    Kerry did a wonderful job! She provided all of our paper goods from the Save the Dates up to our day-of Programs & Menus. She was very easy to work with for our custom designs and responded very quickly to emails. Really, really perfect. I would definitely recommend her.

    I loved working with Kerry. Our invitations were really gorgeous, and it was so easy picking them out. We had to contact most of our vendors to set up meetings, but Kerry's actually called us to arrange a meeting for our day-of items (programs, escort cards, etc). We really appreciated how on top of things they were! Kerry worked with us to make sure everything was perfect and we received exactly what we wanted. We will definitely work with her again!!

    I found Kerry's Papery through wedding wire and I would definitely recommend her! We felt comfortable at once in her very cute studio in Ft. Lauderdale where you can see all different samples of invitations. Kerry really made the process very easy and kept working with us until the invitations were absolutely perfect. All invitations are custom made and they really came out very beautifully. We were very impressed!

    I LOVE KERRY!!!!1
    not only is she great and very reasonable she is an absolute doll to work with. Everytime I had a question she would respons very quickly. She work with me very hard to make my vision come out to a reality. I am very pleased with her services, not only am I a Bride, but also a an event manager which I do recommend her to my clients for their special invitations.

    We ordered our invitations through Kerry for our November 2012 wedding. She has lots of books to peruse and is able to suggest many different options if you have a theme or something in particular you are looking for. Best of all, she was super patient with my Mom (who had tons and tons of questions and was very picky about the writing and colors, requiring several drafts to get it "perfect"). I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for affordable but elegant invitations.

    Kerry makes the process of picking out invitations very easy. She has a huge collection to choose from but she really helps you narrow it down. She is very quick and responsive. I am abosolutely in love with my invitations and have gotten a lot of positive feedback from my family and friends. I would recommend her to everyone!

    Out of all the vendors for my wedding, Kerry's papery was the easiest to deal with.
    The variety of options and prices for her invitations made the process very pleasant and smooth. 
    She was able to create our wedding invitation so beautifully and always keeping our budget in mind.
    I am very detailed oriented and wanted to change a few things on the invitation that I chose, Kerry went above and beyond to meet all my expectations and better yet, no extra charge for the changes.
    Dealing  with a small business owner who cares about the customer and understands how important every little detail is made all of the difference!

    I enjoyed working with Kerry very much; I believe this is something for your wedding you should not order online. I am pleased that I decided to have Kerry's Papery do all my paper goods for my wedding. I was able to go to Kerry's store and see the style of invitations, see the color of paper and also the quality of paper. I was able to tell Kerry what I wanted and she worked with the designers and was able to give me exactly what I wanted. It was also wonderful working with someone who in my opinion is an expert on wedding etiquette. Kerry loves what she does and makes everyone who walks into her door feel like they are her top priority.

    Kerry was wonderful to work with. She was responsive, paitent, her prices were very reasonable, and she shipped everything quickly. I would highly recommend ordering invitations and other paper products from her.

    Kerry does beautiful work!! She is very nice and easy to work with. My guests told me they were amazed with the invitations and how gorgeous they were! She also made my menus, programs and thank you cards. Everything matched perfect and was beautiful!

    Kerry did a great job quickly turning around my programs, tablecards and textbook. the work was beautiful and when we lost the first set of materials at the last minute she did everything she could to make another set for me in time and at a reasonable price. We will definitely be going to her for any future stationary needs. Excellent service and beautiful paper, text, and designs individualized to our needs.

    I first met Kerry at Season Cards and Gifts in Ashburn, VA. She helped me pick out my save the date cards. I did not want to spend a lot and wanted to have our engagement photo on them. She customized them and did them in house. I couln't have been more happy with them.

    Seasons Cards and Gifts closed but Kerry helped me with everything from invitations, table cards, and menus. She is very detailed and gave me exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely use her again in the future. I also reccommended her to a friend of mine and she loves her as well. She got her save the dates and now her invitations from her.

    Kerry is a great person to work with. She responds fast, works in your budget, and will get them to you when you need them. She does not charge you for proofs. I created my menus off an idea I had and after I told Kerry she knew exactly what I wanted. She even used the same design for my table cards.

    She moved to Florida in the middle of working with her and this did not cause a problem at all because she is easy to get a hold of and will send you items either through the mail or over email.

    I highly reccommend her to any bride no matter where you live. She is fun, easy, and wonderful at what she does.

    She even will print addresses on the invitaitons and that can become very costly and she is really great in price. Stay away from high end stationary stores because they will charge you an arm and leg when Kerry can do the same thing and put more personalization into it. She is absoultely wonderful and I will miss her.

    I know for a fact that if one of my girlfriends gets married or has a baby or any special event, I will be calling Kerry.

    Kerry's Papery made the task of choosing invitations effortless. They are so professional and so knowledgable. They have been in the business for years and it shows. What I thought would be an expensive and overwhelming part of my wedding planning was stress-free and i got exactly what I wanted. Definitely the way to go no matter your budget.

    Kerry was amazing to work with. We went in with a general idea and she completely made our dream invitations a reality. Our original idea came way over budget, but Kerry sat with us and helped show us how to achieve our look at bring the cost down. Our invitations completely let our guest know the feel of our wedding. They were gorgeous and I couldn't believe how many people called and texted me as soon as they got them commenting on them. I would without a doubt go to Kerry for any other invitation needs. She was amazing!

    Kerry's Papery is an invitation broker. If you want to order stock invitations out of a catalog with minor tweaks, Kerry's Papery may not be a bad option. However, if like us, you want a completely unique & custom design created by an experienced wedding invitation designer, this isn't the right vendor for you.

    I came to Kerry's Papery after spending hours looking at invites online & not finding any options that suited the style my fiancé & I wanted. I could have gone to a designer friend (I have worked with designers & print work for over 14 years), but I wanted to work with someone that knew wedding invitations & could make recommendations based on experience. So my wedding planner recommended Kerry's Papery as an invitation source.

    During our first appointment my fiancé, my wedding planner & I discussed the struggle we had finding an invitation design that we liked & we really needed help with taking an idea we had & making it look like a wedding invitation. I had done a very rough mock up just to illustrate our idea, & let Kerry know that I didn't want this look, didn't want to limit the designers to the mockup layout & that we were open to feedback about making it look like a wedding invite. We left a 50% deposit for the design help & wedding invite we discussed. We left feeling very excited about the creative design we would see from Kerry's team.

    To make a long story short, the first proof and every proof from Kerry following was exactly the mock up I had given. Despite restating MANY times that we needed someone to take a creative approach to the layout, it kept coming back with the same layout that was originally provided. Eventually Kerry stated that they were following my design and "couldn't make an invitation from nothing", but that is exactly what a graphic designer is able to do.

    We ended up going to a graphic designer friend to put together the artwork and it was done within 3 days. My experience with Kerry's Papery was very poor.

    Although we were intially excited about doing the invitations, we were increasingly frustrated as we went through the process. When we got our first proof, there were a lot of misspellings and the phrasing required some work (this should have been done already). When we got our revised proofs, only half of what we requested to be changed had been done. After the second and third time, the message finally got through, however this brought on more angst and panic. We also had decided to have the invitee addresses printed on each of the envelopes and make the return envelopes A DIFFERENT COLOR, both changes to add a nicer touch. All of the communication was done by email and phone multiple times. SURPRISE!!! When we get the invitations all of the envelopes are the same color and the some of the invitee envelopes were wrong! It's clear that despite many attempts to get it right, we were let down. We feel as if once the final payment was made, all customer service flew out the window. I strongly suggest that you seriously consider using a different vendor.

    We appreciate your response and feedback. We have reviewed the file and order with this client and verified all changes that were requested were made. We verified the final proof approval to the order and what was requested and approved was exactly what was received. In this case there was some mis-communication between the bride & groom that was not told to us. If we would have printed anything in error or something other than specifically what the customer wanted we would have completely re-done the order at no charge and no questions asked. We have also responded to this client within less than 24 hours of every contact to us. To address the mailing list issue: when sending us a guest list we print exactly what is on the list. If there is an error in a guest address we would not know that and would not be able to correct that. At Kerry's Papery we stand by our work 100% percent. That is why Kerry has been a trusted industry leader in invitations for over 10 years. Our customer service and all our other reviews speak for themselves. Again, we appreciate all feedback good or bad as we can all grow from our experiences.

    We ordered invitations for our event and the initial design consultation went well. After that communication was poor. It took a week to receive an updated proof, even with small changes such as adding in the correct punctuation for the invitation. When we emailed to inquire about how production was going (it was taking longer than estimated) , we would receive a response 24-48 hours later stating that they were looking into it and would contact us again once they had information from us. We would never hear back and had to again initiate contact with the same results. It finally took our wedding planner contacting them to get any sort of response about what was taking so long (it took about a month and a half to print the invitations and 3 weeks to get a finalized proof) and no apology for the lack of communication was ever offered. When we received the invitations the feather detail that we had ordered was poorly executed and the feathers were falling out of the invitation, something we had discussed in depth with Kerry at the initial consultation. Overall we were very disappointed with the service and quality that we were given for the price we paid.

    We were very unsatisfied working with Kerry's Papery. The first consultation was okay and the assistant really helped me create the invitations that I wanted. Once we received our invitations, they did not come completed. We added glitter bands to make the invites look more glamorous and we did not receive them. The invitations took about 6 to 8 weeks to get to us. I called several times to figure out what the problem was and the phone was disconnected. I finally emailed Kerry and I was informed that the glitter bands would take another 8 to 10 more weeks due to the size. I was not told this during the consultation, which I find strange for them to not know how long it would have taken for the bands. The owner just told me due to the time constraint that I should go look on Etsy for the bands and quoted me a refund. She didn't ask to help or anything. Keep in mind, we hired Kerry's papery to do this job and it was not completed. After we paid for everything, it seem as though they did not care anymore and pushed us off on our own to find the bands. I did not find this appropriate way to handle this situation. I believe any other person should have helped us find the bands and complete the job for us. Kerry's papery did not do this, instead she quoted us a refund, which we don't know if is a correct amount or not and told us to go find them ourselves. I find this to be very disrespectful and I hope they do not treat other clients this way. As of now, we are still looking for glitter bands for our invitations, which really sucks for us. On a positive note, I know that we will find them.

    I would not recommend this vendor. Kerry decided my invitations were the perfect opportunity for her assistant to fly solo with no oversight. Typos on every proof (and repeat proof)!!! Many issues, poor responsiveness, and no ability to anticipate deadlines - definitely not what I expected from a stationary store! Would NOT recommend!
