Shauna Sent on 05/08/2018Kevin Edwards was truly amazing to work with. My husband designed my engagement ring with them and it came out so beautiful. We decided to go to Kevin Edwards to look for our wedding bands as well. I wanted something specific that I did not see in his store but he knew exactly was I wanted and got it ordered for me. My husband had tried on rings a couple times and had not found anything he loved. At Kevin Edwards he tried on a few rings and found one that he loves. They are both beautiful, good quality rings. Sadly, my fingers swelled right before the wedding and my band wouldn't fit. Kevin Edwards and his team found me a sizing ring that fit and gave to me to use so I had something to put on my finger during the ceremony, while they sized my ring. When I told him I would have someone return it after the wedding since we left right away for our honeymoon, he told me to wear it on my honeymoon and we would trade for my newly sized ring when we got back! The customer service has just been amazing here. -
User1954848 Sent on 12/06/2014My fiance purchased my engagement ring from Kevin Edwards Jewelers and not only is the ring gorgeous, their team is fabulous. I had to get my ring resized and they were able to get it done in a timely manner. We are definitely going back their for our wedding bands!! -

Sarah Sent on 10/09/2014We loved working with Kevin Edward Jewelers! They were all fabulous and so attentive. My fiance purchased my engagement ring from the store after the recommendation from one of his co-workers. My grandmother had given me her wedding band from my late grandfather. The ring itself was set in yellow gold and my engagement ring is white gold. I brought the ring down to the store and after looking at the ring, Kevin said that it would be no problem to take the diamonds and have them reset into a band that would look beautiful with my ring. I dropped the ring off and after a week, my wedding band was ready to go. It looks amazing. They were so accommodating and great to deal with. My husband also got his wedding band from them as well. His was a special order and only took a couple weeks to get in as well. As soon as it arrived, they made sure to call us.
We were very pleased with Kevin Edward and would definitely recommend them to everyone! -

Shanda Sent on 10/17/2013This jeweler is the height of personalized service. The owner is almost always there in the store. His team is top notch, and NO request is too big. My engagement ring is stunning. My husband's band is "manly" and cool without being over the top. It's truly a handsome and unique ring. My wedding band, he custom made. This jeweler was able to take a photo of what I was dreaming of and custom made the white gold with diamonds infinity twist band from scratch. Everything form their prices, to their service, the quality of the jewelery and the home town feel makes me a lifetime client of this store.

User874691 Sent on 07/24/2012After visiting several other jewelry stores, we found a stunning engagement ring at Kevin Edwards. The staff explained what we should look for in a diamond and allowed me to look at the diamond through a loop. We had the ring appraised independently and it appraised for more than the price we paid. We went back to Kevin Edwards to have our wedding band customly designed to fit the engagement ring. The result was beautiful and done quickly. The staff there is friendly and professional. I have gone back since to have my ring cleaned and to have the stones inspected to make sure they are secure. Love the place and would highly recommend them for the quality of their product and for their prices.

Amber Sent on 11/09/2010I have used Hannoush for years, so when it was time to by wedding bands I went straight there. They were willing to work within my budget and they engrave for free! I did have a small problem were one of my diamonds feel out of my band a few weeks after the wedding, I went back and they are repearing it for free! I will continue to use Hannoush for the rest of my life! -

Alexandra Sent on 10/13/2008I like the staff at Hannoush, but they were very late in getting the grooms ring to us. They kept promising us the ring at a certain date, but never had it ready. We ended up picking up the night before the wedding which was quite inconvenient. Other than that, the staff was great.
