Absolutely amazing!

This is obviously my first time dealing with wedding ring shopping and I am so thankful my fiance decided to get my engagement ring from here! My fiance chose them because they had the best customer service compared to other local companies. I have also been blown away with how amazing they all are! My ring was custom made and they were able to track down a wedding band that matches perfectly! Free ring cleanings anytime you enter the store too!

Beautiful jewelry, fair prices, great service

We purchased our wedding bands and engagement ring at the Kessler's location in downtown Milwaukee and were extremely satisfied with the experience. The sales staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful without applying pressure on us to buy or spend more. They offered a nice selection of jewelry, making it easy to find exactly what we wanted. I would absolutely return for future purchases and recommend them to others.

Great customer service!

Got all three rings from kesslers and their service is always amazing. Two weeks before the wedding there was an issue with my wedding band being the correct size and the manager was so attentive and made it happen (and offered to bring it directly to me an hour away) highly recommend. Always professional and great selection!

Best selection and customer service

My fiance and I checked out several jewelers while looking at engagement rings but Kesslers was by far our favorite. We worked with Michelle at the Brookfield location, and she was wonderful. We actually ended up designing a custom ring after looking through many options, and that process was fun and easy. I didn't see the final design until my fiance proposed and I was blown away! The ring is gorgeous! Now I also have my wedding band, and it looks custom-made for my ring, even though we picked it out separately. I am so happy with both! My fiance also chose a custom ring design for his, and he loves the way it turned out. We also love that our rings have a lifetime warranty without needing to go in for inspections every year. Every time we have gone in for cleanings or for minor repairs/changes, everyone is very friendly and professional. I definitely recommend Kesslers for wedding jewelry!!

Engagement ring

I couldn’t be happier with my ring! My favorite thing about Kesslers is that I was able to go in alone, try on a variety of rings and they kept that information on file for when my then boyfriend (now fiancé) was ready to look. I narrowed it down to 2 options and all he had to do was pick from there. Which I know he appreciated. This way I was getting a ring I love and he still got to help pick it out. Kesslers was super helpful in facilitating this whole process and we will definitely be going back to pick out our wedding bands.

My fiance picked out the most beautiful ring. The center stond is over three carats and the design worked with him to make sure the ring had a perfect setting. The ring is beyond what I could have imagined.

Awesome! So great to work with

I am obsessed with my ring!!!!! We went to get my husband sized for his and ended up buying his there too!!! When it came in it didn't fit and we were super worried but as part of their warranty they got him a new one right away and we had it in plenty of time! He designed a custom band with fish hooks engraved and it turned out so amazing!!!!! He also received a silicone band free of change with his ring which he wears to work! We both love our rings and LOVE the service we received at Kesslers!

Beautiful rings!

We bought our rings from Kesslers in Madison, WI and we really enjoyed working with them. We went in originally to help pick out/design my engagement ring, and even though I was designing it with my boyfriend at the time it was still such a special process and I was so happy to see the final product. We worked with different people every time we went in and everyone was so welcoming and helpful--excellent customer service! My mom came in with me one time and they cleaned her ring for her while we were shopping even though she didn't buy it there. We definitely recommend getting your rings from Kesslers!

Connor was extremely helpful to my fiancé with the designing of my engagement ring! He even had us come to the store after the engagement where everyone rang their bells to greet/congratulate us and give us the run down of how to clean the ring and when to come in for the wedding bands! For me it was never a question of 'IF' i should consider Kesslers for getting my engagement and wedding rings, but 'WHY' so many people recommended the store to me. I can tell you that every couple I went to for advise told me the same thing, that if I was looking for long term reliability and commitment from a jeweler there was no where else in south eastern Wisconsin that was better. Incredibly helpful on styles, and genuine until the end i have nothing but great things to say about this group. They worked with me throughout the process, INCLUDING the nightmare that was having the wrong size(too big). They were incredibly friendly, and have been supportive throughout the reordering process(I changed the center stone, and after getting the ring wanted to increase the two side stones as well). Going back and forth about sending the ring in, ensuring my Fiance had the ring for the holidays, and everything in between. They have created another lifelong customer, and I encourage everyone who might be reading this to go and 'see what all the hype is about' yourselves, just as I did. It's not about "IF" you should go to Kesslers, its about "WHY' you think anyone else could treat you better.

I was so impressed with the friendly customer service, the wonderful selection and time they took to help you make an informed decision. The warranty is absolutely incredible! Their prices are very competitive and the incredible customer service makes your experience just how you always dreamed it would be. I have had a couple unfortunate situations with my ring but every time I come in to tell them what happened they gladly fix it. I highly recommend Kesslers

There is nothing negative that I could say about Kessler's! They are so helpful and accommodating from the moment you walk in the door. My mom and sister have also gotten all their jewelry there and have never had a negative experience. I would recommend them to anyone!

Kesslers in Madison was amazing! We were greeted and offered something to drink instantly. Something that was important to us with picking out an engagement ring was that the company would have to have amazing service and a great warranty. Kesslers exceeded those expectations with both. Kesslers was my favorite wedding vendor. First, my now husband spent more than we originally agreed to get me a spectacular ring. He says he set a budget for himself and he stayed in it, but it was a fairly expensive ring. When I ask him why he got me such a nice ring, he just says that I'll have it for the rest of my life, and that he doesn't get to buy me much jewelry (which is true, it's not my thing).

I love Kesslers because of the warranty. I lose things, but at least if I lose a diamond I'm covered. If I lose the ring I have insurance. My ring is beautiful and I've never seen anything like it anywhere else. I love that I can have it cleaned whenever I'm in the area, but If I don't get it cleaned every 6 months, that's okay too. And I never have to mail it away. Also, welding the engagement and wedding bands together is free!

The staff is amazing. We never felt pressured, and they know how to spell my husband's name, even when my family can't (we've been together for 6 years...)

The best part of Kesslers was that when I went in to buy a wedding band, I couldn't afford anything in the store that fit my ring. They called the designer of my engagement ring and had a custom band ordered that was nicer than anything they had in store, and it was nearly half the price. Now I have an amazing ring and I didn't ruin my budget. Kesslers finds a way.

We are so in love with our rings. My husband purchased my engagement ring from Kesslers - the quality and craftsmanship are outstanding. We loved that they worked with him to understand his options, and were patient as he and my sister (who he took for an opinion...good boy! lol) discussed what would be best on me. We love the guarantee they have, since I'm a bit klutzy, and feel safe that if something happens to my ring (short of losing it), they can make everything right again. When it was time to purchase our wedding rings, we didn't think twice - KIesslers was the way to go! Mitzi helped us to pick the rings that we are now wearing, and I couldn't be happier! They even rhodium plated my engagement ring the week before the wedding so it looked like new the day-of!

We chose to buy our wedding and engagement rings at Kessler’s in Middleton because they were not pushy compared to other places we shopped. We let them know our budget, and they did a great job suggesting rings to fit that budget without trying to make a bigger sale. We’ve also taken advantage of their free service to clean and shine the rings and bands, which is a nice plus.

I can't say enough about how great Kessler's Diamonds in Appleton has been to us! First off, I went in on my own to figure out my ring size. The jeweler that was helping me that day asked if my name was Megan and if I bought an initial necklace for my sister's graduation. Yes and Yes. She remembered not only my name but also the tiny $70 purchase that I made 4 years prior. Needless to say, she has our business for life. My fiancé went in a few times on his own and I now have a BEAUTIFUL oval diamond. The setting was a little too high for me however (wear gloves for my job) and I was so upset that it wasn't going to be fixable. They fixed it in less than a week, and they helped me out with a necklace that I bought at Kohl's that had broken, but I love it. Such a great jeweler and company. I can't imagine why anyone would go anywhere else.

I met with several different sales people while looking for my wedding band. I was really picky, but their different strengths helped me find the PERFECT ring, then worked with me on the price! Their warranty is great, and I never have to worry about them going out of business. Definitely will go back in the future for any fine jewelry.

I went into Kesslers Grand Rapids to see about a custom ring. I had my diamond from my engagement ring along with the diamond that was my grandmother's and also my mothers. I really had no idea what I wanted other than I wanted a setting the incorporated all 3 stones. I had the pleasure of working with Kathy Huebner. She is awesome. She listened to my story and felt my pride for what I was about to create. She spent a very long time with me and my husband trying to get an idea of what would be "perfect". Once we had the idea, it was sent off to their masters to create a one of a kind piece. The process was very different than anything I had experienced before. First they designed it in a color 3D image. Once we approved the image, they made a wax impression of what my ring would look like and sent it back to the store to approve. Before I even arrived to look at it, Kathy had, and was offering me suggestions on a minor change that would help the overall look. Something I would never had noticed, but she did and it truly made a huge difference in the look. We approved the change and it went back to the designer and another wax impression was made. They wanted to make sure I was completely happy before it went any further. A couple weeks later Kathy called and said that they had overnighted my ring to the Grand Rapids store. The staff at Kesslers is great! Every time I walk in they always ask of I'd like something to drink, which I can't say about a lot of places. Just an awesome experience!

We initially had an appointment scheduled with another jeweler. Prior to the meeting, I had emailed many different designs to the jeweler. When we arrived for our appointment, they had nothing for us to look at. I was extremely upset. They almost ruined our day, but Kesslers came to the rescue.

The sales associate was amazing. I showed photos of what I wanted and she had at least 20 rings for us to look at. After trying on several stunning rings, I found the ring of my dreams. Such an amazing day thanks to Kesslers!

Kesslers is amazing! We went to the Brookfield location just to browse (our first time looking) and we never went anywhere else. They are friendly, professional and extremely helpful. One of my favorite aspects of shopping here was that when we first arrived and said we were "just browsing," we were given a quick overview of how things worked and then they allowed to browse on our own, not hovering or trying to sell us anything. We worked with Michelle from our first visit all the way through getting our wedding bands. She is awesome! Kesslers was so great to work with! My husband bought my engagement ring there, and later we went back to buy the matching wedding band. Everyone at Kesslers was so friendly and helpful. We went here once for my now fiance to have some ideas. The lady who helped us that time was great. She helped me to try on a variety of ring types in a wide price range. Kessler's Diamonds was recommended to me by two of my friends and I could not be happier. My Fiance and I went in and just said we were looking at engagement rings but we did not expect to buy one that day. The woman that serviced us was not pushy at all and let us browse alone for a little awhile and then approached us when we were ready. She figured out what kind of style I was looking for and had great suggestions for me. It was a very smooth process. Kessler's also has an amazing life time warranty. They will cover any cleanings, re-platings, and any incidents for free for the rest of your life. If your ring gets completely mangled everything will still be replaced. The only thing they don't cover is if the ring gets completely stolen or lost, which is what insurance is for. Because of the coverage, I don't have to feel afraid to wear my ring. I could not have found a better place to get my ring from and I was extremely satisfied.

I bought my my husband's wedding band from the Appleton location. He wanted a plain, white gold band, so I was able to price and style compare at many places. Kesslers came highly recommended to me, and I found their comfort fit band to be one of the nicest in the area (without spending three times the amount for designer styles) as well as the best price. Their policy is to always give the best price (they don't have sales) and to provide unlimited warranties. They are also one of the only places I could find that would do onsite engraving. Their customer service was amazing. They gave me attention, helpful and detailed information, little sales pitch, and a lot of understanding. Not only did they help with the ring, but when I apologized about my situation with turnaround time, they went out of their way to genuinely assure me that they understand and I'm not the only bride who's been there.

My fiance and I started going to some jewelry stores to look at rings so he had an idea of what I liked. We looked many places and every time, the stores were trying to get us to buy something right away that day which is not what we wanted. We chose to go to the Appleton, WI Kesslers location to look. Just walking in was a huge difference compared to the other jewelry stores. We were greeted right away and asked if we wanted anything to drink. We were seated at a jewelry case and were able to look at rings without any pressure at all. She told us that they dont expect us to buy the first time we are there and they understand its something that takes a lot of thought. They took the time to talk to us about diamonds and tell us what goes into a diamond and classifying a diamond. We left the store that day feeling very happy and not stressed out like we had been with other jewelry stores. My fiance went back and purchased the ring without me there and we have since gone back to purchase both of our wedding bands. We would recommend them to everyone and loved the experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I even took my brother here to buy his girlfriend a promise ring. You can't beat Kesslers!

I can not say enough good things about Kessler's. Beautiful rings and wonderful customer service! They are always so friendly and professional each time we visited. I love that I can go in anytime to have my ring cleaned for free!

I LOVE Kessler's Diamonds! My fiancé & I have always worked with Craig & he is always so pleasurable to work with. We have purchased my engagement ring, both wedding bands, & also 2 pairs of diamond stud earrings. Of course the 2nd set of earrings wasn't intentional, but because of their WONDERFUL trade in policy we were able to sell back the one of the diamond studs that was separated from the lost one, then we received exactly what we paid for it, in which we upgraded & used that amount towards the new set. Lastly their warranty is top of the line. IF the center stone is lost they will replace it, no questions asked, and no required inspections that most retailers use to void their warranty. They have amazing payback options with zero financing for 18 months! I will never shop for another diamond piece of jewelry outside of Kessler's! They cannot be topped, especially with their exquisite customer service to add to all of the previously mentioned top notch perks!

My husband and I went to Kesslers to look at wedding bands. They were amazing. They were so helpful, and friendly. Never felt pressured about anything. They have so many little personal touches that are nice also, like offering you a beverage when you first get there, and sending us a hand written wedding card.
The staff is very knowledgeable and I completely trust them and don't feel like I'm just being played or lied to or scammed. There are so many things that are included in your purchase at Kesslers that other jewelers make you pay for in addition to your diamond (i.e. jewelery care).

I personally went to the one in Greenfield and had a beyond amazing experience. I would highly recommend anyone to go to Kesslers for any of their jewelry needs.

Kesslers is the place to get engagement and wedding rings. My fiance picked my engagement ring out on his own and it is perfect! The Kesslers team was very helpful he said and very nice to work with. We then went back together to pick out my wedding band and ended up also finding him one there too.

Kesslers also offers free cleanings for life which is awesome!! Especially to get it cleaned right before the wedding for pictures and anytime I drive by the store I stop in because it only takes a minute. They also have great warranties that can't be beat which add to the value of getting a ring there!

Everytime I walk in the door there I feel very welcomed but never pressured! I love Kesslers and can't wait to go back to pick out an anniversary ring in the future :)

My finace got my engagement ring here and we also went back for our wedding bands. Kessler's staff is very professional but also friendly to work with. They had tons of options to look at and we found rings that we felt fit our personalities. They also have the best warranty of any of the other jewelry stores we looked at and don't require you come in every 6 months or every year to clean/inspect your ring. Highly recommend them!

Love Kesslers. My engagment ring was bought there and they are awesome. They are not pushy at all and don't try to "up sell" you. They were given the budget and did not go over it. I love my ring and their service. Could not be any happier.

Love everything about this jewelry store. Everyone is super friendly and not pushy at all. Every time I walk in, my ring is cleaned. We will only recommend them.

From the moment my fiancé walked in to get my engagement ring until the moment we bought our wedding bands, we have received exceptional service! We looked around at a couple other jewelry places, and although they were nice, they did not treat us like Kesslers has :) They make the bride feel so special, always offer to clean and check the ring and will work with any budget. They did not try to make a large sale or sell us on something we couldn't afford. They worked with our budget and treated us so well! I am very very pleased with this jewelry store!

I love my rings that came from Kesslers. The diamonds in my ring sparkle in any light and it is a beautiful diamond! At Kesslers they take care of you and their rings. When I got mind rings solderd together it only took a week! Which was amazing! They have an in house shop and dont have to send any rings out.

My fiance worked with Doris on my engagement ring and we then worked with her again for his wedding band. She was great - so easy to work with and friendly and truly helped find what we wanted! The service was great and everytime I go in to have my ring cleaned, the staff are so nice. Compared to some people's rings, mine seems to stay polished and much more shiny and sparkly than theirs and always looks brand new. Love Kesslers and wouldn't go anywhere else!

Kesslers is the only jeweler I will ever go to! They have an amazing lifetime warranty which will cover any damage including loosing diamonds! My rings sparkle and are such high quality. My husbands ring is also high quality and is also covered under a lifetime warranty. Every time we have gone into Kesslers in Appleton, the staff has been incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Kessler's Diamonds had been a frequent spot for me to visit before getting engaged. I shopped with my mom and some girl friends hoping to find the perfect ring. The employees were so helpful and kind and not pushy at all. They really listened to our needs. I got my wedding band and engagement ring at the Brookfield location. I WILL be going back there for future jewelry needs!
