Wow! We just love this beautiful Ketubah from Ketubah.com! My husband and I worked so hard to personalize our Ketubah and had his aunt in Israel translate it into Hebrew for us. Amazing, stress-free process for such an important document!
Company is very personable, have amazing customer service on top of gorgeous designs and beautiful text for couples of all religions, orientations, etc. Employees I worked with made sure everything was accurate & it shipped on time, which it did with more than enough time for our ceremony!

We Needed a Ketubah within a Week or Less
Yes, we rushed and we needed a ketubah within less than a week. A Rabbi who we worked with referred us to this business, we were able to choose the right Ketubah and we had it by Wednesday or that week - our wedding was on Saturday night (after Shabbat). I was marrying into a Jewish family and was not familiar with the process of ordering a ketubah or how to select one or any of that. Ketubah.com made the selection and personalization process so easy and had a wide selection of designs to choose from. They were also quick to respond when contacted with any questions or concerns. We also liked that they double checked all of our information with us and even made making corrections easy (my husband entered the wrong name for my father). I would highly recommend getting a ketubah from them. Ours is everything we wanted and we can't wait to hang it on our wall!

A Gorgeous Ketubah and Excellent Service
We could not be happier with our ketubah. It is absolutely gorgeous, and has a place of pride in our home. The team was so wonderful to work with. They answered questions for us to make things as easy as possible, and I so appreciated them having such a wide variety of text available. Ketubah.com had a large selection of beautiful ketubahs for my husband and I to choose from; it was hard making a decision! We ultimately picked one of the laser cut designs, and really appreciated that there were a wide variety of interfaith texts to choose from. Their staff was super helpful and speedy in responding when I forgot to customize our text with our names, and our final Ketubah arrived weeks earlier than anticipated! The included pen was an extra special touch. We can't wait to display our ketubah for years to come!

My husband and I struggled with which Ketubah to choose and it took us months to decide on one. Ketubahs are not cheap and you want it to be something you will love forever. Because we had such a hard time deciding on which print to use, we did not choose until a little over a month before our wedding! My husband and I ordered our ketuba from ketuba.com and we love it. It is unique and beautiful. Choosing the ketuba was easy, as there were many great options. It was also very easy to personalize, with the choice of denomination, and filling in the names through email. Everything was confirmed via email before it was finalized, and a short time later we received our ketuba in a professional and safe manner. Ketubah.com was amazing throughout the process. This was probably the thing that I was most high-maintenance about, and they were so responsive and easy to work with. I submitted my information online, but ended up contacting them about three times for various questions/issues. Each time, they got back to me in no more than a day - including once when they responded to me on Sunday, and once when they returned my call within an hour. Once approved by us and our rabbi, the ketubah was quickly printed and shipped. Our ketubah arrived quickly - it was shipped from Toronto on Tuesday morning and arrived in Maryland on Friday - and looks wonderful. We absolutely love it.

We had a great experience with Ketubah.com. We found a beautiful hand-painted ketubah that also didn't cost us an arm and a leg. Throughout the design process, Ketubah.com worked with our rabbi to make sure everything was correct. I would highly recommend you speak to your rabbi first on what type of ketubah you want before ordering - s/he will be able to guide you on the right language and type of ketubah. Once we ordered the ketubah, it was delivered in very secure packaging so as not to damage the scroll, and came with a few scraps of scroll to practice your signature. (I recommend practicing your signature with the correct pen - we used a very fine tip black Sharpie.) Our ketubah is beautiful, and working with Ketubah.com you're speaking to and dealing with actual human beings, and not some automated response, which for us was important because we had a lot of questions to make sure we got our ketubah correct. I found that emailing was the most responsive form of communication, although you can also call and speak to someone - keeping in mind their business hours, as they are not 24/7.

The personalization process is easy. The only thing I would say is that I ordered a sample of a paper Ketubah and while I appreciated them sending a canvas sample as well, it would have been more helpful to see the canvas sample in the design I choose. Otherwise I was very happy with the process.

We loved getting our ketubah from ketubah.com. We originally wanted to get one of the historic ketubahs sold by the Jewish Museum, but could never find time to go to the museum shop to look at them-ketubah.com has the entire collection. They'll also send you small "samples" so you can see what the ketubah will look like before you buy it and you can compare different styles. We really liked their selection of texts you could use to personalize the ketubah. You have to have your officiant sign off on the wording and the Hebrew, especially the Hebrew spellings of your names, and the process takes a few days, so just plan ahead. We were very happy with ketubah.com. They even send you an archival pen for signing!

We had a good experience buying with Ketubah.com. We ordered a digital DIY ketubah with the text of our liking so that an artist could do a custom decoration around it. After placing the order, I was mistakenly charged $25 for shipping, but after speaking with a representative via chat, the issue was fixed and we were refunded. We just received our Ketubah from ketubah.com and it looks great! I like that they sent us a sample piece of the exact paper and a pen so we can break in the pen before we use it on our wedding day.
I was surprised that our papercut ketubah arrived in a tube as opposed to flat against cardboard. It makes sense when you are just getting one piece of paper but ours is two and has such tiny details that are now curved. Hopefully a few hours carefully flattening under some books will do the trick. Unfortunately you can't pick your own custom colors or change the font and spacing of the words (our names are cut off into two lines, for example my first and middle name are at the end of line 5 and my last name is the beginning of line 6), however we did go back and forth with them several times via email and they were extremely responsive and accommodating to the changes we did want to make! We ended up changing the color of the cutout we chose to another color offered by the same designer, and changed the size of one of the custom elements. The personalization tools are a bit confusing but our Rabbi was helpful with that.
Overall this was a good experience, generally painless and would recommend to others who want something easy.

Check the proportions on your print
We liked the style we chose very much. It took longer than expected from order to delivery given that we didn't require any customization -- about 7 weeks, but oddly it was shipped 4 days after I asked them where it was. It did the job well, but then afterward when we took it to be professionally framed we were informed (and observed) that it was out-of-square by almost a centimeter. That is, the bottom of the pattern was narrower than the top of the pattern by about a centimeter due to the inaccuracy of the print. This means that it looks a little odd in a (perfectly rectangular) frame because it's off-kilter on one side. What's done is done, but I hope that others check their ketubah print closely so that they can hopefully catch issues like this (and probably other print failure issues) in time to fix it before the wedding.

2nd Marriage issues
my wife and I are both 2nd marriages. The wording of the Ketubah's on ketubah.com did not meet our needs and there was a lot of back and forth with them until we were able to get this resolved. I added some stress to our wedding, but in the end we got what we wanted and it looks beautiful.

I ordered my Ketubah via Ketubah.com on a recommendation from my Rabbi. I was extremely excited about the Ketubah I purchased because it's a beautiful piece of art (I ordered "I Carry Your Heart II"). I was happy with the customer service--the website is very easy and the company is quick to fulfill the order. You can imagine my disappointment when it arrived and the font on the Ketubah was so small, it's impossible to read from more than a foot away (if even). My guess is the font is about size 10 on a 14 x 18 piece of paper. I didn't realize the font would be so small as there was no information on the website giving an idea of the picture/font ratio. I was also disappointed that the font is simply printed from a computer and not hand written. I was under the impression that spending $75 to personalize it meant that it would be handwritten. I am currently waiting to get a call back about my options of returning my Ketubah so I selected 3 stars for flexibility hoping they will work with me. I I want people to be aware of the font size so you can clarify before spending hundreds of dollars on a Ketubah.

Absolutely waste of time
Customer service terrible and will waste your time with inundated emails and in the end can't deliver to acceptable date.
