring, thoughtful, and funny guy & he made the whole experience unforgettable!!! -

Michael Sent on 10/08/2017Kevin is awesome. When my wife and I first met with him, he wanted to know all about us to understand what made our relationship special. He told us about himself, why he enjoys doing this, and his style. He is open, personable, and I felt like he was as excited as we were about the wedding. The ceremony was great. He took all the things that were important to us and incorporated them into the ceremony. It was exactly what we were looking for. We had guests coming up to us specifically telling us what a great job Kevin did because he was able to share with everyone who we were as a couple. It was more than just reading words, he was able to make people feel our experiences, and our bond. Picking the right officiant was one of the few parts of the wedding that I had an opinion on, and we found the right one.

Melissa Sent on 09/26/2017Kevin is AMAZING!!! I'm so glad that fate brought us together. From day one Kevin was very accommodating to our needs and wants. He helped us come up with the best way to include our daughter in our ceremony and it worked out perfectly. Kevin was enthusiastic and excited from day one. He put our minds at ease knowing he was going to knock it out of the park on our wedding day. He did just that!! All of our guests were saying that he was so passionate and enthusiastic and really made the guests feel a part of the wedding. He also is super awesome about stepping off to the side as he announced us as husband and wife, so that when we had our first kiss pictures, he wouldn't be in them. Kevin, we can't thank you enough. You made our day absolutly amazing. Thank you!!!

We were a destination wedding and Kevin always made himself available to meet on short notice when we were in town. I couldn't have asked for a better officiant! -

Overall great experience. He wasn't able to make the rehearsal last minute so a discount would have been nice since it was included in the price. We paid on the higher end because we were so comfortable with him and how he saw us. Just didn't feel as connected to him after the initial meeting. I would hire him again as the ceremony was beautiful. -

Very easy to speak with but did not come close to what we went over for the ceremony at all, which I was very shocked because I thought we were on the same page. He was very nice, but I was so confused as to what was happening. Kevin scheduled a Zoom meeting for 8pm and did not show up until 8:25pm after we sent him a message letting him know we were in the waiting room and ready for him when he was ready. Kevin never let us know that he was running late or would not be able to make it. We contacted Kevin again at a later date and he refused us his services stating, "I think it’s best you continue your search for another great Officiant." The disorganization, lack of communication, disrespect of other peoples time was apparent from day 1. And then refusing customers service is no way to run a business, especially as a wedding officiant. We wish him the best but hope no other couples have to go through this and be denied service for an error you did not make.Kevin Martin | North Carolina Wedding Officiant | GetMarriedNC!'s reply:
