The best decision you'll make!!

We are so grateful to have worked with such empathetic, kind, talented and visionary professionals for our wedding weekend - a 5 star review wouldn't even do it justice. Ketan and Nuva are just so good at what they do, and they make you feel calm and taken care of throughout the process. As we were choosing our vendors, photography emerged as a key priority. As soon as we spoke with Ketan, we knew we had found gold. They not only lived up to that, but exceeded all we could have asked for.

They have been such great partners throughout the process, being accommodating as we navigated rescheduling our original dates from 2020 to 2022, guiding us throughout, and putting together a gallery that truly captured the emotions and feelings of a day that means so much to us. I feel so lucky to have been able to secure them as our photographers :)

While there are so many moments I could mention that validated why they are the BEST wedding photographers, one in particular stands out as a story that demonstrates the thought and care they put into their work. Prior to our first wedding event, Ketan suggested meeting somewhere close by the venue to capture shots. He did research himself, met us there, was flexible with us as we had last minute delays, and it ended up being one of our favorite moments. We took some time to go to a nearby park to take photos before kicking off the events. Not only was it a stunning and unique location, but it calmed us down and took some of the jitters away. It was our first time truly seeing Ketan in action, and I was inspired and also so appreciative. That level of thoughtfulness and consideration is true to form how Ketan and Nuva work together and with you to make you feel calm, special and confident.

Our friends and family who have seen the gallery were also completely blown away. Not to mention, beyond their undeniable talent, they are the SWEETEST people.

Thank you so much to Ketan and Nuva for being part of our weekend. We spoke for 3 years about it, and it was truly such a pleasure to see how you work together and how you make memories come to life through a photo. We'll cherish these photos forever!!

The Most Perfect Wedding Weekend Ever!

When I first laid eyes on KetaNuva Photography's work, I knew in that moment I was going to hire them for my own wedding one day no matter what! I am so thankful that they were available during my wedding weekend because I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. It's been a couple years since I had hired them, yet if anyone ever asks me about a wedding photographer/videographer recommendation, I will 100% ALWAYS recommend them first and foremost!

From my first phone call with Tahmid all the way until my actual wedding day, the team always had an aura of calmness during every interaction. In between the wedding planning & execution stress, they provided me comfort through their words and actions. Tahmid is extremely professional in the way that he handles planning the where, what, and how of each photoshoot. He made sure to meet up with my husband and I beforehand to coordinate how the days will go and he attentively listened to and wrote down every request we had. Additionally, the team is super reliable - they are timely and every time something didn't go according to plan, they made sure to offer sound advice to keep things on track with as minimal disruption as possible.

As for the photoshoots, my husband and I felt like we were hanging out with friends and could be our normal selves without any nervousness involved during our big day. They suggested wonderful poses and the pictures and videos show the fruits of their labor! The cinematic film that Towhid created was everything I imagined it to be and more!! It felt like I was watching a movie, except this time it was the actual story of us :) Thank you once again for your patience, hard work, and love that you have put into the photos and videos. These memories will last a lifetime and we could not have done it without you all!!

More than just photographers!

Hiring Ketanuva was the best decision we made during our wedding process. They were one of the first vendors we locked in, and they ended up being so much more than just our photographers for us. They helped us plan our event schedules and gave us tips and tricks every step of the way to help us prepare for a big desi wedding. They made us feel comfortable taking photos in both intimate settings and grand settings with 300+ people watching. They were patient with us and our guests while executing their visions through their photography and videography at the same time.

As a bride and groom, you end up spending more hours with your vendors than your own family or guests and we couldn’t have asked for a better group of people than Tahmid, Ketan, Towhid, and the team. It felt like they were lifelong friends keeping us stress free and laughing through our engagement shoots, Henna event, and Reception.

Let’s not forget about the incredible photos and the cinematic film that we will now have for the rest of our lives to look through and cherish. We chose Ketanuva based on their talent and vision, and they came through with flying colors. You will be going through many vendors during this process but the professionalism, responsiveness, and kindness of Ketanuva is unmatched.

Best Photography Duo!!

We hired KetaNuva Photography for our nikkah (wedding) ceremony and it was the greatest decision! Tahmid and Towhid are so caring, helpful, and one of the most talented photography/videography duo out there. It all started with the communication — Tahmid is extremely responsive and we went back and forth many times discussing the entire event, itinerary, and the types of pictures I wanted. On the day of the nikkah, they arrived at the photoshoot location bright and early, and coordinated with my husband and his family for the photoshoot. They captured everything I said and more! They were SO attentive to every shot — adjusting my dress, my husband’s clothes, and the background as needed. During the nikkah, they took their shots, but never got in the way so that my family and friends could experience the moment fully. Later on, we recreated all the shots I wanted and did our own photoshoot. They stayed past the time we agreed to make sure I got all of the pictures. Honestly, every single person who attended the event was in awe of them and their caring personalities. The preview pictures were delivered within a week and everyone was amazed at how quickly and beautifully they turned out. After watching the full video and seeing the album, my guests were sold on KetaNuva! You’ll love them and their work!!

Ketanuva was outstanding to work with, not just during my wedding events, but throughout the planning process. Ketan and Nuva were absolutely incredible to work with. My husband and I are not very comfortable in front of the camera, but Ketan and Nuva made us feel so comfortable and made the entire process easy and fun! Wonderful wedding photos by KetaNuva Photography

We had Tahmid as our wedding photographer and we were really happy about the results!
Tahmid was professional and easy to work with. From our first phone call, Tahmid showed that he really cared about our needs and communicated with us in depth to figure out the best plan that worked for us.
During the actual photo shooting, we really liked the artistic way Tahmid chooses the background, angle, and arrangements. This worked out so well in the final photos! Tahmid captured so many sweet moments naturally with an artistic touch. Even for posed portraits, Tahmid gave us easy to follow instructions that naturally brought out our best look.
The editing was great too. Tahmid was very considerate and gave us a few edited photos soon after the wedding so that we could share the wonderful moments right away. The final photos are absolutely beautiful: artistic yet natural.
We really enjoyed our experience working with Tahmid. We would definitely recommend KetaNuva Photography!

Professional and Timely Responses; Great final product

We had Tahmid from KetaNuva photograph our wedding based on a recommendation from a friend of ours; we couldn't be happier with the results.
A few weeks before the wedding Tahmid set up a phone call to go over the venue, he researched the venue to find good shooting locations and gave a few suggestions on the sequence of events to make sure we made the most of his time.
The day of the event, Tahmid and his assistant showed up early and walked around the venue before we started our shoot. His directions were easy to follow; it didn't feel awkward at all. During the event itself, Tahmid was easy to work with especially because we had already gone through the schedule in the earlier phone call. He knew where to be and when to be there and was easy to find when needed. In a couple of days after the event he sent over some sample photos which let us share some key events with friends and family right away.
We got the photos within his estimated time-frame and they came out great. The editing looked natural despite low-light inside the venue and the photos were high resolution and great for enlarged prints. We'd recommend KetaNuva to our friends needing a photographer.

Outstanding

There are not enough words to describe Ketan & Nuva and how important they were for our wedding day. The sweetest couple to work with and always made us feel comfortable. From our engagement shoot, to our mendhi event, to our wedding ceremony, and finally our reception. They stood by our side for the entire process.

These two work so hard and are so effortlessly talented. Wedding photos were such a big priority for us when finding our vendors and we wanted to make sure we hired photographers that knew about lighting, moods, ambiance, candids, timings but we got so much more than that.

Big thank you to Ketan and Nuva for making our special wedding weekend a dream come true. They were humble, professional, and down to earth. We are overjoyed to have worked with such a wonderful couple and we are lucky to have extraordinary pictures that will last a lifetime!

I can't say enough good things about Ketan and Nuva. Throughout the whole wedding (which was 4 events), they had been so patient, understanding, and cooperative. My husband and I were very nervous to take portrait shoots because we thought it would be awkward, but Ketan and Nuva made the whole experience so easy! We chose Ketanuva as our 5/12/18 wedding photographers after seeing some of their work (I believe initially through The Knot). We loved the candid focused photography we saw, and the lightness of the shots in general. We also were very surprised by their relatively affordable prices given how high the quality of their work is.

we had our initial skype meeting with ketan very soon after finding their work, and he was very professional and informative right off the bat. He immediately asked what we liked in their photos and what sorts of shots we were hoping to get from our event and made plans to ensure that we would be able to accomplish those goals. Even though we booked them over a year in advance of our event, they were very informative and detail oriented from the beginning and were honestly a very calming force throughout an otherwise very hectic planning process.

We couldn't have been happier with how things went with Ketanuva on our wedding day itself. They got to our event early, and were very discreet. I had been nervous about the idea of photographers kind of butting in and disrupting authentic moments as they were happening, but this could not have been further from my experience with Ketan and Nuva-- I remember a part of the day when I was wondering where they were and if they were missing the event! They weren't they were just THAT unobtrusive and blended in with our guests. We just got our photos back this weekend and I couldn't be more impressed by the variety of and amount of truly beautiful moments they were able to capture. I would absolutely recommend them to others.

Where can I begin? Once we booked our venue, my first and most important next task was to book a photographer. Pictures are so special to me as they are the memories you have with you all the time. I went through so many photographers' portfolio, and wanted someone who can deliver my vision. i wanted candid moments captured. This is exactly what Ketanuva delivered. They captured moments I don’t even remember for my big day. I booked them a year in advance because that’s how sure I was when I met Ketan. He was so professional and prompt in our initial meeting. They are incredibly responsive, professional, and supportive--they have a wonderful artistic sense but also listened very carefully and thoughtfully to our own thoughts/desires for our wedding photos, and helped us craft a plan for the Big Day. When the wedding day came, they had just the right balance of flexibility and authority--they took charge enough to keep us on our agreed-upon schedule so we could get all the shots we wanted without taking any more time than necessary, but never made us feel rushed or pressured. I couldn't be happier with the decision to hire Ketanuva for my Nikkah (Islamic marriage ceremony) this past January! I'm very picky with the style of photography I wanted and Ketan and Nuva did not disappoint. They did a wonderful job with my photos and gave me the exact artsy, natural look I wanted for my big day. Ketan also addressed all of my concerns beforehand - from weather concerns, to specific shots I wanted - and always answered emails in a timely manner.
The day of, Ketan and Nuva were great at making myself and my husband comfortable and were very respectful towards our guests who were sometimes in the way of getting important shots! They were professional, kind, and a true pleasure to work with.
The exceptional service continued after the event, too. I was shocked to see they had emailed me a preview of 20 photos that same night! The remainder of the photos came exactly 5 weeks after my event, as promised, and they were absolutely beautiful. I'll cherish these photos for years to come.

I reached out to Ketanuva Photography as soon as I discovered their IG profile. I wanted engagement photos that were more artfully done and not your standard pose and smile. I loved their photography style right away and was very happy to learn that their rates were affordable! Ketan was very responsive on email and we even spoke on the phone twice to discuss the shoot and my vision. He was very easy to correspond with. The day of the shoot we paid in cash and Ketan along with Nuva met us and directed us for an hour long photo shoot. They are both so sweet and kind - so easy to work with. The turn around time was supposed to be 2-3 weeks but they ended up sending us our photos right away! Our photos are perfect! I could not be more thrilled with them. Both Nuva and Ketan were a joy to work with and I highly recommend them!

Ketan and his partner were amazing! Professional, timely and just so talented. They both helped my husband and I take amazing pictures for our wedding. The KetaNuva team was everything we were looking for in a photographer. We chose them because they were flexible and tailored their wedding packages to what their client was looking for while a lot of other photographers had one package and one rate for everyone. Also, they were extreemly professional and organized, which made us feel comfortable having them document our wedding day.

When we got our photos back, we were beyond happy with them. The photos were absolutely beautiful and they not only captured us as a couple but did a great job capturing our close friends and family. The pictures really captured our day from start to finish.

Ketan and Nuva were absolutely wonderful, and the perfect choice for my husband and my wedding in September! To start, they were very friendly and professional. They arrived on time for our engagement shoot and the big day, answered e-mails quickly and were overall very communicative. They were extremely prepared, consulting us at each step of the process and asking for our input, likes, dislikes, etc. Their specialty is candid, journalistic photography, meaning they are great at capturing you 'in the moment'. But their style is so unobtrusive that once the big day got rolling, their presence was all but imperceptible. Yet upon seeing our pictures, it was clear that they were everywhere! We could not have been happier with the spread of color and black and white styles, and the range of emotional and heartwarming moments they captured. In addition to that, the price is unbeatable, especially for the area. Ketan and Nuva truly are artists with the camera, and photography is undoubtedly their passion. (Ask to see some of their travel photography - they've been to some amazing places!) Whether it is playing with reflections, double exposures or incorporating light in beautiful ways, they will give you some amazing photographs that you couldn't get from anyone else. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone's event!

Ketanuva Photography was amazing and extremely professional during our wedding day. We could not be happier with our pictures which we will have for the rest of our lives. Ketan and Tahmid were extremely creative and caught the best angles and lighting for our wedding. A day after our wedding, they allowed us access to a sneak peak of some of the wedding day photos! KetaNuva was absolutely incredible! We hired them back before they were scooped up by MANY couples in the NY/NJ/PA/DC area. It's safe to say that they were a steal. We had 3 photographers: Ketan, Nuva, and Tahmid... each of them were professional, fun, flexible, and extremely easy to be around. I was a DIY bride, so I had a very stressful day. They needed very little from me to do their job. And boy did they do it! I can't express to you how happy we are with our preview photos, and this is just a handful of what they took over the entire day with us. I also make it a point to say that their clientele are very diverse. This was important to us, since I am caucasian and my husband is African American. It was easy to trust them with composition, lighting, contrast, etc. I can't say enough about their work... and even if I said it all, their photos speak for themselves!

I don't think there are enough characters allowed for me to even begin to express how great these two are. My husband and I met with a ton of photographers as we felt we not only needed to be a fan of their work, but feel good energy from them as people on the most special day of our lives. When we met with Ketan, it was like winning the lottery on a blind date. We immediately texted him after our meeting to book them for our wedding because his energy was so peaceful and patient, and we loved how artistic and inspired he was as a photographer. Nature is a big theme in our relationship and we loved that he is a landscape photographer when he's not covering weddings. What's more, he works with his wife! What a perfect team to have on our wedding day. We had Ketan and Nuva do our engagement photos, as well. Which we ultimately LOVED. They were super accommodating, took their time with us and made the trip to our high school to do them, a good 3 hours away from the city. When Avi and I needed additional photos for our wedding announcement (and fast), they made the time to drop their things and meet us to get them done. Finally, after beautifully capturing moments at our wedding, we needed a quick turnaround for some photos to get submitted into potential magazines. Again, they went the extra mile to accommodate quickly and professionally - despite their busy schedules. I can't recommend them enough. We absolutely love our photos and loved working with them. If we would do anything different, it would only be to have had more of them on our wedding day!

We recently had our engagement shoot with ketanuva and we were 100% thrilled with the experience. They came to the shoot with a lot of ideas and were open to include our ideas to make the shoot more fun and unique. Ketanuva were also very flexible in terms of arranging dates and times that worked best for us.

All our pictures came out really great and our friends and family loved the pictures as well. Overall a wonderful experience and we look forward to working with Ketanuva again in the future.

KetaNuva has been very professional and helpful before, during and after the shoot! They engaged with and talked to us way before the shoot to finalize on the locations and timing (Ketan gave us lots of ideas and suggestions!) as well as to better understand what kind of style we like better. There was good rapport built even before the actual day when we met. As we were travelling to NYC to have the shoot, they were also very flexible with the dates and timing. During the shoot, Ketan also encourage us to point out places that we might be interested to shoot at. They help us alot in our poses (we are quite bad in that) and also understand very well the type of style or scene we would like. It was a great experience shooting with KetaNuva and we are definitely looking forward to see the end product.

5 star reviews are a dime a dozen these days. Everyone leaves a 5 star when something is good/very good, when it should in fact be perfect. Let this review be used as one such example of a 5 star that truly, legitimately deserves 5 stars. Keta and his wife are perfect. They are perfect to deal with. They are calm, collected, and professional. They are punctual and non pushy. Prior to the wedding, they take the time to learn what you want and how you envision your photos. They're also incredibly less expensive than what I imagined the cost would be.

On our wedding day, we told them to be there at 3. They were there at 2:50. They were prepared and took some of the most beautiful pictures I've had the pleasure of seeing. They were at the wedding, taking amazing shots, while being completely out of sight at the same time. Not 48 hours later, they sent us samples of the work. I wish I would have paid them more. I'm not kidding. They deserve more. Their work ethic, in a world of people who cloak themselves as professionals when they may be something else, is unparalleled and, most importantly, they make you feel comfortable (because you're freaking out that you're about to get married and how did the time fly and where are you going to raise kids in Ma....but I digress).

If you're on the fence about who you should hire, it should be them. If you've already contacted several people, you should contact them. They were an extremely important part of making our day special. I can't thank them enough.

KetaNuva exceeded all of our expectations and went above and beyond to truly capture the most special day of our lives- our wedding day. Choosing a wedding photographer was an important decision and my husband and I had a unique vision of what kind of photos we wanted to tell our love story. They were highly responsive and were especially accommodating given the short lead-up to our wedding. I was referred to KetaNuva by my best friend. I have seen his work previously, so when I called him about my Wedding Reception, he was very excited to work with me. We were absolutely blown away with the pictures that KetaNuva took at our wedding! Ketan and Tahmid were thoroughly professional, and they know how to capture the life of a wedding. Before booking Ketanuva, we looked through their portfolio and were most impressed by their documentary style of capturing candid moments. Ketan and Nuva covered my wedding photography recently, and they've done a great job at it. The pictures came out absolutely great. Both Ketan and Nuva were super nice from the beginning. From the first time my husband and I spoke to Ketan, we were impressed. He was great at communicating his ideas and suggestions. We found the consulting session useful and eventually decided to go with them. As it turned out, it was one of the best decision in our wedding planning!

On the day of the wedding, Ketan and Nuva were professional, friendly and responsive. The provided us some great suggestions regarding the background for outdoor shoot (around the venue). My husband booked their service for wedding day. Honestly speaking the quality of work is mediocre and amateur at most. Even my father took better picture than them and it took them almost two months to finish the finals. I really don’t know why they charge so much as my father can easily open a wedding photography business better than theirs
